Needed a shock bushing removed for my mountain bikes new rear shock. I called Stillwell and spoke with Cory. He said no problem, bring it by. Even though they were busy he was able to get my shock bushing sorted quickly and easily. Always call first as for more in depth service there might be a wait for turn around, but for fast and friendly service give Stillwell a call. Glad I did. Thanks Cory for the assist.

Kevin at Stillwell Performance came highly recommended to us. My wife and I are on a round the world motorcycle trip and needed our front and rear shocks replaced. Kevin took on the job and squeezed us in at short notice. He and his team did incredible work, were super professional and went above and beyond in helping us out. We're mega impressed with them and their service and eternally grateful for helping us out.We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Stillwell. Cheers!

As an ardent student of customer service, I have to tell you, Cory and his team is awesome. I went in for busted rear seal on my mountain bike and the service was incredible. I was bummed to not have my bike and Cory got it turned around in 2 days. He was friendly, informative, and just a great guy. Nice place, good attitudes and they rebuild �hlins shocks! The seal on the rear shock of my Ducati 998 was in need of replacement. Considering they had to order the rebuild kit and wait on shipping for that, then the actual rebuild turn around time was very fast and price was VERY reasonable in my opinion. Will definitely be a return customer for any future needs wether for my mountain bike suspension or any of my sportbikes suspension. Ohlins experts local here in the valley! I had a set of Ohlins I took off a BMW motorcycle and this team didn't hesitate to take on the job to rebuild them. Their shop has a lot of dirt bikes and mountain bikes but they were happy to take this project on. Polite and prompt on updates and competitive on their pricing. Gladly use again.

Cory and team are highly skilled, do excellent work and are just great to work with! I would not take my MTBs anywhere else, from full shock rebuilds to warranty work to regular maintenance they are the pros on Fox and RockShox suspension systems of any vintage, it's what they do! You will not be disappointed!

This shop not only does great work, but they are very knowledgeable and show real support for their customers. I've spent all sorts of time learning to dial in my suspension on my own, and never getting it "just right". Brought my bike to Stillwell for a long overdue service and decided to pay a bit more for the full setup, by far the best "upgrade" I could have ever done for my bike and my riding.

Stillwell performance is awesome. They worked on my KTM 300 XC and KTM 250 XC race bikes and their Dal Soggio setup and tuning puts them in another class. What a difference it made for riding in Colorado and Arizona. Kevin and Cory are great to work with. They are easy to get in contact with, answer the phone and return every call. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions and make sure everything is set up properly. I highly recommend Stillwell performance and will send everyone I know there. 5 stars !!

Kevin and Cory were excellent help and actually did a few things they didn t have to do for much less than I anticipated.I believe Kevin is the owner and or a manager for a young guy it s nice to see somebody I have such good customer service and follow up, I actually could ve got the work done at the bike store I bought The bike from, but they weren't shock re-builders, services, etc.

My Pivot Switchblade was due for suspension service. Stillwell Suspension kept showing up in recommendations from other riders for rebuilds and tuning. Usually, I change the oil myself but the Fox DPX2 looked a little too complicated.I scheduled an appointment with Cory for a couple of weeks out. They also mentioned a tuning service they call the butter dish . Essentially, they set up the suspension for your specific bike, weight, and riding style.That was probably the best money ever spent on bike parts or services. I thought my suspension was dialed in well enough prior to the session.It was amazing how much better it was afterward. The bike was much more planted while corning and the suspension felt more balanced between the front and back. It also seemed faster on flow trails and the suspension floats over the top of rough sections at speed.I could not be happier with Cory s experience and the attention to detail invested in my rebuild and tuning session.

This is a very legit place to service your mountain bike suspension. I took my 3yr old fox fork and shock to Stillwell to get a complete rebuild. I was thinking of replacing the valving for my riding and 230lb weight as well but the folks there recommended me to try their butter dish option which they help you find tune the psi, compression and rebound. I thought that my settings were good but i was off. It feels like i gained an extra inch or 2 of suspension travel without introducing any bobbing on my Ibis Ripley V3. I'm very impressed. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

Great place to have your suspension serviced. Kevin and his staff did an incredible job on my 2014 KTM XCF. I also brought my Specialized MT. bike for set-up, Cory really had knowledge in how to set-up the bike and let the bike suspension work properly. I highly recommend them for your bike or motorcycle.

I am soooooo happy with my suspension upgrade! I have a yeti sb130 lunch ride and I got the butter dish upgrade. They only had my bike for a week and fitted me for a perfect ride when I picked it up. I ride Trail 100 and SOMO mainly. I loved my bike before and now I love it even more. So happy I did this!

I wish I would have taken my bike here sooner!! If you're having suspension-related concerns, take your bike to Stillwell. You won't regret it. My bike feels amazing!

Did me and my bike right!These dudes are the best and I cannot say enough. I brought them my DRZ400E done up as a SuperMoto and not a whole lot of knowledge on the bike. They were able to identify what we were dealing with and accurately and professionally let me know what kind of work it would need when I was worried about the front end.They did the work that was necessary for hundreds less than the dealership and was able to make adjustments to the bike that made it much more suited to me and my riding style, instantly transforming the bike and giving me a lot more confidence tossing it into corners.They were also extremely attentive to the fact that this bike was a daily rider for me and any work would have to be done within a tight timeframe, also gave me a ride down the street to work when I showed up with the bike early, extremely generous of them to do so and I will continue to bring the bike back for service and even maybe some custom goodies down the line! Thanks so much guys for the great experience!

Want to know how to make your suspension worse? Take it to Stillwell Performance! They put springs in for a 100lb rider then told me I needed a custom made lighter spring... I'm 150lbs without gear. My rear shock was kicking all over hell, valve way too stiff and my front end felt terrible. After they kept telling me they needed more time to "think" about my setup. Finally I gave in and went to another shop that, unlike Stillwell, guaranteed their work. My bikes riding amazing now. So whatever you do for suspension. Don't go to Stillwell.

World class suspension shop! I have tried numerous shops over the last 20 years and can honestly say that Stillwell knows how to perfectly translate what I am feeling into a perfect solution of stability, balance, comfort and quick handling. They are also very consistent in their settings from one bike to the next which I appreciate and many shops struggle with this. They can reproduce the feel I am looking with consistency from one bike to the next. Thank you Stillwell!

Suspension Gurus! Wow! My mountain bikes ride so much smoother and faster! Take your bike to these guys now! I ve been mountain biking for decades, always tinkering with my suspension. Now I just enjoy the ride! Also, I m looking into better brakes, because I m going that much faster!

Had my Mountain bike suspension tuned/serviced by the crew at Stillwell Performance and not only was it a fast turn around but my bike feels amazing! Strava times are up! Watch out! The bike feels like it floats over the chatter and smaller rocks.

I just wanted to say a "huge" thank you to the staff at Stillwell for taking a look at our Electric Bike with front suspension problems. We called, were told bring it on in, they looked at it right away, and SOLVED the problem!!!! They also denied payment for services rendered as they said it was no big deal!!!! What a top rated team, with exceptional customer service! We had even called the manufacturer of the bike, and got NO help there!!! Thank you so very much.....Debbie A.

3mo updateNow that I've had a chance to ride their tune, I can comment beyond just "friendly staff".When I got the bike back, it was completely different from where factory guidance had me on setup. I would go so far as to say "polar opposite" applies when describing how it rides. Factory - stiff and linear. Stillwell - absorbent and progressive.It was so different when I got it back, I was very unsure if it would stay on the tune. Now that I have learned how to ride it, I would never go back.

Kevin and Nathan knocked it out of the park. Got my old 88 CR250 shock working flawlessly and feels excellent all around. Now this old CR rides better than my newer MX bikes. Quick turn around time at an excellent price! I wouldn t go anywhere else.Thanks Guys!
