I bought a battery for my car at Costco but I couldn't find my socket set to install it.I asked the mechanic if I could borrow a socket to install it, and he said no he can't do that, so I asked if I could pay him to install it, it literally only takes a couple of minutes. He said no, so initially I thought i had to purchase a socket set for two minutes work.He installed it for me and wouldn't accept payment.

WHAT A JOKE of a dealership! Absolutely zero knowledge of any of the products they offer for sale. If you're looking for service you would be better off choosing a dealer who knows their products.
