I was told Ken was the only person to trust my1992 964 Turbo with and they were't kidding. Zuffenhhausen is a trip back in time and location back to Stuttgart. An immaculate shop and Ken has a lifetime of knowledge he's eager to share. The necessary repairs were made on my fuel system and Ken took the time to explain the nuances of my car that no one had yet told me about (this is not the first shop I've used). I paid a fair price for a level of expertise I have not yet been able to find. Do not hesitate to bring your prized possession to Zuffenhausen.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ken and his staff regularly service my 2019 Porsche Cayman S. They take their time to explain what service needs to be completed and why. Ken communicates well and follows up with me if I have any concerns. Just last Friday, I brought my car to him at the end of the work day with my memory seat function not working. All I wanted to know was would they be able to fix it or should I take it to the dealership. Ken summoned one of his talented technicians, Jonathan, who came out with a laptop, plugged it into the OBD port, and reset the system. Turns out, I was storing my water bottle behind the seat and it created an error code when it got wedged under the seat. They fixed it while I waited, after hours, and did it at NO CHARGE. Had I taken it to the dealer, I would ve been on the hook for at least a couple hundred dollars. THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! If you want your Porsche fixed right the first time, this is the place to take it. Ken understands Porsches. My experience with Ken at Zuffenhausen Motors was awful... I paid him $225 to inspect a Porsche that I was considering for purchase... he told me he inspected the car for 3hrs... Ken gave the Porshe rave reviews, so I bought it... 6wks later, the car died! Ken looked at it for 30min and told me the engine ceased he said the car was no good!!! Now I have A beautiful Porsche that doesn't drive... I can't tell you how much money I lost and how much heartache I gained in dealing with Ken at Zuffenhausen Motors... don't make the same mistake I did... find another Porsche mechanic...
