Previously had an LS swap done to my car, took it to them for a better motor/trans swap. They updated my fuel system also. Here s my review.Customer Service:The time is extremely friendly. Good customer service and suggestions.Timely Service:At the beginning they were A1. Got pushed to the back of the line when they were correcting an error, not good. Had a conversation with them about it, they finished the job shortly after.Quality: Decent quality. My motor is in and it looks good. Had a fuel leak made direct contact but never received a response so I fixed it myself. Prior to that, they identified other issues actually fixed issues that weren t there s.Overall EXP has a good team however, a jobs not done until it s 100% complete.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Transmission replacement

I want to give a big thanks to the entire shop, Conner , Raul, Matt , Memo and I might be forgetting a couple names but thank you guys. This is my second truck I have brought to you guys for a cam job. My truck was a 2005 and I got a full exhaust set-up and cam job done on it . My dad s truck was a 2018. His truck had AFM/DOD and it took a dump. We brought it to EXP and got a cam and exhaust set up with a cut-out. Overall shop is quality work with great pricing , Best performance shop we ever been to. I wouldn t recommend any other

they neglected to connect my daughters radiator hose, we got a few miles down the road before the engine was done, it took them 3 months of me calling every week for them to zip tie and shove a junk yard engine in its place. the pictures are of what they called a replacement engine for what the mechanic did, they told me that the mechanic who as USAA describes it as negligent maintenance they told me that they fired him. later they told me that the parts missing he couldn't find it and larry and the owner Guillermo aka memo, only had been thinking about firing the mechanics. negligent maintenance, dishonest, wont do whats right. also of note they have multiple positive reviews in the last week... all by the staff and family member to hide the negative ones.

Had a check engine light on and couldn t pass emissions. They were able to find the problem (catalytic converters). They took care of me within a week of the diagnostic at a very affordable price. My vehicle was in and out of there within hours of me dropping it off. Very professional from the jump. I highly recommend them.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Still waiting on the end product to review. I'm still waiting 5 months later. Unfortunately the owner doesn't wish to finish the job. It's unfortunate that I have paid for the job completely. My advice is do not prepay for a job with this shop. I'm new in Tucson and as I looked for shops and call around no1 wanted to work on my EVO. Reasons for was we don't work on those type of cars or no appointments available intill a month + out.... EXP Performance with short notice took my car in and with out a problem got to work on it. They installed my parts and I got my car back within a couple of hours. Fast and awesome customer service at an affordable price. I will definitely be coming back for future upgrades. 100% satisfied thank you!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes

Went here to get my aftermarket exhaust put on. Got me in and out relatively quick and the price was fair. Front desk guy knew what he was talking about and the mechanics here do some good work.

The guys at EXP are great. They are knowledgeable and honest. I ve been there multiple times with different issues on several cars. Every single time they have gone above and beyond to get everything right. From something as basic as my Tacoma that needed some suspension adjustments to fit the tires I purchased . Up to tuning and installing the exhaust in my Z06 Corvette that came out just as imagined. These guys are perfectionist with their work. You will not be disappointed with the outcome of them working on your vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had new long tube headers installed and tuned on my Camaro. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. My car was in good hands, very trustworthy people. A very knowledgeable, professional team. I went in for a quote for an exhaust system. I spoke with Larry and he was so incredibly nice. I don't know much about car stuff and he ensured I understood literally everything and what everything will do for my car, the alternatives and so forth. The shop is extremely clean and he walked me through it. I'm definitely getting my exhaust and aftermarket work done here. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to get ripped off. Great prices, great quality.

I wish I could give EXP 0 stars. Me and my father have taken in both of our cars to these incompetent mechanics and time after time gotten deceived. Don t let their friendliness fool you. I brought in my car to get something so simple done, a new radiator and spark plugs. The day I pick it up, I find myself on the side of the road because my car is overheating. These incompetent mechanics neglected to put the bottom half of my fan shroud on and tighten the lower radiator hose completely. In turn this neglect caused me to blow a head gasket and so they offered to replace my engine and do the right thing. The following week I had my car towed to them so they could replace the engine for me. Me and my father called week after week asking when it would be ready. Each time we were told oh next week . 3 months later, I get my car back. I decided to take it to Ford to double check everything. The mechanic at Ford told me that it would be a danger to drive this car because when they swapped the engine they moved wires around and so wires are spots they aren t supposed to be. In turn this will cause some electrical things to potentially short out in no time. The wires are also haphazardly zip tipped together here and there. It seems they re pretty good at zip tying things together and should start implementing that into their exhaust work. Not only that, but the new engine they put in is sending off a misfire code. So I waited 3 months for a joke of a car. Let me also add I paid $750 to be given a car no longer mechanically sound. DO NOT be a fool and take your vehicle to this piece of work auto shop unless you want to be returned with a unreliable car. The only thing they are good at is lying to your face and ruining cars. Also something else to note is good mechanic craftsmanship probably wasn t given to my Explorer because it wasn t a high end truck or sports car. UPDATE: I was given a refund, but $750 is worth nothing in comparison to how much it would cost to fix this damage. I was also not given an apology for them destroying my car.

This place is great. They do all the work on my 2010 camaro ss. Very professional and knowledgeable. They are great at collaborating with you to build your car exactly how you want, while also telling you the safest way to achieve your power goals. I will not take my car anywhere else.

Honest , Integrity, Pride, Quality, and all the right tools, this place has. Very friendly environment. My vehicle was running very lean, had some cats installed and 02's replaced, the end result was great. Definitely returning for future upgrades. They do it all.

We are "Full-Time" RVers and we were about to leave Tucson, AZ when our Exhaust broke in half on our Tow Vehicle. I called late Friday afternoon 4:50PM and I was hoping to get in on Saturday but they were not going to be open over the Easter Weekend. Time was on our side anyway since the COVID-19 restrictions were in effect. We waited until Monday after Easter, they were very Professional and got us in at 1st available, performed the repair and got us back on our way. The repair was less expensive then we thought it could have been, Thanks guys for not taking advantage of us. We would go back there if we are back in the area and in need of repairs. Good place to do business with. "HereWeRVAgain".

This is an awesome shop, same day service plus outstanding quality at an unbeatable price. Service is above and beyond any automotive shop in Tucson. The work they performed was exactly what I was looking for and will never go anywhere else for engine or exhaust work.

Had a bad misfire issue with my Camaro and after replacing everything but the ECM I finally broke down and sent it to their shop. Man these guys knocked it out of the park I will only be sending my performance cars to these guys from now on. These guys know their stuff!!!

Very clean modern shop, welded the baffle in my 70 bug exhaust. Polite, knowledgeable, professionals if you want good go elsewhere, these guys are excellent.

Pretty disheartening from a customer service standpoint when you wait in the lobby for 20 minutes and not single employee comes out. Real shame cause they had some real nice vehicles in the shop but won't waste my time going back.
