I chose Hoods Etc because one, recommended by my insurance, two because of their reviews. Hoods Etc did not disappoint. I was able to go over and get an estimate w/o an appointment, it took maybe 20 mins. Immediately made the appointment to fix my vehicle. Mind you they are a busy shop-so it took 3 months to get my vehicle in. Did not disappoint! Work was done early, I received update texts throughout the repair. They made my truck beautiful again! Excellent, courteous staff, phenomenal body work. Highly recommend Hoods Etc for your needs! The entire experience was seamless from start to finish! Thanks Hoods Etc!

I had a great experience with Hoods after an accident I had been in. They did the estimate very quickly and once my vehicle was in the shop it was only there for just over a week. I have full faith it would ve been done quicker if car insurance wasn t involved. JC worked hard at getting factory parts. I m very grateful for him and his team.

Auto repair is never a good experience, but Hood s made it as painless as possible. We ve had to use a few places in the area, and Hood s is definitely head and shoulders above all!

JC and team are fantastic. Estimate was right on the money. He worked directly with my insurance and the outcome of the work looked like a brand-new car. I hope we don't have a need further collision work but if we do, I plan to bring my business to JC and Hood Collision. Top Notch !

Hood's is fantastic! Several years ago they repaired significant damage to my car after I backed into a pole. From the very first encounter through the final details, these folks were polite, prompt, and professional and the work was top notch.A couple of weeks ago I returned to Hood's to inquire about the repair of a small dent. While they could easily have accepted the job, JC recommended that I seek an opinion from another company that specializes in paint-less dent repair, suggesting that I return if they weren't able to handle it. In the end, the PDR company did an outstanding job and I saved around $1000. That kind of honest customer service is hard to find these days. Many thanks to JC and Hood's. Though I hope I never need your services again, I'll absolutely return if I do and will always recommend you to anyone in need of your expertise. Thanks so much!

Hoods ETC is the best body shop in Tucson. JC was a pure professional when it came to fixing all the major and minor problems for my car!! I was very impressed and pleased with my experience at Hood's. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived on site. The shop explained everything to me clearly and kept me updated as the job progressed. They worked with my insurance company and with my car dealership for necessary parts. I felt like I simply dropped off the car and came back to pick it up, they took care of everything else. No stress or worry at all!

Outstanding experience, from the estimate process through completion. If needed, I will definitely use Hood's in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs paint and/or body work. Best body shop I've ever encountered. I thought my gorgeous Avalon was totaled following a rear end accident on Country Club at 2nd. On delivery day I literally could not tell the car had been hit. The paint matched perfectly and (aside from a few normal chips on the hood) looked as if the car had just rolled out of the showroom. They also fixed my daughters car. Two for two. I'll never go anywhere else.

Such an incredible experience working with JC and Hoods!! Get an appointment as soon as you can it will be so worth it. I brought my car here after an accident and when I got it back everything was like new. I appreciate how communicative JC was about the entire process so I understood what was happening each day they had my car. I am so grateful!! I was very impressed with the entire operation at Hood Etc. Collision Center. The quote for repairs to my front bumper was provided quickly. Although my appointment for the repairs was for the second week of February, I was asked if I could bring my car in a week earlier. When I returned the following day after the repairs were completed, the front bumper looked brand new. Also, and this was important to me, my car was returned in spotless condition. Overall, I give Hood Collision an excellent rating.Service: Painting

Called and came in first thing next morning, had estimate in hand in 25 minutes. Shop rate is very reasonable and they were down to earth. Had a big rain storm the night before I came, everyone was pitching in to clean up the yard, these guys care about their work and know their stuff!

I had a terrific experience at Hood s Collision. I brought my car in for what I thought might be a costly (out of pocket) repair, and I passed on my concerns to the repair guys. They took my car back to check it out and Just 20 minutes later I had it back fixed! Don t expect this every time, my damage was minimal but I didn t know it at the time. That s my point, these folks are quick, bright and honest. Give them a shout you ll be glad you did!!Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend for collision needs. The staff are attentive, patient and knowledgeable. They checked in with me two weeks before the appointment, triple checked my insurance information to be sure I was getting the best price, and did exactly what they said they would do. They also identified a wiring issue the dealership missed. If I need anything for my vehicle, this will be my first stop.Service: Body & Trim

JC and his crew did an amazing job and got me in same day for an estimate. My truck was set to come in mid June bur after he had a cancelation he got me in earlier and finished the work a day ahead of schedule. JC is awesome, fair and kind. JC got my truck in and out in record time. Hood s did a professional restoration of my 2018 Tacoma s front end. Paint is perfectly matched, alignment of hood is spot on, they got out dents and scratches and went the extra mile for me. My headlights look amazing!! Wow. Simply wow. My car looks like new. Plus, they were courteous and professional and even finished a day early and slightly below their estimate. Hood's was not the lowest bid I received -- and I was self-pay, so the dollars were especially important. However, they were the most careful in their estimate and the most thorough in explaining the work to be done. You get what you pay for with body work. Hoods came highly recommended. I had to wait a little bit to get in, but it was worth the wait. Once I had an appointment and brought it in, they got it back to me very fast and my car looks brand new. Would absolutely recommend this shop for any body repairs. They finished the job in two days and I paid less than what they had estimated. My car looks clean and beautiful and all the guys I spoke with were very knowledgeable and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you HOOD'SUpdate: used HOOD'S again after a second accident. JC went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed after having a terrible experience with Acuity, the insurance company of the person who rear ended me. Hoods Collision Center recently did some paint work on my Maserati. Todd and Rob were great to work with. They were very personable, professional and no doubt new their business. They started and finished on the days they told me and the work was impeccable. The bill was actually lower than what they quoted me. I would highly recommend them and intend on having them do some work on another car I own.Service: Painting

These guys are great. I brought my car in this morning they told me it would be ready tomorrow afternoon, Friday at the latest. I was delighted to receive a text message this afternoon that it was ready to be picked up. An extra bonus actual cost was same as the estimate.
