I Dropped off my Honda Ridgeline on October's 4, 2023, was notified by Brie Sage that repair for passenger rear headlight and panel will take 1-2 months.After several emails from Ms. Sage stating parts were in back order, delays because Honda Corporation had a shortage of parts for 2022 Ridgeline. I waited patiently for 3 months for repairs to be completed, to no avail! On January 10, 2024 went to Penske Collision on Scottsdale to speak to Ms. Sage, who was out in training. I was told to speak to her Supervisor Anthony, regarding the status of my vehicle. I notified Anthony that I was disappointed by their service, inability to fix damage in a timely manner. Supervisor Anthony stated that a part was in back order and they were unable to complete the job. After several minutes of speaking to Anthony, I came to the realization that Penske Collision was ill equipped and unwilling to fix the damage. Supervisor Anthony continued to make excuses for Penske s inability to fix damage, and he was unwilling to provide a reasonable solution or accommodation to fix the issue! Please beware, after 3 months and 6 days repairs not completed!

The customer service experience was truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations. From the moment I reached out to Penske and was introduced to Rudy, he responded promptly and with genuine care. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond left me thoroughly impressed and grateful for such outstanding service. I highly recommend this place for any automotive repair needs.

This was my first accident and they insurance company was as horrible as they could've been. My service coordinator Rudy was the best he made the decision that my car was unsafe spoke with the claims person and made sure my kids and I got an amazing rental for the whole time my car was in shop. When the insurance company didn't want to pay for no more than two days. They did a great job on all the repairs and had my car back in no time. We recommend Rudy and Penske Collision proudly and confidently. Thank you for making a bad situation a wonderful experience.

I just received my beautiful car back from Penske Colision . I worked Michele BOBERSKY, and she handled everything so professionally, even dealing with the challenges posed by the other driver s insurance company. The work looks beautiful. It was easy to get everything in motion because of her, including the rental car for a month. I would highly recommend Penske collision and Michele at the 350 North Hayden Rd. location, Scottsdale, Arizona.

I assume the work is good. It looks good but obviously time will tell. It took over one month to have the job done. My disappointment was that the promise to fix, at no charge, a small dent in the front of the car was not touched at all. The reason to choose Penske was precisely because of this unfulfilled promise. There is an excellent Collision Center near my home that I could have used. Communication was sporadic and several phone calls or texts were ignored. Overall I believe the facility is good. My personal experience was not excellent.

Lee Morgan and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job restoring my Mini Cooper back to its showroom new beauty. Shortly after buying it in 2014 I t-boned a woman who made a left turn in front of me. They did a great job of repairing it however over the years despite the car being garage kept the clear coat started to degrade. Penske offers a lifetime warranty on their repairs and they completely refinished the front of the car and blended it in beautifully and also took care of a few other issues cosmetically at low to no cost to me. In a world where places don't stand behind their work or do shoddy workmanship and ski is a standout as an organization that keeps their promises and does exemplary work. I would highly recommend them as well as Lee Morgan as someone who really takes care of the customer!

This is the 2nd time Penske has repaired one of my cars. In 2019 they did a fantastic job on my 911.This time they fixed my 1.5 year old Mercedes. I am very happy with how Michele Bobersky and the team took care of my car. When I dropped my car off and talked to Michele, I knew my car was in good hands. She kept me informed of the progress and got the repair done faster than I thought. I am very pleased with Penske. They are very professional and certainly know what they are doing.Michele handled all the insurance stuff for me.I hope I do not have to come back. Penske was ok. I was given a huge estimate for a simple repair, which I approved.1) I rented a car, and then they didn t get to repairing my car till the second day in the afternoon (why would I bring my car the day and a half before they started working on it?) they said they would make it right and then they did not.2) They called on day 3 to tell me it was much worse than expected and the estimate was almost doubled.3) I asked if they could just put my bumper back on, as it wasn t damaged they had originally said no. I asked again and they said that it was possible so that s what they did.The original estimate was $2500. The second estimate was over $5000. Total bill at the end of the day was under $300 and my rental car was $250 because they couldn t get to it until day 4.The bumper looks great. The price was right, but bad communication and pushy estimators, coupled with having me bring the car in two days before they could even work on it resulted in 3 stars.

Vehicle looked like new when picked up.Paint color was perfect match and with the lifetime guarantee you cannot go wrong. Highly recommend to anyone whe wants their Vehicle fixed correctly.

Brought my 2020 M340i into BMW for a sunroof replacement. They had it towed to Penske Collision for the work to be done as they re a go to apparently. When I brought my car to BMW the engine bay was spotless and even in a video they sent going over an inspection the bay was still spotless. When I received the call that my car was all complete and ready for pickup at Penske I stopped by after work and all seemed fine, minus a little grease on my seat and center console (honestly worse could ve happened so I wiped it off and left knowing I ll clean it better at home.) When I got home I decided to over look my car one more time and decided I should check under the hood because you just never know now a days the quality of work you will receive. To my surprise my engine/bay is covered in sand and debris. When I called Penske I got a typical I ll call and see if there s anything that could ve caused that. I never received a call back. Very disappointing. The Sun roof work was done well but as far as cleanliness I d give them a 0/10. No issue if you want them to fix your beater or cheaper car but if you have a higher end car I d seriously look around I can guarantee you can and will find a more caring shop to complete your service requested. Thankfully BMW is on top of their game and offered a detail to try to make it right.. the unfortunate part is that everything was fine at and with BMW.. it was when it left BMW stuff got worse. Just crazy to me that for a SUNROOF repair this is how I received my car back.

Unusual situation car bought at Penske dealer in Texas Received with damage. Worked with Texas dealer and Penske collision for repairs Bill the estimator was fine. Appointments made was told two weeks for job. The job was to be paid for by Penske dealer in Texas. Bill got it all set up. approximately $5,000 estimate.I drop of car off in Scottsdale check in guy says can t take it without my credit card. I explain the situation he says he ll check with Bill. Ok good to go. Car goes to Luis in collision center, he says they can t take the car without my credit card. Here we go again! Nobody talks to each other! Luis has car a week, then come back and says the work will be about $10,000. It took a week to tell me that! What I say this was all set up, just go back to original estimate and do what s on there.car takes another two and a half weeks. I had to rent a car for 23 days which originally was supposed to be 14.Poor communication throughout and felt that BMW was trying to bilk me for more money. Certainly cost me more for a rentalSo no I cannot recommend you guys

I took my Acura to Penske Collision at the recommendation from the dealer after it was hit while parked. Penske worked great with my insurance company and kept me informed of everything that was happening to my vehicle. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had my car fixed here after a collision. I worked with Fernando and he was wonderful to work with. Very respectful, kind and knowledgable. He made the process with the other parties insurance company very manageable and did a good job answering my questions and keeping me informed. He and his team did a good job on my repairs.UPDATE:I had to bring my car back for some additional repairs. This time around I worked with a manager named Anthony. He has been very communicative with me, a good listener and a good liaison between the insurance and the collision center. He is respectful and I appreciate his communication skills.

I had my vehicle towed here after an accident over the weekend. Michele checked in early Monday morning. She first and foremost asked if I was ok because my vehicle looked rough. I expressed how sad I was over the ordeal. She updated me when the insurance advisor arrived. Unfortunately the vehicle was totaled, but Michele had so much empathy over the entire situation. For that, I will be a customer for life. You don t come across people like her often. She was incredibly honest, responsive, and kind. Thank you Michele!

Great experience with Michelle keeping me up to date during the three weeks my car was there. The end result was a front bumper cover looking like new even though it was authorized as a repair instead of a replacement by the insurance company. Fantastic work by the technicians. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Fernando at Penske Collision Center! He provided top-notch care throughout the entire process while my vehicle was in the shop. The frequent updates, almost always with good news, kept me reassured. I was amazed that the entire process only took a little over a MONTH, considering the horror stories I'd heard about lengthy repair times.When I got my car back, it was in PERFECT condition and RIDICULOUSLY CLEAN! It felt like driving a brand new car again. If my vehicle ever needs body work in the future (fingers crossed it doesn't), I will definitely bring it to Penske Collision Center. You absolutely MUST take your car there, and be sure to ask for Fernando as your estimator; he's truly exceptional and doesn't miss a beat! 5 stars all the way!

The saving grace of my whole experience was Maggie. Anthony was awesome as well but Maggie talked me off a frustration ledge 1000 times due to parts being on back order and things being delayed. Both employees deserve recognition and others should learn how to treat customers from them.

Fernando did an unbelievable job going the extra mile to make sure the unique paint on my 2020 Acura TLX matched perfectly. I had a spray out(on a sample card) done at a different shop and that shop could not match the paint to their satisfaction and turned down my vehicle. Without asking Fernando heard my story and offered to do a spray out before starting my car to make sure I was satisfied with the color match prior to starting work. Fernando got with the painter and his boss to address my issue and together they got the job done to 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend Penske on Hayden. In fact my brother is bringing his 2016 Lexus to them for repair. Thank you to the staff. Class act.

Our BMW was sent to Penske in Mid-Feb. We were told the damage estimate will be done by end of Feb. Unfortunately, despite assurances of a prompt evaluation and estimate, we have experienced significant delays in receiving prompt updates or progress regarding the assessment of the damage. After numerous calls and visits, we were told it would be taken care of yesterday. However, they delayed the timeline again due to another new excuse. The continuos delays have caused inconvenience and frustration on my part, as I rely on my vehicle for daily transportation. My car just keeps sitting in the outdoor parking lot for 1 month!I have not been informed properly of the status of my vehicle as promised. This is a very serious and bad situation for me. Because of the constant delays in assessment and valuation, I was not able to obtain a claim from the insurance company, nor was I given a reasonable explanation. The terrible service and delays have made my mental exhaustion even more serious after the car accident. I hope Penske s supervisor can face up to this problem!

Absolutely amazed with all of the workers here and the amazing quality repairs and service.I had to get repairs on my 2022 Honda Civic, and the car looked as good as it did the day I bought it. Fernando was great at answering all my questions and very communicative throughout the entire process. The repairs and work exceeded my expectations and the lifetime warranty on the repairs is an added plus. As a young female, I am always worried about getting deceived in prices and quality, however this was not the case. I hope I never have to get my car repaired again, but if I do, this will be the only place I ll come to.Service: Painting

I had a minor front bumper repair that took much longer to complete than what I was advised by them during the estimate process. Told me around 10 days, took 6 weeks. I had accepted that part of it despite the inconveniences, but what I did not anticipate was the quality issues. It was raining when I picked up last week and they were also closing. But once home the first thing found was one of the headlights now doesn t function properly. The fender doesn t line up with the bumper, there is dripped clear coat on the edge that was overlooked, some darker discoloration in the white paint and also some paint chips on the refinished fender. Lastly, a more minor issue of finger streaks on the inside of the headlights. I will say that they were great at respecting my requests in regards to certain aspects and also working with my insurance to accomplish the repairs. So I am offering two stars. It s just disappointing. The last thing I want to do now after getting my car back is take the time to go back and be without it. UPDATE: They are unwilling to address any issues. My headlights functioned fine when they got the car, and was not returned back to me the same. I wouldn t recommend unless you have very low expectations.

I brought my 2020 RR Sport for a repair. The experience was one of the worst for anything I've ever had repaired. The customer experience was awful. I won't list any names but you know who you are. I would never ever bring my car here again and if I could give 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. This is my 2nd review ever posted because I don't like to waste time on negativity, but this review was well deserved.

We had an amazing experience with Penske and specifically their Mercedes rep Johnny Jovel.Beyond the quality of the repairs which was amazing, the process and communication was incredible. We never had to wonder what was going on. Johnny was in constant communication with us.The repairs were done ahead of schedule, all the dialogue with the insurance company all handled by Johnny. What an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend Penske collision and Johnny Jobel to anyone with a dinged up Mercedes or any other auto for that matter.

It's been years since I went there but recommended it to a friend. When my own vehicle was t- boned, and after getting not so professional work done at other shops, I asked my dealer where THEY take vehicles to get repaired. They said Penske. They do a high level of professional work.
