These employees are the best. If you have a German Car, this is the only place that sells Liquimolly Oil. No oil for German Cars can touch this..in fact one time i used Mobil One for European Cars, and one week later, i said thats it, i drained that oil, as no performance and the engine did not sound right..if its German, get German Oil. They still do things the right way.

NAPA usually has what I need in stock and if they don't they're quick to order it for me and it usually comes in the same day. I have always had great service at this location.

Awesome service at this location. Tucked away from other retail areas, this store is very well stocked. Checking the website first for inventory made for a very quick trip. The gentleman working the register was able to locate everything that I couldn't find. I skip the other auto parts stores in the area specifically for how quickly I can get help and get back to work.

THE 5 STARS IS FOR THIS STORE ONLY!My mechanic replaced my MBZ's battery with NAPA battery, I didn't like the idea but he assured me that NAPA was good, (was it a lie? wait for it)2 years later the NAPA battery died miserably, even their electronic tester could not find a battery to test, that is catastrophic failure.I took the battery to the NAPA store on Bell Rd by 32nd st in Phoenix where they tested and told me it was absolutely bad, the battery was under warranty BUT because I did not purchase it (my mechanic did with my money) and did not have the receipt since my mechanic retired a year ago they refused to replace it under warranty,I live in Scottsdale so I called the store in Evans dr, and I asked for the regional manager's number (Mark) , I called Mark and left multiple messages and got no reply at all, frustrated I called the store on Evans again and Bob the Manager asked the number of the battery and purchase date and said he had two in stock and to stop by and get it, one hour later I took the bad battery in and out in under 2 minutes with a new battery on hand with no hustle, no problem, and a smile on their faces as I thanked them profuselyBob absolutely knows what customer service is and how to keep a customer coming back, because of Bob I will shop if needed at NAPA but only his store.NAPA, you got a great leader in that store.P.S I wonder why never got a call from Mark the Regional Manager?

Great NAPA store in Scottsdale! Has a great professional staff that has over a hundred years in personal experience in the automotive industry. They deliver throughout the Scottsdale area to a large number of auto repair shops. Service is what they're all about! Nice, clean, well stocked store ready for most automotive needs.

This NAPA store has a good in stock selection even for import cars. European oil and lubricants available too, if you re that picky about maintaining your import car. Lately this is the only auto parts store that gets my business.You ll appreciate the knowledgeable counter salesmen. I have been here several times to pickup repair parts or oil. They have a great selection of items and if it s not in stock they can order it quick. The counter salesmen are quick to dig into reference catalogs or search for parts when you re in need.

1 would give 0 stars but its not an option!!!!I tried returning a part i bought with my debit card less than 24 later after my wallet was stolen and was told withouy stolen debit card ,they wouldnt return part.Then when i brought a diffent card then what i made the purchase with. They returned it there but they charged me a dollar return fee and refunded less than what my purchase was.This was the last time I will ever make a purchase at this location !!!!

Great oldschool work ethic and customer service. Less than a week ago I called NAPA to see if they had a very had to find lower radiator hose for my wife's 2003 Mercury Mountaineer 4.6L v8. Autozone did not carry it, O'Reilly's had to special order it from the manufacturer at a cost of 54.99 and would take 8 days for delivery, rush delivery would be another 20 dollars. I also had to pay before they would even get the part in the store. This did not include taxes. I told them I couldn't wait or have that money at the moment. O'Reilly's actually did an amazing thing, knowing I was in a bind they told me I could try NAPA or the Ford Dealership, but they told me FORD would charge me a ridiculous amount and to try NAPA first. I called NAPA and spoke to a Dustin. He said they didn't have the part, but told me he would call around to his suppliers and research for me. Within a short time he called me back and told me he could have it in by Monday, I called on Saturday. Price was 48.99 for the same hose, and no charge to order it or extra for having it there in a day and a half and offered to call me when it arrived. True to their word, I got a call from a Bob at NAPA early on Monday to let me know the hose had arrived. I picked it up in the evening, and Bob was also nice enough to get me the correct oil filter and oil filter tool to do an oil change for that same car. These guys really went out of there way, and I have been in customer service and sales for many years. I applaud this kind of service! Thank Bob and Dustin, my wife's Mountaineer is running like a champ, and we don't have to pile my wife and kids into my little car to get around. I hope NAPA corp reads this and gives Bob and Dustin some kind of recognition. Thanks again NAPA! You guys ROCK!!!

I have been to this napa auto parts store twice, because it is a quarter mile away from where i work. The guys that work there have the worst attitudes. I was blown away by how rude they are to not just myself but other customers. They also are lacking in selection of the things they carry. I asked the guy working the counter why they had no selection or customer service; to which he replied, we deal mostly with automotive shops and sell parts in bulk. I was angry and all i have to say is that You don't deal with my shop and your prices are so high any shop that uses your services deserves to be ripped off. DO NOT GO TO NAPA!!!!

I find this store to be helpful and professional. I have been buying from NAPA stores for over 40 years. Where these negative reviews come from you can only wonder if it is a competitor or blithering idiots!

It is important to note that the time online does NOT reflect the actual hours of the store. If I had tried a different location, I may have had a chance. Learn from my frustration.

The best hidden secret in the Scottsdale Airpark.Quick service, they will take the time to look up and verify your needed parts. Gino was a great help.

Best selection and service of any auto parts chain and has the most knowledgeable staff. Obviously internet prices are cheaper but the service and advice more than makes up for it. Highly recommended.

Joe is a great guy behind the counter. A real car guy that has done it, built it and can help you out. Napa is my first choice in parts houses for my classic muscle car and Joe is the first guy I go to when i get stuck..

NAPA is the place for some of the hard to find parts. Needed a rebuild kit for a carb, yeah, a carb.... Highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever. Went to have brake rotors cut at 3:35pm and was told they didn t have enough time even though they closed at 5:00pm. Ended up going else where to have them cut and it only took 30 minutes.
