I had an unusual situation where a part was knocked off the bottom of my vehicle. When I called and spoke with Billy Ferrari, he new right away what the part was and made an appointment for me the next day. He checked and verified that they had a replacement part but when I showed up and brought in the part, he said they could reinstall it. This was done and to make an already extremely satisfactory appointment even better, they reattached the part FREE OF CHARGE. I would encourage any one to have their vehicle serviced at Pinnacle

I came in for the first time for 45k miles servicing for my Murano. I was presented a bill of around $4500(for most of the services which don t require any immediate attention as i verified outside).I was also told that i never had a Transmission fluid change and AC check, which should be done at 30k. I remember I had done those but since it was not showing in their system (from other Nissan's dealer history) I was convinced to do the service with additional $300. Later when i found that they were looking at wrong service history, instead of accepting their mistake they said it should be done every 3 years!!!!

We're here in Phoenix from Texas due to our youngest son medical situation. My vehicle was in need of an overdue oil change. I scheduled an appointment and randomly picked an agent online. Billy Ferreri, was professional, courteous and quick. I was in and out a lot quicker then what I anticipated. Most importantly, I was able to get back to my son as soon as possible. Not only does Mr. Ferreris' character reflect Pinnacle Nissan Dealer, but the beautiful city of Scottsdale.

I went to have my 2018 Nissan rogue serviced on 07DEC23 because it was diagnosed previously that the 4 codes displayed meant that the CVT transmission would need to be replaced. I spent $2900 and got my car. Soon after I left the car drove IDENTICAL to the way I brought it in. I called Mike King and he said drive it for a couple of days because the car needs to "learn" my driving pattern. By Sunday I did not drive my car because it was transmission braking sporadically. I left a message with the answering service and they stated that someone from the service department will give me a call back on Monday. No one called. I have sent taken my car back to the service department and they diagnosed it with the same four codes +2. Now that they are saying that the engine harness is bad and will cost me an additional $800 to repair. And my question is why was the wiring harness never brought up in the initial diagnosis As even a possibility. And after getting my CVT transmission repaired if the tech had test drove it they would've easily seen that the car was driving extremely poorly. Even when I asked the service advisor if he could, please give me the report on my car he said that he could not because my paperwork was in a box somewhere and it would need to be retrieved. Not transparent Not helpful Not nice EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING. I wish I had never come here!

Beware! I purchased my Alfa Romeo two years ago from this dealership. I continued my service here and everything has been good, until now. When I dropped my car off last week, there was a push to get tires and I told them I would be in next month. When I mentioned I needed a headlight bulb change he gave me the heads up it could be expensive. I appreciated the honesty and asked that they contact me before any work. I dropped it off at 7 am. At 2pm I have no updates, so I call and ask. I m sent a link to approve a $900 headlight assembly! I was not prepared so declined the repair. Mike says that sometimes happens, instead of a bulb you need to replace the whole thing. I left and decided to get a second opinion. So, I pulled up a YouTube video and my coworker replaced the bulb in 15 minutes. All for $15! No headlight assembly needed, which means I was lied to. Anna Algiene sent a text Friday at noon saying if service wasn t exceptional to please contact her. I called immediately and left a detailed voicemail. And two days later, still no response. Sadly, they have lost my business and I am sharing with others the dishonesty of the service department. A real shame as I m sure the owner is unaware of these unethical practices.

They re terrible! They find everything that ll cost you out of warranty , charge you, keep your car for DAYS, then say there s no issues they FEEL/HEAR? (The reason I brought it in!) Why don t they look as master mechanics?! Then they send you home with no rentals/loaners & a $10 Lyft credit which covers the Lyft tip! They don t call you to tell you what s going on. I m stage 4 dying cancer patient & they ve left me hanging for 5 days. I had to call STEVE just to hear he called me 2x? No voicemail he said no, because you didn t answer duh. That s what VM is for. They re NOT BRIGHT AT ALL! I have passengers that feel the clunk in my ROUGE! My family won t even ride in it any longer. I pay a lot on warranties plus it s still under factory warranty! I Won t be taking the car back from them til it s fixed. It s a bad dangerously sounding clunk, and we won t drive it. It s unreal to me that MASTER CERTIFIED MECHANICS can t figure this out. Regular people can! Still left day 6 no car. They want us to go show them. So that s 4 trips to them on our dime & time! They had no problem taking over 2K to do my upkeep, but make a million excuses fixing things THEY would have to cover! they really are STUPID. Lamb NISSIAN in prescott was amazing. This place is a JOKE!UPDATE:After finally reaching STEVE he said come here & show the tech what you re talking about (6 days later w terminal cancer! Using my gas!) so we drove there & what do you know, it clunked away! The tech said oh yes. I m heard-felt that, but that s not what STEVE put down to look for? Ummm, wouldn t you start there automatically? Not just leave my only transportation sitting there? I blame STEVE for 99% of this. He is not able to do his job at all. So now that we shower the tech, it ll be 2 days to get parts and a day or two to finish work! This is over a week with no car! STEVE didn t offer a rental & it is coveted 100-% under warranty! $4500!!! It s the transfer case. Just as we suspected! Unreal $80 in my gas and Lyft rides, 7 days of no car making car payments, and STEVE still trying to make it sound like no biggy & oh how he did me a favor because I won t pay? I pay for the extended warranty! Which this didn t even run into. This is the NISSIAN ROUGE . Beware of this service dept. and the people that responded to this review, ummm, couldn t be reached! All a joke.

Pinnacle Nissan has the best service department, especially my service guy, Blake Stebbins. I called about an issue and was worried because they transferred me to someone else s phone but I was happy when Blake returned my call. He s always taken exceptional care of my car. I bought my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SLP at Pinnacle Nissan and was pleased with the sales force.It made me happy to know I would have a service guy, Blake Stebbins, for all of my follow up service. He s takes great care of my car and I can tell he really cares.

Our Nissan van wasn't in working condition and had taken it to another shop. We stopped into Nissan to ask for a second opinion. Right away I knew we were in good hands with Joey. We had the van towed and they serviced it the same day. The diagnostic from the other shop was completely incorrect, and the Pinnance Nissan team was able to fix our issue (Radiator) right away. Additionally they replaced both brakes and a belt. I usually am sceptical about servicing a vehicle at dealerships b/c I've always heard you will over pay at a dealer. But the truth is they are the experts, they know what they are doing, AND you can be sure you're receiving quality parts. Because of the misdiagnosis from the other shop we saved a lot of money by taking our van to Pinnacle Nissan Service. Thank you so much Joey and team. I truly appreciate your excellent customer service, the quick turnaround, and for taking the time to work with us. I fully trust you and the team. I will never take our van anywhere else again.Service: Brakes

Took my car there for regular service as usual and worked with Blake S. He is my go to advisor. Blake always let's me know what other maintenance my vehicle needs with no pressure. He gives me options for what should be done versus what can wait so I can prepare financially, but never be left stranded on the side of the road. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to Blake S.

My 2023 Nissan Kicks has a defective fog lamp. Billy Ferreri, my service advisor took the time to figure out exactly what the cause of the problem was & immediately ordered me a replacement fog lamp assembly. Billy was super friendly, knowledgeable & courteous and had the problem rectified in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Billy to anyone in need of Nissan service!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

For service, please use BILLY FERRERI! He is amazing and super helpful! He will look after your best interests and make sure you are not incorrectly charged for services that you should not be.I will keep this very positive in that he went to bat for me on a couple recent repairs and almost cut my costs in half!Word to the wise...make sure you ask questions about your service and that you are properly charged...THANKS BILLY :-)Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Do not go here! They are scammers. They serviced my 2021 Rogue at 15,000 miles, charging me for a tire rotation, balancing, and alignment without mentioning that the tires were bald (yes, at 15,000 miles!!) and needed replacing. I had to pay for these services at my mechanic a week later again when putting on new and more reliable tires. Pinnacle Nissan robbed me of hundreds of dollars performing a service on my tires that were already bald.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

Yes it took some time to get my car back, but it was because they are very thorough in finding and fixing the problem. I was satisfied in the long wait knowing that it would be fixed right and now my car is in tip top condition. I must say when you buy a used car, take the warranty it's worth every penny.

Came in for a simple oil change, was presented some BS bill for $1,600+ - mostly services I had done a month ago. Service center is not abiding by Nissans records system, which showed all but one item was maybe needing attention, it was not dire. Told my ac system is broken, my ac is so cold I had to turn it off when it was 107 degrees. Then after leaving discovered that the attendant who pulled my car forward was messing around going through my car - which I got on video. He also cleared all my A and B odometer readings - why? This isn t your car and you don t mess with peoples stuff. I highly recommend going elsewhere as this service center is full of stuck up shills ready to gouge you at a moments notice.

I went in to see what my options were on a new car once I get my taxes. I have autism and as a result had a minor sensory breakdown while waiting. An employee named "India" came and assisted me without hesitation.She was so respectful and non-judgmental I am not sure what department she is in or if she is an assistant or what pero she is the only reason I will be coming back to buy a vehicle.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto battery maintenance, Auto emissions testing

I had a wonderful experience with my first 5,000 mile service. I called in ahead of time and set up an appointment with Noel the service manager. I had an 8:00 am appointment and was on a tight time crunch. I asked Noel if I should come back when it was less crowded so I could make my business meeting. He promised he would have my car ready and out the door by 9:00am.To my surprise Noel informed me my car was ready at 8:30am! Needles to say I did make it to my meeting on time!! Thank you for your professionalism! I will definitely be back for my next 10,000 mile service. The waiting area was very clean and plenty of place to sit plus Wi/Fi!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been dealing with Pinnacle Nissan for quite awhile now and never did I once have an issue with them. They're staff are friendly and will "almost" go the extra mile for their customers. I say "almost" because we can't expect them to do everything we want for nothing. I highly recommend their sales and service department.

So I'm now on car #4. With the exception of my first car, each purchase afterwards all had little "misunderstandings" usually at my expense that I would just chalk up too the new kid I worked with.That's just it. It's always new kids, rather than address or correct a problem, let's just get a new crew. Than they buy your 5star rating with a tank of gas and a detail on a NEW car . If you play GTA, Im now thinking of Simeon's. Because that's their new "Misunderstanding". From the words of Robert De Niro"GO GET YOURSELF A HONDA". Or still get a Nissan, they are great automobile's, just go somewhere more professional.

Jimmi is service did all he could to help me in a really bad situation with a nissan I bought from a different dealer only 4 months ago. He ran all tests and kept the car 3 weeks while allowing me to drive a rental because the code for my problem wouldn't pop up. Kept my books open incase the issue arises in the future.

This place ripped me and my wife off bot a car and signed all the paper work 402 payments and 0 down 2 weeks later they called me and told me my payments where going to be 542 I had to take my old car back that they told me they paid off so now I'm 2 car payment's behind and have to come up with 260 dollars to pay they told me to take care of it they are not onest at all rip off big time
