The Manager at this Midas Drew is the best! He s very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I came to this place because, I went to the previous place of his employment. It was definitely worth the drive. Midas has done a few things to my work truck. Drew and his crew is the best! The mechanic Eddie did a great job on my last visit. Thanks Midas for your service!

I originally came in hoping to get air in my tire and a potential patch. I didn t even know if Midas could service me because I don t know much about auto services in the area. They were so kind and welcoming to look at my vehicle right away and see what the solution was. I knew I was getting to the end of my time with my old tires and that is exactly what they uncovered. They even walked me through what they saw and I was definitely past my deadline with those tires. Nick and his team took great care of me and made sure I felt confident driving off the lot that same day. They have great deals and warranties for their tires and alignments. Definitely my new go-to spot for auto service!

I had to have extensive work done on my vehicle. Andrew assisted me throughout my auto-repair. Andrew was knowledgeable and polite. I was provided pictures and explanation for the needed repais. I felt the price was well worth the value of the repairs that I had done to my vehicle at Tempe Midas.

Honest, ethical and hard workers! Drew and Chad were the managers on duty during my visit. They were friendly, informative straight shooters. They showed me pictures of the repairs needed to my vehicle. They made sure I had every option and understood the scale of what needed to be done right away and what could wait. Their prices were significantly lower than the three other shops I did price checks with. While I was waiting I chatted with another customer who said he s followed Drew for 8 years to every shop he s been employed at because Drew is trustworthy and always takes good care of him. Drew and Chad both went above and beyond to make sure I had the best deal they could provide. This was my first time here. I was looking for someone to work on my car that wouldn't try to sell me other services that I didn't needI went into Midas, and they were very nice. Did the work on my car without trying to sell me other services that I didn't need to have done. They were very professional. They treated me very kindly . Drew was very kind. Everyone was very nice. I will go back when I need further work done on my car.

If your looking for a truly complete fix. Then this is the place. They take care of all your vehicles needs. The price is high, but A. You get wetter you pay for them say. They do offer financing, for pretty much anyone, which can be super convenient.

So , I went to Midas to see what was wrong with my car. They tell me that I have a bad serpentine belt. Then quoted me $200 to fix it.So I go to check it out myself. And as I m checking to see if I have the tools to fix the serpentine belt. My radiator breaks.I eventually change the serpentine belt, and my current issue doesn t get fixed. And now I can t fix my radiator. Nor can I find one to even change it. It s been three days suffering for no reason. I d never come to Midas for anything ever again. Those guys don t know what they are doing

Went here to get my squeaking leaf spring looked at. Instead of trying to sell me on repairs that would cost hundreds of dollars, they were honest and told me that the repairs were not needed. Honesty like that earned my business and I ll definitely be back in the future.

2/20/2024 Edit to 0 stars. I don't drive much. But took my car on a long drive and came back from my trip to find oil leaking. Ended up having to put a few quarts of oil in to get it home and called Midas in Tempe to have them look at it to figure out why it was leaking. They got me in the next day Andrew / Drew store manager and told me the oil filter was loose. They tightened the filter and test drove it. Asked if they would refund my money I spent on oil to add to it and to refund my original oil change. He advised they don't have any way to do that and gave me a free oil change. Sent me on my way.Called corporate a few days after and they said that. It's a franchised branch and all will have go through the branch.No one called me back called the branch back and Andrew would still not pay for my diagnostic with Honda or my oil change, give me paperwork or pay for the oil I put in my car and ended the call. Had my boyfriend call to get them to help and nothing from the branch. My boyfriend decided to call corporate and now things are getting to a head and hopefully Mike will solve this.1/18/2024, 5 stars. Had a great experience. They were thorough and explained everything to me and took photos. And it was cheap...my father would be proud of me for not going to the dealership and paying top price.I'll be back for future oil changes

Got new tires and routine maintenance done. Everything went perfectly. Easy scheduling online. Drop off was quick and easy. Midas employees kept me informed the whole way thru the work. Advised of suggeated reapirs but no high preasure up selling. When vehicle was done pricing was exactly as estimated when booked. Will return in future.

Both midas stores one on Scottsdale rd and one in Tempe on Broadway were very helpful. I m traveling to AZ from MI needed a quick repair they were Johnny on the spot.

Always trying to upsell, so if you are hip to that, it's ok I guess.Did not replace my spare tire in the wheel well correctly and tried to say it was because my full-sized spare wouldn't fit in it. No, you were just being lazy. Ultimately, that was a good thing, though because I then noticed they didn't inflate my spare correctly.If you have a more reliable shop, use them instead.

Midas #1814 on Broadway in Tempe was excellent! They got my car in quickly, explained all services before moving forward, and made the appropriate repairs in record time (new muffler, same day)! Very professional staff and management. I will be visiting them again!

They were extremely nice and made sure my car would be safe for me to drive when we move. I wasn't expecting my car to be finished same day, but they stayed after they closed to make sure it was. I appreciate them so much!

I ve lived in Arizona my whole life and these are the best people to trust your car with. Customer service is outstanding and the prices are fair across the board. I felt welcomed even though I was on edge due to my car needing repairs. They repaired my car swiftly and had me back on the road in no time. I can t thank this team enough. I do no recommend this Midas. I have tried to go here 4 times, but have not ever been able to get service. They are extremely busy with few staff. The wait time to schedule an appointment is a week out and they do not honor their appointments. It was still two hours after my appointment time before they could even get to my car. I scheduled an appointment early so I could drive to work in the evening. They couldn t do an oil change within four hours even with an appointment. Management issues.

Went in for an oil change that was advertised for $19.99. The tires were taken off and they cross thread the threads, then proceeded to advise us that it came in broken. I called the manager and was told he can give me an estimate to fix it but absolutely will not be doing it at no cost, then proceeded to hang up on me. This oil change cost $83.00. I went a step further and found out ex employees have left because of the dishonesty. I was refered to Midas on Alma School and Quadalupe.

Keith and his crew always makes sure what you need to get fixed.. gets done. In a professional manner and time considerate. I never used the Lfyt services, but this time I did. My A/C job needed to be fixed and I needed to get back to business.. the Lyft service were promot and communicative.

Best place to get your car checked and get it repaired. Customer service is amazing especially Mike W did a great job, Explaining what s wrong my car and letting me know all the best possibilities to repair it. I will recommend this place 100%.

Used to be my go to spot the last two years, but recently went and felt like I was being forced to do a ton of fixes to my car because they were having a slow day. I went in for a simple oil change which they did a good job with and have always done. Then they did an overall inspection of my car as usual with every visit, but I was pulled into the back and the bigger employee with tattoo sleeves sat me down trying to discount my oil change to be free if I agreed to do over $1000 in repairs to my vehicle that same day. After saying no and just wanting the oil change done, the man who had been helping me kept trying to negotiate and push me to do more repairs on my car. Whether I truly needed them or not, I am not 100% sure because I am not knowledgeable with cars. But, I felt extremely uncomfortable being pushed to pay over a grand in fixes that I did not come in for. He kept fluctuating the prices of the different things they wanted to do, knocking the price down 10-20 dollars per repair to get me to say yes. Then after saying no multiple times after multiple negotiations from the employee, he did not text me a link or send an email to me to view my overall inspection which they have given me every time in the past I have gone. I gave him my email to receive it and I never got it. I unfortunately will not be going back there, due to them trying to push me to get more repairs done and making me feel extremely uncomfortable having to say no. It felt like he was a salesman trying to sell me something unnecessary for my car, and not doing what was best for my cars health. They have done a good job with every repair or oil change for my car, I just simply did not appreciate their customer service and the way they treated me after denying their "discounted offers" they were giving me.

The manager Drew handled my vehicle. He gave me a very detailed report on my vehicle and explained in detail what was wrong and the best action course in order to fix it. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place! They are extremely passionate about the safety of your vehicle and their company s work. Shoutout to Nick for his amazing customer service and making me feel cared for through my services. Alex and Michael were also very informative and provided excellent service. Got an oil change and air filter replaced and my car is now badly out of alignment. Was told it wasn't aligned during oil change because the alignment bay was occupied.Not a happy customer to receive my car back in worse shape than before I came in.They have high pressure sales tactics which made me uncomfortable. I watched the manager Drew talk about another female customer unprofessionally because she didn't want to buy tires from them.

I scheduled an appointment at 9am to have 2 tires installed and a oil change. By 12:45 they had just started working on my truck. By 2:15 they told me they didn't have an oil filter for my truck...you know the truck they've had since 9am. Close to 3 they finally finished working on my truck. Made me late for work and also tried to overcharge their agreed install fee with TireRack. My truck also now has a heavy chemical smell as if whoever moved it was covered in brake cleaner or something. I had to reach out to them for updates, no one bothered to call and update me. Absolutely will not return and do not suggest you use this shop...ever.Services: Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Called on the phone informed them I needed a hanger repaired for my muffler. The guy I spoke with said he could do it in about 2 hours. When I got there it was a different story. The guy (not the same one) was rude,very short and told me they couldn't repair the hanger ,but had to repair the entire system. He quoted me a price of $600. Called around was able to find a shop that not only repaired the broken hanger ,but also found I needed some new ones in the front. Got all the repairs and replacements done in less than a hour and saved hundreds.

I've came to this location twice. The first time was for new tires and the second time it was for a flat tire and brakes. Both times I came to Midas, Alex and Keith took great care of me and my car. I'm very grateful for these two men. They are very professional and do care for their customers. I highly recommend this location. I hope this company recognizes how great these two employees are. Thanks again Keith and Alex!

When in for a $19.99 oil change. I specifically told them that I don't want anything else done bc I can't afford it at the time.They when and remove the wheels to inspect the brakes and suspension and on and on. So when I went to get it they informed me that the lug nut of one wheel was crossthrered and they want another $200 to fix it. Theives 100% and they will damage your vehicle.
