Purchased a new vehicle and they had paint protection film installed from this location. Great in concept but poorly installed. 4 stars because they are going to call a local place to have it repaired. Awesome for taking care of it.

I dropped off my Ferrari F8 on May 30th for a full body PPF wrap and picked it up on June 6th. They said they needed 7 days to do the work. I went with this particular location because they had some outstanding reviews on Google and Xpel was the product I wanted installed on my car so it made the most sense. When calling about the process I specifically asked if they wrapped edges since it was my understanding that standard cuts did not always provide enough give to wrap all areas so installers would need to customize the print to get extra film for each section. I was told they wrap all edges.The car had a previous frontend clear bra install done which had slits/gaps on the hood. I was told they would do a full coverage on the hood without having slits and gaps. When I picked the car up, the first thing that stood out was the same slits on the hood. I drove the car home and put it on my lift. After further inspection I noticed there were several areas that were not wrapped around the edges or not covered at all. Most areas the wrap stopped a quarter inch above the edges. The car doors, which is the highest probability of getting a chip or ding, only had a quarter of the edges wrapped. The front air intakes have sizable gaps in the film where again there s a high probability of debris causing chips in the paint. The entire bottom half of the rear diffuser is not even wrapped. The side air intakes have sizable gaps in the film as well. There are gaps in the rear air intakes close to the wing that have gaps in the film and the wrap stops a half an inch above the air intakes. Overall there are so many areas that are not fully covered and edges were not wrapped.There is a bigger issue that we re currently dealing with and were told over 3 weeks ago that we would receive video footage of when our car was there for the install. We have yet to have this issue resolved so I will update my review once we receive a final response.I m currently getting my Range Rover satin wrapped by another company and couldn t imagine having the same gaps and edges being exposed. We specifically asked and paid for a full body wrap. What we were told and what we received are two different things. I ve attached photo so you can see for yourself and decide if this is where you d want to take your car to get wrapped.

I own a detail shop in Canada and have my own vendors that apply Expel PPF and Expel tint. I am a certified IGL and Ceramic Pro installer. I moved here recently and brought my new Porsche Macan to get PPF. I love the product, nothing like it. Chris and his team far exceeded my expectations!!! Cole did a fantastic, detailed job!!! Such a great business start to finish!!! Top notch, I will be back with my other vehicles. Thank you

Every once in a great while you find a business that combines a most excellent product with outstanding customer service. I have had a number of my Lexus protected Paint Protection by XPEL Scottsdale. My perfect mint condition Corvette... fully protected by XPEL. Window tint to cut the glare and keep the interior cooler... found nothing better for quality and application than XPEL Scottsdale. Through the years and even just recently, it was an absolute pleasure and peace of mind knowing that XPEL Scottsdale was added to my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. It is good not to ever have to worry. Thank you again XPEL Scottsdale.

Had my 2020 Model 3 wrapped with Clear Bra and the ceramic coat. Also had windows tinted. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. The car looks great! Strongly recommend!

Awesome job and outstanding customer service! None of the Xpel authorized installers in the Phoenix metro area (including Xpel Scottsdale) offered a 30% Prime XR Plus, since it is not popular. However, Chris went out of his way to order a roll. I highly suggest 30% if you feel 35% is too light and 20% is too dark. I had a few issues with the job, but Chris took care of it immediately without any hesitation and provided additional services at no charge. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team!

I took my Bronco Sport here to get all of my windows tinted about two months ago and loved the results! Unfortunately my car got broken into and two of the windows were smashed a few weeks ago. I called Xpel to let them know what happened and they graciously replaced the tint on the two new windows at no cost. Amazing customer service and they were able to get me in quickly. We took our Range Rover here for ceramic coating and clear bra. The car is three years old and when we picked it up it looked brand new. Absolutely crazy what they were able to do with it. We had them do a ceramic coating and clear bra. Now the entire car is protected and should remain looking brand new for several years to come. They had several exotic cars in the shop that they were working on which tells you about the type of work they do. Great service, professional and great work. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.Services: Auto detailing, Paint protection

This company is fantastic! Top- notch professional work and amazing customer service from Rylee and everyone else I ve dealt with. When I scratched my wheel after getting the whole car ceramic coated, they were so wonderful about touching up the damaged spot! My XPEL clear bra (that I had installed in Atlanta) was damaged during auto transport to Scottsdale. I needed part of it removed for the body shop to touch up my bumper, Dominick and the crew were very helpful, courteous and professional. this is the most professional, efficient and trust-worthy company that I would ever trust with my vehicle. I had the "clear bra" application on the front of my Mercedes; the team demonstrated the best service ever... you could eat off the floor of their work room, which shows how conscientious they are about performing their work to the "best" of their ability. they always go the "extra mile with a smile" for their commitment to customer satisfaction and experience. Would have left 5 stars if I got the perfection that I was expecting for the price(and I expected nothing but flawless installation on my Challenger). Would still recommend the place, but it feels like the people that work there must put more effort into their work.

Loved my experience with 1 Armor. When a rock hit my window on the freeway and broke it the first thing I thought was what a hassle it was going to be to get it repaired. Not with 1 Armor. I was given their name by the BMW dealer. I called and spoke with Michael and he took it from there. I didn't have to worry about any invoices all I had to do was show up at the dealer. One Armor took care of everything for me. I called on a late Tuesday afternoon and Friday it was repaired. It would have been sooner but Friday was the best day for me.The windshield itself is awesome. The ceramic "coating" is great and I can see I got a quality windshield.I highly recommend 1 Armor for any and all your windshield needs. Thank You Michael!

Just picked up my car from Hugh and his great crew. Amazing- I ve had several high end cars protected before, but 1 One Armor is at a different level. Meticulously done-quality, care, service all exceed expectations. I now fully understand all the great reviews first hand- 5 star all the way!

Great customer service often goes unrecognized so, here is my attempt to recognize it for the folks at 1 One Armor. I recently purchased at 2018 raptor and at the time of purchase i decided to also buy a chip-bra for the entire front of the truck. After getting the truck back from the dealership, i noticed a few issues i was disappointed with. Poor fitment and uneven cuts and the edges weren t wrapped like i had asked them to be. I met with the owner Hugh, a few of his guys, and the dealership rep. I told them my issues. Hugh said he would make it right. To be honest i didn t expect much when i got it back. People who take pride in their work are few and far between these days.Boy did they prove me wrong. Not only did they fix my issues, but they re-did most of the front of the truck, repaired a few small rock chips. I also had the entire truck ceramic coated. This turned out better than i had ever expected. They did a fantastic job. I recommend Hugh and his guys 100%. They kept the truck for a few days to make sure they had enough time to do it right. Hugh and his guys genuinely care about your vehicle. The customer service here is top notch and turned a disappointed customer into a happy and lifelong customer. I won t go anywhere else and I recommend the same for you.

You cannot get a better job done anywhere than this place. The owner Hugh is one of the nicest & most reliable man you will ever come across. He is very proud of his work and it shows in all he and his company do. We have dealt with him and his window tinting on all of our family vehicles for years and we have always been extremely satisfied every time! Top notch installation with top notch GREAT tint..which is extremely important as well as their awesome installation! We highly recommend One Armor Window Tint..you won't find any better place to deal with..\(^_^)/
