My wife and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Mark Kia, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Carissa, the sales associate who assisted me, did a phenomenal job. Nate Jarvis best car sales guy I have delt with in a LONG TIME. First let me start off by saying we went to another Kia dealership off of 101 and Frank Lloyd drive after I seen a car I was interested in all day texting an employee there and never once was told the car sold just to get there after work and the guy give me the run around to upsell me to a car that I was not interested in. What a waste of time.BUT I tried again now here at Mark Kia walked in said I just have a question Nate was nice enough to look up what I seen online, drove me to take a peak, asked what I was looking for asnd price range. Never once tried to show me a more expensive car, stayed in my 20 range and only showed me what I was interested in. I told him I was in a time crunch of one hour because I had to pick up my girls from school. He was so polite, informative, very professional and patient. I told him the 3 cars I wanted to see at 4pm and when I returned with my son he was right there available and with the cars I was interested in. Again never once tried to upsell me. But yet after his hard work and effort to get those cars ready for me to look at 4pm my son's eyes went to a car 5 cars down the row and yup more expensive. Yet Nate never once got annoyed with us looking at other cars and not the ones he got ready for us. He asked do you want to see inside the car, got the keys for the other car asked if we wanted to test drive and we did. Loved this car. When we came back to the dealership Nate made sure to give us all the information we need and made to sure we understood that this car was above my price range. Nate asked if we found what we wanted, what can we afford and what we loved. I'm the end we walked out with a $37,000 car who my son loves , best costumer service, best sales experience, best car sales experience. Thank you Nate Jarvis we shall be back soon for another car.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received at Mark Kia in Scottsdale, starting from the moment I submitted my inquiry online. Angel Vega, my sales consultant, reached out right away with a welcoming text. I was intimidated to shop for a car on my own, and anticipated I d only be able to qualify for a used car at the price point I was comfortable paying. Angel reassured me, focusing on finding a car I actually liked first. I highly suggest requesting to work with him, if you re lucky enough to catch him as he goes non-stop. Angel was patient and took his time, showing me multiple cars and working numbers with me to make sure I was comfortable. I was actually able to get a brand new 2024 Kia for less than a used, multiple years older, vehicle!While waiting to speak with the finance manager, there was a comfortable waiting area with complementary bottled water, espresso/hot cocoa and popcorn. John was my finance manager and was also very friendly, taking the time to answer my questions even though I was probably the last customer of the day. Angel even delivered my new Kia to my work once it was ready. Long story short, I m very happy with my decision to purchase from Mark Kia, and feel lucky to have worked with the team I did. We really had a great experience with Nate Jarvis at Mark Kia. We bought a Kia Soul and have so enjoyed having it as one of our family vehicles.Having had a nightmare experience at a different dealership before, we were kind of traumatized and wary of trying again. Eventually we went to Mark Kia and connected with Nate. From the beginning he was very honest with us and made sure that we understood the difference between the cost of a feature and what the value for our family was. We figured out some of the the things we thought were really important like color and slight body shapes were way less important than fuel efficiency and safety features because of his interest and effort. We returned and were between a Forte and a Soul. After a test drive and some questions we felt sure about the Soul. Then we worked on the price. He was really great about helping us find a balance between monthly payments and what we wanted to put down that would work with our budget. It felt really great not to have to haggle or fight or negotiate with the ever-present-manager-in-the-office bit (cliche but it obviously exists in other places) that we had endured elsewhere. The pricing was transparent and easy for us to understand. It didn t take too long before we shook hands with Nate and went to finalize our purchase with the financing department.The front desk was so kind to our children. They had water bottles and fresh popcorn which really impressed our 8 year old.The finance department person we spoke with, Max, was awesome. He was so great at explaining finance jargon and making sure we knew what we needed for both our monthly finance terms and our extended warranty. We had so many questions and he explained everything well so we could really make sense of what we were signing.Nate was helpful and such a vast improvement to our other experience at a different dealership. He made sure we had the information we needed, never exerted pressure on us, and had great integrity. He was so interested in what made sense for our family instead of pushing the biggest, newest SUV etc. He really seemed to care about what we needed, which was a super fuel efficient vehicle that fit our family. So now we have a Soul which works for our family. Nate was so helpful. The best part of his demeanor was that it was without any pressure. He kept saying he wanted to help us find what would be best for our family. We never felt like we had to make a purchase right then. We could take time and really make an informed decision. He was great and we recommend him highly.

I just bought my 2024 Kia Sportage SX-Prestige Hybrid vehicle at Mark Kia and a great salesman Bryan Kelly assisted me throughout the whole transaction. He was very attentive to my needs and texted me back in a timely manner whenever I had a question or issue. He set up the appointment and texted me that he was going to be late which was fine. I showed up and proceeded to talk to him about my hybrid vehicle want and since he worked for Hyundai and now Kia he gave me my options and said Kia is better for me and gave me the reasons why. I also almost stopped the deal because there is a Kia sportage SX-Prestige Hybrid with Red interior that another dealer has. He didn t have one in stock but he did have it in the non hybrid version and allowed me to see it which was not what I was expecting as it is a dark red and then he showed me the red in a Mercedes AMG and I told him that was the red I was looking for. It was bright red. I liked the fact that he looked up to see the other dealer that had the red interior before I closed on the deal. Super great guy and he is still there for me after the sale. Go see Bryan he is great and will go to bat for you whatever your issue is and help you out! He also throughly taught me about the features of this amazing SUV. Thanks Bryan!

I just picked up my new 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX-PRESTIGE SUV from "Mark Kia " this past weekend here in Scottsdale, AZ. A real pleasure working with Aaron Carlisle, Anthony and Josh in the financing office in taking advantage of a fantastic transaction. NO high pressure but a sincere dialogue in attaining my new Kia vehicle. It was and is a real pleasure working with "Mark Kia" staff. By the way my SUV drives great and is extremely quiet. I love it!

Signed a deal with DJ Cruse. It s great when you feel that a salesperson is not pushing you anyhow and sometimes you think: is this guy really works here? Because probably he cares about your interests even more than about his employer s interests He was very kind, helpful and patient. Gave as long test drives as I wanted until I made my decision and supported all the way the deal.As well I want to mention financial manager - Will May, who signed with me all the contracts. He spent a lot of time explaining financial hints and as he owners similar electric vehicle as I purchased here, explained his personal experience with it and gave a lot of helpful hints.Thank you all guys

On January 10th 2024 , i purchased a 2017 kia sorento with 96k miles for $11,993After month of research it was the cheapest price I could find in the valley and Tucson with one owner, no accidents etc. I walked into mark kia and Nate Mckamie greeted me and I told him exactly what I wanted, and I was tax exempt because I m Navajo Indian and reside on Navajo reservation. He knew exactly what forms to file for no taxes. Most dealerships I went to did not want to honor it , but MARK KIA HONORED it. They will ask if you want to buy a LoJack for extra , window tint for extra, a lifetime key replacement for extra, but I declined to those services. They are not pushy or force you to purchase those add ons like the other dealers I went to ,were saying it s mandatory etc. My Kia sorento needed fluids topped off , so Derrick gradijan took it to the service department asap and filled it up. Maricella Moraga did my financing and sold me a lifetime transmission and engine protection for $1500 . It s a $200 deductible if I need a new engine or transmission. My mechanic brother in law looked at the suv when I got home and said I needed one motor mount rubber pad, rubber transmission cover, basically all the rubber was worn. So I called Nate and he said he would take care of Everything if anything happened or I can return it. But I drove it 6 hours home and it was a smooth strong ride. So I m keeping it , going to fix some things and I ll update if anything happens. 5 star rating for my experience at mark kia Scottsdale .

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Carissa over at Mark Kia of Scottsdale. I live in California, and had been looking for a truck for a few months. Carissa always was available when I had questions regarding a few different trucks I was looking at. Carissa had an Uber pick us up at the airport and take us to their dealership.This place is clean, very welcoming by all the sales staff and most of all, Carissa made my wife and I feel like we were in the right place to purchase our new truck. We ended up buying the 2023 Dodge ram 2500 and can not be any happier. Thanks for everything Carissa, you were fantastic.

Just bought a car from this dealer. They are shady for sure. Both the sales team and the service team gave me the answers that they wanted me to provide for surveys I would be getting from Kia. Not going to happen. I contacted Kia directly and let them know what they were up to. We also paid $899 for a 7 year service plan only to find out the paperwork was drawn up for 6. Their answer to that was, "well it's still only $145 a year and that's great for the amount of oil changes and tire rotations you get." Their sales guy was dodging my questions as well. For example, I asked him what the total price of the car was and he wouldn't say. All he kept asking was what monthly payment I was looking for. Be aware of the total you are paying and not the payment.

I ve purchased many cars from DeMarko and I would highly suggest making an appointment. I ve tried a few times just walking in, but he s always on the go with customers. I have no problem waiting for him since I know he will give me all the attention I require. But He works late to suit my plan and I ve seen others (like myself) only wanting to work with him. By and large DeMarko just makes it simple, I know what I need and he doesn't make it complicated. DeMarko is exceptionally straightforward with the process.He has awesome energy and truly cares about giving top quality customer service. I buy all my cars from him. You should too!

Jonny was awesome. Second vehicle I purchased here in the last year and was very pleased both times. Got screwed over the day before on another vehicle for a different dealer. Next day found a good deal and got everything wrapped up with Jonny same day and they made it a cake walk. Goes to show what customer service can do, when I saw what dealer it was due to my last experience I was almost already sold. Ask for Jonny when you go in to get a vehicle, you won't be disappointed.

My experience what magical and amazing. Every thing was taken care of fast and efficient. It really was a blessed and beautiful experience. Every question was answer, I felt like I was at home. And made very welcomed by everyone and the place itself as well. It was like hanging out with the family. My needs were taken care of and cared for!!! Very polite and hospitable!! The atmosphere was friendly and fun and exciting and riveting. This gentleman NATE Mckamie was awesome and amazing. Made the whole thing wonderful. he definitely added all this beautiful experience to my time there. He made sure I was good at all times and taken care of, answered all questions. And helped me out in every way and took steps to insure my safety with the brochure and that things were done right and accordingly. Very good and polite and welcoming and made th whole experience for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!! Amazing customer service in all areas. I suggestion anyone and everyone go through him. Solid gentleman!!! Thanks for the great experience !! I will be going back to get more cars in the future just because of this man right here. The entire experience at Mark Kia in Scottsdale was amazing from start to finish. Our first sales person, Marc I believe, was amazing, I walking in with a max price and a car in mind, he showed me great options and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. DeMarko took over the sale towards the end and he was just as amazing, he kept checking in on us while we waited on finance, gave us constant updates, and even offered to help me transfer my stuff from my trade in (which I got an amazing trade in value for) into the new car! On the finance side, Max was amazing as well, he did the impossible with my situation and got me approved after working on it for a couple of days. He was in constant contact with updates from start to finish. A few days later I found an issue with two of the tires in the car ( used car, and it was dark when I purchased it so my fault for not noticing it then) and after contacting them they had ordered new tires and scheduled me for service within days. This is the first time that I really don't have a single complaint about the entire car buying experience! Definitely recommend and will go back next time we need to buy a car.

I visited Mark Kia in the hopes of getting a new car because my jeep was rearing the end of its life. My credit isn t great, but Jacob Vasquez and the team at Mark Kia did all they could for me. And I ended up walking away with the exact car I wanted. I have never been to a more friendly and helpful car dealership in my life. Jacob was amazing from the start. I really appreciated his honesty and how much of a stereotypical car salesman he wasnt. Thank you Mr Vasquez for all of your help!

This place has one of the best salesman I ve had the pleasure of meeting. DJ Cruse went above and beyond to help me get the car I ve always wanted. My busy work schedule made it very difficult for me to find the time to go to the dealership. DJ was able to find the exact car I wanted and then brought it to my work for me to see it on my 10 minute break ! I am so incredibly thankful for everything he did to help me. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to work with DJ for their next vehicle purchase!

Max and Grant at Mark Kia were extremely professional, patient and proficient during the entire purchasing process even though I currently reside it NC during my purchase, this was no problem for the Mark Kia team. I leased a Kia a few years back and decided I wanted to end the lease early as I don t drive often. Thinking I was underwater, I called Mark Kia and got connected with one of the sales reps, Robert. Even knowing I wasn t in the market to buy, he answered all my questions and guided me through the selling process before connecting me with the buyer. Once I got the quote, the worked with me to reach a fair price and I walked away with positive equity. If this is how well they treat people getting out of a Kia, you can imagine how great they are when buying.

2024 update: I was contacted by Robert Lemon, who sold me a brand new car back in April 2023 about wanting to buy it back and get a new car. I was intrigued so I went to hear him out. The offer for my year old car was great and I knew Robert had my best interest in mind so I decided to go with it. I ended up leaving the dealership with a brand new 2024 Kia Sportage. My experience last year with Robert at Mark Kia prompted me to hear him out and I'm so glad I did. I felt very supported by him that I gave his contact information to my sister who is looking to buy a new car, and I plan to do that for any other referrals I receive. Robert was great enough to sell me two new cars in one year, and I didn't have any worries.2023: I was helped by Robert Lemon. This was my first time buying a car without my parents present and I really had no idea what I was doing. Robert took the time to explain every step of the process to me, including terms that I was not familiar with. I went in knowing that I wanted to leave with a new car and ended up with a brand new 2023 Kia Seltos. I do not have any active credit and was relying mostly on my trade-in value and the money I was planning on putting down. Robert was very easy to negotiate with and ended up getting me a good deal compared to other dealerships that would take advantage of my lack of credit. He made sure everything was set and also explained that he does not work on commission which made me feel better about buying from him since I knew he wasn't trying to make money off of me and truly wanted me to get the best price for my car. If you plan on buying from Mark Kia, I suggest you ask for Robert Lemon to help you. His humor alone turned a very intimidating and scary process of buying your first car into a stressless situation.

Purchased our sons car in a unique way this time. All over the phone/video & computer and it couldn t have been easier. That was all THANKS to salesperson, BRAD CLARINO. Making our purchase so streamline, it ended up being one of the easiest purchase to date. Going above and beyond by personally delivering the vehicle 6 hrs one way on Thanksgiving day to ensure we receive it when promised. If that isn t EXCEPTIONAL service I don t know what is.If you re in the market for a vehicle and want a person who will give you the BEST service possible, look no further. Nightmare! Do not buy a used vehicle from this place. If I could give this place a Zero I would!! I have had my car about a month and a half and I ve only been able to drive it 2 weeks. The car needed a few finishing touches to bring it home in safe condition. Most repairs were completed but it took about 2 weeks to complete the repairs. Outrageous! I was told the car was misplaced and they forgot about me when I finally pressed the issue it s my sales agent Leticia she stated she would handle everything and did nothing. I finally give up on her helping and start making calls. I speak to Darren, he handles everything!! The car gets fixed I go to pick it up and the car is till dirty on the inside. I end up speaking with Leticia s manager Andrew L and I scheduled a cleaning and was told it would be done in a few hours the following day. Car was dropped off the next morning Fast forward an entire day, no calls, I reach out and was told the department was closed and I would have to wait till the next day. Problem .I was left at work with no way home or to pick up my children. I finally was able to speak with Jessica the auto repair manager who then asked what exactly I wanted her to do about it eventually an Uber was sent and I got my car back. I asked repeatedly for a manager she says none are available, ( later it turns out Andrew L was listening the entire time. He ends up telling on himself when I call with the legal Team from my job. )When I arrive I am greeted by a man by the name of Mark Banks he goes into the conversation by calling me Queen and speaking to me like a hip hop artist and pretenders that he has a place of authority to help me. He obviously sent out bcs he is black and I crying and upset due to being left at work and having no way to get to my children. I assume they thought I would help bcs I am also black. He promises all these things for the delay lunch, gift card, ect. He says from now on I ll handle your needs. He has never to this day called me back. I have never seen him agin after that day.The nightmare continues a few day later when I received a call from Fix auto repair. Kia s body shop. My primary Contact has been Brian he started out very strong and stated he was going to make up for the mess in The auto department. He said it would just be a few days for the new bumper on the vehicle and I was scheduled for October 10th. Reluctantly I take the vehicle in and I m given a loner. One week passes by and I call to check on the vehicle. I was informed they need more time bcs the bumper they ordered got used by someone else and to allow a few days. 10/20 I was told the car would be ready that afternoon. Today is 10/23 I was told my vehicle wasn t ready. I go into the office no one is available to speak with me so I find a sales manager on the sales side - Lindsey P.She is Great and steps into action they tell her my car is ready and giver her my keys. Problem is the bumper is the exact same and never was fixed and the vehicle has scratches and missing paint . I give up but I figured this could help someone bcs what I have never felt so small and ignored by a company in any purchase of a vehicle. I just can t understand it, I came in financed by Navy federal and caused no problems but I have been treated so badly . I ve never been apologized to or reached out to. I ve spoken with managers. You name it. Nothing good has come from this place.Below are photos of the work order and the job completed .

Lindsey, Mark and Angel went above and beyond to help us!!. They showed amazing customer service and professionalism. They gave us a free hat and said they will detail our new vehicle for free. They made sure my husband and I got exactly what we needed and were looking for! Best dealership we have ever been too hands down!! Would absolutely recommend to anybody!!

I found the car I wanted at the price I wanted and finalized everything in 2hrs. Ashlynn Willis is who helped me purchase my car. She was very up front and honest with me from start to finish. She worked with me on the price and got me the rates that I wanted. Anyone looking to buy a Kia I will be sending them her way. I got a call from Valente Araujo tonight. So polite. He was checking in on my vehicle and wanted to know if I would like to trade it in, I had advised him I no longer live in AZ but Florida now and instead of just hanging up he took the time to answer questions I had about a recent mechanical issue. Never once tried to rush me off the phone. Arizona Kia dealerships are top notch cause out here in Florida they do not care at all. Dyer Kia in Lake Wales FL being the absolute WORST. I want to let Mark Kia know what an amazing representative they have in Valente Araujo. Very impressive!! Consumers just want to feel like you guys care and Mr. Araujo nailed it!! Great job!! Give this one a promotion!!

My wife and I worked with Robert Lemon to buy our very first Kia. Man oh man was Robert the best. You can tell he cares about his job and has a genuine passion for Kia cars. Robert really took the time to explain every step of the process to us. It made our experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The sales experience with Robert was not forced or pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns. He shared in our excitement as we found the car we wanted. This dealership treated My wife and I horribly. We purchased a used Suburban and purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase. less then 6 months later the transmission went out and needed to be replaced.The warranty refused to cover the cost of the repair because the vehicle had a lift kit that was already installed at the time of purchase.So basically this dealership sold me a warranty they had no right to.The Warranty company agreed to refund me the policy in full after fighting for weeks between them. Then people in finance department did not listen to me when I requested them to send me the refund electronically and send me a check which got returned to them as I said it would. I had to email the General Manager multiple times to finally get someone to wire me the refund because this place refused to give me the GM's phone number.The refund did not even cover half the cost of my transmission replacement and the person who I was finally able to communicate with simply stopped responding to me even though during the entire ordeal I was professional and even courteous to them when it was not reciprocated to me.The extended warranty that works with Mark Kia owned there mistake but no one at Mark Kia did anything for me to make this situation right. This place cost me over $4000 in out of pocket repair bills, refused to help or do anything to make things right and communicating with anyone here to get help is harder then pulling teeth.Stay far away from this dealership, take your business elsewhere
