I was at a Doctor appointment across town from home and when I came out my battery was dead. I got the number for Stephen Hank's North Scottsdale Auto Service from a random Google search. It was a fortunate accident! He came quickly and we discovered that my old battery did not have enough power left to recover. Stephen went to get me a new battery and installed it even though his afternoon schedule was packed. He set up my 2 year warranty and took my old battery for recycling. I would highly recommend North Scottsdale Auto Service for any service. Stephen is personable and efficient and was my guardian angel that day.Services: Battery service, Battery

My husband and I found ourselves stranded with a dead battery. I randomly chose to call this business and spoke w/Steve who immediately began to troubleshoot the potential problem AND reassure us that he would take care of us. He also made recommendations for us to try before spending money for a tow. He definitely had our best interest in mind. Excellent service. The best tint shop in town and Andy always takes care of anything that's needed. He recently mounted new wheels and tires to my truck and discount was too incompetent to do it.

I called for a jump service and Stephen was there in less then twenty minutes. He provided such fast and friendly service! Very grateful for him to come out especially having a three month old baby and my mom with me! He even gave me directions and advice on purchasing a new battery. I have a dent in my new car I went to six different places . Driving around I saw the place and I decided to give a try, what a great surprise The price was WOW! ( in comparaci�n with the others places whom asked me to live my car at heir shop for 2 or 3 days.) The job was impeccable, and it was performed the same day, even I had a ride back to my place. I can not express enough the good service, price, quality and kindness of this place ! Stephen and Andy , I am very kind thankful and very happy with the service!

I bought a new battery around a year ago from North Scottsdale Auto Service. Today my car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. Within an hour of me calling, Stephen was out with a new battery, which was covered under warranty and car was up a running again with no issues. My daughters battery died after getting gas. I called Stephen and within 10 min after calling him from Minnesota he had already diagnosed a bad battery and was already changing it. The service at North Scottsdale Auto Service LLC turned a frightening roadside emergency into a very compelling argument for the existence of genuine altruism. They responded to my situation with kindness, insight, and action, coordinating a solution to or directly handling every problem presented by the emergency (including arranging for a rental and contacting the last shop that had worked on my vehicle to address possible concerns). I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

Exceeded my expectations. AutoZone referred me here because my car computer needed a reset just to add a new battery. But, Steve met me at the door. It was Friday and all of his staff were off for the holiday weekend. I can tell he appreciates each customer. He quickly Fixed my battery & refilled my coolant. Highly recommend!

This is my second visit to see the exceptional team at N. Scottsdale Auto Service to get my second vehicle windows tinted. The team does a superb job no matter what kind of auto I bring it. All customers vehicles are treated with utmost care and the tinting is amazing. A must have in this Arizona heat. I went with the upgraded DUB IR Exclusive tint that is the ultimate film to protect from the sun and heat. 5 Stars for the quality and great customer care!

I took my car there to have the windows tinted, they used the DUB IR, it is NIGHT and DAY difference, wow, you won't be disappointed. And the owner Steve that I dealt with, smile ear to ear, helpful (THE FREAKING ARE OPEN TO 6:30 SO YOU CAN GET THERE AFTER WORK!), described what he did, man, where have these guys been hiding. Bottom line folks, if you don't use these guys your missing out on the best car service that I have ever seen in my 53 years on this earth!

Stephen Hank was amazing! The knowledge and expertise concerning window tinting blew me away, and the job that they did with my Mercedes was absolutely perfect! The quality and detail that went into the tinting was second to none and would highly recommend North Scottsdale Auto Service for all that need tinting done! Thanks Steve!!!

My car broke down on the 101 in the middle of summer. I called in a panic and they got a tow truck to me in about 25 minutes. They were able to service my car right away and the entire process took 2-3 hours! The owner and mechanic, Andy, were extremely understanding, friendly, and honest. I am from out of town, but if I lived in the Scottsdale area I would definitely continue to give them my business.

Can't say enough about the great team at N. Scottsdale Auto Service! We had a major engine problem on a high mileage 2012 Sonata, and had it towed there. They went the extra mile to contact a Hyundai dealer and found out the engine was under recall and would be fixed by Hyundai for free!! Without their research I would probably have junked the car!! Thanks to Steve and Andy for service above and beyond the call of duty!!!Service: Car towing

Just moved to the area and bought 2 cars and I was looking for the best window tinting place in town. Look no further! We had DUB IR tint films installed on both vehicles. They did an excellent job. Could not be happier! Great team, great work

Nothing but great things to say about Andy and the shop. Andy explained every detail of the issue including showing me a process of finding the issue. Very knowledgeable and informative. I will always go to Andy for all my auto needs and I highly recommend him.
