We ve taken almost every car we have had to Marshals. They have worked on our Chryslers and Fords. Always a reasonable price and always honest. We are not car enthusiasts and we avoid car repair shops like the plague but I ve never been afraid to take my car here and get an estimate. Just recently had a quote from brake masters took it to Marshal s for a second opinion. They were amazing this car will be back when it needs maintenance. Thanks to these guys that are willing to deal with my zero knowledge of cars!

We are from out of state and started having issues with my power steering in my truck while visiting Scottsdale. We were nervous being out of state and being able to get it looked at before needing to head home. They were able to get us in the same day and were extremely helpful and kind! Huge shoutout to Patrick, he went above and beyond for us!! Would highly recommend this place!

Just had a great experience here at Marshall s. Just brought in my 2016 KIA Soul as it was running sluggish and turning off causing making embarrassing situations at four way intersections.My alternator and catalytic converter had just been replaced in December and AutoZone said that my coils that were acting up.Patrick, the service manager, diagnosed the problem and recommend two coils of the four replacemented and new spark plugs.Problem solved! With a two year warranty.Thank you Patrick for your honesty!

Marshall's saved me almost $1,500 by simply lifting up the track on the drivers side and cleaning out the trash that was jammed in the track, blocking the seat from going back all the way. The dealer wanted to charge me $1,600 to replace the whole track. One hour of labor, the total charge was $133. I'm never going back to the dealer service for ANYTHING!

Had an issue with our car while traveling to Phoenix and brought the car to Marshall s first thing in the morning. They were very helpful and immediately got the car on the rack. Just a few hours later, the work was completed and we were on our way and the price was extremely reasonable! So pleased that we lucked into this place, we were worried it would ruin the trip but it ended up being such a minor bump in the road

UPDATE: February 2023: John and the rest of the staff did an excellent job of fixing my car! What started as a simple alternator replacement became a bigger issue with the driver's window switch going out. After a couple of replacement switches, due to supplier mistakes, they got it done correctly. They were always super helpful and did a great job of keeping me updated and getting my car fixed. I highly recommend Marshall's whenever someone is in need of a repair shop and have both of my vehicles serviced here.Wish I had come here years ago! I've been taking both of my vehicles to another shop in Old Town and they could never seem to get the job done right in one visit. After another disappointing experience at that shop I started my search for a new one. Based on the reviews and close proximity to where I live and work I decided to give Marshall's a try.Wow! From the first phone call to dropping off my car for them to work on, everything was beyond expectation! They are so thorough and take the time to explain things and are happy to answer any questions. They exceeded the time frame they provided for saying when they would have the work completed and the total cost was less than what they originally quoted.Marshall's has a new customer and I'll be taking both my vehicles to these guys for now on!

These guys are the best in the biz! Only place I trust leaving my car. The employees are all super kind and always extremely truthful and honest before making any repairs or adjustments without consulting me first. I literally refer them to ALL of my close friends and family.

We started going to Marshall's 3 years ago. We don't know what happened but, the 1st year and a half was great. Now they have no idea how to fix anything and after 3 visits there recently for the same problem they had no idea what was wrong and told us we should go elsewhere to see if someone else could find what was wrong with it. They couldn't even diagnose why our car was overheating or why the ac wasn't working. I don't know if they are just lazy or truly don't know squat about how to fix cars. So we are taking their advice and going somewhere else. My advice is that's what anyone who actually needs their car fixed should do. Horrible experience.

I have my current and last 2 previous vehicles serviced at Marshall's. I also have referred them to my friends for vehicle repairs as well. Originally, I was referred by my friend who's family had used them since they opened and never had any issues.I can agree they do a through assessment and repair only what is needed. They also make recommendations but do not pressure to schedule work to be done.Everyone there is friendly and courteous and you get to talk to the individuals that work on your vehicle direct, instead of through another. They are always open to questions and give excellent answers to both the novice and experienced home mechanic.I would not take my vehicle anywhere else because I know it will be fixed and done right the first time - every time.

THE BEST SERVICE CENTER EVER. Stop searching for Vehicle Service Center's as you have found the best one. We have been coming to Marshall's for 10+ years and they are the most Professional, Knowledgeable and HONEST vehicle repair in the Valley. John & Patrick are amazing!!! It is great to know that our Vehicles are well taken care of in this neighborhood Service Center. Excellent shop in Scottsdale!Had a small emergency with my belts on a 2005 Subaru Legacy with 260k miles. They were able to get me in on the same day, get the part the same day (for a 15 year old car) and get everything repaired.Price was reasonable? Don't have much of a reference point.But the service was excellent. I had a check engine light come on a couple days later and they and cleared the codes for me for free.Got my car back to Portland from Phoenix the next week, easy peasy!Save yourself the hassle and get your work done at Marshall's!Service: Engine repair

I could let the rest of their Google reviews speak for themselves, but I won't.My story starts with the fuel pump going out on my Ford Focus a month ago. I have a AAA membership, so I called them up to have them tow my car. I was initially going to have them tow it to my local Ford dealership, but the tow-man convinced me to let him take it to the nearest AAA auto repair shop. Since my car was being towed by AAA, they offered a discount on the diagnosis, and 15% off of the labor cost.AAA called me the next day with a quote of $1,100 to replace the fuel pump, which seemed a bit high to me. I had recently heard some good reviews on Marshall's Service Center from some family members, so I decided to give them a call. I worked with Patrick over the phone and he took a lot of time with me to figure out if it was worth towing my car again over to their shop.Patrick gave me a quote of $550-$600 to replace my fuel pump, which I was surprised by since my quote from AAA was so high. He was also a bit flabbergasted by the high quote they gave me, and he expressed concern that maybe I wasn't providing him with all the necessary information. He told me exactly what else he needed to know to make sure he had an accurate quote for me. I called AAA back, asked some more questions that Patrick told me to ask, called Patrick back, and he said that his quote was good.I immediately towed my car from AAA over to Marshall's, they fixed it up for $550, and it's been running like a champ ever since.I will be taking this car, and future cars, to this shop for the unforeseeable future. This is the type of auto repair shop that you are excited to tell people about when they have car issues because you know they're in good hands.

Wonderful, honest shop with friendly people. I was told by another shop that I needed approx. $2k in repairs or else parts would be "falling out of my car". I asked Marshall's to have a look and give a second opinion, while the components were worn they were able to assure me that nothing would be falling out and that I should just keep an eye on things.As a recent transplant to Scottsdale from the East Coast I am so glad that I found such a good, local, honest shop. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs in the future.

My car randomly broke down in a middle of an intersection on a Saturday around while in Scottsdale from out of town. While I was waiting for a tow truck I was trying to find a place that was not only OPEN on a Saturday but was nearby and reputable. Leo got me in right away and went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my vehicle same day before they closed for the weekend. Leo gave me the opportunity to try a few possible simple fix options before he charged for a diagnostic and was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining what the issues were and how they were resolved. I am grateful that I am able to travel as scheduled and don't have to make other arrangements to get back home. I highly recommend Marshall's Service Center for fair pricing, great service and great people.

Pat had GREAT communication with me throughout the whole process. After getting an overall inspection/diagnostic done, he made sure I knew what needed to be done and recommended within what time frames. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION! They have minimal knowledge and expertise and they charge way too much to repair (repair??) your vehicle. I was spoken to with complete APATHY but the manager who only ONLY cares about the money. Run! Run far away from this business. We had both our car and truck serviced. I had been told that our car needed new brake pads when it was serviced 6 months. ago. We were not going to be driving the car for about 6 months so arranged to have it done when we got back. Marshall's has been very fair with us. They set up a time to work on your vehicle. They call and tell you what needs to be done. Then they ask if you can be without the vehicle, give you an estimate and call you the next day when it's done. Since we have two vehicles, it works out for us. I am sure they can arrange same day service too. We really appreciate their service.

I've taken all my cars to Marshall's from the day they are out of dealer warranty though the day I buy a new car. I have always been completely satisfied with the service. The cheerful, friendly manner I've always been greeted with is just a nice bonus.Ever wonder if there is nothing wrong with your car what it will cost? My brakes were making a terrible racket so I dropped the Truck off to get them fixed. I received a call a couple of hours later telling my my Truck was done and there was no charge. A pebble had got into one of the breaks and was making all the noise and that I still had several thousand miles to go before they needed any work.Most of the time work needs to be done and every time it's been done correctly and at a good honest price I recommend Marshall's to anyone needed service, including my own daughter!

This is by far the most professional and honest automotive repair shop I have ever experienced in my lifetime since my first car! Just moved here from Chicago only to discover my 2009 Murano's AC could not handle the 100+ heat! Marshall's diagnosed that the ac service port valves had failed ($30.00), and replaced the and filled the system. A less honest company would have charged me for a compressor and raked me over the coals! Marshall's will ALWAYS get my business!Service: Air conditioning

Very pleased with my first visit. Staff is friendly with good customer/people skills which can be hard to find at car shops. Came in for an oil change. They let me know what I d want to consider getting replaced, showed me, but didn t pressure me like most places. I will be back to get some more work done in the next couple months.Definitely make your appt ahead of time. They are very busy and hard to get into last minute.

Marshall's has been one of my favorite shops to get work done over the past 8 years. I moved a bit further away and don't make it down there very often. Still they are above board and many you a better informed customer. I can't praise them enough.

Had our vehicle for five days. Didn't fix the problem and the vehicle came out with a problem it didn't have before. Very complicated to explain. Also vehicle came out with 3000 miles on it , it didn't have when it went in. Was told by Patrick they must have put in the wrong mileage to begin with. So make sure you check to see if the mileage on your vehicle matches what is in your invoice going in. Trusted this shop too much because they had a good rating. After 5 days of getting nowhere said that we would take it to another garage. Also they had 3 mechanics work on it should have only been one. Too many cooks spoil the broth so to speak. I don't know how much longer they would have kept the vehicle without finding what the problem was. The only problem was that the engine light was on, but we were not having any problems with the vehicle before we took it in . It came out jugging and hesitating.Very disappointed. Seems like most people have had ok experiences with them...just hope u don't have the terrible experience we did. I gave one star but I don't think they even deserve that unfortunately.

I am so glad someone recommended me to Marshall's. I have had my car serviced here many times over the years and they are very friendly and over the top helpful. I had a problem today and Pat gave me excellent advice. Love this place! Highly recommend.

Took great care of me and my Mini Cooper. Replaced my front brakes and reset my sensors when they popped on a week later at no charge. Now that I'm outside my warranty, it's nice to have a reliable repair and maintenance shop close to home. I've already recommended this shop to other mini owners to come and get their routine service done.

I am well into my 70's, so i have been to many auto repair shops over the years. Marshall's is hands-down the finest, most honest, most capable shop I have ever done business with. My BMW broke down recently and even though I am live over 15 miles from Marshall's I had it towed past many other repair shops to make sure I got the best service - and I did!!

Certainly honest, and do good work, which is really most important. They could do better with listening, communication, and setting expectations in order to help the customer know what to expect during their experience. From the time the customer calls, they should feel welcome, not rushed, and should be given information about what to expect about everything from cost of the services, how communication about changes will happen, to whether or not there's coffee while you wait. This is especially true for new customers.

Chapman Ford is always super kind to me! I had a blower motor for my ac installed elsewhere, they crushed the break sensor! I was given a no charge Courtesy Vehicle for a couple of days. They are amazing, thorough, clean and polite. As a single senior, I recommend them highly!
