Stay away from this shop. Having purchased a lifetime alignment several years ago for my Tacoma, I like to have alignment rechecked and adjusted every couple of years. Problem started when I took Tacoma in for alignment check. Firestone made adjustments to factory specs, when truck does not have factory suspension. I noticed severe rub immediately, but have dealt with it. Took in today to have caster adjusted, moved back to where they were before they set to factory stick suspension settings. After inspecting, tech said alignment was in factory specs and would not adjust. Recommended I take to a performance shop They caused the tire rub and now will not make necessary adjustments to correct.

Fred and his whole crew at the El Con Mall Firestone in Tucson, Arizona is amazing. What made the experience was how clean the floors and windows were. I noticed that the whole place was clean and it looked like the floors were just shined and the windows were just washed. Plus, did I mention Fred is amazing? If you want peace of mind with regard to the rubber that sits between you, your car and the hot Arizona asphalt, go see Fred. This is one of the biggest stores in Tucson if not the biggest and they handle hundreds of customers including my company fleet vehicles tires and maintenance. Definitely 5 star. In fact, they go so far to ensure my level of customer satisfaction, I find it hard to believe some of the lower reviews I have read here on this platform, I sincerely hope if you are reading this review, consider the magnitude of what is involved in maintaining a vehicle these days amid the nuances of vehicle makes and models and what modern day automotive technicians are expected to know.

My initial encounter with the man at the front desk was a little rude. I was explaining the issues and I was being turned away saying I needed to go to a dealership but I insisted if they can look at it and turns out I needed a new battery that they were able to fix. The mechanic that spoke to me after everything was completed was very nice and explained everything to me.

My service writer did a great job of encouraging me to get what I needed without being too pushy. He has a nice manner about positively nudging the customer towards what they need. He is what got me to make my purchase @FS ElCon.

Took vehicle in to get a flat tire repair, they mentioned it wouldn't probably be ready till next day due to current workload. I was surprised to hear back that same day and I was able to pick up my vehicle same day. Great service

I was not too thrilled, but the prices were good. I went in to get my mustang alignment done. My mustang is staggered. I explained you can't do a four wheel alignment on a mustang and only want the front done the wheels are staggered so please don't do a four wheel alignment. I will pay full price but don't mess up my car. When I picked up my car not only did they not listen but the front desk guy also told me they did all four wheels.

My wife wrote this review - Firestone/Tucson, Broadway Store # 029629. The first service writer (John?) did not tell me they were short staffed until I asked 35 minutes after my 10 AM appt why my car was still sitting outside. He said it could be as much as 10 to 40 minutes more before they got to me. When I asked if I could take my car across the parking lot to Walmart to get a protein drink (i.e. medical condition/delayed appt) he said - if someone else came while I was gone I would LOSE my place in line (For an appt!). I thought this was absurd and showed it with my attitude, he didn't budge. So I had to stay. Luckily the forty minutes turned into 10. At that time I apologize for being short with him, he was about to try to justify his position, when I just put put my hand up and he stopped talking. Now I don't know how long an AC check up is supposed to take but they had my car back there for a full hour. The only reason the score is 2 and not 1 is because a different service writer checked me out. I'm going back to Speedway Store

My older vehicle has needed a number of services over the last 3 years and my best service has always been at the Firestone in the El Con mall location. Stan and Ren� have consistently been responsive, professional, patient, and informative. The mechanics have met the needs of my foreign model sports car and the pricing has been surprisingly affordable. I d recommend this location to anyone.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Firestone people replaced all the hoses for the water system. The nipple was not cracked before the work and after the work was completed, the top hose came off the radiator nipple when I opened the hood to check hoses when the gauge showed extreme heat. Hot radiator water hit me in the chest, neck, and lower face. When I was able to look at nipple, I saw that the nipple was damaged beyond repair. Firestone then replaced the radiator and charged me 1100 bucks.

Very friendly and gave me a fair estimate. They also have in-house financing for large expense repairs.First time here, but will be back for future needed repairs.

Just want to say thank you to this location for going above and beyond. I live in Sahuarita and had to drive down to Tucson for a tire repair since my closest location wouldn t be able to get me in til in a few for a tire check .I arrived at this location and right away they looked at my tire and told me I needed a new tire as they look in their system they tell the that the only location that has it it s the one in green valley. I told them I m from Sahuarita had to drive all the way down there for a tire to be checked and I told them that, that location advised me that they wouldn t be able to see me til a week from now.He offered to get the tire from green valley and get it installed for me a in a couple hours. It took less than 30 min to install the tire. I ll take the drive anytime I need my tires checked. Thank youService: Tires

I wanna put a -1 star for this Elcon location. I called this morning to set an appointment to get my tire repaired or replaced due to a nail puncture. The old man I spoke to was pretty rude sounded like he didn t want to work today kept saying I didn t have an account yet I went to that exact location to get my 4 brand new tires but insisted that I didn t have an account or anything so I thought he woke up on the wrong side of the bed non of my business i just brushed it off said have a good day and called another location. They had no problem pulling up my account saying that The Elcon location should have you in the system cause that s where you got your 4 tires however you can still go to any location. so i went to the firestone on 1st and grant and when I got to the Firestone on 1st and grant. They had told me that they couldn t repair the tire. They have to change it due to where the nail is located as it is a safety hazard for the person driving the vehicle. The only thing is they didn t have the tire size I needed so I go to the elcon location. I called the Elcon location on the way there to give them a heads up. The old man still insisted I didn t have an account but when I mentioned that another location didn t have any problems pulling up my account and the old man sighed and said it was going to be a 30 minute wait i said that was fine. When I arrived the front desk workers including the old man were very rude, asked what they can do for me, yet continuously interrupted me every time I tried to explain the tire situation. Then the lady says it s a 2hour wait I said that s perfectly fine. They ended up not replacing my tire and didn t repair it either they just took out the nail/screw that went into the tire. I really don t mind paying for a brand new tire they just don t care about the costumers well being thats driving the vehicle. I let them know I wasn t comfortable diving across town everyday with a baby in the car if the tire isn t repaired or replaced and told them I have no problem paying for a new tire. They still said they re not going to do that. Even though I have no problems paying for a new tire they still won t put the new tire on. Very lazy and inconsiderate of the costumers well being. I d just go to other locations of Firestone that will take care of you fellow customers. That actually care about your well being as well as your future passengers. Thank you for listening to my Ted talk I hope you find this useful cause I m now on my way to get my tire replaced by a different Firestone that actually cares and has the tire I need.

I will never go back to firestone. Any firestone in the Tucson, AZ. area. They need to teach their techs not to damage, customer vehicles' guy broke my seat ,then tried to cover it up with pulling down the seat cover. Like I wouldn't notice. I won't be back. And one star, it need to be zero.

I don't trust them. Brought the car in to plug a tire, but they tied to upsell us on 4 new tires and never attempted to fix the tire. They also lost the valve cap and over inflated the tire to 50 PSI.

They could not do a alignment on my 2023 Ford bronco because of collision avoidance cameras. So don t bring here if you have a newer car, they don t have the right equipment.Otherwise I recommend them based on my experience with the tech there.

I called asking for a quote on replacing my alternator and the man who answered was very rude and sounded irritated that I had even called, and hung up on me while I was asking another question. It s a shame because last time I had come in person everyone was very nice and helpful. Leave it up to one angry worker to drive away business. Would recommend Jiffy Lube over this place, at least their service is consistently good.

I'm livid. My husband Dustin used to work for you guys and we bought a battery for my car Acura RDX when he was employee there. However the battery has warranty on it. My husband took it there last Friday to get the battery replace and they said the battery tested good. They said it might be a starter. I know what it feels like when the starter goes out. My car wouldn't start this morning and it was turning over. Definitely not a starter. We went out and bought new battery it started up right away. Don't try to quote us for a starter that would cost us $700 and that it was not the issue. Good thing I followed my guts. Do better guys!! I'm gonna tell my friends and family with this experience.Service: Battery

Another five star review! Starting my day with a flat tire from a huge nail was not what I had planned. But, Rene and the team had my day back on track in no time. Customer support, timelessness, professionalism go a long way. I was helped by a Mr. Francisco and the work on my car was exceptional. They did an alignment and noted some other issues I had with the car as well. There was a very low amount of customers when I arrived, so I was in and out quick. By the time I was leaving, many more people were showing up and were being helped. I will definitely return with my business. They offer an alignment for life program I highly suggest with these amazing Tucson roads! I ended up with a ZERO balance invoice in the end. Again, great service with great speed.

Hey, feel like all car repair dealerships are pulling one on you? Feel like you are a victim because you don't know the mechanics of your car? Think they are charging you too much but you don't know?That is me. But I have been a Firestone customer now for 5 years in 3 different States and they operate on the same mission: honesty to their customer. I have had nothing but exceptional education and full transparency amongst all teams (men and women), who work at the many centers.The history of my car is with them and they know it like a patient. And please be realistic when it comes to your invoice:1. You are asking specialty service and surgery on your car...it will cost. Duh!2. Inflation is at a 40 year high, so yes, everything is more expensive. And the car industry and parts jumped up 30% in just six months.What I am saying is, don't feel you are being ripped off but look at the economy and price for repairs generally speaking. Firestone's team is honest.

It took and hour and a half from my appointment time and they waited until the car was done to ask if I had the claim number from my warranty. I stated when I arrived that they have to call for it but I will call next time to save time. Overall it went fine and I'll be back.
