I worked with Todd, Jake and Mike to make upgrades to my 2018 Rubicon. We did a 2.5 inch lift, new wheels and 35 inch tires, front and rear bumpers, a winch and new fenders and rock sliders. I am new to Jeeping and the Outlaw team gave me great tips and advice along the way. Jake was particularly helpful in guiding me through selection decisions. The team is direct and straightforward with their approach and very customer oriented both pre and post installs. I highly recommend them!

Outlaw Jeep did an incredible job swapping out my old spacer lift with a teraflex 2.5" lift, Fox 2.0 shocks with an Apex 2.5 ton aluminum steering chassis and HD track-bar. Also had the Fox steering stabilizer installed. We installed the HD tire carrier and a 3rd LED brake light ring too. I had a ton of issues with these 14.5" wheel/tire setup and now the jeep handles great. If your looking for the right team to work on your jeep I would highly recommend these guys every time.

WARNING - BEWARE All Truck and Jeep owners!Incident: The Outlaw mechanic business located at 7950 E REDFIELD RD, STE 130 did shoddy labor work on or about April, 2022 while removing an existing lift kit and re-installing a new 4" BDS lift kit for the total cost paid - $4999.28 to the Outlaw mechanic business. The Outlaw mechanic business carelessly failed to remove ALL of the previously discussed lift kit parts (See photo, 1" pre-load strut spacers) which caused the front end to ride extremely high (NOT level as promised) and caused loud medal clunking noises when turning the wheels. They also did NOT paint or apply any undercoating protection to the welded-compromised frame areas (leaving bare frame metal exposed) which caused rust.Scandalous Allegations: Mike Faigus verbally claimed liability (admitted in-writing) and engaged in a settlement agreement (by letter in-writing) for the damages caused by the Outlaw Jeep and Offroad mechanic and said, Unfortunately, our technician did not remove the existing coil spacers . These were parts (pre-load front strut spacers) of the existing lift kit that were to be removed while installing a newly-purchased BDS lift kit that was being sold-installed by this Outlaw mechanic business. Mike Faigus claimed in-writing Owner, Outlaw Jeep and Off-road and claimed liability, engaged in a settlement agreement (offering compensation) we agree to pay you but then purposely NEGLECTED and EVADED all responsibility, ignored further communications, collection attempts and DID NOT compensate any portion of reimbursements or compensations that were previously offered to settle the unresolved issues. As a result of this scandalous and malicious disregard, a Bank/Credit Card dispute claim was filed to reverse the faulty labor charges and during the claim investigations, Mike Faigus and or his mechanic business engaged directly and or indirectly in the alleged FRAUD and unlawful interference committed by making numerous false statements (BLATEN LIES) and withheld real and true evidence (neglected to inform the investigator of the agreement they engaged in and then evaded) from the Credit Card claim investigator.Default Judgments: Two legal claims were filed in 2023 with the Maricopa County-McDowell Mountain Justice court against Mike Faigus for unlawful interference and misconduct claiming alleged FRAUD allegations (claim case #CC2023167032SC) and against his alleged mechanic business Outlaw Jeep and Offroad LLC-Mike Faigus member for defective and improper mechanical work (shoddy labor) (claim case #CC2023020782SC) As of 11-22-23, there are two (2) unpaid, individual recorded default judgments that are now ordered. ($3500.00+ and $3400.00+)Conclusion: After numerous investigations, evidence indicates that Mike Faigus and or the Outlaw mechanic business use, display and or represent multiple DBA-fictitious and or business names (Outlaw Jeep and Truck Accessories, Outlaw Jeep and Offroad, Outlaw Jeep and Off-road, DBA Outlaw Jeep ll) and according to the City of Scottsdale license department, this business address was performing mechanical services during the shoddy labor incident with an expired business license (#1130749 expired after December 31st 2021) in the licensee s (applicant name) Cactus Jeep and Offroad DBA Outlaw Jeep and Offroad displaying the name Outlaw Jeep and Offroad with the service address (7950 E REDFIELD RD, STE 130) *NOTE: In 2015, according to the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) records, Mike Faigus changed the name Cactus Jeep and Offroad LLC to the current name Outlaw Jeep and Offroad LLC Mike Faigus member.Reply to owner: "quick fix" less than an hour s work removing strutts and re alligning front end is a complete false statement. Maybe your quick fix SHODDY technician should slow down and do the job correct.Outlaw Definition: Today, the term outlaw is commonly used to describe a criminal or someone who habitually violates the law. As a verb, outlaw means to make an activity illegal.Buyer BEWARE!

Highly recommend Outlaw, they are amazing. My wife and I are new to the jeep world but Mike and company really took care of us making great recommendations for our lift kit and tire carrier. Our rig is ready for the trails and it is all due to Outlaw. Thanks fellas!

Excellent experience! Outlaw replaced my failing factory steering damper today. They installed a better part (which they keep on hand) and did so in less than hour. The dealership wanted me to make an appointment to confirm the issue at which point they would order the part with no firm timeline. Outlaw exceeded my expectations. I am grateful.

My husband and I love Outlaw Jeep! Mike and Barry are the nicest guys and are always looking out for you. I brought my Jeep in and had a long list of things I wanted to do to it and Mike gave me great advice and wasn t trying to up sell us on name brands. Once I figured out that my list was getting pretty expensive, Mike suggested how we could build our Jeep in stages that would work with our budget. No matter how much you spend Mike will always give you the best customer service. Thank you again Mike and Barry for making my Jeep look awesome, you have a customer for life!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received here. I took my Gladiator in to have an Apex Chassis steering kit installed which was done perfectly. I took my Gladiator back to have another issue looked at, turned out to be something I installed that came loose. They fixed it at no charge which was a great surprise.Awesome guys. If you need any aftermarket items this is the place to go.

Mike was awesome! I had a new bumper, winch, and LED lighting done on the Jeep, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. There was a little hiccup on the install of one part. No big deal. BUT, more importantly, Mike stands behind his work and wants his customers to be happy. I appreciate his help. He also helped accommodate me since I was traveling to him from out of town, and was arriving after his normal business hours. At any rate, I'm super happy with my new Jeep upgrades! Thank you, Mike! :)

So I m writing this review to let you know just how amazing Mike and his team is. I brought my TJ in for some work and the work was during the sale of the Jeep to me so both the seller and I paid for the work.There was an issue that came up on the work which was done and I live more than 60 miles north of them. I called Mike, we found a great place up here by me to do the work. He was a true gentleman during the whole process. He paid the other shop owner, made sure everything was done & was just amazing thru it all.This is the guy you want to go to, he does amazing work and stands by it no matter what. There was no argument, no issues, no let me just give you the money back. His answer was HOW CAN I MAKE IT RIGHT SO YOU CAN LOVE YOUR JEEP. Mike and his shop are the guys you want.Thank You!!!!!!

Mike and his crew are all about quality. I wish I had known about them when I first upgraded my Jeep. The Outlaw crew fixed all of the issues I was having from some past subpar work. They also did it at a VERY fair price, with unyielding honesty and in less time than I expected. They won my loyalty and patronage. I couldn't be happier.

Outlaw Jeep is the best place I have ever taken a car I've owned to. Mike and Berrie took care of me and my new Rubicon right away. I even got all my windows tinted that same day and took less than an hour! At a great price! I will be taking my Jeep here for anything I need or any questions I might have. From parts, to trails in Arizona, these are the guys to go to!

My experience here started off well enough. I spoke with a guy who knew a lot about the upgrades I was looking for, and gave me pretty thorough explanations of my options. I spent a lot of time using the online virtual garage to pick out the tires and wheels that I wanted. The site was difficult to navigate. It was extremely frustrating when it would make you start over from scratch again if you tried to go back to the previous page. When I finally sent in my selections, I was having a hard time getting a response from anyone at the shop. I left both texts and voicemails, and would get a few random responses spaced out a couple of days apart. I decided to go back in person to try and get my estimate and start on the work. Every time I spoke to someone it was a different guy and I felt like I had to start over again. I did eventually get my all of the parts I wanted picked out, and told them I was ready to move forward. I was ready to throw down 8K in cash, but I was pretty much ghosted after that. It was frustrating since I put so much time into it and was excited to get the upgrades done. I sent several more texts and voicemails and was told that they had been trying to get ahold of me which makes zero sense since I had no missed calls or texts from them, and they had my number. I ended up going to another shop that took me seriously from the start.

Outlaw installed a leveling lift on my truck, did and outstanding job. Mike is a stand up guy, and a man of his word. Even though the job had unforeseen challenges, he stood by his original quote, and time frame. Thank you Mike, I will definitely return to Outlaw for future mods.

Its so sad to see people in this day in age still taking advantage of young kids who dont know mechanical prices. I was told it would cost 800$ to get my brakes replaced. Little did i know how outrageous that is for 4 brake pads. If you have the money to keep these scam artists in business be my guest, this was just my experience. Also would like to mention the judgement that came from all the employees when I decided to not pay that much. Best wishes and happy holidays!!

Mike and his team were able to customize my late Father s F150 4X4 under one roof. Window tint-off road tires and wheels-lift kit-bed cover-bed mat-bed lights-all lights changed to LED-interior changed from cloth to leather and exhaust changed out as well. Mike and his team were able to accomplish the makeover in only a few days.Truck looks amazing!!

I called Mike Sunday afternoon and he came in on his day off to go over everything I needed to make my new 2016 Jeep Wrangler the best on the road.My first impression of his shop was clean, organized and professional. I didn't know a lot about suspension lifts but looked at what Mike suggested and went with the teraflex 3" kit.I chose the Toyo 35" tires and XD series black 18" wheels. They installed paramount front and rear bumpers, smitty built winch and factory oe running boards.Overall cost was straight forward and up front. No games or delays. Mike gave me suggestions/advice on what I chose and why other things could or would be better.I was really impressed with my jeep when I picked it up a about a week later. Mike gave me a typed up invoice of all the costs/labor which was also very organized and straight forward.My advice would be: if you want a place you can trust to do what you ask them, go to outlaw jeep.Thx again Mike!
