I ordered an out of stock part online from my local store, they had it for me the next morning from another store. If id ordered it a few hours earlier, they'd had had it same day. No extra fee - pretty good I'd say.

I had a great experience here, I was getting off of work really tired and hoping to get my headlights changed. Jamal was so cute and helpful! He changed my lights for me ! 10/10 would come here again!

Called this location to ask a question regarding a part they rent. The associate that answered the phone was very rude and made no effort to help me. When I asked for another associate he said he was on break, so I asked for a manager and he said he was a manager. So I again tried to talk to him about me need and he continued to make comments like we aren t mechanics here and it s not a requirement to be one to work here . I was shocked at his response so I ended hanging up on him. I will never be contacting or shopping at this location. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service.

Note; societal pressure upgrade ahead.Great for working on my bicycle in the dark. Went there once for a battery. The first one had a dead cell but it 'passed' the first load test. This is not entirely unusual. The battery was eventually replaced but it was valuable time lost in the back and forth. I'm not going to slam the place, because battery theory is a lost and muddled art. I say art because in the LA field, that's what it is. I do not recommend load testing on MOSFET-based "smart" loads. They extrapolate. You want to use some serious resistors for that nice inductive reactance load that can't be otherwise reproduced.Edited for typos and upgrade, sp.:' bicyle' & 'extapolate'. Additionally; due to societal pressures, I am bumping 3 stars to 4, because 'meeting all expectations' is simply not good enough for institutions in that society. I guess the 4th star is for bothering to react to my review when I have written honestly and I have a massive headache.

Doors were already locked before 9pm and all a brotha needed was oil in and out and then dude just sits there and gets on phone must be nice to waste company labor hours on people who aren t even working..

Wanted to give a shout out to one of the employees I forgot to get his name but the young man there was very helpful. I thought knew how to change an intake air filter which takes about 29 seconds but mixed up the filter. Well the folks here were very helpful and helped install it like a minute or two. Great customer service!

Very polite welcoming customer service. I was in to buy new window wipers and was greeted right away and assisted to find the right size that I needed. Tray was awesome and helped put my window wipers on for me. Great shopping experience to my Saturday.

Drove 20 min to this location being the closest to me, arrived 1 hr till close. Store had no customers but me needing a check engine light test. Employee at register denied the service stating he couldn t help me because he was alone at the store. I understand this is a free service but still there is a big sign on store s window (attached) with no restrictions - guy didn t was counting his drawer and didn t even acknowledge me when I walked in!Never again!!

I hate to sound cliche but in these times finding FRIENDLY & compassionate assistance doesn t seem as common anymore but!!!! I have found the BEST AutoZone in the Valley for exactly this type of service & environment!!!! Our daughter s car s check engine light was on & she was on campus at ASU. I drove to this AutoZone location where the 2 gentleman working the late shift, IMMEDIATELY helped me get the battery checked & the code pulled from the computer. Our car was going to need to be towed & unfortunately it was a 3 hour wait between the towing company & my �ber ride home. During those 3 hours, these 2 gentlemen came outside & checked on me, offered me to wait inside the store MULTIPLE times, made sure I was waiting in a safe place & then as it was getting closer to closing time, stayed with me as I waited. They even made sure that my �ber driver was correct & that I was safely in the car before waving me good-bye for the night! They were so funny, friendly, honest & REAL .!!!! I am SO lucky that Kevin & the other gentleman happened to be the ones working tonight!!!It truly seemed that this is just who these guys are & that I was not being treated any different than any other customer. AutoZone is lucky to have true GENTLEMEN as employees & ambassadors of the AutoZone brand !!!! And I hope that they are recognized not just for my interactions with them today, but everyday!!! THANK YOU!!!

I had an excellent experience with a manager named Kevin. I was so lost on trying to figure out what was going on with my car. Kevin went above and beyond to help. He even came out to look at my car and listened to every word I had to say. I ve had some not so great experiences with other autozones around the area but I will make sure I come back here and ask for him every time! Highly recommended!!!

I order a pick up for a new battery, Kevin the manager got the battery for me, I asked if we would be able to help me hook it up. He told he had tools for me to do myself. I so said so your not going to help me, and he said we have tools for you do it yourself. Absolutely worst customer service. After already pay 250.00 for a new battery you could have at least help me put it in. I so kindly asked the gentleman with the long braid not really sure what his name was. He helped me attach the new battery and got me on my way. Definitely will not be going back to his location. AutoZone needs to reevaluate their managers.

AVOID!! I have never left a negative review. I understand we are all human we all make mistakes but this Autozone location at 433 W broadway rd, Tempe Arizona has left me stranded. I came in to get a new battery came in and paid for a new battery on my last dollar. I was charged for the wrong battery, store does not have the battery I need, and was not refunded. They say I will receive money back on card in 14 days but I am broke now and have no way to get around to make money because of a mistake on their end. Not only do they not care they have given no options or anything basically saying my bad figure it out. I am trying to reach out to corporate now worst experience with a professional business in my life and unacceptable service on their behalf.

Great and quick service. I had a turn signal bulb go out, and Ray quickly found the right part for my truck and swapped it out for me all within 5-10 minutes. I ll plan on coming back for any other parts need in the future.

I used to enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, the employees here take photos of me with their cell phones. One employee, Mark, took photos of my electrical schematic when I was asking him a question about it. It just felt wrong.

I rarely write reviews. But this place, has just been awesome for me. My truck being a little older, not always easiest to find stuff for. But this store has always had basic maintenance parts in stock, even had a few parts that surprised me being in stock (a certain other place, can't even find a air filter, much less anything else)...for me, it's worth the added little bit of a drive to come here instead. Keep up the good work people!

Not all stores are the same. This was a closer location to where I live and it's sad I came here to a very rude Michael. I will go out of my way to see the other CSR who was more than helpful to replace the part I needed. It was hardly a major fix so when I asked Michael he abruptly told me NO! We don't replace ANY parts and I needed to go to a mechanic. Well if I would have known he would not be helpful I would have not even stepped into this store. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Bad experience.

These guys have been an amazing help. The associate is friendly and has always been very quick to help me find the items I need. As such, I've came back and brought a few items from their store.I also like that they're willing to help install the item on your car if you need help, i.e. windshield wipers.Amazing customer service.

I am so appreciative for the customer service I got for even though they was busy Changing Customer batteries just standing in line waitingI walk in did not know what I need though and bought wrong filter had to exchange filter then put it in myself. All three customer service reps. Busy professional kind Respectful willing to help with a Smile on their face.

Cashier customer service was very good, on floor help was not available. Unfortunately they were out of 2 of the 3 staple items I came to buy although they showed in stock on their website. It looked like they had quite a few missing items when I walked the store on a Monday afternoon. In this Covid era of retail that is not unusual. Need to call before stopping in to make sure your items are actually in stock. I would definitely give them another chance they have a very good Broadway location.

Simply put, Warren is excellent. He was efficient, knowledgeable and quick to find a diagnosis for my battery troubles. He also assisted with the install and was just overall a pleasure to work with today! If only AutoZone could reassess their hiring principles and model it after Warrens team - that would be a game changer! ;)

I went in with a problem with my Bulb. Explained to the guy what was Wrong and he suggested it could be a fuse. Me with no car knowledge went to try and find the fuse box. I did, however the images on Google weren't showing me the exact place and I asked the guy if he could assist me, he got an attitude with me saying he doesn't know. So I went back and decided to just get the bulb. Well the manager told another person to help me casue he didn't want to help me, but then went around to batteries the back and was peeking thru a curtain. I explained it very unprofessional I come and ask for help and your job is to help me. The guy said. Word for word. "What do u expect, it's Saturday and we're almost closed" This was 20 mins before closing fyi. Extremely disappointed is the service I received and will not be returning to that location
