The facility is always clean and the staff here is just the best. Very helpful, work fast and communicate everything to you honestly. I have been here multiple times and always leave in a better mood than when I arrive.

This particular Jiffy Lube is the only place I trust for the last 24 years. The shop's manager - Gabriel makes you feel like he genuinely cares about your vehicle. He is honest and trust worthy individual! Great mentor to his new employees too. Yuri Sasonov

Gabriel and his crew were awesome! Great service, reliability, communication, and they are very quick! I ve always had problems with Jiffy Lube, but this one seems to have no issues!

The staff was amazing! The service was thorough, and anytime I pass through Phoenix I'll make sure to stop here for my service checks while I'm on the road.Rider alert:Come towards the beginning of the day, or the end of the day, and you can cut down on your wait time.

Thank you to the tech who took care of us. Upon getting my oil changed it was realized that the oil pan bolt was stripped. Not by jiffy lube. They did everything they could to complete the job.We will only go to this location going forward with our other vehicles. What could have turned into a big headache the crew at jiffy lube went above and beyond. Thank you so very much!

Service was ok. Online coupon was declined as it is not the right "class?" of Jiffy Lube. They did provide a smaller discount. Staff seemed generally less customer focused than last time i was here

I came here at 2:20 PM on a Monday because it said they were open. The entrance was blocked so I drove around the exit where I found 4 team members sitting around. One young man told me they were closed and I said it would have been nice for them to pick up the phone when I called 5 times to tell me that. I asked why they were closed when it says they should be open, and he said they were on a break (with a rude attitude might I add). I asked until when and he told me he wasn t sure, when I pressed him again he said maybe 3 PM. I verified again that all 4 were on break and he said yes. There are obvious professional issues with this location and I hope the owner or manager addresses it. Not to mention they are likely missing out on business since there are many people who are driving for the holidays and want to get their car checked out.

Fast, friendly, and trustworthy. My only critique is they should wipe down your steering wheel after, I got mine back fairly greasy.

Three stars because the gentleman I spoke with was great. Came to get my oil change, quick and easy. Unfortunately the next day I realized there was an oil spot on the floor underneath my car. I let it go but when I saw another spot at my work parking I knew I had a leak. Took the car over to another shop and was informed the drain cap wasn t properly screwed in all the way. At least it wasn t a real issue but just small attention to detail matters.

It was a very hot day, over 100, and office had no AC. Had to wait over an hour.They didn t reset my oil light, which I figured out how to do on my own, but should be part of the service. At least it always has been elsewhere I ve gone.They didn t give me a new sticker telling me when I ll need service again. Again something I ve always had done but for some reason wasn t addressed. Guess I ll just have to try and remember the miles.

Atm might be down. Slow service...but when you're closed at 820am and open at 8am. Things aren't right. We need to do better.

The employees at this Jiffy Lube are the best in the area. Super fast service and very trustworthy in their servicing of my vehicles. Customer service like no other. The team here is absolutely impeccable, despite being undermanned they get everything done perfectly and in seemingly no time at all. Better yet you feel like family when you arrive and are treated like family throughout the whole process. Not only that but they re completely honest, there s no pretending something is wrong to get more money or fake fixes everything is honest, straightforward and legitimate. If you need a place to get your oil changed, air filter replaced, battery- anything that Jiffy Lube can do, this is it.Service: Oil change

The most AMAZING staff, especially Scott who was the assistant manager. Friendly, lovely, helpful and efficient and professional.We grabbed breakfast at the nearby Over Easy while we waited though it didn t take long!Highly recommended for your oil change :-)All up for a Ford lariot fully synthetic it was a very good price and you can find a coupon if you search for jiffy lube Arizona ;-)

Mike was my consultant. Never tried to up-sell me. Said my air filters and wipers looked good. Got my oil change and got out. These are good people and can be trusted. A+ service.

I've been taking both of my cars here for more than 2 yrs,,,these guys are the best of the best.They spotted a coolant leak and let me know ,which turned out to be a head gasket issue. They probably saved me from being stranded somewhere and /or engine damage.They are always courteous and helpful and I have never waited more than 30 min for service to be completed.I wouldn't have anyone else change my oil.

I ve been fairly frequent at this location for 10 years with many different vehicles and types. I haven t tried other locations due to poor reviews... I m even tentative to write this so others don t create a longer wait time for my future visits..haha.. BUT, I have to share positive comments.This place is professional, honest, efficient, affordable, friendly... all things I look for in any business.I wish I knew there names, but every technician tops the list...Do yourself a favor and take your business here... no joke.. you won t be disappointed!!
