By far the best experience ever. Well kept informed by melody, and my truck was ready earlier than expected. Hopefully, I won't get into an accident soon, but if I do, I will be sure to bring my truck to her.

Had a great experience at Kaizen. The manager over my repair coordinated everything with the insurance company and kept me in the loop constantly. It was great service.I had left a remote control in the rental car that I dropped off at the shop. I called them and asked the to retrieve it and put it in the mail to me. But the employee said that they would drop it by my home on their way home from work. Fantastic service.

Joe D and his team have firmly taken over operations, and the Quality of Work reflect that. We appreciate his comprehensive attention and care when our issues were getting lost in the shuffle. Car was repaired, good as new, and we 100% trust their auto care going forward.

Angelica and her entire team did an incredible job repairing my car, but also in keeping me updated through the entire process. Best experience with a collision center ever!

My car took months to be fixed. I know Tesla has backordered parts but it was frustrating. Then my car was missing a piece on the front for the censor that was overlooked. The bumper bracket was also broken so the new one didn t sit flush. They also had issues accepting payment from the insurance company which the insurance said they ve never encountered. Overall my car looks good but going back multiple times across town after already waiting months is ridiculous. Car accident in July, still dealing with this in December.

Repairs were excellent and in time as estimated. Staff was friendly and upfront about cost. Would recommend and if I need repair again (hope not) would be happy using them again.

Took 4 months to complete, was told it would be 5 weeks. Just got it back and it still has problems that appear to have been overlooked. Zero communication from Kaizen other than random texts that tell you the timeline for repair has been extended (usually on the day you had already made plans to pick it up). One of the most unprofessional organizations I have ever worked with. The receptionist was very nice or it would have been 1 star!

When I went to the shop, the guy was excellent, and the lady in front desk was amicable. That made me believe that they could do a great job.But after that, I received a call back (just today/ March 22/18-09:54am) makes me very mad. The lady on the phone (Casey something?) very rude and spluttered due to the phone call cuts out( I couldn't hear her well). I misunderstood that she was calling from the Southwind Insurance Company instead of the Southwest Collision, she did not understand and keep saying: have a good day bye bye sir(badly) with no patient and further explanation. This sudden call ruins all my good mood in the morning and makes me want to try to go another place. This is absolutely not the right way to call back to check if your customer is still interested in your business. They should make an apology for that. Also, hope this review could help for any further communicate like the other review below.q/Update, they did mostly great job for my car, I pick it up about two months+ later when I am back (I asked about after a month they told me will be done in a week but a week later it still on progres.) so the speed can be better. After I pick it up, I found several problems on the gas station nearby, drive back, and they fixed it. (My windshield water control goes opposite way. And the front bumper still goes out a little bit.)Most of the stuff that I see in person was very nice. After that, I change one star to four stars. Could be better will faster speed and Pro work. And again Vitoria at the front desk and the lady manager we're very very nice!/Few days later my front bumper still pops out

Terrible service. 6 months later and still no car. Haven t received a call back in over a month. My husband had to go into the shop since they weren t returning our phone calls. Said they were waiting for payment from our insurance, but found out they hadn t even sent the insurance company a copy of their bill. I thought that would be the end of it, but it s been three more weeks of no returned voicemails to their shop.** keep in mind this was NOT a big collision with lots of body work. It was after a little impact to the front right tip of the bumper. After they had the car for 3 MONTHS already they found out they had diagnosed the problem wrong and had to order more parts. I was told that the parts were coming in on January 1st and should only take a few more days to assemble and get it back to meFurthermore I come to find out that the car should have been marked as totaled from the beginning if they would have diagnosed the problem correctly and not waited until 3 months in.**I cannot believe the terrible level of service I have been given. I never leave bad reviews, but it has gotten to the point where I have no other option.Service: Body & Trim

One of the worst experiences. No one notified me that Kaizen backed my car into a wall.File a complaint with bbb and the attorney General. They damaged my car and didn't even tell me. My front grill was not replaced with the correct one and my windshield was not installed in time and correctly.Communication and customer service is non existent here. No one called to update me on my my estimated repair time.Kaizen glass is worse and didn't even let me know there were issues placed blame on me. My sensor fell off 2 weeks later.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting Kaizen Auto Collision Center with the repair of my Tesla Model 3, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team at Kaizen exhibited top-notch professionalism and skill.First and foremost, the repair quality was exceptional. They addressed all the issues that arose with my car, leaving it in pristine condition, just like the day I drove it off the lot. The attention to detail was evident, and I was delighted to see my vehicle restored to its former glory. The team at Kaizen demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction, and it did not go unnoticed.A special shoutout to Paul Connolly, who was instrumental in overseeing the repair process. He provided outstanding support, ensuring that everything went smoothly. His expertise and dedication were evident, and I can't thank him enough for making the entire experience stress-free.I wholeheartedly recommend Kaizen Auto Collision Center for any car repair needs, especially for Tesla owners. Their excellent workmanship, prompt scheduling, and the exceptional assistance of Paul Connolly make them stand out from the rest. Five stars all the way!Thank you, Kaizen Auto Collision Center, for a job well done!

Southwest Collision is the best! I had hit a deer in early March that caused some body damage and got the car fixed up in August this year. Not only did these guys seamlessly repair my car, it honestly sounds quieter (less road noise) than when I bought it. Stellar communication/customer service with these guys and they treat you as if you were family. Hopefully I won't need any more body work done on my cars in the future, but if I do, this is where I'll go.

Horrible experience. Horrible service. Took forever to get my car back. The interior of my vehicle was filthy when I got it back. I didn't drop it off that way. Don't go to Kaizen save yourself the grief.

DO NOT GO HERE, had to pay $2,575 for an estimate! They will screw you over! I would give ZERO stars if I could.3/19/18: I came to SW collision and informed Terrell about interest in services which was only an estimate to fix my bumper and that I DON'T want to fix the car.3/21/18: Was when they completed the estimate.3/22/18: Was when State farm came to look at car provided estimate, which was when I informed SW collision I wanted to come get the car and pay out of my own money. They told me that they needed to get paid by State Farm, and for me NOT to contact them as it will prolong the process to obtain my car. I called them 12 from 3/21/2018 to 4/6/2018, to check on getting my car. They were holding my car to charge me for "storage fees ($110/day)," even though I was ready to pay for it on 3/22/2018. They gave me my car back in SHAMBLES, as seen in the photo in my profile. The total I should have paid only $705, which included: 2 days of storage $110/day, $300 for 6hrs of labor and $295 for "vehicle loss process," but I had to pay $2,575! I asked for a refund, they admitted to fault and offered me $330 and when I declined they offered me $400 and asked me to sign a letter of acceptance, which I did not. They didn't put my bumper on correctly and it fell off immediately, took apart my trunk and convertible and didn't put it back together; now my convertible is not able to work appropriately.

Where do I start other than I would rather have a monkey repair my vehicle instead of Kaizen. I wish we could give zero stars as one implies that there was something good. Here's the timeline:Tesla Y rear ended in February, estimate was done quickly and insurance referred us to Kaizen. The first available opening, at the Scottsdale location was in April. We never received a confirmation but assumed that the appointment was still on so drove from our home in Prescott (1.5 hours) and upon arrival learned that this location was no longer repairing Teslas. We were then rescheduled at the Tempe location for a date in June.We called to confirm, were told that we were good, drove from Prescott and, upon arrival told that we weren't on their books and the next available appointment was in August. We called several times to confirm prior to the August appointment, did not receive calls back despite the front desk person saying that she would pass on the message. Finally, after several attempts, got a confirmation. We drove from Prescott to bring in the car, told that it would take several weeks before work began. After a few weeks, and several calls that weren't returned I drove to Tempe, from Prescott, to check on the vehicle. I walked in and tried to engage in conversation with Sharae the front desk worker, or whatever her name is, but she was too busy watching TikTok on her phone to look at me and talk. Once I got her attention, I met with a new manager, who like the previous one, had only been there two weeks. He promised that they would communicate better and that the parts were ordered.Weeks later, no parts yet, no return phone calls, and another drive to the Tempe location to determine the status. We also learned that the battery was nearly dead (will damage the vehicle) and that it would be charged. I had to watch them plug it in to confirm that they were actually charging it.A week later, battery nearly dead again. Several unreturned calls and emails, another drive from Prescott to Tempe to speak with someone who could charge the vehicle.A week, or so later, we call to check on the vehicle and was told it would be done on "Friday" and we could pick it up. We drove down and were told that it's not ready but we'll give you a free Tesla hat and pen and pay for a Waymo so you can go sit around all day at Target. After several hours we were told that the vehicle was complete so we picked it up.During the drive back to Prescott there was a rattle coming from the back of the vehicle. Upon arriving home we found white paint overspray but could not determine the rattle. Fortunately, Kaizen called us first as the "calibration was not correct" so we scheduled another visit to Kaizen, and another drive from Prescott. We were told that there was a broken plastic part causing the rattle and the vehicle was calibrated.Whew. This place is a Cluster F. We have worked with, at least, 4 or 4 managers, all having been there for "two weeks" and the whole place is a circus. The front desk girl shouldn't have a job as she is incapable of doing the one she has. There is no attention to detail, customer service is abysmal and the inability communicate is monumental. If your vehicle needs body work you are better off getting a hammer and doing it yourself.Service: Body & Trim

Do not go to Kaizen. They have the worst customer service or any service. They kept my car for 6 weeks .. have not done a single thing on the car. The manager Brandon is the most irresponsible person. Left several messages for him. never bothered to call back. Keep putting the blame on insurance company. Never informed me about anything. The receptionist Sharay is ignorant..has one standard answer...I don't know anything..I will have someone call you back...never happens. Katie another estimator is the rudest person ever I have spoken too...They are in business just to fool customers. Save your time and energy... there are much better places to take your car for repair.

I had bumper damage to my 2018 GMC SIERRA DENALI. They replaced my whole front bumper. They never got the gap between the bumper and fender right. I complained when I picked it up.I was told they would get back with me and take care of the problem.Months later and no reply.I don't expect or want my gaps to be off on a 2018 truck. Where is the professionalism?I've used this shop multiple times and they have gone downhill. Way downhill.

The mere lack of professionalism is a disappointment. It's a customer service courtesy to give your name when answering the phone so the person calling knows who they are speaking with. You won't get that if you call Kaizen Tempe, as a matter of fact, you won't even get a hello because they will answer the phone but directly put you on hold for up to 10 minutes. When you are able to speak to someone, the disappointment continues. My insurance agent and I had worked with Yasena by phone for two weeks to find , she was just giving us the runaround. She told my insurance agent and myself that she would arrange to have my car towed to Kaizen from the insurance copart lot. I followed up on the next Monday to see if my car had arrived, Cherice the other CSR confirmed my car was not there but I had an appointment set for 10/03 for an evaluation. A few days later when my agent called to follow with Yasena, she told my agent that she emailed me the ADOT form to have my car towed but had not received it back, so they were waiting on me. I immediately called to speak to Yasena, however, she was unavailable. I spoke again to Cherice to see what email address they had on file, but she couldn't find any of my information in the sys. I though that's odd, can you transfer me to Yasena. I left a message for Yasena and never received a call back. I followed up first next the next morning at 8a, the telephones had not yet been taken off of voicemail so for the first 5 minutes I had to call and hang up, call and hang up to which I finally go through to Cherice again. I immediately asked to speak to Yasena, Cherice replied she hasn't gotten to work yet can you call back in 10 minutes then maybe she will be here. I called back at 9a, spoke to Cherice again who told me they aren't taking tow in's anymore as of this week and she'd have to reschedule my appointment until December. I said well you just decided this week, I've been working with Yasena on this for almost two weeks and my car was already suppose to be there. Cherice said she would still have to reschedule me. I asked to speak to the General Manager and Cherice said she would pass my information along but I've yet to hear from him. Since they clearly lied about getting my car towed, emailing me form, etc. I wouldn't be shocked if the GM never calls.Check out the Tesla Collison in Tempe or Fix Auto both have been extremely helpful and extremely professional. Their wait might be a little longer but now we know why.

Never get the State Farm insurance through them - no repose on claims. car has been at repair shop for few months without any further action. Repair shop says - State Farm claims has to send right claim. Call state farm - they said they have sent it. Call Agent's office - on hold for 28 minutes - no help. once they sell insurance - there is no help from them. Never seen such a disorganized process. My issues is not with State Farm - it is your Company - KAIZEN - WHO DID NOT CONTACT INSURANCE.Service: Body & Trim

***AVOID THIS COLLISION SHOP IF POSSIBLE***continuing this review from the Gilbert Location. My vehicle was first sent to the Gilbert Location February of 2023, then got transferred at the Tempe location April 2023.My vehicle was transferred to this location after weeks of my vehicle just SITTING at the Gilbert location untouched. They claim that they no longer work on Tesla vehicles.I was assigned Yesenia Franco as my service advisor at this Tempe Location. Very poor communication, no email, no call whatsoever. It is now Mid August, and My Vehicle is still not complete, they are stating that there is electrical issues and need to sent over to Tesla. The Insurance company covering my collision claim, deemed that Kaizen owes the insurance company coverage for a rental vehicle, due to the vehicle just sitting at one of their location "untouched".I've spoken to the service rep in regards to getting a rental vehicle, and all they do is make up excuses. Saying, they can't book a car with enterprise, or that no one has access to the business card to make the booking. I have called almost every day for TWO weeks, and they keep making up excuses that they can't get ahold of their manager to get this taken care of. I would NOT deal with this Company. Lack of communication, they always give you the "run-around".***UPDATE 18th of August***They missed an appointment with Tesla to bring my vehicle in, Tesla contacted me letting me know the vehicle never showed. Waited 3 weeks for this appointment and now not sure how much longer will have to wait for the next booking.

I got into an accident September '22 and brought it in early November because of a wait. We are now coming up on a year since the accident and I still don't have my car. Kaizen has blamed Tesla for moving slow, then blamed insurance but then when I called insurance they said everything is good to go on theur end. Then I call Kaizen and its "waiting on parts" again. All the while there has been little to no communication until recently when a rep from Cali came to Tempe to to help them out. Which still hasn't resulted in a repaired car. This has been hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any company and I am truly amazed they are in business. For almost a full year I have been paying thousands of dollars in car payments for this incompetence.Service: Body & Trim

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Kaizen to repair my Tesla Model S. My car had minor damage to the rear bumper in August of 22 - still completely drivable and the damage was barely noticeable. They were able to get me in for initial assessment in November, they were then able to get my car in for repair in February, and then took my car for two full months for repair. I ve had my Tesla repaired at other facilities before and while I know there can be a longer lead time for parts, I ve never had it take half that long for more significant damage. While I can understand timelines can be delayed for factors out of a company s control, it makes communication and setting of expectations that much more important. Unfortunately, Kaizen was completely incompetent at both of these things. Weeks would go by with no communication, and any attempt to call on my part would be transferred to voicemail with zero follow-up. Meanwhile I had a long-term rental and had to deal with negotiation for extra coverage due to things taking so long. Furthermore, Kaizen lacked any sense of urgency. They had to take my vehicle to a Tesla shop for repair. Tesla eventually contacted me saying they had the car fixed for several days and were unable to get ahold of Kaizen to pick the vehicle up. So I had to try to mediate and push Kaizen to pick the car up, and even then they sat on it for several days.I eventually made the decision to order a new Tesla and trade my vehicle in once it was back from repairs. This was after Kaizen already had possession of the vehicle for over a month and assured me repairs were nearly complete. I had to request photos of the vehicle for a trade-in estimate but do you think Kaizen could help me with that? Yeah right. A few weeks later my newly ordered Tesla was ready for pickup. I had to delay my pickup appointment several times due to not having my vehicle back for trade-in. Finally after being completely unable to contact Kaizen to retrieve my vehicle, I drove to their body shop and refused to leave until they gave me my vehicle back. Talk about an incredibly uncomfortable experience. I eventually got it back after an hour and a half and directly paying the invoice. I m now having to mediate getting reimbursed because it appears they may have made unauthorized repairs. What a mess. While repair options for Teslas are limited, I m pretty sure you can t do worse than this place. Avoid at all costs.Service: Body & Trim

Poor service. No follow up from the manager despite calling several times. They told my insurance - repair is done- May be they are using repaired expensive cars for their own personal use.
