This mobile mechanic named Jay is a fraud he ripped me off and tried to get me to buy rotors with my breaks when I didn't need any rotors my rotors are still new and not rusted at all why would I buy something I don't need ?.....well he put the breaks on a two months ago and my breaks are already stripped. How is that if new Breaks should last for a year or two the ones he put on only lasted two months now I'm forced to buy new breaks somewhere else .....I would not recommend this company at all they will screw you out of money . especially if your a woman now I am going to be going to court for my money since he doesn't want to refund my money or put new breaks on .I'm also reporting this company to a higher authority for fraudulent activity ....(the owner is a liar ) why would i want my car done for free if i paid for the service and had to go to another company to pay again for services that wasn't done correctly with your company.....I don't think anyone wants to pay twice for a service that should have been done right the first time this is a warning in good faith enter at your own risk ....i am a local guide and do reviews at several businesses this is not the first review .please do better

I m new to AZ and I travel A LOT and have dealt with many auto repair places and I could not recommend this service enough! Great service and reasonable, competitive pricing. Best of all, they come to YOU, which for me was super convenient since I work from home and only have small breaks between meetings.Asked for a parts deposit, which to me was reasonable and the rest was paid after the work was complete (he accepted zelle, which was a huge plus for me). My AC works great and the whole process was super easy and convenient and I felt like I could trust his assessment of my car, which is very important to me. Didn t try to sell me on anything extra or convince me that my car needs more work than it does. Jerome is an upstanding guy and I will absolutely give him a call first if I need anything else with my car and will be recommending to all my friends in the area Go ahead, shop around. You ll find out for yourself that this service is the best option!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning

They replaced my front axels and my front struts in the past, today Jerome replaced my radiator and flushed my coolant. I saved over 700 on the radiator and coolant flush.

My car has been having a lot of issues lately, which has been incredibly frustrating as someone who really needs their car on a daily basis. It finally gave out yesterday and would not start, and I spent almost an hour calling almost every mobile mechanic service available. Jerome was the only mechanic who picked up the phone, got to my location, and fixed up my car in only a few hours! He made sure to run a full diagnostic test and gave me a fair price for what ended up being a dead car battery. I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and overall quality of service that Jerome provided. Hopefully, my car won't run into any other issues, but if it does, I will definitely turn to Jerome for help!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I had the best experience! I am thankful and grateful to my neighbor who let me know about Automotive Solutions Mobile Mechanic. Jerome diagnosed the problem within minutes and was able to repair everything in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle and explained the issue and the solution to the problem. Wow!! I didn t even know a service like this existed! A mobile mechanic? Jerome did some basic repairs for me and changed my oil as efficiently as when I ve had my window glass replaced. Honest, hard-working, efficient, friendly, clean and fair pricing. I highly recommend. Also- I prefer to support veterans. Thank- you for your service Jerome.

I do not normally write reviews but I needed to write this on this company they are for sure a TEN!!!!!AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS MOBILE MECHANIC, Jay was awesome!!I had a gas smell happening with my car. I searched google with this phrase at home car service near me Automotive Solutions Mobile Mechanic came up.I called on Wednesday and left a message, Jay called me backed within 15 min. That was my first WOW!!We set the appointment for the next day which is today, Thursday, that was my second WOW!! (You normally have to make an appointment with a car shop that s like a week out).Jay came to MY HOME this morning at 8:30 found the problem, went and got the part needed, came back and my car was good to go by 11:00am. That was my third and most awesome WOW!!He also did a complete check of my car to make sure everything looked good!!ALL OF THIS DONE IN MY DRIVEWAY!! I will be calling to schedule my at home oil change when needed.This will forever be my go to car service shop!! IF YOU HAVE A CAR ISSUE MAKE SURE TO CALL THEM FIRST!! We have been using Automotive Solutions Mobile for about two years now and are VERY happy with all the service we have received. They offer fast response and we have never had to have them come back out a second time for the same issue, unlike most repair shops that never seem to never get it right the first time.Jerome is professional, on time, thorough and never tries to suggest additional work that should be done. He comes out and fixes your problem right the first time. Highly recommended! Wish we had found him sooner!

Jerome is my favorite mechanic in Phoenix and ACES in my book. He has rescued my car a few times saving me time and money. One time I went to Firestone for an oil change and they told me they would need to do approx 700.00 worth of work to do diagnostics on my car. I called Jerome and took my car to him. Within minutes, he had run tests and showed there was nothing wrong with the car at all. I was so grateful for his professionalism and helpfulness...also he is a GOOD guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jerome came out and removed and replaced a couple engine mounts, front rotors/pads and did a brake fluid flush on my Camaro SS. Saved me money and time. I would highly recommend and I will continue to do business. Thanks again!

Jerome is easy to work with, has reasonable pricing, and doesnt try to nickel & dime. He came and ran a diagnostic for my Toyota Sienna and pointed me in the right direction to fix it myself. Would recommend to anyone!

I have relied on Automotive Solutions Mobile to service, and repair, my automobiles for years. The owner, Jerome, is prompt, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest. He will troubleshoot your car's problem through sophisticated diagnostic equipment, not the usual "replace things till something works" you might find with other mobile mechanics. Done right the first time, and his costs are amazingly reasonable! Give this company a try!

I have a Honda Pilot 2005 EXL. Called for a mobile auto mechanic and advised Jay that the vehicle was taken to AutoZone and O'Reilly for diagnosis. According to them, the problem was with gas sensors. He said that he was unavailable on Saturday and closed on Sunday. I said I will look for somebody else, but I realized I could do that on Monday so I called back and advised him that we can do it on Monday. He said I let you know in one hour about the parts cost and my labor. I was waiting on his quote then he sent a text to my phone saying: (Hello L, this is Jay with automotive doesn't look like we'll be able to help you with that service. Thanks for calling). I sent him a text and asked him politely: May I ask why? He didn't respond to my text and when I called him never answered his phone.I called this business because there were some positive and some negative reviews posted on his behalf by customers. I thought he was a person I could trust due to those reviews. It was so rude the way he treated me, because I deserved a good explanation why he couldn't fix my vehicle; that he denied that rudely by not responding to my text and my phone call.He wasted my time, he could simply tell me I can't do it, in the begging. I think he is all about money and probably got a better deal with more money involved. Never ever trust this rude and greedy individual.Feel sorry for his demeanor.

Absolutely despicable customer service! Jerome came out to fix our air in our car and it stopped working a week later. When he was told about it he put us off for days then responded with There is something else wrong with your car other than what I fixed. Take it in to another mechanic. Said this without even coming to look at it or attempt to provide customer service! It was the problem last week when you were charging me! Now I have 6 kids to drive around like this until I can get it in somewhere and I m out my $400!! Never... never... never use this man!

Showed up late making me late for work. Theyagreed to start doing the work and collect payment afterward (like all reputable shops do). I needed to leave. They Then called asking for a credit card which was given but, they didn't service the vehicle. They want payment and credit card before starting any work. They don't answer the phone afterwards. Consider yourself warned

Used him to come out and scan my 2003 H2 nobody could figure out the issue this dude comes to my house and not even 15 minutes later nailed it on the money the issue with my truck the family appreciates his knoladge and will use him again in the future. 5*
