Richard was extremely unprofessional and condescending when I expressed some reasonable concerns about the communication of the facility.This is twice in a row I ve had issues with this place. The last oil change I received, I came to pick up my vehicle and my cabin air filter was sitting on my roof out in the parking lot. Total disregard to issues and no ability to admit fault.

The techs and front office personnel both took a ride in my vehicle. They also thoroughly and honestly looked over the components in question. Their recommendations were straightforward and I felt like they were not just pushing repairs that were not needed to meet some sort of commission quota like other chain repair places in town! Stay honest and you will have our business forever! Plus our recommendations to all our friends and family!!!

I was greeted warmly and was listened to with compassion. They got me right in and diagnosed my problem and quickly repaired my vehicle. Mark even went himself to get the needed part from Dodge saving me hours of my time. Thank you to the entire staff.

Came in on SUNDAY. Unbelievable you are open. Richard ordered the new tires and accepted delivery of our tow. Tires were installed by 9:00 am the next morning. Price is what it is but great service is surprising and greatly appreciated.

Very responsive, it is very handy location to my home. I stopped in to purchase a tire, and was advised of what they thought about either purchasing new set or just replacing one. Very honest and did not try to sell me something I didn t need. Service was completed in timely manner. Will definitely be back!

I can not express the amazing customer service I just had with Ronald Salgado Jr. I went in with a very low tire this morning He aired it up and said to come back if it gets low again. Well it went flat on my way back to his store He made me feel at ease and took care of the warrenty. In less than an hour he had a new tire put on and I was on my way.In all my years I have never had that kind of kindness shown to me!He went above and beyond!!I can not Thank you enough Ronnie!!!God Bless!!! Asked them too find suspension noise 2015 acura mdx. I planted zip ties on undercarriage to see if they removed it for che king the mounts and they did not even take anything apart to look. This vehicle needs the undercarriage taken down to access the mounts and they did not find the noise. You can hear it if u do a small circle slowly in a bumpy parking lot. They couldn't find it and they reset my oil light without changing the oil and did things I did not say they could do. They also said my car was in snow country and they couldn't touch it because it might break and not go back together so the refused the work... bunch amateurs if you ask me. I could do all the work with one hand. Pictures included so u can laugh at thier idea of rusted...

Ronnie was really great on customer service. I d come in for a flat repair and he mentioned that I could use an alignment (I d forgotten that I had a lifetime!). Got that scheduled and fixed too!

The manager met me in parking lot and asked if I was the customer with leaking brake lines, when I answered yes, he responded yeah we're not working on it. Mind you I had already driven 20 miles on faulty brakes. When I asked him "what do I do," he said with a shoulder shrug, sell it. That's not good enough. He sent me back up mountains on faulty brakes! I'm disabled as well. He said I run an in and out business. Boy did I pick the wrong Firestone! Well it was a beautiful day for a drive and the next Firestone I called explained to me that some Firestone Auto Care just want to sell tires. That made me feel better.

Firestone has been a good deal for me because they offer a lifetime alignment package and I was in the process of changing a lot of parts under my truck, however I will not give five stars because they're going to try to up sell you on everything when you go in and they are WAY over priced! EX the last visit they tried to sell me 1TPS at an 800% mark up! Outrageous! But if you do your research before you buy from them then at least they are honest.

The staff here are amazing! We re driving from California to Texas and got a flat on our truck while hauling our tiny house through Arizona. They fit us in their schedule even though we didn t have a reservation and they were booked. They accommodated us because we have our tiny house on wheels and changed our flat in the parking lot, put our spare back on, and checked all our tire pressures! Lifesavers!!

I visited this Firestone Location today due to a rear flat tire. I had an excellent experience! Richard was able to locate the problem (a screw in my tire) immediately and get me in right then and there. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated the entire time the technicians worked on my vehicle. He even showed me how to check my oil and gave me great car advice. I was very impressed by his customer service and will certainly be returning to this location again! Very pleased.

These guys are incredible call the 11:30 to get tire rotation and they told me to bring it in and then try to got it in here and they got to it right away give me a free inspection and put windshield wiper blades on if you need any maintenance done on your vehicle tires windshield wiper come see these guys thank you Firestone

Terrible customer service. Went in for a tire repair, had a screw in my tire. Went in on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. Seemed like a long time for just a plug. Anyway showed up at 7am on Tuesday and my appointment was actually 8. Came back at 8 and was told my car wouldn't be pulled in until 9. Was told a tech called in sick or late or something. That's fine but they could have easily called me before showing up at 8. Called Firestone on Ina and they got me right in. Go the Firestone on Ina. Much better customer service!

I was driving from Phoenix to el paso and had a flat tire on my trailer, my first option was Walmart and they told me to wait 4 hrs!!then I show up on this Firestone shop and the staff helped me really fast even when they were busy, thanks a lot guys!!

Great customer service and truly made an effort to hear all my concerns about what was happening with my car. Unfortunately I couldn't have my car repaired here as they didn't have the right kind of tech in for a week so I can't speak to work done however, I appreciate their honesty and I was able to get the work done at another Firestone.

Drove in to get free air in my tires and the technician Danny (so friendly) caught that one of my tires had a nail. Even with it close to close both him and Richard were more than willing to fix the tire so we could be safe! Such good service, fast and efficient. Thank you.

When it comes basic tire maintenance, repair, rotation/balance, and alignment. These guys are my go to. Not to mention very affordable oil change service. However. When I needed a radiator, I was quoted the repair to cost 1280$. Labor hours only accounting for 325 of that cost. I know of no 750$ radiators. No place in town was over 450.

I dropped my car off early in the morning and had an appointment and it wasn't until the end of the day with me calling them that they had done anything to my car yet even looked at it, i understand it can get busy but there was nobody there when i had dropped off my car and i have never had this issue at another firestone. I came in to have my car checked because it was squeaking a lot when I'd break and overall its an older car, but i didnt expect to pay the cost of my car on a repair I don't even know what they did. I had to go to a much cheaper and helpful mechanic to get things that actually needed to be fixed, fixed. But I'd figure I'd share my experience for those who are also younger like me of the potential chance to at least have your time and money taken advantage of.

My partner paid around 1000 to fix her ac here and they charged her and it never worked, they never fixed it, it never blew cold ac after, this location doesn t actually work on cars based on the rest of the reviews I m reading too, wouldn t trust them to do any type of work

I came to this location with a car issue from another location in California. From start to finish the manager Ronnie treated us great. He was super respectful and stayed late to get us back on the road. AMAZING customer service. I can t think him enough for caring the way he did. He said his customers were like family and he treated us that way.

Service was excellent! Ronnie, the floor manager, was helpful, kind, and efficient. I was driving from Tucson to Phoenix on the I-10 and my undercarriage came loose. I called ahead and Ronnie said they could take a look and secure it so that I could complete my trip. They looked at it right away and secured the piece with no charge. I was very impressed and will be returning for my other auto needs! Thank you!

The service was quick and fast I was disappointed with the attitude of the team however. I got a diagnostic done on the vehicle with an oil change and the associate red the issues with my vehicle down as a list and frustratingly shook the paper and asked"do you plan on addressing any of this?" To which I shook my head no and asked for the oil change. Before I left I was once again asked" what was the point of getting the diagnostic today" I replied I just needed to know that my vehicle would make the cross country trip to Florida. I understand the associate wanted to sell more services but I was quite embarrassed as I was going through financial difficulties at the time and would have really preferred for the whole store not to hear what was wrong with my vehicle in such a way. Great service just like the first time I came here but the way I was treated was embarrassing.
