I called one of the locations closest to me only to find they were booked all day on a Sunday. I had a screw in my tire, but the rep was able to call another location and get me an appointment less than an hour after my call. Total service time was around 45 minutes, but they went by quickly. I was even able to take the screw home. Thank you for being able to patch my tire! The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

I scheduled an appintment to replace tires , check the tire pressure light and do the alignment.When I scheduled an appointment I asked to double check the tire pressure light, they said: No problem, we got you, having this on my list . Then when I dropped the car, I asked them one more time to check the light. They said: Sure .Then couple hours later they called me to notify that work has been done and the car is ready for pick up. I asked if they checked the tire pressure light, the answer was: It was reset, your car also needs an alignment, might take about 20 mins No surprises here that when I picked up the car, the tire pressure light was still flashing. But I also got the worst alignment in my life. Now to change the lane I just need to stop holding the steering wheel and the car will pull to the right automatically. This is probably why it took them 20 minutes to do the alignment. Won t be surprised if they will charge me for their mistakes.Don t know what to say. The main reason why I decided to give it a try - certified Jim Click Hyundai takes couple months to wait for an appointment,but I would better wait for couple months and do it there.Going to talk with them today, will update the review if something happens.P.S. the interior of the store is quite nice and they have a big TV on the wall.EDIT: Had a chance to talk with them again last week, they fixed the alignment for free and also replaced the TPMS sensor. Everything took about an hour, they have great coffee and you also can watch TV while waiting.Changing to 4 stars, probably will come back later to do tire routine. Will see

I love this place. They are very friendly and helpful. I had one situation for which they figured out an inexpensive fix, instead of a much more expensive one they could have offered.They do good work and know what they're doing.

I have been to a lot of Auto shops, this was my first time at Big Brand Tire & Service. My appointment was set for 9 am. I arrived on time and wow took my vehicle in , right away. I don't know what the gentleman name that helped me at the desk. He was very professional, easy to talk with. Answered all my questions. The mechanic was on his game, not only did my oil change and rotated my tires , he checked all my fluids , then checked all possible problems that could arise. That is rare and no charge. Everyone there is friendly. If your looking for a new auto shop and tires. I would highly recommend them for all your auto needs. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest rating. Definitely 10. Give the a shout find out for your self. New auto Client for good.. Ron B.

Excellent service at the Campbell location in Tucson! Staff is friendly, helpful and answered all questions. Prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend them

I had an awesome experience at this location. Everyone was very kind and my tire got plugged very quickly. The manager Tony was so kind and helped me with my first flat!

Went for a rotation and waited an hour and a half before they told me they couldn t do it. Which could ve been ok, if they told me immediately. Instead I waited all that time for them to inspect it and was given other repairs needed. One of the things they said I really needed was an oil change. I had my oil changed 2 weeks ago and have put on LESS THAN 100 miles since then. I told them this and they didn t have a good response. Almost like I caught them in attempting to scam me out of some work. Also I frequently check my own oil, and did so when I got home. It looked perfect. Based on this alone, I can t take anything else they told me needed work seriously. Avoid this shady business.

Extremely professional. Recommend! I ve taken my SUV here for variety of smaller things including free air. When my vehicle needed some major repairs, I did not hesitate to have Big Brand conduct the work. They are respectful to me; it s the only place I ll take my truck for any repair.

They spent time telling me what product would work best for me. Had a good experience buying. Then when they ripped a sensor wire they refused to even acknowledge the issue. Sad that there was zero accountability.

These guys are great, had a flat tire last night on a freeway off ramp. Got a 22 yr old spare put on, call them at 8 am to see what they had in stock, I needed a whole set, they quoted me a price with a warranty, and mounting. They are great here, I have gone to another location. Not the same customer service, in fact at other location they did not do a great oil change and check...will only come to campbell location..thank guys!!

Super nice and friendly staff. I did not have an appointment. They kept me informed throughout the wait time and tire repair. Walk-ins are welcome but you might wait longer than expected because they could be super busy. Schedule an appointment if you can. Clean waiting area with complimentary coffee, large screen TV and restroom . Free Wi-Fi . There is even a basket of toys for young kiddos.Other than tire repair, there is many other car repairs they do. Thank you for a good experience .

I had a great experience with having my car serviced with new tires and an alignment. The treads on my tires were worn and my car was pulling to the right when driving. The staff was quite professional and courteous! My car was serviced within two hours and now it drives smoothly!

Holy smokes. I bought my car used about a year ago, and since then I ve been having an issue with a small rattle, which I ve always said sounded like it was coming from the wheels. I ve taken it a couple places, and they kept recommending random things, basically a trial-and-error style of fixing things that didn t need to be fixed. Changed my brakes, replaced the control arms, got new spark plugs, nothing worked. Today I went to BBT because I m going on a long trip and just wanted a check up. First look they figured out that someone had put my front lug nuts on backwards! Not only did they get me in on short notice, but they were able to fix my issue that same day. Driving it off the lot was wild. Suddenly everything felt firm and solid in a way that I didn't even know was possible. A huge thanks to the mechanic today who caught this and took the time to show me the problem, too. I m sure this would have caused even bigger issues in the future, so I am very grateful to this place. Ten out of ten service!

We drove from Illinois to Tucson to visit grandkids and half-way on our travels i could feel the rear tire vibrating. So looked up our usual tire shop and they didn't have the tires i wanted so i found Big Brand Tire and service is the best tire and service place in Tucson. Called Tuesday and had 2 new tires and oil change on our honda for a great price done Wednesday. Only took 2 hours.

This is the best car shop in town. Shawn got me approved for a $2400 instant 90-day loan. Got my whole cooling system replaced and two brand new tires. Plus I got time to pay for it. So very grateful Thanks Shawn and the crew at Big Brand Tire!! Y'all saved me!!

Came in with a flat on a Sunday in the late afternoon. Flat was fixed AT NO CHARGE!!!. Great place. They have earned my business.

All of the staff were very helpful. I needed to have my car looked at quickly as it was overheating. Since it was later in the day they suggested I leave my car and they would diagnose the problem the next morning. They were able to quickly get parts needed. Work was done before end of day. They kindly gave me rides to and from their location as work was being done. Thank you Aaron, Sean and Luz.

I had a great experience, especially with the friendly and knowledgeable team members Louis and Robin. Got an oil change but they also made me feel better with their free assessment of my tires and brakes. Will definitely be back soon!
