Service was fast, I brought in two trucks and they got us in within 10 minutes. The larger truck needed a ladder , we couldn't get the Vin number and the manager came and used a ladder to get it , he had a attitude about it like it was my fault the Vin was so high other that that I ll bring him a beer next time so eh can chill out

I have had wonderful experiences at another location for years without fail every time, but I decided to try a location a bit closer to home and boy am I glad I did! The staff were friendly and it was stress free!I truly did not think I could have a better experience than what I have had at the other location, but I did! Very smooth. So smooth that I felt like it didn t take long enough. Definitely would recommend this location 100 percent.

It was a smooth and easy inspection. Had a little wait, but we were in our car, and all was good. Will go there again and will recommend it to others.

Wow this ace was great!! My car had been in the shop 4 months, took it in, they told me to drive around till the green light came on, they plugged something into my car. I drove 3 miles, light turned green, I went back, the guy brought my vehicle around to the front and redid everything, good to go. THANK YOU TO THE MAN WHO HELPED ME!!

lam not a fan of this system. I think it's a gigantic scam.However. This location is top notch. The people there know what they're doing. And the lines aren't too bad. In fact. The lines here are always shorter than the other locations I've been to. And that's the main reason I'm writing this review.The only thing I wish is that people with obd computers would use the express lane and not clog up the old car lane so much.Oh. And it would be nice if there was some kind of shade. Also. I wish you could see how long the line is before you take the ticket to get into the facility.If you have to get your vehicle smogged, this is the place to go.

Even though there was a really long double-line, it went quickly. The workers were in severe heat and kept a sense of humor.I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

They were quick, but the customer service was terrible. Carl did not want to be there and was clearly not happy I was there. He acted impatient and annoyed through the whole inspection, he also seemed to be the manager so not a great look for this place.

The process could not be easier. We could have made an appointment, but instead drove up midmorning. Once we got our ticket, got in line and pulled into the test garage was about 10 minutes. The tech was friendly and efficient. Total time for the total visit was less than 20 minutes

They WILL destroy your clutch.Highly suggest Stick shifts that need to go on rollers get registered outside the county.

This would have been a 6/5 review except for the gas cap fiasco. Super quick, very affordable, and then at the end the tech says my gas cap failed and I needed a new one. But they would give me a free one. Ok.... now the gas cap light is on, check engine is on and when I checked the gas cap he gave me didn't even fit.

Very busy place but the staff has several lines for vehicle testing and each test doesn t take long. They have you waiting in a room where you can see them testing your vehicle. When they finish, you get back in your vehicle and drive away. Of course, they ll have you pay for the service and hopefully you ll pass and receive the necessary papers to prove you re in compliance with the emissions standard. If you are not in compliance, the testing will show where your vehicle failed and I hope you ll have time to get it corrected before your vehicle license expires.

Replaced my battery and it reset my computer and had to do a special test for my VW Beetle. I was also informed that I had to drive my vehicle for 200 to 300 miles. There was no charge I will go back after 3 days.

Normally, this is a pretty efficient place. I've tried going every day for the last two weeks at 8whennthey open and the line is out into the street. Today, is the last day of the month. I was expecting it to be busy. Got here at 7:55 and the line was already out into the street. I've been in line for 55 minutes so far and im 7th in line still. Only two lanes open. The line is going down the street. It will be well over 2 hours when im finally done. They need to have three lanes going when they are like this.

I came at a time when I didn't have to wait long. My test was done quickly, and the attendant was respectful. The check up and payment all went smoothly. I highly recommend.
