This place is my new go to for car stuff. Dude on phone is just as rad in person (Aaron) .. they all were super friendly and made my vroom vroom all better. Their prices on everything I noticed can't be beat. (Another reason I will only come here now) they are next to pepboys but on east side of the lot. Not the west. I highly recommend them. I know who I'm bringing Popsicles to next summer Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Got a Groupon for this location so I wasn t really expecting too much, but I came in a the front desk gentleman, Aaron and team are amazing! Aaron was very sweet, quick on his feet and has what I like to call humbling customer service. He made sure the wait was worth it. Yo! I can t even begin to tell y all how much Aaron (General Manager) was such a Huge Blessing today! I pretty much got screwed over from a well known auto shop where I had spent close to $4000 to get work done on my vehicle, just to find out that they didn t do a major part Correctly, even when I had to take it back for them to correct it they still didn t do it correctly Which then started causing other issues, I don t know about y all, but when you re a mother who had kids Constantly driving them all over town Them places they need to be. I think I could speak for everyone when I say we want Our vehicles to be reliable. After research and finding amazing reviews with the shop, I decided to call them in immediately that moment Aaron had me bring my car in and fixed the issues right away! Have to say I was so impressed. Mainly because I could tell at the end of the day he cares about not only quality work, but taking care of his customers this is definitely my new spot! Trust me, you want to take a chance with this shop!!!!!!!

Aaron, Josh, and his team have been amazing!I have gone here to service my VW Golf multiple times and have found My Mechanic .It is a super friendly and knowledgeable staff that have gone above and beyond what s asked of them.They have been very transparent and seem to be straight shooters and a solid group of guys.Will continue using their services for future car trouble!

I got my oil changed here and also my wiper motor replaced. I am a customer for life! Really feels like they care about their customers here and they charge super reasonable prices. They charged me 1/3 of the cost to fix the wipers compared to what the dealership quoted, saving me over a thousand dollars. I have been trying to get them fixed for a couple years now and multiple shops gave up so quick trying to find the problem. They were relentless in figuring it out and I finally feel safe driving in the rain again.

The guys here seem very cool and I wish I could leave a better review. I won t say they don t do good work. BUT good work on the wrong problem isn t satisfactory. I noticed a significant leak around my rear differential while I was out. I had my truck towed in to eminent car care on a Sunday, they were closed so I left it there and called in Monday to let them know what was going on, I was told they were slammed and couldn t get to it till probably the following week. They did however diagnose it as an oil pan gasket leak, they said me driving caused the fluid to blow back to the rear of the truck, I was very doubtful of this diagnosis because it seemed improbable, there was no fluid anywhere other than the rear of the truck and I ve never had visible leaks.. and again, all the fluid was on and around the rear diff. but I m no professional and I was pretty desperate to get the problem fixed plus this shop has good reviews so I felt a level of trust.. so I approved the work. They replaced the oil pan gasket but they said they couldn t test drive it due to the ABS light being on, and the tech said it sounded like my wheel bearings were bad..said it was unsafe to drive. Fine. so I drove it home just to find the same problem I brought it in for still exists. Super frustrating to spend $1000 just to have the same problem. Looked at it myself and with help from a neighbor and YouTube I found that the pinion seal was leaking on the differential. I replaced it myself in my driveway in 1 hour for $50. I ll have to take the L. Just be wary y all

Aaron Cunningham the general manager tried scamming me. My window was not working and he made it his priority to lie to me while telling me wow what a beautiful smile you have on your face charged me $900 for a $200 job (I received several quotes including from highly reputable places such as brakemasters they were just too busy at the time) so it was astonishing to me how he then tried saying I will give you a student discount and puts the price down to $800 (mind you he was going to keep my car for the weekend) I ended up getting my car done that same day for $110 . Please do not go here! These people lack morals and only want money. Aaron Cunningham is also a huge creep with a big ego.

My wife s Volkswagen had been having brake noises. We took it to the dealer and they said it was fine. We then took it to a local shop and they said it was normal with Volkswagens. We could feel the grinding. We finally decided to try Aaron and his team at Eminent. They solved the issue for us. They figured out what 2 other shops could not. They got it handled the same day and even did an oil change. This shop is too notch and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommend them. They will be servicing all of our vehicles moving forward.

Very friendly crew and helpful team. From the minute I arrived, Aaron and the team were extremely responsive and immediately diagnosed my issue with full recommendations. It is extremely difficult to find honest and reliable mechanics and I am glad to make this place my new spot for servicing my vehicles. Thank you team for making a great first impression.

What a great experience! I came in for an alignment and staff was friendly, prompt and most importantly upfront and honest. They were able to get everything done quickly as I was in a hurry to get back to work. Now my car drives so much better and I definitely recommend this place!!

From the phone call to the finished work. They are great. Especially being a female not knowing about cars. I felt like they literally helped me understand better and they didn't ask for more money from me, instead they gave me a discount. I was stressed having to deal with my car and now i feel blessed to have came across Eminent Car Care. Aaron was amazing and literally made the process smooth and easy! Thanks guys for making this process smooth, I won't be afraid to take care of my car moving fowar and I know exactly where to go. Eminent!!!

Called in to book an appointment to do my oil change and they got me in as soon as possible! The process was breezy! I came into the shop and Aaron was very welcoming. He hooked me up with an amazing deal for my oil change. I also had some things I need to take care of in the future on my car and he gave me the best quote to give my car the love it needs. I recommend these guys any day!

I love this place! Eminent Total car care always takes care of everything I have going on. The staff is friendly and great. Had a lot in common with owner! He s was a wrestler just like me. They always do amazing work!!! I would highly recommend them!

Rude people working there; I stayed in my car waiting for someone to take care of me; but a guy passed in front of me, Just looking at me with an angry face; another guy was in a desk but it was so busy to look around I guess how no one took care of me, I decided to leave the car, got into the place, but suddenly the guy turned his chair and made signs ordering that I have to get out of the place, saying that that I couldn't be there I tried to explain him that I didn't work there, and that I don't know how it works, and nobody came to me to take care of me The guy just told me that they aren't pep boys; I don't know how he realized that I was looking for pep boys if they never asked me a single word. I got mad, but if they would have a good customer service just we could avoid all this incident.

I have been coming to Eminent Total Car Care for a couple of years now for oil changes as well as a couple of other services. Aaron is always professional, friendly, informative, and reliable! I would highly recommend as they always have ample availability when calling to schedule an appointment. Thank you 4 all your help! :)

I bought a groupon to give them a try as I had never been to this shop before. WOW!!! I have to say I've never been more impressed & amazed in my life with the customer service I received. When I first called to make the appt. I spoke with Aaron... He went above & beyond answering all of my questions & concerns about my car. I could tell he really cared & I wasn't just some nameless customer. Once I got to the shop-it was even better. Aaron was truly amazing along with his team. I'd highly recommend trying this shop out-you will not be disappointed at all. They truly care! They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable & are happy with your repairs. They did an excellent job with my car! A+++++

This is my first time going somewhere for an oil change (I usually do them myself) however after calling around to a lot of rude shops I landed on this one and let me tell you.. THE COOLEST PEOPLE YOULL EVER RUN INTO. They tell you how it is and don t sugar coat anything. And they don t try to get extra money out of you like these other shops.

Called into Eminent Total Car Care to have my battery replaced. Wanted to get a rough estimate on pricing beforehand since my battery voltage was already low. Took my car in, the estimate compared to the actual price was on the higher side of the estimate itself, but that was the least of my worries. I wanted to learn how to do it myself as well, asked Aaron at the front desk if this was possible. Went to the mechanics and got me learning right away. Did a complimentary surge test on it where they explained what it was testing for and why. In total, it probably took about an hour for the entire visit as Aaron projected. This company will take care of you, this is my first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back.Service: Auto battery replacement

On Friday, December 8th I received a text message from my daughter and this is how our conversation went (copied and pasted from text thread):DAUGHTER: Hi mom. So the Honda is in really bad shape.ME: What do you mean?DAUGHTER: I noticed it s been bouncing when I drive at the beginning of the week so I took it to the shop today. I thought it was just the alignment or something. But they just called me and told me there s like 4 things that need to be completely replaced.As well as the tires.Like the suspension, shocks, something else, all that combined have caused the tire tread to separate from the tires. So it all needs replacing and I need 4 new tires.He quoted me at 3900.ME: You need to take it to the Honda dealership and see what they say.DAUGHTER: Well I m afraid to even drive it. The guy said it shouldn t even be driven.ME: Send me the report that they gave you They have to give you a printout of everything that s wrong with the car.When I get home from Florida on Sunday, I ll have it towed to Honda. Suspensions don t just get jacked up without an accident or hitting a bump real hard Call the Honda dealership in Tempe Make an appointment And use AAA to tow it there.DAUGHTER: I don t have a report, I m at home and a guy named Aaron called me to tell me.ME: So the car isn t with you?DAUGHTER: No it s at eminent car care on broadway.I took it this morning for them to look at it.And they just called me.My daughter, who was terrified to drive the car after Aaron explained that the tires could explode or the suspension could give, picked up the car and drove it to the Honda dealership in Tempe. After diagnostics we were told there was no damage to the suspension, shocks were fine and the car only needed an alignment and new tires. Out the door with a 10% military discount, I paid $853.28 received an alignment and four new all-season Yokohama 175/65R15 tires with warranty and unlimited tire balancing and rotations.Nice try Eminent Total Car Care! I saved $3,046.72 by taking it to the Honda dealership! You saw a beautiful young lady who knows nothing about cars and thought you could make a little holiday money off of her!My daughter thought it would be less expensive to take it someplace besides the dealership And after a little search and 4.7 star reviews she chose Eminent. Although your shop may do good work and chalk up the reviews Integrity is everything! If I could give you no stars, I would!!You fail in Honesty - Fairness - PriceAfter posting my review Just read all your rebuttals on your One Star reviews looks like there were a few customers who got a taste of deceit and dishonesty from you as well!UPDATE:In response to James, the Owner my child is 29 years old; intellectually sound with excellent comprehension. She understood what was being iterated and the amount which was quoted. If you listen to the conversation, you will hear her confirm what was being said to her as she repeated it because was shocked. We are so lucky to have found Aaron and his shop. My daughter, 23 years old, moved to the Phoenix area for work. She was having front-end problems with her older model, Toyota. I stopped in to see if they could check it out for us. I explained that i was really looking for a shop with integrity. A shop where she could bring her car and I could trust they would take good care of her. Aaron was amazing, He got her car in and worked on it. I had to fly out, but she called me and said she couldn't believe it. It ran like brand new. Fast forward a few months, She tells me her battery light comes on, but Sams Club said it's fine. Is it fine? I said, "Nope, stop by and see when Aaron can get it in." Here is the best part. That was the last I heard about it, and the car is fixed. She didn't have to call me and ask anything! Aaron completely took care of her! Im telling you. He's such an authentic man and is so sincere in his business. Truly a gem, both of a person and a car shop! Thank you so much!

I went in to get an alignment done on my 04 Mercedes with a Groupon coupon I purchased. And when I went to schedule a time to get the repairs done they tried to charge me an additional $140 on top of the already spent $50 because they did not want to do my car. He was very rude and lied about what was in the fine print for the coupon, stating there was an additional charge for European vehicles, which it did not. I ve spent 20 years running automotive shops and I m certified in the area that he kept lying to me about. I think just because I m now disabled and walk with a cane he felt he could just push me away. I already made sure all of the repair ships I know in Tempe are aware of these peoples attitudes.

I only like being greeted by Aaron at Eminent, he is always very respectful and makes good conversations. He gives me great deals on oil changes even though I used the max limit on Groupon. Keep up the good work Aaron. Thank you for being you.
