I needed a license plate changed, and for the life of me, could not remove it myself. Brandon took care of me very well, changed my plate in minutes free of charge. I appreciate good people and businesses looking out for others. Thank you for the help and excellent customer service.

Couldn t ask for more! They were able to see me right away, fix my tire, and get me back on the road. The bad reviews that I saw didn t match what I experienced. I think they are under new management great service and great people

Fast and courteous service. No pressure to buy more products. Thank you!Edit: I returned to this location on 2/19 for new struts and shocks. Bob and Brandon were super helpful! They got parts that were more affordable than the original estimate, which was out of my budget. The work was performed well and quickly. I couldn't be happier!

I ve been going to the Thomas Rd. Pep Boys for years now, and they always do a great job on my car and never overcharge. They re fast, provide great customer service, and will make sure you re filled in on exactly what it is they re doing to your car. Would highly recommend!

I had an appointment and they were running behind so they called me in advance to let me know -- a courtesy rarely extended by auto repair shops. They asked if I could come in a little later and I did -- and my oil change was completed in less than 30 minutes. Kudos to a well-run operation!

Brandon was amazing! He was able to accommodate an appointment change and was incredibly professional and kind. I was able to get my service quick and relaxed in their lounge why I waited! I will definitely be back!

This location is great! I would definitely recommend my family and friends take their car here. Bob knows his stuff, is very professional and friendly! And to top it off, my service cost much less than I had been quoted by a competitor! Will be back for all my auto needs!

Had a great experience here today I had a slow leak in one tire that needed a nail removed and tire patched. They took me right in and job was done professionally in about 30 minutes I highly recommend!!

Very unpleased with basic oil change. Service was told to take under an hour but after three hours and multiple visits back (with no updates given) I finally got car back. Not to mention that grease marks were left all over driver side interior door and passenger side door handle, frame and chair. Will not be returning to this location.

Wow. When I say wow I mean it.This may have been the most painless and east trip to the mechanic I ve ever had.I was greeted with calm professionalism. I was in and out before the my coffee (free in the corner) cooled down.I wish I could give this place 6 stars

I went to Pep Boys on Thomas Rd in Scottsdale today. I was greeted by Bob. He was the nicest and his customer service was excellent. He got my car in faster than he said he would, and I didn't wait that long for my car to be returned to me. He deserves a promotion.

I will say that Bob and Anthony fantastic I came in for car inspection and service me within five minutes. I was out of here in a half hour and very nice very courteous very clean shop. Thank you guys very much.

I booked my appointment on-line. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn t wait long and Gorge the tech informed me about my oil change and soon I will be needing new tires (which I already knew but haven t replaced ) so, I decided to purchase new tires since I was there. Overall, the experience was great and fast! Definitely, will be back again.

Hands down the best experience at any sort of mechanic I ve ever had. They won t talk to you like you re stupid. They understand that working on a vehicle is not YOUR day job instead of speaking down on you. I will use this PepBoys for every vehicle related issue I have.

Had a great experience with Pep Boys for my oil change. I was able to get right in. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The manager was super friendly and helpful and the tech explained everything they did for my car clearly and concisely. Will definitely be returning for all my car s needs!!

I bought rear tires at this location earlier this year. Everything went perfectly: the people were so nice, had the best price, and I ve had no issues.Today I needed to stop in for a strange tire pressure situation & they immediately checked my tires, made sure I was good to go, and sent me on my way to watch the pressure light go off! Great, friendly service

My GF needed a brake light, bulb, and had an appointment for her work car. She told the manager how nice and clean the workplace was, and, how everyone was so nice. Not only did they replace the bulb in just a few minutes. They said no charge! Now it was only a two dollar bulb and doubt everyone gets the no charge service. But, I bet, everyone gets the same clean environment and friendly faces. She called to say they were so nice!! Thank you Pep Boys!!

We're in town for a family trip and rented an SUV from Hertz. We noticed the tire pressure dwindling in the back tire and stopped in to this location around 5 pm on Fri. Ray was at the counter and was so pleasant and willing to help. He took a look and we had a screw in the tire. He said they'd take care of us, no problem, he just wanted us to be safe and have a great trip. My family and I waited in the waiting area and he made sure we were hydrated with cold water! It only took about 40 minutes and we were on our way. Ray took care of contacting Hertz to get paperwork squared away. A real world class experience! We are so thankful we stopped in and got to meet such a great guy and that we were able to get the help we needed so quickly. Thanks so much for such caring service!

My sister and I just got done at Pep Boys on E Thomas Road and couldn t have been more pleased with our experience there. We both were not familiar with any car issues or tools needed but Jorge and Brandon helped us locate the tire lock key and got my sisters slow leak fixed in less than 10 minutes.The waiting accommodations were comfortable and everyone there is friendly.This has been the best possible first mechanic shop experience we could have had and it is all thanks to these two guys. If y all need to get your cars fixed or checked please go to Pep Boys on E Thomas Road in Scottsdale and ask for Jorge and Brandon!

SIMPLY THE BEST!I went in with an issue with my car Ray took the best care of me and my daughter. reassured me that everything would be ok and not to worry they helped me so much. I was quite nervous about the repairs needed. they care so much for their customers him and his team are the best. I will only give my business to them. friendly, kind and compassionate customer service and skills are unmatched.
