So I haven't even been inside the store but these guys are some really good people. They know their business like the back of the hand.My 1994 Shadow was running then it quit. I tried to order some part when Jason, a parts salesman, informed me that the problem was likely in the controls. Taking his advice I serviced the controls and sure enough it fixed the problem.This level of service is commendable. He didn't try to up-sell me. Saved me a bunch of money. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me while the dealership was very busy. I can't wait to get over to Western Honda and show appreciation for the parts department. Very few places will take time during a busy day to help someone they have never met or have never done business with at the same time provided a level of service as useful as Western Honda.Now I'm back on the road.

I recently bought a used Honda Monkey from Western Honda. I live in Southern California so the whole deal had to be done by phone, text and mail. John Lloyd, my salesman, made the whole process incredibly easy. It felt as though I had a friend at that end of the deal looking out for my interests. He happily sent photos, updates and worked with me in terms of holding it until another friend could arrange to grab it. He went above and beyond with getting it ready in terms of service, wash/detail and showroom delivery. Pretty incredible for what I m sure is a small potatoes deal. Thanks John and thank you Western Honda for a super fair deal and probably the best sales experience I ve ever had despite not physically being there. A++ all around.

A piece of tape! These guys are so honest. My kill switch on my CRF 450 wouldn't work. They could have totally charged me for a new one, but they found all electronical tape under it, so it wasn't making contact. Absolutely the most honest dealer in the state. Highly highly recommended.

I can t say enough good words about this family owned establishment!! Very Proffessional, courteous, kind, and accommodating! I threw something new at them they haven t done before for my Goldwing and they were happy to do it. Such great service, and great results with a great staff!! I was happy with their pricing and quick turn around times. Josh was the service writer who was amazing and the mechanic who has been there 30+ years was someone I would trust with anything. There is something to be said about the smaller places over the big box corporate places. These guys still have integrity and know their business. I already have my next appointment scheduled and will continue to do business here no questions asked!!! Do yourself a favor and give them a shot. You won t be disappointed!

I had an oil leak on my TRX400EX. Took the bike to Western Honda. Josh and service tech Ray are stand up, honest, people. 5 stars. About a year ago I had work done on bike at this same location. When they opened up bike to fix oil leak they realized there was a problem with a gasket they had installed on the original repair. They stood by their work and fixed leak with no charge and called me and apologized. I call that integrity. They could have easily have just charged me again. . Hats off guys. Great honesty.Thanks

Great people, best prices, and best service for Honda motorcycles in the Phoenix market hands down.After years of buying my parts online, I learned that Western Honda s prices were always lower and parts were more readily available. Their service costs less than other dealers, and more importantly, they know Honda motorcycles better than anyone in the valley and take pride in perfection.I ordered a Honda Talon Live Valve from Western Honda in 2023. They beat all other dealers OTD pricing by about $2K, and when I had to cancel my order they refunded all of my money with no questions asked.I m a loyal customer for life

I live up in Prescott and have been a customer here since the late 1980 s have purchased at least 3 bikes here, have never been disappointed. So last week was having some issues replacing the battery on my CBR650f ( that s a story for another time!! thanks Josh ) after hooking it back up it still had no power.. stopped back in yesterday talked with Josh again he said to check the main fuse and sure enough.. am back on the road.. Thanks again Josh.! wouldn t do business anywhere else, throughout the decades always an AMAZING group of people!! top-notch

We love our Honda Talon and the many adventures it brings. Early on we have had an issue with the front dif. leaking. We took it into Western Honda but not much later it continued to to leak on the driver side.By this time the warranty was up and it was not covered under our extended warranty. Josh worked with us and made great efforts to bat for us with Honda. Josh is kind and easy to work with, he explains what needs to be done. Thank you Josh you are amazing and we appreciate all you do for us and our Talon.

Seemed like a good dealer. Helped me load and gave me thorough instructions. I was stressing a bit but I just showed up and they took care of the rest. Just signed and was out of there, very professional/knowledgeable. Finance was like any other finance person. A bit hectic and "not in a rush" but absolutely rushing, while trying to get more money out of you. But there wasn't anything shady in the paperwork, nor did he try to push any topic beyond a second "are you sure?", with an explanation. Just go in there knowing what you want and they'll lend a hand for the rest.Lots of other dealers charge a lot of fees, but this one was minimal/fair. Realistic. The only negative would be that if they decide to clean a vehicle prior to handing it over to you, they shouldn't use a rag. Leaves swirl marks in the paint, might not be best practice.

Exceptional service by the entire staff. We buy the majority of our dirt bikes and four wheeler s and GEAR from here. We recommend them to everyone and you will not be disappointed. Pioneers are great!!!

If you're in the greater Phoenix Arizona area or like myself and just passing through and need a new bike, this is "THE" dealer to deal with. I bought a new Honda ATAS two days ago while traveling through the Phoenix area and I cannot say enough about John my salesman who looked into every little detail on the accessories I wanted installed, to the owner Jason who had the only accessory I wanted he didn't have in stock overnighted to get me back on the road sooner. This is a class act and how a professional bike dealership should work period!!!

First thing, I read the google reviews before contacting Western Honda. Based on the reviews I thought I would give them a chance. Glad I did. Allen answered my call. Gave me the price that I was looking to hear over the phone. He had the bike in stock and set up all the paperwork before I could arrive. A few days later I headed in. Allen was off, so I was greeted by Dennis and Jason. Both went above and beyond and even gave me a Chase Sexton poster for my 13 year old at home. I was in and out in 45 minutes.It has been a week before I wrote this review just to make sure I was truly happy with the experience. This buyer experience should be reviewed and followed by all dealers. I tried two other big name dealers in the valley, only to be so over priced that I would never see the value of this bike ever again.Thanks all! Customer too for the good reviews that were given.

Everyone is friendly from parts to service to sales. Service guys know what they are doing and go above and beyond to make your bike right. Even fixed an issue I have had since purchase (at another dealer)! I have purchased bikes from them in the past and knew this was the place to go for service!

Josh and the technicians are second to none. Quality of work is amazing and reasonable pricing. I would recommend to anyone. Best motorcycle shop in Phoenix area. You can't go wrong with Western Honda for service or sales. Very fast turn around times and they only fix what needs to be. Go to Western Honda first for the best service.

I would love to start off by saying I have never met a professional group of people at a powersports dealership, until the other day. I worked with Allen, and man he was amazing. I was working with another dealership in Tucson because this is where I am from, not only were they trying to give me the worst deal in the world, they sold the bike behind my back. I called this dealership after I found out they had *what I thought* was the same bike. I did kind of dump my situation on Allen and he was so kind and caring when it came to me. I told him I would be there the next day, and if there was anything he could do about the price of the bike I was looking at. With no hesitation he started talking numbers with me over the phone and that sealed the deal. I asked if he could hold the bike for me so I didnt have another situation like the one I had been through, and he said he would gladly hold it for me. I made the long and boring two hour drive to PHX and met with Allen. He was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. He took me out and showed me all the cool features on the bike. This is when I found out it was not the same bike I was originally looking at. It was a year newer, and 0 miles! I was so shocked they were working with me. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that worked in the finance department, but he sat with my partner and went through every detail multiple times. I get confused with numbers and he made sure I was fully aware of everything, and made it to where I was comfortable with my monthly payments. This was THE BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I hate admitting it but I will gladly make the drive there again just to buy something else from them. Please if you are debating it, go with them! After everything was said and done, Allen walked me through it once again, and even put my temp plate on, he cleaned up the bike, and also filled it with gas! He also overheard my partner and I talking about how I had to go to Walmart for a phone stand so I could get home safely. He said he found one lying around, it was not new, but that meant so much to me.MOST PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE EVER! PLEASE!!! PLEASE! Go to them.

I highly recommend Western Honda for all of your service needs. I just got into motorcycle riding, having passed my MSF course, I got an older 2007 Rebel 250. Josh, the service manager was excellent. He helped me fix the corroded gas tank, rebuilt the carburator, and kept the cost manageable. He was knowledgable, patient, and always willing to help. Even my dumb noob questions were answered with kindness. I had some screws come off the motorcycle and he always welcomed me in to check out the situation and offered immediate solutions. I can't rave about my experience at Western Honda service. I also looked around the show room, and John helped me look at the new Transalp and he was super cool. I am getting a bit tired of the little 250 and feel that I will be ready for this shortly. Highly recommend. Small family atmosphere and trustworthy!

I couldn t have had a better experience than I had with Josh and this shop. I was on a multi week couple thousand mile trip and called 2 days out with a fork issue, somehow they fit me into their schedule, finished early, fixed two issues that I wasn t even aware of and had me back on the road. I don t leave many reviews but this was above and beyond what I could have expected.

I bought a used 2018 Road King from them. They picked me up from the airport and gave me a ride to kill time before my flight back. They treated my wife and I like family. Allen Torres was the man! They were willing to hold my bike for the shipping company.

Took my new Honda here for the first service at 700 miles.Our appointment was on time every part of the inspection was documented and very detailed.My bike runs great could not be happier with the performance.Wester Honda Team is a well-oiled machine of professionals who actually care about all their customers.Every department at the store from Sales, Finance, Parts and Service work in sync and make you feel part of the family.Compared to all the other Honda motorcycle dealerships in the Valley you will not be disappointed.Check it out for yourself ask for Allen in sales he was my starting point.

So, $28,000 for a Goldwing, which I was assured went through the workshop. I asked several times this question. Same answer. This bike had been through the shop. No test ride was allowed by this dealer despite asking twice. Eddie showed me around the bike and I noticed that the bike had 10,000 miles on trip B and 12,000 miles on trip A. Interesting to note that the actual odometer showed only 6,500 miles total!!! Make your own conclusions.On my ride home of 30 miles, I thought the engine was loud and transmission very clunky. Next morning I set about looking at our new bike to be horrified to notice that the bike was actually almost dry if any oil. I added almost a full bottle of oil. The oil recorded nothing on the dipstick when I initially checked it. I m amazed that Because of their incompetence the engine didn t burn or seize up. I have sent Dennis a video clip of the oil level to prove my claim. Secondly, as a dct bike it s imperative that the parking brake works efficiently. We ll, guess what, brake full on and the rear wheel spins freely. You re not supposed to buy a bike for $28,000 and have to set about fixing things which should have been taken care of during a pre delivery inspection. I have adjusted the brake myself. Dennis wants me to allow the shop to take care of our bike but I can t allow American work ethic at its finest to fix what should have been fixed upon delivery.This dealer also has discriminatory practices refusing my wife credit because she is not an American citizen even though we both live and work in America LEGALLY and are here on green cards. We have a mortgage and cars on finance and we both have great credit. We are completing forms to report this dealership another employee told me that they have a lot of Mexicans come up to buy stuff with great credit and they get refused too.All in all, we love the bike, but the dealer .I ll let you work it out yourself.I do not recommend this place for anyone who has expectations of good customer service and knowledgeable in regards to how to deliver a motorcycle to a new customer.
