Took 25 minutes on a Sunday... Just enough times for the wife to spend some money shopping the store ... Checked oil level was right on the mark... Will use them again since I've been buying the Mobil 1 oil and filter at Walmart and taking it to another garage and there policy has changed and won't accept customer supplied products..."we don't carry Mobil 1 but we can get it".. They sure can at $53 for a gallon jug.... Wal Mart.... $39 for a gallon...

Team lead more like team CLOWN! Tells you at 530pm Friday with one car in the bay he only has the one technician and can't take any more cars, they close at 7pm. Wanted two tires. Ask what time tomorrow morning he says 7am I say 7am you'll have a tire tech , yes he says. At 830am he has 5 cars for oil change not one technician. I'm car two for tires and no tech....team CLOWN lying to people and all around inconvenience to the customer. Wasn't like this before team CLOWN lead until you got here.

I took my car into the auto center today to get the flat tire repaired. Bradley was extremely helpful! He provided great customer service. So much to that I decided to upgrade the warranty coverage after he carefully explained it to me with all my many questions. He was very kind and extremely helpful. He didn't have the typical ego associated with most guys in auto shops when a girl comes in asking for help. He immediately got me situated with the tires I needed to get back on the road. Thanks Bradley for having and exhibiting great customer service.

I asked for a synthetic oil change. They added the correct Penzoil platinum oil. Even topped up my washer fluid. Checked my trans fluid level. Was told 45min to an hour for just an oil change. Took 2 hours total. Gave me 10% off for the extended wait.

The BRAIN DAMAGE IS NOT WORTH THE $25 SAVINGS!!!!On 2 different occasions I showed up between 7:30a-8am to be told they had a 3 hour wait due to being short staffed and I was the 2nd car in line! On the 3rd try I made it a point to wake up at 6am and leave my place at 6:30am so that I could get to the Scottsdale Auto care center on Northsight before anyone else and be the 1st car in line. I showed up at 6:45 am and I was the 1st car.I was checked in at 7am but the didn't open the garage till almost 7:20am. I was then asked for my phone number and that they would let me know when my car was done. I was also told by the store manager that since I was the 1st car it should not even take an hour. 8:30am rolls around and I tried calling 3 different times and no one ever answers the phone... it just rings and rings. Finally at 8:45 am I walked back over to Walmart to find out that they finished my car at 8am but never bothered to let me know!!I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes!! Once of the workers was very rude and wasn't even apologetic and stated that they are too busy to let customers know. Once a car is done they move on to the next so I replied back to him ... "Well then why are you guys asking customers for their phone number and telling them that you will contact them and let them know their car is done"? Don't say that if your not going to do it! I had to be at work at 9am and was late.No apology at all whats so ever and still charged me. Not happy... I stopped going to walmart Auto in 2019 because of issues and 4 years later it worse!!!I would rather spend $70 and have communication and be in and out then save $25 to have anxiety and deal with Walmart's Drama!!

They don't answer their phone even with over three minutes ringing time. No 'can you hold,' just ignoring the phone. 4-5 an a Monday afternoon.

Went in on a Sunday at 6pm (close at 7pm) to get my tire repaired from a puncture, rep said they were closed because he said he was the only one on staff. Ok I was understanding and left. Returned on Tuesday for the same issue, it looked like they were working on two vehicles. I went inside to speak to a rep. The rep redirected me outside and said look for the guy in a yellow vest. Went outside, no one with a yellow vest. I finally got one of the workers attention and asked him if he can help me out. He looked around, and said I will be with you in a sec. 5 minutes later he finally signed me in. I asked him how long it would take. He said, there are some workers returning from lunch shortly, but I couldn t tell you how long. I told him as long as it s within an hour I can stay. He said ok. 1 hour passes my vehicle is not even in the garage. I decide to leave and asked a worker inside to hand me my keys. He said they can give them to you outside. Went outside, waited a few minutes, everyone was to busy to make eye contact. I finally walked on the other side of the fence to grab my keys and took off.Walmart you need to give your employees a lesson on what quality customer service looks like and start paying them more. Because they just seem really careless and unprofessional.Service: Tires

Went to this location to check my battery when my car was having trouble starting. They said it was fine. Two days later my car wouldn t start at all and the battery was dead. Don t waste your time with this place. I recommend Firestone on N. Scottsdale Road instead.Service: Auto battery replacementService: Auto battery replacement

Ordered four tires online and scheduled an appointment to get the tires installed. I definitely recommend making an appointment. Although it said the auto place opened at 7am (the time of my appointment), no one showed up until 7:45am. I have to bring the car back, because one of the tires seems unbalanced.

The only reason it's not a 1 star is due to Jason the manager for saving the day.However, Lucy and Stephen are lost causes as they've both proven to be completely incompetent on top of unprofessional. From calling in advance to verify all 4 of my tires are there and being lied to that they are.To then getting there for Lucy to tell me another person picked up my order lol without even looking at a computer or searching. Which I said thats not possible as there isn't another S. Domine in the state and have possession of my ID.She then takes her sweet time slowly going to actually look and miraculously finds two of them and says she'll go look for the other two. So now has lied to me two times. I then wait patiently 30 minutes for her to go find the other two, taking another call for work but see she is literally just sitting there at the register doing nothing. So I go over and ask what is going on? Then lies again saying someones looking for them but ask who and then says she will again lol.While this is taking place a Stephen comes over too and says he will go look for them but instead of doing that they both go to help a new customer checkout a couple items together at the register that just got there even though I said I've been waiting 30 minutes. So not only cutting me off as I'm clearly not a priority but then takes two people to checkout a couple items for this customer together? Which Stephen then goes off on me saying he'll go look after that and Lucy chimed in, when all I wanted was my 4 tires I ordered offline that said they were there when I called in advance but then I wait over 30 minutes to only having two tires brought up to me and no one doing anything to find the other two.Really mind blowing and already missed my entire lunch break and other meetings due to their laziness and unprofessionalism to which I had to leave.Which I then called speaking to the manager Jason that was able to square everything away and was professional in doing so. However, Lucy and Stephen I would fire on the spot as they're lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. Did not feel as though I was even a customer at this circus they're running.Service: Tires

I ordered 2 tires online that were delivered to my house instead of the store. I took him down to the store and they were able to put them on while I waited within 45 minutes. I got a little shopping done and came back and everything looks great. They also helped me recycle some old oil from a couple of oil changes that I did at home. The car drives great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Edgar and Max and there was another guy that I didn't catch his name. I'll be back when I get the rear tires ordered.

Ridiculously incompetent and unprofessional. I bought two tires online and I called for an install appointment and they said no appointments we are first come first serve. I watched as they did 7-8 oil changes that got there after me before starting my car and then it took them an hour. I waited nearly 4 hours to get two tires installed. Don t go here if you value your time at all. Worst car service experience ever!Service: Tires

I called them beforehand to make sure they have tires available and they said yes. When I got to their store after waiting for 20 mins and nobody acknowledging my presence, they told me 17 tires disappeared from their inventory and they don't have the tires. I left them the car and didn't hear back from them. When I called they didn't have my information in their system and nobody knew about my car being there. Won't go to Walmart auto center again!

Terrible customer service, I called to get a quote on a set of 4 tires, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone..after several failed attempts I finally got a hold of someone and was asked to be put on hold. After being put on hold for an extended period of time, my patience began to run thin. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried calling back at a later time. Only to be put on hold again. When I was finally able to speak with a representative they weren't very informative sounded very incompetent and was given an attitude, like I was a bother of some sort. After several red flags, I decide that even if they had the best deal on tires, it did not merit the opportunity to earn my business.

Extremely helpful staff and helped me get tires in the weird size my car has. Very affordable and they have a wide selection and can even branch out and source tires in other places. 5 stars guys, thank you.

Auto don't care center.Never open on time. Always half an hour or more late. Seriously, just change your sign to 7:30-8:30! Wasting peoples' time. Good service when they actually have people there but sheesh!

Dropped car off to buy 2 tires and fix 1 flat. A pretty simple order. Go back at the recommended complete time. They replaced all 4 tires (at my cost) no flat repair was even put down on the order. They said that they could get me back in the busy garage and find the tires they pulled off and put them back together. However, i had no time for this as I had planned on them doing the job I confirmed with the guy asking me what I needed. The guy who helped me advised me that the employee I spoke to always does this kind of thing. I had them fish me back out the tires (still unsure about the one with a leak and no more road-hazard protection on those tires). Ultimately an awful experience.I have to get a tire replaced that I have road hazard on and am taking the 1 loose tire so there is no confusion this time and will go elsewhere for future tire purchases.

Great place to shop for tires without breaking your wallet! And also affordable oil change by far. Inflation and higher prices got you down? Shop at Walmart Supercenter and Auto Shop!! Running out of gas? Fill up at their gas station for the lowest prices in Phoenix! Is waiting for you!

I used to love going to this place. One of the previous times that I went and got an oil change they did not screw in the undercover correctly and it ended up ripping off on the freeway almost getting me into an accident. I also had to go to an AutoZone nearby to get my oil filter for my VW because they apparently were out of stock but didn t tell me this before until they had my car in the bay. Then I went one more time, giving them one last chance, to wait around for an hour for the staff to then tell me they don t even have the filter for my vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anybody.Service: Oil change

How do you open a store and not open all departments?!?! Talk about no customer service. I came in to do returns and exchange a bad car battery at 6:45am, the store opens at 6. But, the customer service department and auto center don't open till 7am, and the rude person at the front didn't tell me this. I can honestly say Walmart officially has the worst customer service. As I'm standing here writing this review waiting for the store to open I'm told that they can't open the service center due to short staffing, as I walk away there are two employees running around, goofing off in the toy department. I think it's not a lack of employment, but lack of management or care to run a store.

They literally got us in at 6:22 p.m. when they close up 2:00 p.m. they did a full oil change and made sure that my windshield wiper fluid was filled correctly and that everything was done right! Thank you for going the extra mile and making myself and my wife happy it will be back!

Absolutely the worst service possible. Everyone moves at the speed of molasses in the winter. Also, this is the second time I have gone in there and they said they couldn t service my car because of some seal on the oil filter. In between these 2 visits I got my oil changed at Firestone figuring maybe they were just lazy. Guess who got the job done? Firestone. So I come in yesterday thinking everything is fine because there shouldn t be a dealership seal on it. A little while later same thing. I couldn t believe it, so I voiced my frustration and dissatisfaction with them and left. I hope people stop doing business there and pick another location.

Bought 4 tires online and scheduled an appointment for install. Morning of install get a canceled appointment notice in email. Call them and get we don t take appointments, it s first come first serves . I say ok do you have my wheels? Don t know. Well can you check? It s an online order so I don t have access to that information . Several days later tires come in and I come to the shop to install. They get installed and I drive the car. Vibrates like crazy and tires are way overinflated. Aka they didn t balance or inflate them properly. Now I have to waste more of my life to come back and have them rebalance. I come in 7am Sunday morning. One other car there - it s a 20 min job to rebalance. Guy tells me it ll be about an hour. Ok. It s 9am now and it s still not done. 2 hours to balance 4 tires. Skip this dump for your vehicle needs.

This is the worst place that I have seen in my whole life. I was there for almost 2.5 hours to change just the oil. They were not working at all. Everybody was frustrated and they didn t care about the customers. I won t back here again.

Brought my car in for an oil change at 9:30am, wasn t done until 12:20pm, partially because an audit needed to be done on a vehicle in front of me and it took an hour to get a manager out to audit the work done on that vehicle.Absolutely unbelievable, horrendous service - especially from Robert in the auto department he argued, belligerently, with me and two other customers. Literally held up his hand and said yeah, yeah, yeah, because all women are always right and proceeded to continue to argue with me and two other customers who also had horrible service - save your blood pressure from rising and go elsewhere!!! NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION OR WAIT and management could care less, two mangers just stood by, idly, while all of this happened, absolutely unbelievable!!!!!! I ve gone to this location for years and I will NEVER be returning after the experience today.

Please Do NOT Go HereWent to rotate and balance tires. Invoce stated rotate/balanced. All tire good pressure checked. Good to go?!I went driving on Interstate 10 with bubbled and separated tires that WALMART just checked and sent me outTRYING TO GET ME KILLED!!Service: Tires

My car's battery was almost dead, so I visited Walmart auto care. As soon as I reached, the service engineer was prompt in response. For battery replacement, there is no labor fee if the battery was bought in Walmart. Overall very good experience during this visit. Thank you!

Definitely agree with others, slowest service and they do test your patience. I gave up after 2 hours to get a headlight changed and drove over to autozone. Beware of their standard response of the number of cars ahead of you. It s not like I m walking in, I got a call saying I m next and drop your car, and an hour later still was waiting...
