I wanted to love this place. I love that it s family owned and their affinity for rescue dogs. They are very friendly and nice. The facility is clean with a nice waiting room. Unfortunately, that s where my love for this place ends. I went in for a simple oil change, and they uncovered lots wrong with my vehicle. I agreed to just a couple repairs (changing air filters, a new serpentine belt, brake fluid) and left with nearly 800 dollars in repairs. I gave them three stars, because honestly I should have read the fine print closer before I agreed to let them service and fix my vehicle. Shame on me for not anticipating the egregious labor pricing (nearly 400 dollars for less than 2 hours of work) and the incidental fees that show up unlabeled at the bottom of my bill. Mike did take my call and explain to me why he priced the way he did, so let s just say we agreed to disagree on what was fair. Be warned, read all the fine print and costs before agreeing to a couple extra things during your oil change.

Undiagnosed leak puts lives at risk after brake jobThey inspected our RV and found the right drum was cracked, so we needed a complete rear brake job. The front brakes were inspected and did not need servicing. We paid $1932.00 to have the brakes repaired.After the service, they turned the RV back over to us. Driving home, the brakes now felt spongy. It felt like the bleeding of the system was not done correctly, the braking distance was too long and not safe. We took the RV back to them and they attempted a fix, but it didn't solve the problem. The owner (Brian) told me that he himself would take care of it.A few days later, I went back to pick up the RV and the salesperson, James, told me the RV is unsafe to drive because now one of the front brake hoses has a leak. This would be an additional $650.00 to repair, or if I wanted my keys back, I had to sign a disclaimer that it is unsafe to drive.This is a MAJOR safety inspection failure. According to the shop, the RV was deemed safe to drive after the initial service. Why was this leak not found during the brake job and final inspection?Unless the hose was damaged by them during the repair, they did not inspect the brakes thoroughly. This negligence could have caused an accident.Could not recommend Kerry's to anyone.

I am writing this to warn anybody who is not filthy rich (or even if you are) against getting caught up in the Kerry Auto Park scam. This shop charged me over $2000 to not fix my car! Over $300 of that was just tests( diagnostic and "smoke evap test") and my car is now running worse than when I brought it in. After the last time when I paid $1600 and was assured that after that my car would run great, the check engine light came on 3 days later. I brought the vehicle back in and was told it would be another $700 to fix the code that I had originally brought it in for and i have a receipt charging me an insane amount for that repair. They wanted $360 for the new part (apart from labor) that they somehow missed on the previous visit but when we searched the cost of this part it was $109!! I picked up my keys and left, but I do plan on filing a report against them with the Better Business Bureau. I should also note that after reading several concerning cases against them about using fraudulent tactics, I requested that all the replaced parts to be returned to me-they were not. The worse part of the whole experience was being infuriatingly talked down to by the snide manager, Tammy I believe her name was, who doesn't even try to mask her disdainful hatred of women. She tries to make you feel stupid by talking in circles and using fear tactics and I'm only sorry that I fell for it, but NEVER again.*Update.. you lied on your response and since i was informed that every call made to your shop is recorded: I requested parts returned to me in a phone call made November 3rd at 7:04am. The mechanic( different shop of course) who eventually fixed my car was able to verify that your shop did indeed replace these parts BUT they were the wrong parts and that I should be reimbursed for the parts and the labor. After several requests for a meeting with a general manager with your management never keeping their word I did finally give up as you hoped I would. I don't have the time or energy anymore to focus on you horrible people

Took over 10 days to get estimate. Estimate came in very high. Came to pick up car, now has new issue with fuel pump? Could not drive so they suggested getting it towed! Seriously. Had to have pump replaced. Came to pick up, it was ready, but out of gas! Really! Had to show them to prime carburetor and then I had to drive it out of service bay. Very nice on phone but that s about it. Would not recommend.

Was there on Friday Jan 26th. I knew it was going to be a while to fix my car. Brian,James,Tammy asked me if I wanted a ride home and even a ride to get some food. That's means a lot to me it shows they care about there customers. My car is running awesome. They have a customer for life.

Great service and very honest. I was told by the Audi dealership I needed a new battery which would cost over $600. I brought it to Kerry Car Care and they tested my battery and it was fine and didn t charge me a cent. I am bringing my Audi and Highlander back to these guys.Service: BatteryService: Battery

These guys are professional and amazing. I took my truck in for an oil change and they found that the water pump was leaking. The truck is fairly new and under warranty. I had a friends truck towed to Kerry's due to loss of power. The truck would be fine fir a day or two then no power what so ever. Then in a couple more days it would run and be fine then just shut off, windshield wipers would come on by themselves and not turn off. James and Andy put up with me asking thousand and one questions. But they dug into the truck and found the issue. The vehicle had lost all communication. After running through every possibility and having programmers come to re program the communications nodule. Andy bless his heart put up with my questions and dought. When they were able to complete the work we were a rough place. Tammy worked with us and gave us time to get the funds together. I'm thankful for everyone. When we went to go get the truck Andy saw me walking to the door and said "your Gina " I was shocked because we had only spoken on the phone but he saw my boots he said " I saw your boots and I know where you left your hat " Wow. The attention to detail.Thank you all

So many great things to say about the quality work and customer service at this location. If you want your vehicle to get fixed then take it to Kerry's. They have warranties (not that you'll need it), they have a very quick turn around and the customer service is TOP NOTCH! The manager's name is Tammy and she will take very good care of you and tell you exactly how it is. James is wonderful and will give you a very detailed description of what is wrong with your vehicle and they take pictures of the parts of your vehicle that need fixing. The guys in the shop are very nice and KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Not only do I take my own personal vehicle here but I am in charge of the fleet of 25 trucks at my job and we go to Kerry's for everything. Trust me, you're all good going here.

Have never had a bad experience bringing my car and my husband's car into kerry's airpark Auto service. Been bringing our cars in for years. Services always been awesome people there are very polite friendly and always give me an explanation of what's needed.

I made an appointment about a week in advance for Monday 11/20/23 at 8am and when I showed up today for my appointment, they weren t even prepared. The shop service advisor, James J, thought I was a walk-in even though I made a services app. Then I told them I was an InstaCart delivery driver and showed them my CarAdvise account through Auto Integrate. I am a Platinum member with InstaCart and a Premium member with CarAdvise but the shop, James J, said he didn t need any of my information so he didn t take down any of my information. Then when I received a message from CarAdvise, saying they were charging me regular price for my services when on CarAdvise, they said I was getting nearly 50-80% off! I drove 25 miles just to get services at a regular price when I could ve done this at a closer establishment! So I talked to CarAdvise and they said they were taking Kerry s Airpark Auto Services off of their app due to misleading prices from the car shop. Please make sure you do some research before you go to this place or they might just lie to you like they lied to me!

When you walk into Kerry s Airpark Auto Service waiting room, you are greeted to an above signage that says, SERVICE! The bill board signifies service is priority whether serving your concerns, needs and/or vehicle repair.We discovered once inside that we had entered a atmosphere and culture unparalleled by auto service norms. It s true that some auto repairs shops are on par with a cheep car salesmen. This is not the case with Kerry s Airpark Auto Service they are led by a team of educated professionals who truly care about you and getting you back on the road.I recommend that you stop by and feel for yourself the vibe everyone exhibits by their mannerisms, genuine smile and how everyone is on point signaling a singular message to provide you with a great service! We can honestly say, they have earned our business!

I had the unlucky experience of my AC going out this week in the 113 degree temps. I called Kerry s and they told me to come right in. Within a couple hours of dropping it off, I receive a text quote and a call from James explaining everything they would need to do. James walked through how they would handle the job, estimated completion time and even went above and beyond to look through the documents in my car to confirm I didn t have a warranty that would apply. Spending money on our cars is not something my husband and I enjoy. However, we can both confidently say we would bring any vehicle of ours back to KERRY S. James, Preston, Tammy and the entire team were friendly, professional and extremely customer service focused. They make car repairs so much easier and more enjoyable than they would otherwise be. Thank you for taking care of me and my car so quickly. Justin went above and beyond in regards to handling my struts and alignment. I made a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. I arrived and was told it would be 1.5 hour wait. I said I had a 9:30 appointment, but they responded with, "yeah, but we had some others come in before you..." Evidently appointments mean nothing to these guys. My first (and last) experience with them.

We will forever be a raving fan of Kerry's Airpark Auto Service. We have a relatively new RV with an extended warranty. We had used Kerry's before for our general maintenance and oil changes but this time it blew a hydraulic line. Our leveling jacks and steering were shot. The RV dealership we purchased from had a several month wait list so we thought we'd give Kerry's a try for something more challenging. Wow! they were far better than the RV dealership. I did not know that they have a mechanic on site that is approved by Good Sam for RV repair. They were fast, clean and the workmanship was superior to Camping World. We will now be going to Kerry's for our other vehicles as well. We also love the fact that Kerry's is family owned and in our neighborhood.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Engine repair

This past Saturday I took my truck in for a suspected faulty alternator. It was tested and determined it was bad. The cost of the part needed for my truck was 706 dollars. With parts and labor it was 1400 dollars. The following Sunday morning my truck would not start same as before. I then took the battery cover off and found a loose terminal connection. It was tighten and it fix the problem. I checked online with local parts suppliers and the part installed on my truck was 341 dollars. When I went to discuss the matter, the GM actually showed me the cost of the part and it was $706 and rated at 220V. However, the part # they installed was not the part # listed on her computer screen. She said, yes it is. I then showed them a picture of the part installed and it's rated at 150V. Her response was........you signed off on the work. This will definitely go to small claims court. She then ask me to leave. I do know that even if I approved the work, you CANNOT installed something different than what you promised and what I paid for. Beware of this place.

Came in with coupon on my phone told need to print it out but would accept this time then charged almost $20 more than coupon $16.08 and no mention of tire rotation included on coupon.Very unfriendly about coupon. Disappointed. Wife died so on fixed income and mentioned don t have a printer now can t go back as I have no access to printer.Service: Oil change

I ve been to this place a few times when I was having mechanical troubles with my 95 van. This place is amazing, I m so happy I found them! Their services are great and their staff is incredibly friendly. They took their time to look over my vehicle and diagnose the issues. The managers are incredibly informative and honest and walk you through everything that s going on. If necessary, they even bring you back to the garage to show you what s going on with your vehicle, which I very much appreciate. They also have free coffee, water, wifi, clean bathrooms, comfortable seating, and their lobby is dog friendly. They are also open on Saturdays which is a huge plus! From the time that I walked into the shop until the job was completed everyone was amazing and upfront. Special thank you to James for getting everything taken care of for me in such a timely manner. Used them for an oil change and they noted that my brakes needed to be serviced. They quoted a reasonable cost, and were able to take me in on short notice. Jason (sp?)
