The people at Orlando Auto Body are definitely professional. Bernie, at the Scottsdale facility, worked with my insurance like a champ. He made sure that the repairs were done correctly, no cutting corners the whole process went very smoothly.Everyone at the facility was friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me get my vehicle repaired. I m very satisfied and appreciative.My truck looks amazing; it looks like the damage never. Brand new!I highly recommend Orlando Auto Body for auto body repair and painting, especially if you have an insurance claim.

I took my spoiler for my 02 Corvette to have painted. Now these guys didn't even have the car there and they matched my paint PERFECTLY! I can't say enough good things about this company. Good price, good service and people who know how to do a great job. THANKS GUYS!

We recently were in a fender bender after going to a different shop we pulled the vehicle out as it sat for days on end before even getting looked as soon as we arrived at Orlando they immediately looked at the damage on the jeep and began contact with the insurance company they did an outstanding job communicating with all parties you definitely feel the sense that they care about you and your car that being said the front end on our jeep looks absolutely beautiful killer job gentleman

I am very pleased with the quality of service I received. My front bumper of my Ford Transit was damaged and hanging off. Now it looks better than it originally did. It looks AWESOME! Shane and his crew did an outstanding job. He is definitely a man of care and integrity. Would recommend him highly. Thank you so much Shane!

I chose this facility in part because it was close to my work and in part because of their deductible assistance. The communication before I took my car in was phenomenal. Very quick responses and extremely helpful. However ever that got my car, the communication was terrible. No status updates unless I called. Most of the time when I called, I was told they needed to check and call me back.....return phone calls did not happen so I had to call again. I was promised several times by Bernie and Tamesha they would personally call me back after I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication but again no return phone calls. I finally picked my car up and they forgot to replace a tow cap. They assumed it was already missing when it fact it was part of the accident but they never asked. It took over a month after my car was finished to finally get the tow cap. Again I had to call over and over to get an update. When I finally got an answer it was "it's still needs to be painted". Mind you this item is about the size of the bottom of a soda can. The quality of the repair was great but if you want to know the progress of your vehicle or get your phone calls returned, don't use this shop. The only reason I have it 3 stars is because of the quality of the repair. If I rated it on the communication alone, it would have been 1 star.

Grant from Orlando was amazing we were in a pretty decent accident and he was able to get us in right away. We have a luxury vehicle so waiting on parts is a norm for us. But they helped us tremendously with the quality of work and even help with our deductible, We have a new auto body home! Thanks for all you do here guys! And thank you Grant!

I have gone to Orlando Auto body multiple times now and I am always satisfied with their work. I love how genuine and nice they are to their customers. The customer service is five stars, the quality and care they put into your vehicle is five stars, and they are very quick!Thank you again for providing the best of the best!

I had a new bumper put on my Mercedes'.They did great job!Bernie & Temesha were great to deal with from the day I dropped my vehicle off up until the day I picked it up. Very trusting and punctual. The folks at Orlando Auto Body at the Scottsdale location exhibited what customer care is all about! I had a special project that needed a very custom paint coat. When I called Temesha was so gracious to check with the specialists. Justin took amazing care of me! I had a very tight deadline and he went above and beyond to ensure the paint color was exactly what I needed. I was amazed by the quality, turn around time, results, and amazing customer care! I truly appreciate you all taking on my project! I was in such a bind and you saved me! Thank you for everything! I would highly recommend Justin and team!

Orlando Autobody was amazing to work with! I had a small fender bender, and they made my car look like new! When I picked it up, the interior and exterior was cleaned, and it only took a few days to get it fixed! Highly recommend!

I heard on the radio that Orlando can waive your deductible or a portion of it. I told them that is why I was there. I had taken my car in initially for an estimate to get everything fixed. I ended up coming back about 5 months later and I communicated very clearly what work I wanted done as it was different than the work on the estimate. The gentleman I was speaking to was not writing anything down. During the course of the 2 months you had my car I had to make calls to the insurance company myself because nothing was getting done. The last month was horrible. The receptionist told me my car was done. I asked if they had done the airbox and she told me yes, later I was told it would be another 4 days, then a week, then another week. When I finally picked up my car, the adjustment for the deductible was not done, it was only then I was told that they do not waive or discount deductibles. They take a percentage of blah blah blah. That is not what I heard. Anyway that discount was not even close to what I was expecting. It would of been professional to tell me that upfront. I could not even get a figure until I picked up the car. The airbox was never fixed and as I drove off the alarms in my car went off because I had 2 flat tires. There was still tape or something stuck to the grill. I did not have a good experience and I would not recommend them. Everyone seemed to be in a pissy mood & did not want to be there. The paint doesn t even match. He offered me $50 for all the trouble. I had a $600 rental car bill. That was after the insurance paid for the first month

Fast and friendly service. Justin clearly explained what was needed with my VW CC, how much and when it could be done. Heard the HMS ad, live nearby and well, will be bringing my wife s car in for repairs. This place is great.

Workmanship was outstanding and cared enough to not use repaired or substandard parts. My only compliant was communication. Delays happen as we all know but I had to reach out on my own 3 separate times to find out the progress of my vehicle.

Shop repaired my 2012 Chevy Camaro. Took a little longer than I had expected but when insurance is involved theres nothing much that can be done when its on their end. However the work was flawless and my car is back looking brand new. Justin was great!

My Dr. recommended Orlando Body shop. I went to the shop in Scottsdale. I was extremely disappointed with their work. When I picked up the vehicle, my convertible top nor my trunk were operable. I had to take it back. I called them two days later to follow-up. They said that it was ready (they never bothered to call me). I drove the car home with the top down. When I got home and attempted to close the top, it wouldn't close. I had to (and still do) manipulate it manually to get it to close.I took off my air deflector (which attaches between the seats and tonneau cover) prior to taking the car in because I knew that it would be in the way. Upon replacing it, I found that they completely failed to replace the carpet to its' original position. Thery just left it out (pic attached). Upon further inspection of their work, the gaps between the bumper and fender are horribly inconsistent. It is obvious that there has been work done there. If you listen to their phone greeting, they state that they will return the car to "pre-accident" condition. They failed miserably. It appears that they just bolted the parts on, painted it and didn't give a damn about the quality of the fit. The convertible top opens fine, but still fails to latch. When I open the top (electric opening), I have to get outside of the car to manually secure the tonneau top, and then wrestle with it when I close it.I have asked the insurance company to hold-off on payment (hopefully I'm not too late) as I now have to take it to GM to finish what they were not capable of and deduct that from their payment.

Needing a body shop is never a good thing or a good time. But Orlando auto body in scottsdale is a great company to work with. Talked to a guy and lady on the phone several times. Had a few delays due to thier schedule and mine but Duncan ( hope thats his name ) came out to me today to check the vehicle and take photos and get all the information they need. Very polite and excelant communication. Definatley recommend this shop for all your unfortunate autobody repairs.

They made this such an easy experience for me to repair my car. The repair was big and they got it all done in a week and a half just like they told me it would. The repair looked perfect. Very happy with my choice of going with them - cheapest quote I could find in the area for my repair and it was great!! Thank you so much!

Despite supply chain issues, Bernie amc everyone at Orlando were great. Whether it be responding to an inquiry within minutes or keeping me informed about the situation When the job was completed, they did a fantastic job and I can t say enough of how fair and above and beyond they were. This is the place to go.

I cannot recommend this place enough.From the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I picked up my car Bernie and his team treated me like family, always was efficient with communication and my car was finished in a timely manner. Temesha, at the front desk, was so helpful with providing information and explaining everything to me in depth. Bernie provided excellent advice and information when providing an estimate AND allowed me to bring my car in the next day. There was constant communication and updates while my car was in their possessionHaving to take your car into a shop is never fun, especially when you have to deal with someone else s insurance. Orlando stayed ontop of the insurance company and fought tooth and nail for me. I could not thank them enough.I would definitely recommend anyone to send their car to Orlando- but especially to the scottsdale location with Bernie and his team.

Our family has been using Orlando Autobody for over ten years as our go-to body shop. New Driver in our family backed into neighbor's car door and recently the paint was failing on our Ford F150 roof and Orlando Audo Body fixed it the right way. I bring up the two smallest jobs that were fixed by Orlando Auto Body to point out that they treat every job with the same professionalism. Quick turnaround and fair prices.

This is the second time and second vehicle I have brought to Orlando auto body and both times I have been beyond happy and impressed with the work they do and they are always very time efficient getting the work done.
