This place is amazing! They do a great job. They are very honest and upfront. Everything is done with quality in mind. They're also great at communicating, which is very important for me, especially when my car is the topic. I've been doing business with them since 2017. I've owned 3 different Challenger's over that time period, and brought all 3 of them here. I had different variations of catback systems, and shorty headers installed for all 3. The outcomes for all of them were immaculate. There was only this one time were one of the flanges was not tightened properly, but they fixed that quickly and for free! Additionally, they don't stop at just doing exhaust work. They also installed a shifter into my second Challenger. Just ask them if they can do it!

These guys are awesome! After missing my call, Ryan called me back promptly and was able to schedule service next day. Fred didn't recommend the service my company wanted completed so he communicated with my fleet department to seek approval for a higher quality service and completed it while I waited within the hour. I could not recommend them more!

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Honest, efficient, quick and extremely professional. They have helped us get our vehicles back on the road more times than I would like but every time they make the experience as good as possible.This is the only shop I will bring my vehicles into in the entire valley. Anything else is a waste of money and time. Keep up the good work guys and know you are very much appreciated.

Very knowledgeable professional guys. I went in there to get my muffler extended, so I could do emissions testing. They added 2 new pipes and 4 hangars and points. It looks great sounds great. Took 2 hours and 15 minutes and was reasonably priced.they were also able to refer me to another place to get a paint job.

I went to this shop this morning for a fairly simple muffler delete on a 2008 Corvette. However, once it was on the rack we realized the job entailed more then what was originally thought. So we went over options and came up with a game plan that suited both our needs. I'm telling you their work is second to none. I am a former mechanic for Ford, and was blown away by the attention to detail and the amount of TLC given to my vehicle. Everybody is super cool to talk to and loves what they do. And you can tell. Being a wrench myself I appreciate guys that like to talk about cars and are still excited about it. The attention to detail to leveling these tips on the back of the car was priceless. Thanks again guys for an amazing job. Listening to that thing on the way home was a blast. Customer for life-DavidSo today is September 3rd 2021 and I'm back again. Similar request as last time different year Corvette. So this time I was quoted One price, agreed to the price, and they came in even less than that LOL. Worked on the car for well over an hour making sure everything was perfect as usual. Absolutely top-notch shop not sure why you would go anywhere else based on all the reviews. Absolutely outstanding by every measure.I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time which was also before they were technically open. Their office was unlocked and they helped me immediately even though I was early and they were not open.Courteous service, and they walked me through the catalytic converter installation information, told me where they were going to place it and let me take a picture for reference.Less than 30 minutes after arriving they had the cat welded in place and me on my way.The quality of the welds was superb, and they matched the customer service.It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them.

Best place to get exhaust work done. I've brought my wide body charger and now my lifted sierra denali to them. Chris and his team are great to work with. GO HERE FOR ALL EXHAUST NEEDS!!

Professionals, fantastic quality work. All at a very fair price!! These gentlemen understand hot rods, muscle cars, you name it! Most exhaust installers will do what is easier, these guys won't, they will do what's best for your setup. For example, they saw that adding flanges at the headers would only decrease the limited ground clearance, so they placed the flanges a few inches down the tunnel and give maximum clearance. This is my second visit, and will not be my last. This should be everyone's go to exhaust shop!

This business operates with integrity and kindness. I was getting ready to move across the country and had to take my car into this shop multiple times in preparation for the endeavor.Every time I went in I was met with honesty and compassion; never did I feel insulted or scammed in any way. I'm not that mechanically inclined but when discussing my thoughts on any matter the team consulted me with professionalism.It's a shame I have to find a new mechanic. I wish I could have brought them along. If you're in the area, I cannot recommend them enough.Thanks guys.

The guys at Scottsdale Muffler are the only guys I trust when it comes to exhaust work on my vehicles. From custom setups, to taking things back to stock. They're some of the best around about making sure their customers are well informed on what's going on and aren't afraid to tell people that something isn't necessary! This shop was recommended to me by a friend after hearing that my exhaust pipes were rattling and shaking. I have had a series of unfortunate incidents at automobile repair shops (even at the dealerships) and it is extremely difficult to find one that not only has such a wonderful reputation but also lives up to it. I am so thankful for the team here who got me in the next day, solved my problems within an hour AND didn't take advantage by charging me an exorbitant amount knowing I didn't have an idea of what the issue was. I was recommended Scottsdale Muffler by a few friends. All I needed was some straight-piping for my Q45. Chris and his team took care of me and fit me in on a very busy day. The work they did was top-notch and I was more than pleased with the results (straight-piped V8 s sound awesome!). I also ended up paying less than what I was originally quoted. If you re looking for quality work from quality people, go to Scottsdale Muffler!

I just want to say this shop is outstanding the owner and his brother did my well job on my 2021 tundra they are awesome very knowledgeable not expensive and just overall a great place to go for great work I would definitely go back......

It just goes to show you reviews make all the difference in the world. I looked for the top rated muffler exhaust shop in the Phoenix area and based off reviews these guys are #1. Chris & the guys did a amazing job on my Type R exhaust from Magnaflow. They had me in and out in less then a hour. It sounds amazing I couldn t be happier. Thanks again !!!!

I talked to Chris to make an appointment. I m here from a recommendation from two friends of mine. Dropping off the car was easy. Ryan called me with an update on their thoughts; we discussed options and agreed on what to repair and the price. Ryan called me with updates, and the final total was less than the original quote. I feel 100% like this crew is honest and wants to do the right thing. Based on my service today, I would highly recommend Scottsdale Muffler in Tempe ;) Thank You!

I was referred to Scottsdale Muffler (by a different shop). The other shop has been referring exhaust customers to SM&A for 10 years.The work on my RV was completed on-time, as promised, at a great price.If you find yourself in need of an honest mechanic I recommend you give SM & A a try. I went in for some exhaust work. Despite my car having a modified exhaust from the prior owner, they were still able to squeeze a new catalytic converter in. I got same day service for a great price too! Couldnt have had a better experience here

Bought a lifted truck & that same night someone tried to still my Cat. Converter. The next morning I brought my truck in to get Bars put under my truck! Everyone that works on my truck said who ever installed it, did a good job I literally called a bunch of different places in Gilbert, phx, chandler. FINALLY, found these guys! I'm happy I decided to get my bars installed! Took about 2 hours.

I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Being a single young lady that doesn t know much about cars and newer to the area it s hard toFind businesses you can trust. I went for a hike with family visiting and my truck made a weird noise after. Three places I went to had said my catalytic converter was almost stolen. I didn t like how all three said something different so I went here. They were the only ones that didn t try to sell my anything extra. And quoted me what I would owe and the time spent on it was much more reasonable. They were super polite and friendly and informative. Now I take my truck here for oil changes and tire rotations and anything else it will ever need. This is a company you can TRUST.
