They put up with all of my crazy questions. I really liked our sales team. Jackson was super. He was fun energetic knowledgeable but also not pushy in any way. Sales manager (Tyler) I believe is his name also knows what he s talking about. This would has changed and he explained all of the new programs and such and how they can benefit you. Our finance guy was great too. He was fun and also efficient. We were really hoping to get out quick as I had wasted so much time discussing numbers. And he got us there. They were all very professional and open for discussion. They were respectful. Everyone on the team worked together it reminded me of how businesses used to be. This team and its leader should be proud. Thank you. And damn I love my truck.

Going to this dealership was the best car shopping experience I have ever had! I got an amazing deal on my brand new car! Ken in the finance department was the best!! My sales guys were super fun and understanding of my needs! Will be back and would highly recommend!

Great team to work with! I generally avoid large dealerships at all costs, but my wife and I found a couple 4runners here that we really liked. Our salesman, Christian, was very friendly. He let us take our time and compare our options without pressuring us. The manager, Ian, is a real straight shooter and we appreciated that we didn't have to go back and forth multiple times on pricing. He let us know what they could do on each vehicle and didn't rush us to make our decision. We dealt with Kent in the back office and I was pleasantly surprised that the deal we made with Ian was exactly what Kent presented us. There were no surprises and he did not pressure us to buy any additional warranties or back-end products. I probably won't have a need since 4runners last forever, but I would definitely buy from this team again! Thank you, Right Toyota!

First time buying a brand new car! So happy I went to Right Toyota. Jake Mautner was the agent that helped my husband and me out, and he was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely patient with all of our questions. He was very communicative and great at following up/ keeping me updated. He made the whole process so easy! Scott Shaw also deserves a shout-out for his help and professionalism! I would recommend Right Toyota to anyone wanting a hassle-free experience when buying a new car.

From the moment we got to Right Toyota our experience with Kevin Gallegos (our sales representative) was exceptional. Not only did he greet us warmly but he also took the time to understand our needs and preferences. His knowledge on vehicles was impressive and made us more comfortable and secure that we were making the right choice on the vehicle we were purchasing. Throughout the whole process he guided us and gave us multiple options to try all while being patient. What really set Kevin apart was his commitment to finding us the best deal possible. Outstanding dealership with great employees. Ian (sales rep) and Zach (finance) made the process seamless! They went above and beyond my expectations. I've purchased more cars than I'd like to admit and this was the 1st time I felt like a dealership was actually on my side. I'm writing this review to say thank you and to hopefully give the above mentioned gentlemen some well deserved recognition for the outstanding customer service they provided me.

Contacted Bella to get additional photos of the Tundra that was just traded. She said the truck was not detailed and had work to be done, but I could come see it anyway. Never saw her from start to finish. I met with a salesman Justin Burns. Seeing the truck it was filthy, but I could see through it. It has 2 pink X's on it where Justin said it was going for paint and body repair. After a test drive I wanted to hammer out a deal. I believe he was working honestly to get a win-win for the both of us. I saw the truck on Car Gurus and Right Toyotas website for the same price $38,321. I went on both to find extra photos. Right out of the gate it started with Car Gurus had the wrong price almost 4k wrong in my favor. Back and forth I started to walk out when Griffin the manager came out. He stated the price was wrong, he would honor it, but I would HAVE to pay the $1600 paint protection and tint charge. If I walked out the truck goes back to $42K +. I didn't want to but I did. I missed they actually DIDNT write it up as paint and tint and only added it to the price of the truck. Justin said I would be getting new tint..didn't happen. You dont leave with any paperwork until after you get the truck and then it is all on usb for NOT SO EASY READING and ACCESS. I asked them not to rush paint and body but 10 days later it was finally ready for pickup (see the photos). There IS ZERO quality control. If I was a gambling man a handyman repaired the dent and the other door was left as is, see photos. That dent near rear bumper --see photo --is AFTER it was fixed! HORRIBLE. At delivery the salesman gave me the keys and goes "here you go" thank you. In the end the door didn't get repaired, the other dent was horrible, truck was out of alignment, all fluids were low, windshield washer fluid never makes it to the windshield and just pours out onto the ground when engaged. TPMS system was faulting. Gale in service is the best and helped get the alignment and TPMS fixed QUICKLY. Nobody would expect a transaction like this to come from Toyota. I will send it all up to corporate as well in more detail. A poor job all around RIGHT TOYOTA is the WRONG TOYOTA.Gale worked on 2 items and he did those well. The rest of the failures are still present, you own them, and how this truck went out CERTIFIED is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.

Such an easy experience! So thankful for Leonard and the team. Test driving cars today was fun and such an experience. Didn t feel any pressure and was able to leave with what we wanted at a great price!Highly recommend!!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle. My Salesman Jake was attentive, friendly, and made me his focus while I was there. His attitude helped to seal the deal and I ended up buying the right vehicle for a fair price. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5 Star experience

You should read this review before purchasing from Right Toyota!Not a good experience. They could do a way better job for the dealership by trying to build up customer loyalty instead of just worrying about leaving too much cash on the table. Sales tactics that border on the edge of shady and ridiculously marked up add ons. (see photo) Also, the entire sale negotiation is scribbled out in marker on handwritten paper that make the actual sales numbers misleading. I doubt if we would purchase another car from Right Toyota.

I ve financed and dealt with many dealerships in the past and I have to say Right Toyota is the first one I ve been impressed with from the first minute to the last. Christian is incredible. I walked in, told him in 1 minute what I m looking for and what I m open to and my budget, test drove two back to back, sat down and first go around he came back with best number they could possibly offer (I triple checked). It was a great number for me and beat their local competitor prices I was offered even after negotiations there. Everything was efficient, honest, and accurate. I really did feel like both him and the finance manager had my best interests in mind. Never felt pressure or like I was being tricked. Could be because they are not commission driven and that leads to a more professional and comfortable experience.

I had a great experience at Right Toyota. I worked with Justin Burns in the internet department. He was very helpful and made sure he found me the exact vehicle I wanted. He didn't mind all of my questions and helped me get a deal I was happy with. Kent Thompson in finance was excellent. He answered all of my questions and helped get me a loan I was comfortable with.The dealership staff are very friendly and my while experience took about 4 hours from start of my appointment to driving out of the lot with my new 4Runner.I am a loyal Toyota customer and will be using Right Toyota for my services and future Toyota purchases.

The employees are so nice and helpful here. One of the only car dealerships I visited (out of 15 luxury and used lots) that was packed with customers - actually buying cars! Lots of new cars coming in and going right back out. And while I didn't get the car for free, they were certainly fair and I didn't feel like I needed to shower in bleach when I returned home (unlike other dealers...). Happy with the purchase and will return for service. Now if they'd only release the 2024 4runner pictures!!

Had the absolute best time at Right Toyota, and it's all thanks to Isaac Abdul! Seriously, this guy knows his stuff and made finding my dream car a breeze.Isaac went above and beyond, taking the time to chat about different trims and making sure I had a good understanding of all the features available. Even though I was just window shopping and not planning to buy anything that day, Isaac treated me like a VIP.If you're on the hunt for a car and want someone who's friendly, patient, and seriously knows their stuff, hit up Isaac Abdul at Right Toyota. I spent several weeks shopping various car dealerships in the greater Phoenix area and Right Toyota was by far superior to any of them. Harrison in sales is a seasoned professionals who made the buying experience time efficient and very easy. He was transparent with respect to the price of the vehicles presented, various options, and potential financing terms. Andrew in finance picked up where Harrison left off and took the time to articulate the financing options and even shopped for the best rate for me even after I was satisfied with the initial rate that he had provided to me. I left the lot with a feeling of being satisfied with my purchase and the overall sales experience. Right Toyota is a very well run dealership and I would recommend to anyone who's buying a vehicle they offer.

Right Toyota did me right, mostly! I got a 2023 Toyota Tacoma Off Road with the long bed and the color I wanted. Tiffany Sharp was my sales person and she was awesome. Always answered my questions and kept me up to date on the progress of the manufacturing and shipment. They didn t have a have market markup and kept the price at MSRP. I was also able to pretty much the package I wanted.Ryan Jenny was our financial manager and he was great. He went to through the optional add ons quickly and did not try to over sell us unless we asked for more details. The whole process was as pleasant as it gets. I feel we got a fair price for this market and good APR.I would have giving this review a 5 out of 5 stars as everyone that worked with was just great. But one major thing that was done was I had put a deposit the truck I wanted. Only to get a call a couple days later saying that the CFO didn t check that I had put a deposit on my truck. And he still took my truck instead of putting the customer first. I was pretty upset about this but Tiffany shined again and was able to get me the same truck. It was just going to come later. This shows a lack of customer care from their upper management in my opinion. But would I work with them again, absolutely.

We made an appointment with Chris Delgado to see a vehicle today and he wasn't there. He never emailed or called stating that he was not going to be there. That wasn't even a big deal. Then, come to find out from his manager that the car wasn't there either and most likely never was. They are making appointments to get people to get in the door. We drove over 50 miles to come purchase a car that wasn't even on the lot. I get one day per week to spend a full day with my family and chose to spend a portion of it today at Right Toyota in order to purchase a new car and I will never make that mistake again. There was no reason to mislead us into visiting the lot other than try to coax us into buying something ANYTHING for that matter as long as it's from them. They made excuses and no offer or attempt to try and find us what we were looking for for. Complete waste of our day. Thanks Chris & Wrong Toyota for showing us your true colors. Business lost that quick!

I wanted a specific car, a specific color, and with the economic Nonsense and no out of state sales and insane mark ups these guys took care of business!! Ian my sales Pro and Kent with finance, they didn t have any unrealistic add ons, they would text be back on my schedule and stopped at nothing to get what I requested. Super unique circumstances required signatures form parent out of state and they happily overnighted docs and like magic it was smooth!The ONLY negative is their trade value wasn t as fair as si had hoped and had it been an option I d of sold to another dealer and purchased from them.EVERY other element was above and beyond!!! Ian and Kent stayed late and I drove in to get my beautiful new car and even followed up afterwards and sent a new copy of paperwork because we had one minor change to do.100% would purchase again and would recommend to everyone! And I drove over 600 miles for their amazing service and cooperation!

Great dealership, in and out quick. I flew in from out of town and the sales team met me at the airport and I had a 30 mile test drive. This was the best dealership I have been to, and can see myself coming back in the future too. Well worth the flight!

So I ve been looking for a hybrid sienna for almost a year. It s not a dealership issue but all vehicles with a hybrid motor are super hard to come by. I ve spoken previously with the folks at Right Toyota but it s so hard to find inventory (however they were happy to discuss all available options with me-but nothing was right). Well last night a 2023 hybrid sienna popped up, I called them at 0800 today and they set it aside for me and I showed up 1 hour later. The car was exactly as described and Kenny was our salesmen, with test drive, negotiation and finance we were out in under 2 hours. Hands down the best car buying experience I ve had ever. It s a weird time to buy hybrid cars as inventory is so low, but they worked with me on trade in value and honestly I paid almost exactly what I wanted for our car. Kent the finance guy was fast, honest and not pushy in any way. He even got us financed through our own bank. I ve never had a good experience in a dealership ever, and I dread the few times I ve ever had to buy a car-but if Right Toyota has the car you are looking for I would suggest giving them a try. I would absolutely buy other vehicles from them

I would have to say, this was the best experience I have had to date with a dealership. Chris Drebes was awesome. I procrastinated and the 4runner I was looking at got sold. He right away did some searching and found me one I liked better. Price was worth the hour and a half drive to Phoenix. Didn't even need to haggle. Which I hate doing. No pressure. Was in and out in less than an hour. The finance guy was awesome also. If I need another Toyota I will definitely be going back.

Sales is good but service be careful. The service team will try to get you if you are not fully aware of what services you are getting. Appointment is a must or else expect to wait until next day for service with no status of where your car is.

I had made an request online for info about a potential PriusPrime, and while the original vehicle in question was sold, Anthony did a solid job locating and getting me set up in (arguably) a nicer PriusLimited, and if you know anything about the current Market, these cars are *hard* to get a hold of. But despite that, two days later, I was driving over to AZ to make the deal. Traded in my current 2017 PriusPrime for a pretty solid price, and got everything sorted. Between Sales and Finance everyone was great to work with, and if I ever need to look into getting another Car they'll be one of the first places I check.

I had a good experience at Right Toyota. Adam, the salesman was cordial, understanding and respectful. I never felt pressure during my visit apart from the regular negotiations. One thing I would like to see is transparency. How much they gave me for my trade in?, what was my credit score? They avoided sharing these facts. Toyota is a great car company and I think Right Toyota can do better matching that standard.

3 star rating would have been lower except for the very good service and info provided by our salesperson Juan Salinas. However after the sale I called the Finance Mgr, Spencer Koenig, who we finalized the deal with, twice, left a message each time and never got a return call.

Christian and Spencer were the dream team. Christian helped us find the perfect truck that checked all the boxes for us AND kept us within our budget. Amazing! Plus his Chihuahua is adorbs. Spencer K was the finance manager that helped us out and he was so nice. I love meeting people from the east coast and rambling about pizza and bagels (can t get them like NY/NJ). He was awesome. My husband and I really appreciated their assistance and all the nice perks they gave us for being a military family. Will definitely recommend :)
