Excellent place to do business needed 2 fuel pumps for 2 different four wheelers the pumps were great and the parts came fast would do business with them again when needed

I found this shop while trying to find an item at a more small type business rather than your AmazonA friend once told me the items could be a little pricier but it s good to support small business and small businesses are the backbone of our country and the American dream. I had a good experience. They shipped quick and the item is exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent company. They shipped me back support pillow. I was so impressed with this company and their charitable donation that I wish I could take my car to them (too far from FL). Part I ordered was visually different than what was on the website, but it ran within my furnace s perimeters. Got it relatively quickly and fixed my furnace problems. Overall my experience was good.

Ordered an undercarriage splashguard for my '94 Miata. I received 3 emails...order was placed, ordered was filled, order was shipped. I received the correct part within a few days. It couldn't have gone smoother plus the price was the lowest of their competitors. I highly recommend Mechanic Surplus and will use them again without hesitation.

I ordered a starter for a 90 cc polaris predator online. I ordered the wrong one and caught my mistake. I called them and left a message. I'm thinking I'm screwed. However they got my message and called me back and swapped it out and they even saved me money. I definitely liked there service. Thanks mechanic surplus staff

Bought a gas valve for my furnace. I was sent an already open box missing a piece of the part. When I emailed them the replied right away apologizing and due to not having a replacement brand new one in stock they immediately refunded me the full amount of purchase and I didn t have to pay to return the part. Highly recommend them due to the amazing customer service!

My roof kit showed up promptly, packaged well and as a complete order. My only complaint was that the roof kit came folded in a box and needed to be unfolded immediately and rolled up. This was stated on their website, so I was aware that this needed to happen.

Beyond poor customer service. I was looking for a key box and chose Mechanic Surplus for the hinging based on the image on the product page. First, 11 days after the order was placed, I had not received shipment information. The company was quick to respond with the information. I guess I shouldn't assume that shipment information is standard, that's fine. Once receiving the key box, I find out the hinging is not as pictured. Studying the product information online, the images are misleading. Between 3 images, it shows hinging both directions. Bringing this up with customer service, Mechanic Surplus takes no ownership of the misleading information and request that I pay for return shipping. Escalating it to management, they may review it after receiving it, but I'm still to pay for shipping. The icing on the cake: this product page has been taken down. I'll let you decide if that's ownership of a mistake or just coincidence.

Horrible customer service, I tried to purchase a solenoid for my zero turn mower. They sent me a oil filter for the mower. I then contacted them, to get it returned and the right part sent out. I sent them the oil filter back, they reimbursed me my money to my credit card. Which made no sense because I was still waiting on my DAM solenoid that I paid for. No Communication was done on their part for the PART I ordered. Piss poor, will not recommend them. I don t even think they deserve a one star.

First time order. I needed some legs for a cabinet that would hold a large TV. The ones I bought were a great height and very good quality but they only came in chrome, so I painted them black. Now they're perfect.

A 3rd party supplier sent me inferior and used landscape lights at a cost of $19 each. Right box packaging but different product in the box. I thought I was screwed as the info with the product advised I return thru Amazon but this was not an Amazon purchase. I thought I was out $149. I called. Customer Service and explained the problem. They apologized, immediately refunded my money, and told me not to bother with the inconvenience of returning the products sent. THIS WAS A GREAT RECOVERY FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!
