I had a repair complete the Van Collision. Gary, my estimator/advisor, was amazing. Communicated with me through out the process so I knew exactly when my vehicle woudl be completed. The dorp off and delivery were seamless. The repairs exceeded my expectations. Truly exception service!

When the best service is no service at all: Wonderful experience here with a tech spending 10 minutes to explain how I can fix my van sliding door and answered all my questions. Using his advice, I understood how it worked and got the van door closed and locked. Easily could have cost me 300+. Use this team. Merry Christmas.

Pick up my car today let's see where to start I have paint run primer all over the trunk like the part was painted on the car the letter SS fell off while driving home an the trunk has marks on it other wheels are curb rash

I brought my vehicle in for a repair estimate after an accident, but Van Collision couldn't get the vehicle in for another two weeks. After I dropped the vehicle off, I got a supplement doubling the initial repair estimate, putting the vehicle at risk for insurance to total it out. One week later I got another supplement that now quadrupled the initial estimate. The estimator explained that the 3rd supplement had items on it that should have been on the initial estimate but that there were "computer problems." Clearly there is no quality control or check mechanisms at this collision center if they can't recognize missing major parts in an estimate. The delay in an accurate estimate cost me major time and stress. If the estimate were done properly in the first place, I could have saved major time, money, and headaches. Vehicles are a necessary part of life for people to earn their livelihoods and get things done. I would question the quality control of all aspects of this collision center.

Van Collision Center was one of my best automotive shop experiences. Gary S. provided outstanding communication and attention to detail, taking care of my truck.Went to pick up my truck today and the front temp sensor bracket was still unrepaired. Gary went out in 120F heat to personally get a new bracket and install the sensor, even though it's not in his job description. He was true to his word and did everything he could to get my truck back to me ASAP and in excellent condition.If you ever go to Van Collision, request Gary S. He's the best.

If I could give Van Collision Center 6 stars, I would. Had someone hit the front of my 2019 Corvette and ended up needing parts & paint to the tune of 30k. 3 stage pearl and the paint match is dead on . My service advisor Pierre and all of the shop mechanics were great to work with. Glenn specifically went above and beyond with this expertise. This company is busy for a reason. Greetings to all, to make things simple with me, I have not always had the best experience with body shops, so when I decided to take my car here, I was very upfront with Mark(he handles State Farm), and he understood and agreed with everything I told him. I couldn't have been happier with taking my car to them, the communication was fantastic, the amount of time that it was in the shop was minimal, and the overall quality in my opinion is better than factory. I did have one issue with my rim having to be reconditioned, and it came back not matching, but they were quick to recognize it and replace it with a new one. The paint quality is like I said better than factory, I used to be able to see the differences in paint color on my factory paint, (bumper which is plastic, to the hood which is aluminium) and now I can't tell a difference at all.I will happily refer Mark and Van Collision to anyone that needs their car attended to.I also did not know that they are a recommended shop for State Farm.

Dale at Van Collision was friendly and attentive. He personally got involved with helping throughout the entire repair process on my vehicle even though he runs the place and probably had better things to do. Fantastic experience. They fixed a damaged Nissan SUV with multiple damaged parts and body sections. Super nice and communicative. Outstanding work. Recommend Bob and his team without reservation. Great location and delivered better than new and detailed.

Frank did a great job repairing my truck. He took the time to give me updates and saw to every detail. I feel he really did care about the service he provided and it truly shows. He even washed my truck and cleaned the inside!!! So, if you have to choose a collision shop (hopefully you never do), I would recommend Van's Collision Center in Scottsdale!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brian Smith at Van Collision. I was rear ended by a person with the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with (Root Insurance).There was quite a but of back and forth with Root, Brian and Myself during the almost 2 month long process of getting the approval for repairs. Brian took the bull by the horns early on in the process, stayed persistent and prevailed! He also handled my rental car with Enterprise which is conveniently located on site.My vehicle repair work was performed flawlessly and was detailed when I picked it up.I'll never hesitate going back to Van Collision in the future for any body work repairs.Thank You!!!!

I have taken my car here before, and the repairs were flawless. I have a 08 civic Si that needed body work. While the repair was done and my car returned 1 week after it was promised. I get the car home and I noticed a nice new crack in my carbon fiber hood. I'm not the kind of person that tries to get free stuff, I pay my own way every step. Their reply was..... we didn't do it, we didn't even go under the hood, how could we have possibly done that.... and so on. BUT, the best they can offer is a $100 gift card? for what? If they didn't do it, why offer the gift card? Now I have a cracked carbon fiber hood and I have to come out of pocket $800 to replace it. I will definitely not be recommending or returning!!!

I purchased a car at this dealership. The salesman (Jonathan) was great. I felt like he was helpful and honest and made the experience as painless as possible. I can't say the same for Bob in Finance. He started out really nice, but the second we decided to finance through the bank he turned into a real jerk. He suddenly no longer wanted to answer any of our questions and actually walked away from me at one point. I felt he was incredibly rude.

Do not go here ! Worst customer service I have ever had ! A four and half hour quote from their shop took 4 weeks ! Eveyweek I had to call and check on my own repairs and of course every time it was another week . They didn t follow the correct procedures with my Insurance company for additional repairs. Had to rent a car for 4 weeks was told they would cover my rental while until repairs are complete . Once my car was finally done I came in to pick up only to find out they will only cover one weeks worth of rental . Go somewhere else this place is a joke

I had an Infiniti repaired here and was really impressed with their quality communication. I called in several times, spoke with Taylor and he knew everything off the top of his head in a moments notice. He was very on top of things. And the repairs were very quality. Definitely recommend.

These guys area great! They're professional and helped me get back in my truck quickly. When I was rear ended and needed repairs I was nervous about how long the process would take and the possible hassle of dealing with all of this. The entire staff made the process painless and I couldn't have left happier, thank you!

I have used Van Collision in the past and have been very pleased, there is no question they do good work. However, I received a quote a few weeks ago and thought they were very heavy handed on their labor estimate. I got another quote from Gerber Collision and it was 33% lower, which did support my suspicion. I had the work done and the results were excellent.

I went to Van Collision and got an estimate for a new grill on my car. I received the estimate and said to go ahead with ordering the grill. I am paying this out of pocket, no insurance.Van's called and said the part was in....great news right....I took my car over to have the grill installed, gave my keys to Kyle who did the estimate and he said it would be an hour.After the grill was installed he said the grill was more money...$300 more money. I said you have to be kidding me. You had two opportunities to tell me the estimate was higher before the grill was installed.I would never, never use this place....they lied and over charged. A true disgrace.

Staff universally attentive, pleasant and competent. They listened, asked questions to ensure they understood what the problems were ,and only then made suggestions/recommendations. Called to update progress . Management easy to approach, and also attentive.

Anthony was great, he answered all of my questions and took fast action when I noticed there was something else.worng with my car. They got me in quick and saved the day. I would 100% recommend Van Collosion to anyone! Especially anyone with a Nissan

They fixed my bumper. It was a little off from going over a parking curb, and then when I reversed, it pulled the bumper back a little funny. The thing is, that wasn't why my car was there. I didn't ask for it, and they didn't even tell me they did it. I just noticed it was fixed a few days after I got the car back for a different reason. Wow. Where do I find a 6th star?

So my 2011 Chevy Silverado was having a hood replaced by Van Collision. I take great care of my truck cause I work out of it doing pools service and repairs and WAS a loyal Van Collision customer for three years! Now when I picked up my truck from its hood repair. The unlock and lock mechanism doesn't work anymore on driver side and on the passenger side only unlocks? Both working before though... AND my DASH BOARD has multiple HUGE CRACKS now!! They had the nerve to tell me they aren't gonna fix it but only the unlock and lock mechanisms they will?! GIVE ME A BREAK! I couldnt believe it! It's completely obvious that it's from someone putting too much weight onto the dash, even coming from a 2nd opinion!!! I will never have any of our company vehicles or recommend/refer anyone to experience this, it's a NIGHTMARE!

I had front end damage and complained about my headlights. They said nothing was wrong. I replaced my light bulbs and the bulbs were from two different countries and two different companies. Not OEM! You have to watch these guys
