I came into autozone for a new battery and Ralph was so helpful and kind! He assisted me in picking a new battery and installed it with a great attitude. He deserves a raise ASAP! For sure next time I need to come to autozone I will be sure to come back to this location. I was blown away of how respectful and polite he was with not just me but everyone in the store!

I ran up here yesterday to grab a part for my son and as I walked in the door, Diana greeted me with her beautiful personality! She quickly went back to the parts, matched up the numbers and had me checked out in less than 2 minutes! I was blown away! Now that's taking care of business! Thank you Diana , you're the bomb!

Purchasing parts from this store was a good experience with a staff member helping me to find the right part and suggesting the easiest way to install it. When it turned out to be a part that is internal to an assembly that must be replaced in whole, I returned the part. That's where the lower star rating comes in. The manager who did the return was not very polite, bordering on the edge of hostile. After our transaction her personality flipped to being all smiles for the next customer. Returning a purchase does not justify a customer being treated rudely.

Went in to get my battery looked at & had the best experience at this store. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. I feel like this store always goes above & beyond to ensure my needs are taken care of, and they always do it with a friendly smile. Thank you for being so helpful!!

Battery died when I was working, Esteban was kind and straight to the point, tried to upsell me which is annoying but fine cause he didn t push when I said no. But he changed my battery quickly and was super sweet.

Today I went to store #3684 because I had a problem with back bumper. Tom went outside with me and looked at the problem, went to a certain, I wasn t paying attention, and really looked for what he needed. After I paid Tom said that he would install it. He bent down on the ground and out the rivets in for me. I need to say that he more than 55. What EXCELLENT customer service! Rhonda S

This is the CAN-DO Autozone in Tucson. I have a Hummer that I am constantly ripping through the washes and finding a battery that can meet my rugged requirements has been extremely difficult. The area manager Mario was extremely helpful in giving me expert advice on converting from an optima battery to an ODYSSEY battery. He explained in depth how the optima company had switched production facilities and that Odyssey had since taken over the role in providing the military and police with rugged and reliable high output batteries. An extremely helpful technician named Sean was then able to help me search for a highly specific battery within the Odyssey product line. Sean spent an entire hour and a half digging through the Odyssey inventory and then linking it to the Autozone database to find the specific battery and order it to the store for me. She is running like a champ and this is the Autozone I will be going to for my advice and products from now on. This is the REAL Autozone of Tucson!

They advised me on which battery to buy and then installed it. Six months later, my battery kept dying and I took it to the dealership where they told me I had the wrong kind of battery installed (needed a start/stop - which I had asked about upon initially buying what I thought WAS a start/stop). I was upset this happened and called AutoZone where the manager told me this was obviously the wrong kind of battery and her team should have known this when I bought it and at installation. She agreed to to put in the correct battery and I would just pay the difference - seemed fair. In my subsequent phone calls with her, she was rude and short with me. When I went to have this done, the manager and the team treated my husband and I like I had done something wrong. I was nothing but courteous to these people and still I was treated so rudely when it was their mistake. I never even once heard "I'm Sorry for the mistake," which honestly would have gone a long way.I sought out this place for guidance and trusted them in an industry I know nothing about. After this experience, I realize I was wrong for trusting them and will not be back.

This store is phenomenal, the staff is all around helpful and efficient about finding the problem and getting to a solution. John and his colleague, who I was unable to catch the name of, both took their time to get my car cleaned up under the hood and fitted with a brand new battery. They explained everything in detail, ran multiple tests and were overall very kind. Always go here for car services and these two both deserve a raise no matter what.

I bought an AC hose with gauge from autozone. After one use, the gauge would not zero. I stopped at this store to have them look at it and they agreed it was defective. I asked for a replacement and they had none. I asked for a credit and they would not grant it without a receipt, even though I had the credit card that I bought it with. I said that I would never buy from AutoZone again and one of the clerks said " There is the door!" That cemented the relationship. Never, Never again!!!!!

Not helpful and rude to my daughter who needed help. .. I'm 4 hours away and couldn't help.. I called O'Reilly and they told her to come In and they'll help her.. she got her brake lights replace at O'Reilly and they gave her a hug for Autozone being rude to her.

Everything I have ever needed for our Tundra, when I need it. The store is well lit & stocked and has always been tidy when I visit. The staff is typically helpful and will assist you with your battery or air filter swap when requested. Give 'em a little tip if you ask for some help with your purchase.

Todd is the real deal! Total FIVE STAR GUY who gives FIVE STAR SERVICE. When I read the Auto Zone reviews to this location I was impressed with the consistent high marks and to no surprise received nothing less than five star advice/service. He is my new go-to guy when it comes to anything auto industry related. You will not be disappointed. He has a vast amount of knowledge and used to work with the biggest auto dealerships. Todd the Manager is very rude at this location. When I first walked in he profiled me and right off the back was rude. I asked a simple question if he could assist with running a diagnostic to see why my car wash shaking (which I have went to auto zone before for help to run the code) and he refused to even assist me) . He wasn t nice and took advantage that I was a female and as soon as I entered stated he couldn t assist me he was waiting on a customer (male) that was outside that hadn t even came in yet. Very poor service. Will be using a different company moving forward.

Great service by the store agents Christian who s willingness in itself deserves 5 stars however when I came in to get a free battery check the store agent was so nasty. She consistently urged the store agents to make me do it myself. Clearly on the windows states free battery check. I understand that day was over 100 degrees but for her to verbally state no let him do it referring to myself is terrible service. If she doesn t like her job maybe it s time to get a new one instead of standing around trying to be cute.

Sold us a DEAD BATTERY for $180 to go in our nissan rogue. Took it back next day and she tried to blame our alternator. Their "new" battery was measuring 9v just sitting there and would not take a charge. Manager basically said: well stuff happens. How about a free soft drink for our inconvenience time and trouble? NOPE. GOODBYE PLEASE LEAVE. They tried to keep receipt for original bad battery to conceal the fail. Not a good store to shop in. Second battery started car fine and alternator makes 14V.

My car battery was dying so during my lunch break at work I headed straight to the closest AutoZone to avoid getting stranded anywhere. Todd was the one that helped me out and he went above and beyond with his service. He got me a great deal on a new battery to prevent me from going to a competitor, and even offered to swap out the battery himself. Mind you we're talking July summer temperatures when he was out there changing it out. Todd was very personable and kept a great attitude throughout. Thanks again Todd!

The store was fine but the sales associate miss gendered my brother and he passed away from suicide a month later. That was the last time I hung out with my brother was at this store. Makes me very sad in this day and age to miss gender people especially your customers. This interaction haunts me to this day still.

Customer service by the Todd, Victoria and Sean was amazing at the store. They helped me out of a difficult warranty issue. The management was also very supportive and gave the employees the authority to do the right thing. I m a customer for life

Very nice employee. Helped as much as he could. Part I needed was not in stock. 2 days order time. I live 70 miles away. He checked other stores, same time frame.Really appreciated the fact that he went the extra mile when he didn't have to! I will go there again if in the area and need parts! Thanks for all your help.

Huge THANK YOU to Nick and Sam who helped me with getting both air filter replacements for my car and made sure I installed them correctly. I am very impressed with this AutoZone! I walked into the store and I was quickly acknowledged and they knew exactly what parts were needed. They even let me know they could order the engine air filter for me since they only kept the expensive, premium version for my car in stock. They gave me easy and clear instructions on how to change out my cabin air filter and then they actually came out to my car and installed the engine filter for me at no charge. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers and making this store a place that is family friendly.

They are taking Covid seriously here. A man came in with no mask, and was politely asked to either put a mask on or leave, as it is store policy to require everyone to wear masks. The man kept saying "my body my choice" and the associate made him leave. 10/10, would watch anti-masker get kicked out again.And just like any auto zone , they are very helpful in getting you what you need. Have never had a bad experience at this store.

I rarely leave reviews. If I have a negative experience I simply never return. However my experience at this AutoZone was very pleasant. Sam was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Something you dont find often in customer service. Being a woman I'm use to condescending treatment when I walk into a auto parts store. Not here. This store is a bit out of the way for me but I will happily return when I find myself in need simply because of the service.
