Just wanted to give props to Vincent and Esteban they are outstanding service reps! They are extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and overall totally skilled at their craft! Over the last year or so I purchased both the Method wheels and Toyo tires (shown in the pictures provided) and needless to say I am completely satisfied! Your first clue that this is a great store is the shear volume of customers they are dealing with and somehow they are still able to make you not feel like just another number and have you in and out with unbelievable speed. Obviously I would like to mention the actual techs who did the work, but I only saw them through the glass! Again, an Outstanding Tire Store and I don't plan on going anywhere else unless I have too!

Amazing service. Joey went above and beyond after getting the runaround from the tire insurance company and made sure I got what I needed in the name of safety. They treat you like a person, not just another ustomer. This is why I always come back to these guys. Highly recommend.

I purchased 4 new tires less then a year ago! Had a screw on one of them, made an appointment online went in thinking it would be fixed. Was told I had to buy a pair of two new tires!.. no problem!Until.. my husband took my car in now a second time with a screw in another tire. Was celebrated for having great life on tires got flat fixed with the warranty we have. Now I m questioned why I was told I had to buy new tires when it could of been fixed!! I ll have him take care of these errands moving forward! GREAT

The guys at the Kolb and Golf Links location are the best. They always take great care with my car and even located the White Walls I was looking for.

I stopped in 10 minutes from closing around 3 weeks ago. I had stopped at Pizza Hut on my way home from work and the delivery driver was nice enough to point out to me that my passenger backside tire was going flat. When I showed up here 10 minutes before closing apologizing (because it was almost closing time) the workers were really quick to assure me that it was no problem and they were happy to take care of it. They looked up my account and fixed my tire in no time at all. They were able to remove the screw and plug the hole. I am so grateful for the service that I received that that day and every time that I have come to this discount tire.

GO TO JACOB honestly unreal how quick he got my tires done 3 of the 4 were flat/unrepairable and he got the tires ordered and delivered within 30 MINUTES highly recommend. Hard working dudes that care about your car like they're own. BEST DISCOUNT TIRE

This location helped me place a special order for a pair of tires for my SUV that used to be sold by Discount Tire but are now discontinued. I wanted those specific tires because of their great price to quality ratio (in fact, most tires sold by Discount Tire give you a pretty good quality tire at a reasonable price). It took a little longer than usual for the tires to arrive, because the first set came damaged and they had to place a second order from the vendor. But, once the new tires were in - I got a call and they were able to take me in the very same day to get them installed! I also enjoy knowing that, when buying from Discount Tire, even without purchasing the "no questions asked replacement certificates", they'll patch any punctures in the repairable area for free and also do free tire inspections and inflation.

I just want to shout out to all the people that work at Discount Tires on golf links. I always get excellent service there. They are professional and they are kind especially Joey! Superior customer service... on par with Chick-fil-A. All employees were kind and patient. Marcos had no problem answering all my questions with ease. They also offer good warranties, and who doesn't love free tire pressure gauges?Highly recommend.

I had to wait an hour before getting assistance, no one came up to me or asked if I had been helped. They put priority over other people coming in, and were not attentive or seemed like they cared.

Was incredibly impressed with their service. I got a screw in both of my drivers side tires, and after 2 other places said they didn't have any thing open or it would be 3 hours, they got me right in. Marcus met me in the parking lot and expertly took care of me. I was in and out in under an hour. You now have a new customer, and will be getting my tires here next time I need them. Thank you again.

I have been coming here for YEARS for numerous vehicles. I haven't been in a while. I came in recently to get rims and tires installed that were purchased online and delivered in store, spent over $900. They kept my old rims saying "You have to ask us for your old rims back", shadiest thing I have ever heard from a tire shop and I've dealt with LA Tires on 29th & Swan, so I know about shady tire shops. Then they didn't even put valve stem covers on my tires. If I could give a negative review I would. Last time going here, EVER!

Each discount tire has great service but Kaden Peppie and his staff at this location are amazing! I came into this store at 430 and there was a line of six people and witching five minutes I was helped and explained my financial situation and I was provided with options that worked for me and could not be happier.Just give this location a call and you will see what I am talking about.

I had my first blowout ever, I am 73 years old and I was so devastated to learn that I had also ruined that Volvo rim. My tire was under warranty so all I had to do was buy the warranty for the replacement. But then he looked at how much one Volvo replacement would cost and he was shocked $$$! And also would have to wait for the dealership to get one from Sweden!Well, my donut is over 10 years old, so I knew I couldn't wait for that and then he suggested that I could buy 4 knew rims and that he would order them from California and all four wouldn't be to much more than the one Volvo. Of course I said yes and I went today after he called me. They are awesome!A big shout out to these guys and if I could have, I would have hugged them!If you want a good deal, go here or to any of the Discount Tire places!!! They will treat you like you matter... This is a Voxx rim and my car looks great with them on!!!Shirley

This is probably par for the course. DiscountTire is everything you would want... their technicians are always friendly, they get you in and out with no issues, they're always willing to work with you and your schedule. And they make any purchase that you get, worth every penny. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.Shout out to KOLB & GULF LINKS location.

I love the convenience of this location, as it is less than a mile from my home. From the time I walked in the door, the service was out standing , as always. The front desk staff stayed attentive and focused on each individual customer . Marco was my attendant and I felt confident in his knowledge. As busy as they are, they were right on target , with the time they quoted me. I was impressed with the incredible team work from the front desk associates, to the team behind the glass partition. They ALL worked together in a smooth , focused rhythm. All safety measures were compliant from all staff. My thinking is a corporation is only as good as the front line workers, laborers. And the staff at this location, is outstanding in the quality of service they give. I left feeling confident and comfortable in my choice and service from this location.

I came in with a donut because my front passenger tire was torn. I bought a new set of tires because the tread on others was low. The front tires PSI were set to 35, and the rear driver was set to 14, and the rear passenger was set to 63??The TPMS light came on the next morning but attributed it to the cold weather. Car was driving weird (go figure) so I was concerned. I checked the pressure with my gauge and was baffled. I had the pressure reset at the Broadway/Old Spanish trail. They were upset that it was set like this.1 star for the tires1 star for getting them on the same night-3 for this

Very friendly staff, they missed my call and made sure they called me back line to check tire pressure was so long gentleman that was helping unfortunately didn t get his name stayed even after they were closed just to make sure he got everyone s tires checked I really I appreciate the help and great costumer service thank you!

Don't love the location, but the workers here are awesome so it was worth it. They were very helpful and didn't immediately try to sell me 4 new tires that I didn't need (which has happened at other locations). It can get pricey but the customer service is great.

I went through a discrepancy with the accurate oversized tires from a dealer I bought my truck from, immediately I brought it to discount to get checked. Manager Angel at discount really took care of me and gave such great customer service with his advice and knowledge. He contacted the salesman from the dealer I purchased from and we were able to work a deal with the dealership on purchasing me 4 oversized new tires through discount! Thanks Angel for your assistance, it was more then appreciated! You have my service from here on out while your the manager their.

Arrived at approximately 1130hrs. Had a flat tire in the bed of my truck, they came and looked at it and stated they could see the nails and they could have it done by 1300hrs. At 1315hrs they came to me and told me they were unable to repair because there were 2 nails in my tire. The nails were side by side a little over an inch apart. They pulled my truck in, took the spare off, then came and told me they couldn't repair it after almost 2 hours. I brought it to a local tire shop on South Palo Verde and they fixed it in under 10 minutes. Do Not Go To Discount For Tire Repair. THEY ONLY WANT TO SELL TIRES.

I bought a set of 4 tires here about a year ago. The price was very comparable and I love the quality of these Yokohama tires. They are seasonal and have not disappointed whether doing errands in town or going on long road trips. Discount Tire also offers free tire rotations if you purchase from them...you really can't beat that!

They would have hit 5 stars if not for a couple of small things. First, they were polite and got me in and out before my scheduled appointment . Here are 2 issues: one, they parked my car facing the Arizona sun , and two, even after I refused wipers, they still pulled my back one off and tried to up sell . Overall, good job.

My tire had a screw slow leak, fixed my tire on my way in 25 minutes. Everyone very nice great customer service
