I'm very pleased with discount tire, they went above and beyond my expectations of customer service experience. so I purchased 4 new tire for my truck online from discount tire website and scheduled my appointment for installation, I was surprised to receive a call a day early informing me that they could install my tires right then if I had time so I got there and they started working on my truck immediately. shortly after starting the work they informed me about 2 broken wheel studs on a rear wheel. I already knew about the broken studs because the last time I got new Tires from a shop on the South side They stripped the 2 studs that were broken and 4 studs On the front wheels. (i didnt find out until the next time i went to take the wheels off to work on it, thats when all the wheel studs broke) I had already replaced the front wheel studs, But didn't know how to replace the wheel studs on rear axle. so I informed the employee of the reason for the broken studs and that I would figure out how to replace them as soon as possible. then when my vehicle was finished and I was collecting my keys, the employee handed me a invoice for the wheels stud replacements and informed me where i needed to take my truck for the wheels studs to be replaced and discount tire will/did pay the bill for the repair work.I was super grateful and shocked that they payed for the repair even though they didn't break the studs originally. thanks again discount tire!!! you have a forever repeating customer

"So I got caught with a flat. Well, how bout that? I hobbled down to Discount Tire on my broken down horse for which they proposed four new shoes: The flat was too old to fix (less than 3/32s, can t reliably plug it); the front left was down to 2/32s and appeared to have no tread left; the other two were down to 4/32s but all over 6 years, so well yeah, time for new tires.Tire and labour came in about $98, or just shy of $400 for the lot.They were busy, so I had about an hour and a half of free time without wheels. I wasn t going to sit on my duff in the waiting area, so decided to walkabout crossed the street to Albertsons and roamed the aisles until security started following me. Went to Taco Bell for a case of heartburn with a side of sodium. Meandered back to Discount, taking time to ponder the plethora of fast food restaurants, bars, leaf shops, tire shops and spas in the area. Near the corner lies a strip mall that features two pet salons , one on the left end called Canine Couture (by appointment only); another at the right end named Animal Attraction (by appointment only), right behind me a spa presumably for people. I asked myself What time is it? Is my car ready yet? and then asked the obvious, Does Canine Couture actually custom-design high-fashion clothing for dogs? And why hasn t someone opened a spa catering to pets _and_ their owners, massages and mani-pedis for both? Maybe treat your pooch to a Brazilian? Talk about a time saver for dog owners.Thankfully about that time I was jolted back to reality by a text message informing me my car was ready. It s amazing how much better your car handles on new tread and you gotta love that new tire smell in your garage.All seriousness aside, this Discount Tire has been a trusted shop for me and my family for many years. They re very professional, not pushy, prices within reason, they do fast and efficient work, and they offer free inflation where they ll also inspect your tires and advise you on tread depths. They re good guys, I recommend this Discount Tire.

The place suck at time management. They will have you wait 40 minutes to an hour just to check something that should be 5 minutes with an appointment so good luck to y all.if I could give half a star I would because a full start is to gracious. Hopefully y all will never see my service again.

As per usual above and beyond service! Raul was very friendly and straightforward. As a walk in b/c of a flat tire and also needing a full set. Raul was able to fit a new pair of shoes on my car without missing a beat!The service side has a good group of lads that seem to work well and have fun in the job! Did a very clean tire install and even took the time to clean off the old weight adhesive on the inside wheel well.All in all nothing short of what I would expect of a discount tire!

Extremely helpful. We had 4 bad tires and drove in with a "donut." The customer service was spectacular, and there wasn't much of a wait to get our new tires. My son was in the hospital, and Discount Tire made what was already a stressful time in my life more bearable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Great customer service! I always set an appointment if I'm getting new tires and then I don't have to wait. They will check your air in your tires (and of course add more if needed) once per month. The only problem is that the line for this service is often long. They work quickly, but the demand is just very high for that service. Prices seem reasonable.

Excellent service! Scheduled everything ahead of time online and it was a breeze from there. Jesus greeted us and was very professional and helpful. Took a half hour total. Recommended there by Brake Masters down the road (also excellent)

Go out of your way to use this Discount Tire! I bought new tires, and 20 miles in I knew I messed up. Called them the next day asking if I could go to the full Pilot Sport 4S, Jai at the store didn't hesitate, said no problem, the new tires were in in 30 minutes, installed later that day, I just paid the difference. Great service, great team, really appreciate their help!

The customer service is top notch and the employee whom I tend to get the most has been Raul.He is a pleasure to work with and knows his stuff inside and out. He is very friendly, personable, and his service forward manners are 150%.The shop itself is quick and efficient. I will happily drive across town to continue doing business with this Discount Tire shop.

Always treat females with respect when helping them. I had bought tires from discount tire several times thru the years. And always go back to them when I need to replace. I also like that I can go and have the tires checked for air pressure without any hassle.

Fast and easy. Needed some new tires and wheels for my car and I wasn't disappointed with the service I received. Awesome hard working people that offer fast and excellent service Everytime I'm there. I went in pretty close to closing time and still got my tires done on time and at a great price . I can fully recommend this location.

We had 2 new tires put on yesterday at this location, I'm a medical transportation and half way thru a trip I get a warning aboit tires. I pull over and a lug bolt was missing on front driver tire and 1 missing on the back driver side. Thanks for trying to kill me and my patients!

I was very impressed with the customer experience at this store. Within hours of my online purchase of a new set of tires, I received a confirmation phone call from Jesus. He was super friendly, warm and informative. I had a similar experience when I arrived at the store from another associate. Discount Tire came highly recommended from a friend who lives out of state. I was highly impressed and will definitely be recommending to others. Thank you for making my customer experience so easy and smooth!

*Long Review But Worth Reading*I went in to this establishment with one thing in mind, I need one tire replaced because my tire was splitting. I was notified by the mechanics that changed my oil. First thought, I m headed to Discount tire. After arriving there they took a look at my other tires and said that I needed two tires. So, I just paid for two and waited. After about two hours, one of the mechanics comes over to me and says that my car will need a little more attention and it will be about maybe another 30mins. After another hour goes by and my website tracker is past the time I start to get a little agitated. Then a different man walks over to me and sits next to me and says hey man you know the wheels that you have on your car are not the size that fits your car . Instantly I grew more and more unsettled but kept a brave face on. I mention to him that I ve done business there a few times before and never had that been mentioned to me once. In my head I m thinking they must be hunting for money smh. To my surprise, I was speaking to the manager of the establishment and he spent a good 10 to 20 mins explaining to me what was wrong and answering all of the questions that I had. That he went out and tried to fix the problem himself and that it just wasn t working out. He stated that he took over about a year ago and that he wanted to do right by his standard and his customers. He calmed my nerves and stated that he rather me be safe on the roads and that he can Sleep Better At Night knowing that I was safe driving and that he did the right by me . He helped me out more than anyone can know. My life was in danger and I didn t even know it. He took care of me and my car, there s no other place that I would ever recommend to everyone. There s more background but all I can say is that this establishment 100% COMMUNICATED expertly, and they CARE about the customers. From the Front Desk to the Garage, they really outdid themselves the other day and I had to spread the word! From Top to Bottom= Amazing Workers! Thank you for all that you do there! Thank you for everything! Thanks for being Patient, Kind, Understanding, and above all Outstandingly Professional!Ps. I never leave reviews for anything but this was worth it! Discount Tire on 6616 E Tanque Verde Rd is the one and only DT to go to. I have been going there for the last 20 years. They have the very best integrity. A few years ago I was forced to go to another DT in town and was told I needed all new tires. I had a bad feeling about that. So I got home and went to 6616 TV RD. They said a resounding NO! They always treat me...a woman...with professionalism and honesty. I know I can trust them. I was told a week ago by another service repair for another issue I needed new tires. I went to this DT and was told by Isaac my tires are fine and he suggested since I was there to have my air checked. So I did. Bobby said all tires were a bit low due to hot weather. Took care of me and invited me to come in any time for the same.

So let me start off by saying everyone should always get your tires at Discount Tire just from their professionalism let alone. Wanted to come on here to give Jesus a shout out, he helped me yesterday and made my process so smooth. Super friendly and such awesome customer service. He had my car in and out within 45 minutes that day. Couldn t be more happier. Thank you again Jesus and Discount! Will be coming back again!

Best tire ship company in the country! Outstanding service at the Tanque Verde store in Tucson! Awesome customer service. Great customer care. Service advisor, Martin, was very nice and offered me free service as a gratitude for being a long time customer. Kudos to the Tanque Verde team for such great service. Best prices, service, and customer care in the industry. Highly recommend.

Originally, I had a nail in my tire leaving it completely flat. I came in and was able to get it patched up. I don t remember the guy s name, but he was hell-bent on getting me to buy new tires. I didn t bring the funds for that so I declined. I came back today for an 8am appointment to replace my two front tires. They had just opened and Russell came outside to greet me and asked how he could help. I told him I would like to replace them and he checked out the tread. He never pushed any sale on me, which I respect so much more than being pushy. He walked me through which tires they had available for my vehicle today. We had 2 options: one cheap and one expensive. He showed me that the ratings for both were pretty much the same so I was confident going with the less expensive one. It took all of 20 minutes for them to rotate & put on the new tires (I was there at open). Russell made the experience great & I look forward to working with him in the future!

I used to really like DT but recently I was in need of replacing some of my tires and was horrified at the prices. We will not be back and hate the sales people approach. I was scammed out of $50 for lug nuts. I will be finding a new tire shop.

They repaired and replaced two tires for me. It wasn't that much cheaper than the dealership but the warranty (you have to pay for) is nice. Remember, this is a sales place that likely runs on commissions so be prepared to stand firm and purchase only what you need.

Outstanding service. I had a flat tire and pulled into this place, not sure if I could get it addressed same day. Not only did they get to work on it right away they didn t charge me to do the diagnostics. RAUL helped me through the intake process and explained everything that needed to be done. CISCO brought my car to me when the job was finished and explained what was found. Both of these gentlemen were so professional, speedy, and kind I would absolutely bring my business here again.

Always a great experience at this location. I had all four tires replaced and for the first two, I didn t get a chance to schedule an appointment as one of my tires was urgently leaking. I dropped off my vehicle and assumed it d take most of the day to get them replaced, however my service advisor was calling me within an hour letting me know that my car was ready. The second time I went for the other 2 tires, I scheduled an appointment and the turnaround time was even faster, I barely made it to Starbucks across the street and my car was done :) I worked with Martin during both of my visits and he was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I very much appreciate the no-BS approach. I ve been bringing my cars to this location for ~6 years now and will continue to do so.

I had my OEM Michelin Energy Savers replaced with partial warranty discount after they had accelerated wear by 36k (70k mile tires). The warranty process was somewhat quick and the car was in and out in a couple hours with Continental's. The problem was when I picked the car up their was installation goo all over all the wheels, the TPMS was not reset after it was rebuilt and one tire was showing 31 PSI (others at 34) when the sticker shows 36 PSI and these tires hold 51 PSI max. I was leaving on a family road trip to California the next day and gave the sales guy a $10 tip hoping they would make it a great experience but instead I had to go and immediately fill the tires up (which is when I noticed the TPMS was not reset and the goo). I am returning tomorrow so hopefully they can make it right by cleaning their mess/resetting the TPMS and making sure the wheels are torqued to spec.

Have always had excellent service from Discount. This time the got me in within an hour to replace a tire. I was also given a great deal. The staff is so friendly and nice and always treat customers with a lot of respect.

Super quick fix on the nail in my tire! Special shout out to Bobby. My tire pressure sensor light was still on after they fixed the first tire. I circled back to their tire pressure check station. Bobby said another tire was really low. He took the time to jack my car up and fully check the tire out and he found another nail in a different tire. He then single-handedly fixed that tire in less than 5 minutes. He's a top tier hero and really cares about his work. Give the man a raise.
