Paul is a really helpful and polite person. He was patient, and helped me check the inventory of a part over the phone I have to admit I m not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to auto parts, but Paul took the time to help me out and I really appreciated it.

She didn't know what a blinker bulb was. She even typed it in and showed me that her system couldnt find blinker bulb. Scrolling slowly over several non-turn signal bulbs before I comment "I don't think any of these bulbs are for your turn signal." Then she proceeded to patronize me for not using the exact words turn signal light. Then when I asked about my account info I had made just made the last time I was there. I was just inquiring if I needed to provide a phone number or an ID or something to pull my account up. Then for some reason she thought I meant a business account even though I was giving them a first and last name. As if my name was a company name. After having to grab another equally as unhelpful and tactless employee. They finally realize that I'm just trying to use a personal account and check me out. I've never had such a simple auto store pick up turn into such a big deal. Or any purchase in recent memory. I'll be taking myself to autozone next time to avoid the headache. Even if that means paying more.

Ordered a torx bit that cost 13.48 on their website over the phone. On the phone they said it will be 13.48 when they receive it, and will call me when it is in. It came in today so I went to get it. Your total is 31.86 . I needed it so I did not make a huge deal. But really? When I showed her the website and price she said, oh I m not sure why it says that . I hate being a Karen , but dang, just a joke.

I spoke with Jan a few months ago regarding a radiator. I wish I could get service like this everywhere, definitely much more helpful than most.I ultimately purchased from Napa online as there was a 20% off and free delivery deal that made the name brand radiator competitive with lower quality or possibly counterfeit units found elsewhere. But it was the helpfulness of the staff and willingness to source the part that made me choose Napa.Update: Not sure why the owner of the store feels this was not the experience they wanted me to have. If the concern is why did I buy online instead of at the store, I forgot to mention that at the time I called there was a shortage and the Denso I wanted wasn't immediately available. A week or so later it came available online with 20% discount and free delivery, saving me a long trip. I do hope this does not reflect poorly on the staff, I think they're the best.In closing, I'm completely satisfied with my experience and will shop there again.-Ken

Today I had purchased 2 premium control arms with hardware. Once I arrived at the Scottsdale location the man at the register gave me an open box item missing all hardware. I asked to refund he said he couldn't because I had paid cash, then closed the store. After leaving every Napa location near by had been closed. I was left without receiveing any help. If the man wasn't preoccupied with the woman behind the counter he may have noticed that the product I had ordered was incomplete and I could have gone elsewhere avoiding any issues. Now my vehicle must wait another day.

Jan was So Awesome! She had me in and out of there in no time at all with everything I needed to replace my dead battery. This location is clean, the staff are knowledgeable, and friendly. 5 Stars!

This is a typical NAPA Auto parts store. I have found that Napa carries quality Grand s and quality product s. They may not be the cheapest as far as that have the better quality merchandise. The crew here is very friendly and real eager to help and answer any questions that I might

I Use big bags of Floor Dry by EP Minerals for cat litter, lasts for months. It's perfect, clean and cheap. No fragrances for those of us who like things un perfumed. These people r always helpful, I'm 61yo lady, carry bag to wherever I need. Always kind and polite. Great place. Update: I have 2 cats & I'm keeping the 3 tiny kittens I rescued in Spring. I now have NAPA deliver those bags ( plural)

I had such a awesome experience with a female employee here. I couldn't believe that I actually had a female in a auto parts store help me that knew her stuff, I can't remember her name right now, but she is about in her 40-50's brown hair and she's great

Napa is one of the best auto parts stores , in the country , keep your recieps , also keep a digital copy of the receipt. As all reciept degrade over time , they honour your warranty, as long as you have your reciepts , good store friendly staff, go the extra mile to help you,

Greg was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I visited. Even managed to save me money by fixxing something with a simple tweak instead of telling me to replace it like most auto-body shops would have.

Always great experience at Napa theres a pep boys and oriellys literally next door but Napa's brand of parts are far better quality and customer service has always been better in my opinion

Hurry up and wait...only one lady on a Saturday morning. Says masks required on the door but allowing people NOT to wear masks. Advertisement had items not even in the store. One-and-done!!

Easy to find, great directions. Tricky left-hand turn if you're west-bound but plenty of parking on the side.
