I went to have an alternator replaced. They diagnosed it pretty quickly. Then they said the only place they could source the part was the dealership for $1,200. They said every third party shop was sold out. I found it in stock at a nearby autozone for $529. They said it wouldn't work because I have a hybrid. I do not have a hybrid. After double checking that I did not in fact have a hybrid, they ordered it but charged me $745 for the part. Fine.They said it would take 2.5 hours, possibly less. This was good news as I was on my way out of town when the issues started and I had 4 hours to spare. Unfortunately 2.5 hours turned into 5 hours (including the 30 min diagnostic). I'm a little torn on how to review this, but I don't think I would return or recommend it to anybody between the price and the time (which makes me think the tech was just not familiar with changing out an alternator; they kept saying my car was hard because they had to remove stuff but that's built into the 2.5 hour estimate the book provides).I also asked them to look at the starter since my car was throwing an error code for it. They did not. After five hours of waiting in the lobby, I was not going to ask them to dig back into it.The staff were pleasant enough.

Randy and his team have cared for my car for a number of years now. I have absolutely no complaints. Having a good mechanic is like having a good doctor when something goes south. I have a 2015 with some miles. Runs great, thanks to them.

Quality service at competitive pricing. Just went in for an oil change, which they performed quickly and professionally. They also noticed a couple of other things that will need attention in the future, but there was no pressure to up sell the way other shops do. I will definitely be back!

I usually only take the time to leave good reviews, and only negative reviews if this is going to affect someone else. I brought my car in for a vehicle inspection, and I was told by the service provider that my rotors were warped and my brake pads were worn with all of that needing to be replaced at almost $700. I have my car maintained regularly at the Ford dealership but needed to go to Meineke because that s who the organization I was getting my vehicle inspected for is contracted with. Knowing this wasn t true, I took it to the Ford dealership the following day and found out that my rotors are in great shape and my brake pads are at a 5 and they aren t supposed to be replaced until they re at a thickness if 3. I feel that these people are completely taking advantage of their customers. Do not go here!

Super easy and fast. I got in the same day and it was a flawless experience with the warranty company. The got the repair done the same day and saved us getting a rental. Big thanks to Ginger, great communication

Randy, I assume, is the manager or owner. Either way, he is amazing. He helped me map out a path to get all the things fixed on my Jeep . I am going to fix things every few weeks so, it won t break my bank roll.This was my first experience here and I would recommend them to anyone.They were nice, honest and accommodating.

Brought my Prius in for repairs.Brought back twice as repairs were not performed properly. On the 2nd drop off the vehicle sat in their lot for four days. No work performed, no communication that wasn t initiated by me. Problems were not addressed, on test drive Blake became agitated and elevated. Cursed in his explanation. When I called him out on it he said it was because I was coming at him . I guess I didn t realize expressing my concerns with the repairs and noise was doing that.I would not recommend

I took an old truck in for an oil change. It turned out that there was a lot of pre-maintenance needed. I was sent a list, I called and went over what I would like to have done and not do. There was absolutely no pressure or trying to convince me to have a certain service done. It was completely up to me. On a side note, I left a watter bottle at their shop. They saved it for me until I went back the next day. I will certainly go back for more service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance

This was my third visit to my neighborhood Meinke and I have been impressed each time. There is no pressure, only information and support. It feels good to have a team and place I trust to help me take car of my cars.

I'd say a pretty average mechanic. Went in there to fix a problem. They said they couldn't work on that problem (despite it being rather simple and needed only the right tools which I don't have handy), but found about $3000 worth of other problems that "urgently needed fixed for my own safety". Some of the things they pointed out as needing replaced I had actually replaced only weeks ago so knew for a fact they were in perfect order.So, in short, scammed me as best they could, took longer than they should have despite an appointment, and overcharged me. And then kept texting me to beg for a review, which is kinda funny.But at least were polite about it, had good internet integration, and didn't cut the brake lines or anything. Grading on a curve for mechanics, I'd say they were completely average at 3 stars.

The staff was great! Especially Randy who made sure a very thorough inspection was done and each issue explained in detail with no pressure, just reliable information and time to decide. And they had my Jeep in and out right away! Thanks guys!

The quality of work done by Meineke is a joke. The 24 months & 24k mile warranty is honored only if they believe that s still what s wrong with the vehicle. I had my steering rack replaced by Meineke on 10-16 at #4135 and have had significant issues with the car since. I took it to multiple independently owned shops and was shown the the rack and pinion was not installed properly, but Meineke disagreed. The technician at #2128 said my alignment was fine. When I showed him the scan taken at the shop down the street he threw his hands up in the air. Saying they are not professional is a compliment.

I brought my car in and within 2 hours, they fixed my AC for me! They even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly. Very efficient and affordable!

I ve been using this Meineke since I moved here about a year ago and I have no intention of stopping. They service all my cars which are all very different in class and type but the service is always quality. I never feel like I m getting wrecked with costs and they always try to help me out when they can with coupons I don t even ask for. Got my brakes and an oil change done here on my 2008 Audi a4 recently and it went just how you d expect! They live up to the meineke name and provided me with great and timely service. I ll be coming here for all my basic maintenance for the foreseeable future!

Just a heads up - they offer a free tire rotation with the pre paid 5 oil changes, but they don t do it if you don t ask for it to be done!

I m writing this because these guys just don t have schedules squared away. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and a free AC check. I arrive 15 mins before and they tell me it s going to be 2.5 hrs wait. They said it s because there were others in front of me. Then why make an appointment? Anyway, the attendant seemed nice and apologized for it but it didn t make up for me wasting my time making g the appointment. Went to Juffy lube and they got me right in as usual.
