JW Auto Care is such a gem in town. My experience with them have nothing bad but wonderful and highly satisfied. They take care of my car, my sister and my mom's vehicles. The owner Johnny and his crew members are all wonderful people to work with. Johnny knows his craft and explains things in simple terms that is understandable. He would tell me what is necessary for repair and what is not and can wait. That is the type of honesty and professionalism we all look for when it comes to a car repair shop. Johnny pays a lot of attention to the little things that matters to elevate the entire car repair experience. Their shop is clean, organized and feel welcoming. From the lobby seating area, office front desk and back office, and the workspace, when one pay attention, you can see Johnny puts a ton of effort to perfect his shop for his crew to enjoy the work environment and to make sure his customers feel welcoming and comfortable.I own and run a reputable computer shop in town (The Mighty PC) and I have a mutual respect with Johnny the owner. Treating people right and offer highest quality customer service is my priority in my business. The way how Johnny runs his shop is just checking all the green lights. Highly highly recommend JW auto care!!

Stumbled on JW Auto Care just on convenience of their location to where I live, but I was so impressed by them. Right from the beginning their customer service was top notch, timely and clear communication on what services they recommended, including transparent (and reasonable) pricing, and just really friendly, genuine interactions. These are the types of businesses that you just don t come by often anymore. They even left a flower on my dashboard, which was such a nice touch! I highly recommend JW Auto Care - from start to finish, I had a positive customer experience, and I will definitely be back for future car needs.

I can t say enough great things about JW auto care. My husband and I have been going to them for years and they truly give remarkable service. They are kind, trustworthy and give fair pricing. We will be lifetime customers. Thanks Jim for all of your help and the technician that inspected my car.

I stopped by JW Auto Care in order to make sure my car was in adequate condition for a cross country road trip. My car needed some work and it was done in a timely manner and i honestly didn t realize how much better my car would feel behind the wheel after my visit. My experience was very excellent and Jim and his team are very personable and happy to help. I wish I could ve found them before I was heading out of AZ. Keep up the good work!

They are fantastic! I have taken my car in twice to JW Auto Care and both times they were extremely thorough, professional, and honest. They want to do what is best by their customers and are not trying to make a quick buck. I can't recommend them enough and will be giving them my business from here on out.

JW Auto is amazing. I ve been coming for years and they are always professional, clear, efficient and friendly. I had an issue pop up with my car and they were able to turn it around same day even though they were busy. Thank you for your incredible service!!

I have been taking my car and my sons car to JW for the last two years and it has been the best decision I made. The experience, honesty, efficiency and time sensitive has been amazing.The customer service is superb, I just wished I had met them sooner, God knows how much I have spent with bogus service in the past. If you are in doubt take your car to JW you will receive a honest quote, and they also have financing if you need too. JW is away of life for your car.

JW Auto is my HERO!!! My engine and fuel pump failure left me stranded. I received HONEST and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE with a RAPID TURNAROUND, not to mention a very REASONABLE PRICE. They offer shuttle service and loaner cars if needed. Its a one stop shop. I will continue to use them for the lifetime of my vehicle Thank you again JW Auto forever gratefulTia Johnson

JW Auto went above and beyond to diagnose my noisy brake problem in a fairly new car. Instead of railroading me into expensive repairs like some places would have, they suggested I check with my warranty first, which is super honest and I love that! They even dropped me off at work!I will definitely have them do the repairs if it isn't covered under warranty!

I am extremely impressed with this place. I just got home from my first visit here and I had to write this and let people know of my experience. They were extremely detailed in checking out my vehicle and sent me a summary on my phone as well as handing me a hard copy before I left. They didn t try to up sell anything or try to do work that was recommended. They were so hospitable and I had a few laughs. They really treat the customers very well and they are very honest. They also left a little thank you gift of Altoids and gave me $10 credit to use for my next visit. They also gave me $25 off for my first time thereI live in the West Valley and I definitely will be returning to JW Auto Care.

Every experience I have had at JW Auto Care has been absolutely top notch from start to finish. Everyone who works there is professional, courteous, and takes the time to explain what is going on with your car. The shuttle service is a life saver, and saves so much time and headache. I m blown away and so relieved with how amazing JW Auto Care was! The AC in my car just went out and I was in a panic looking for shop options. JW was recommended by my friend s dad.I was able to get my car in much sooner than I thought I d be able to, they worked with my warranty company to cover a large majority of the repair, and the repair was so much faster than I anticipated! The last time my car had been in the shop was a few years ago when it was at a dealership, and I was without my car for about two weeks I was seriously bracing for that situation again!Ryan was wonderful to work with. He was communicative, honest, and straightforward. Again, I m blown away at how nice and easy this experience was, as car repair has usually always been frustrating and confusing.The cherry on top of this great experience is that they washed my car when it was ready for pickup (my car was so shiny!) and they left flowers on my dash with a thank you note. I ve never seen service like this and I am so impressed.Thank you Ryan & the whole JW team for taking care of my car! I ll be back for the small things like oil changes I hope I don t have to be back soon for big things, but if I do, I know I ll be in good hands!

Holy cow, these guys are the best. Jim was nice enough two times I was in a rough situation with 2 different vehicles and did everything he could to get us his best price. If you re in a Jam or even need a good place to get your car routinely maintained these are the guys for you. They re not going to take advantage of you like the dealer and they ll respect your time while keeping communication constantly open (unlike other places in the area that we had to take our car back from because we had no idea what was going on) 10 stars if I could

I am here from out of town. Researched JW Auto Care and chose them for customer service raves. Even with that, they exceeded in every way. I went back the following business day for an additional service after researching how often it should be done and typical cost. I was way out of the recommended time for the transmission service, and the cost was half what it would have been at the dealership.I cannot recommend highly enough. They are great.

I ve experienced nothing but amazing things since taking my car to JW Auto Care. The employees work to ensure every customer coming in is comfortable and accommodated while providing detailed information about their vehicle. They break everything down so I fully understand what s going on with my car and work efficiently, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new auto shop that provides the best service.

We took our Jaguar to have the brakes replaced. JW Auto Care charged nearly half what the dealer wanted. Not only that, they topped off fluids at no charge. We are extremely pleased with the price and service.

The best auto shop ever! Prices are reasonable and they always do thorough inspections. My favorite part is that they leave a flower on my dashboard for me which adds a sweet, personal touch and send monthly coupons in the mail towards future service. I ve been going to them for the past few years and will continue to do so. I trust the guys at JW with all my car service needs. Thank you guys for being the best in town!

We took my car in due to some damage, this was my first time going here and I honestly can t say how thankful I am. Kathy and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing and held my hand through the whole process. Kathy helped deal with insurance AND warranty companies. They explained everything very clearly to me and treated me as family. I will now be coming here for all of my future maintenance needs.

See update .I've taken my car here to get it fixed before with no problem. This time oh my I will not be going back the lady Kathy is very rude and don't listen to instructions about why you are dropping off your vehicle. I will not be going back and will not be recommending this place to people anymore. Talk about price gouging and adding on random things that didn't need to be done...UPDATEThe owner Jonhhy personally contacted about the issue I was having and was very apologetic about everything and looked into it and corrected what was wrong. Hopefully for future visit it will go smoothly.

First time at JW Auto for repairs on 2011 F150. I ve been researching for a shop, since becoming disenchanted with Ford dealership. JW was everything I d hoped for and more.I really appreciated the extensive inspection with photos. They repaired the most urgent items and advised other needed repairs could wait. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me. What more could you ask for. I ve already recommended JW to others.

This was my second time with JW Auto Care and they totally rocked it again!! They are so considerate and helpful, explaining everything to me and even calling my dad to let him know what was going on with the car. JW truly goes above and beyond. Excellent service. Went for an oil change and vehicle inspection. They were very thorough and provided a helpful comprehensive review of my vehicle, giving me great peace of mind before a road trip. Friendly staff. Highly recommend JW Autocare!

I was referred to JW Auto Care! I called and spoke with Jeff! He knew my referral mechanic! From the start he told me that I would be taken care of as family!He made an appointment for two days later!When I dropped my Ford Ranger truck, Jim listened to my issues. He told me exactly what would be done!I have never been treated so professionally at at repair facility!He called with their findings and estimated price and time frame for pick up!We spoke 4 times and every time I called either he or Ryan answered the phone. There was no phone tree and I could ask them my questions! My father and I have been using JW Auto for a couple of years and would never go to anyone else. Every employee there has always gone above and beyond, and they do it with professionalism and treat you like family. The work they do on my Mazda 3 is always perfect, and they always answer every question I have in a way that helps me understand everything. I would recommend them to anyone who wants superior service

Blown away by this auto shop! Staff is honest, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. They had a loaner car for me to use and even gave me flowers and gifts after my service.
