Do not come to this shop I had the worst experience dealing with their business they are not trust worthy I took my car to this shop two years ago for a paint job. My car was originally black when they told me my car was done I went to go see it and they had painted it tan which is not what I asked for. So they repainted the car in three days it was rushed and they didn t even take off the tan paint. They did such a bad paint job my hood started cracking the first 5 months. There are certain areas where you can still see the tan paint from when they painted over it. A year and a half later I took it back to get the warranty that I paid for. payed 1800 for the paint job with warranty. I spoke to a manager named Bryan to use my warranty while I was showing him the car I told him about the chipped hood and the chipped front bumper I showed him the multiple chips and scratches and the areas that are faded he told me that he can t cover my chipped hood and bumper due to my hood being fiber glass and that my bumper couldn t be covered because the chips were caused by rocks and driving which makes no sense he made it seem like I intentionally messed up my car but it was just due to driving on freeway and just having it for so long when I told why can t he cover my paint with the warranty he said if we covered everyone s scratches and chips from rocks we wouldn t be in business which pissed me off because it made no sense he was telling me in order to repaint it I would have to pay full price when I was explaining the scratches and faded areas on my car he said I should take it somewhere else to get it buffed out but the paint is chipped scratched and fading and he told me no he would not paint my car and would just fix the chip that was in the back and I would have to pay to get it repainted this company does not keep their warranty and has unreasonable managers do not come to this shop worst experience ever

Highly recommend these guys and gals! The two gents and lady that work the front office area were extremely polite fair and super easy to converse with. They made it super easy and comfortable for me.Did an excellent paint job on my truck that needed some loving due to bad roof and hood fade from the AZ sun and also some minor beginning of rust. It only took them 9 business days to get the job done (which is really fast).They took it in for paint without having to deal going through insurance. Though they do as well take vehicle collisions and work with insurance companies but are one of few companies that I found that does still help the community out with vehicle body paint that wasn t involved in a collision, which my vehicle was not.If and when the time comes, I will definitely utilize them again without doubt. And when someone ask me where I got the job done at, I will happily say there company name and recommend them with confidence.Service: Painting

Quick. easy. affordable! Maaco fixed my car after I was involved in a hit n run. I Was able to get my car back within three days. Everything was clearly explained and easy to understand and the best part about it is that it didn t cost much . I m bringing my 1969 Lincoln Continental next. This is my go to body shop.

The paint job so far seems really nice. There was great customer service and they were able to take care of my car immediately. I did only do three stars, however, because they scratched up the tint on 2 of my windows and got paint on a couple spots on my interior, like my wheel and seats. Luckily I ve a very chill person, but I imagine this would make others very mad.Service: Painting

I was accused of sabotaging my paint job. After 30 days and $3800 this is what you will go home with. Brian says I should have spent more money if I wanted perfect all cars are this way. Well I visited this place to work on replacement of windshield. I saw the car before it was painted was so out the paint was worn so bad could see the metal I said this car needs help and a make over why are we putting a new windshield into it. I had no idea where I was at . Till I returned to put in the new parts I ordered for windshield side molding and to my surprise the car was not recognizable. The paint job they did was so amazing. I want to take my faded car there next. Of course I have to save up. But roughly it may cost me $1,000.00 or so dollars to paint my car. The job they did on the car we replaced the windshield on was beautiful cherry red. Glaze I could see my image on the shine of the car . Affordable a good job well done for how the car looked before and after I could not complain at all but admire what an improvement of this car. I will take my car there once I save up. Impressive for the price. Glossy cherry red. From what used to be rust dull no paint so lost . Into the beautiful car I went to put part that I waited for because replacing the windshield needed some new side molding that would not show up until 3 days later. Got my car repainted here at Maaco this past week and I m very happy with how it turned out! A few minor imperfections here and there, but overall I m very happy with the work they did and would certainly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a quality, affordable paint job. I had a great experience with Dan. He gave me a run down of options and pricing to fix a car. Ultimately, the car wound up being totaled, and we didn t get to do the work. However, the experience was fantastic. In the future, if needed, I will visit again and do business with Maaco. Thanks for the help Dan!!

Extremely shoddy work on my BMW. Paint job has trash underneath in several areas as well as air bubbles. Also, there are some areas that did not have paint coverage. The black trim all around the car has gray overspray all over, and both headlights in the front are damaged with buff and scuff marks. On top of this, the car was covered with dirt and grime. The worker tried to justify the dirt with the excuse that there was a lot of wind and dirt the week the car was picked up. Who in their right mind would place a car with a new paint job outside in these conditions? I was charged $1990.64 for inferior craftsmanship and unsatisfactory customer service and have to now purchase new headlights and see if there s a way to get the overspray off the trim or pay to have this replaced as well. I d give a zero or no star rating if possible.

Pleasant experience, fair price, and finished the body work and completed the total repainting of my truck a day early, so I was able to save money on my car rental. I would have giving 5 Stars except for 4 things; when we picked up our pickup truck, staff did not walk around the vehicle with us to inspect the final job, 2 small dings noticed on the hood of the truck that should have been addressed, bed of truck not washed out (dusty footprints), and finally, no discussion about the removal or replacement of our "Nissan Nismo Off Road" decals!

The work they did was good I did have a few issues. I paid extra to have my bumper painted when they said the truck was ready that wasn't done. Once I got the truck homeI noticed white specs on my new black rims and the new grill I put on 4 days before dropping the truck off to get painted was scratched on one side really bad. They did clean the white specs off the rims and paint grill at no cost to me just very inconvenient having to bring the truck back.

My trucks paint was faded out on the hood and on the top. Marco did an excellent paint job and blended hood with the fenders. My truck looks new again.

I had a great first experience at MAACO! I needed my front bumper reattached and they did it while I waited on a Saturday, for a fair price. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I'm shocked how good this turned out! Like everyone told me "you're gonna be mad" "don't do it, you get what you pay for" well my 1200 was well spent!. They didn't put the lettering back on (and they didn't give them back) but that's not worth losing a star, just something to consider.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I would not recommend this place to anybody had to take my truck back twice to get the right paint color, had to purchase and replace my front chrome grill and roof trim. Also had to repaint all my black trim and clean chrome rims. Spent over $200 dollars on replacement parts and hours cleaning and repainting all my black trim including my side mirrors

The job they did on my car was great! They did a great job masking, as there wasn't any over spray. The person doing the painting, definitely knew how to get good results. From a Nationwide known company id expect a lot better work than this, body also has overspray, not enough paint on tailgate and orange peel all over. Took back to get fixed had to wait over a month to get to work done and still didn't do a good job right. Too bad one day paint or earl Schwab is not around anymore.

I drove from California for a wedding and had some frontal damage on the way. I gave it to Maaco of Tucson as I had used them before in California. They said it would take a week and it did. The work was exceptional and the price was great. Dan, the owner, was also very patient with me while giving me the status whenever I called as I was a little anxious(had no transport besides my car to the wedding). I was able to get the car back before the wedding and it looked like new. Thank you Maaco!

Got my truck painted there had a small issue with paint took back for warranty work they took and got it fixed they did a great job I'm a 100 percent satisfied with the work they did and also had my Corvette painted there to they did a great job on that to I would use them again

Great job. professional customer service and right price.before maaco, I went to Economy Auto paint and collisions place on Grant Rd.the price for repainting my car and my wallet discomfort, were the main reasons why I decide to drive far from were I live and bring the car into Maaco for an estimate. for painting my car and take off the old horrible and damaged paint from my little Corolla..it was not only a fabolous job that maaco did with my car.myself and my disabled wallet we are grateful at this place too, because, Maaco give me a reasonable price for doing the job, the other shop on Grant Rd.. (The Economy collision) estimate was $1,300 dlls. more for the job .this pass Sunday. I was getting into my car, when someone who's little dog was barking at me stop, close at the passenger side and told me , what a beautiful color your car has, it brings up a smile into my face, and the lady and her dog continuing their walk.tomorrow it will be a week since I pick up the car from Maaco.and I been receiving positive reviews, in person or in writing about the car new color..maaco needs to have small stickers to be given at the time of paying the bill.saying/ Excellence @ Maaco\

I highly recommend these guys to take care of your fender bender. They provide quality work at a very reasonable price. They worked with me on an out of pocket repair for my 18 year old daughters car. They were sympathetic to her as it's hard on a teen to loose their wheels. They helped save money by using aftermarket parts and even installed a part I got from Craigslist. They were within 15% of their estimate and about 20% below the other two estimates I got. If I need work in the future I'd just go to them instead of wasting time at the other shops who only want to do insurance work for big bucks. Theses guys really cared about me. The car looks great and drives like new.

If you want, honesty and integrity, don t go to this place apparently, Brian thinks that everybody s stupid trying to tell me that my driver side mirror was broken by removing masking so I asked him to remove a piece with his fingers and he couldn t do it go somewhere else and get your vehicle painted. You can t get people to own up when they screw upHello Macco owner you gave me a number to call which is the same place that did the work on my truck I don t trust that place anymore because all the things that Brian had promised me when we made the deal none of them were done I don t wanna deal with this guy again But if you send a representative to get a hold of me or come and see what they did to my truck would be a good thing.Just because you sign a piece of paper, saying there may be a defect or two doesn t give you the right to give customers garbageI guess no response after this huh? It s a good tactic to cover up your bad reviews.You should be able to post negative stars for a place like this

Great prep and paint job! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Work took 1 week as promised, with no over-spray, no missed spots, and no "orange peel" . Would have given 5 stars, except they didn't repair loose front bumper, even after calling to remind them.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Overall the car looks good. Granted I didn't give them a pristine surface to work with. The 2 things I find unacceptable are solvent pop on the drivers door and they didn't paint one panel in the bed. Not sure why I was charged for it. The door should have been redone before they called me too pick it up. I had no illusions of grandure, but this was beyond explanation. I can handle minor imperfections but seriously? Time will tell if they try to make it right.UPDATE 6-1-21.I emailed customer service 10 days ago and haven't gotten a response. I will keep editing this review until resolution.6/15/21They have reached out to me and offered to make it right.Service: Painting
