Very unhappy with the service here. I pulled up and was very clear that I wanted the exterior washed and a thorough cleaning of the inside of my truck. The attendant began to push a headlight restoration even though I said no multiple times. I was then told that with the headlight restoration they clean the interior. So I repeated to him so if I purchase the headlight restoration the interior will be thoroughly cleaned and I was told yes. I finally agreed with that understanding verified by the attendant. When I get in my truck after it was done nothing inside had been touched. I pulled right back in and let them know and was told that I purchased a basic wash and not an interior cleaning. The manager came out to help and asked me how I liked the headlight restoration that I did not want in the first place. After talking he said he would have the interior detailed so I was off to waiting again. After all of maybe 5 minutes I was told it was done and I walked up and it still didn t look vacuumed. I asked him if he vacuumed and he said yes. At this point I couldn t wait so I left having spent $90 on a rinsing of my truck. Pictures attached are after the second go around after all I really went for in the first place was a thorough interior cleaning. I won t be going back and will steer anyone I know clear of this place.

I'm conflicted on how to rate this. I'll do 4 stars based on the fact that you get a free wash ($25 value) for downloading their app. My car was a complete disaster coming in and came out better than it was. However if I paid $25 on top of my $20 tip I was asked for at the beginning, I wouldn't be very happy. I was offered a number of upsell options, but I wasn't in the position to pay $60-150 for my kids yogurt to be wiped off the car.Rico, the co-manager, was very friendly and came over to shake my hand after I had the exterior wash. The gentleman who greeted me (and everyone who helped) were friendly as well.

David and Esteban were great for my Tahoe. They were very professional and dealt my car with quality. I would recommend this location as it s been 4-5 years I have been using this car wash.So friendly place and great people . Worth for your price

I recently visited Jackson s car wash on Scottsdale Rd. and was blown away by the excellent service I received. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.I had the pleasure of meeting David, the General Manager, who made my experience truly exceptional. His personable nature and attention to detail were evident as he took great care of my car.

Scammers do not take your car for hand wash. Charged me $100.00 and did absolutely nothing .They will loose your car keys. Argue and so unprofessional. I will never take my car to any of these locations. Be aware.

The positive reviews have to be generated from a service that are not real experiences. This place is a high priced car wash that does below average washes. Plenty of better options. Upselling, dishonest pricing practices, and poor actual cleaning.

I have to say, I was fortunate enough to experience two different heart warming encounters with two different employee groups. When I checked in, I overheard one of the workers saying he is going to give a car wash bc they were having a bad day. I offered to pay for the car wash, and ended up upgrading mine after he shook my hand. I then a VIP car wash. After taking out the miscellaneous items I found a melted lollipop in my seats. I didn t have enough time to stay for a dealer interior wash, I went to get cash to tip them for their work and I came back out and it was taken care of. Amazing staff and service. 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you David!!!

Great car wash, the staff is awesome. If you aren t satisfied with the wash, they will go above and beyond for you. Johnny, one of the supervisors is phenomenal. He can teach a class on customer service!

My first impression was fantastic. The guys were super friendly and helpful. Then I went inside to pay. The cashier was clearly upset and talking on speaker phone to someone about a situation with a customer. No big deal but I was surprised she continued her conversation infront of a customer. She rang me up and I waited.The lobby and bathrooms were clean which I appreciated. I walked to the Jackson's gas station next door to buy a drink and when I walked back, an employee in a white polo stared at me the entire way back. Then when I got close he told me "that's not a real smile" when I looked at him. I didn't smile at him because he was making me uncomfortable. It was super weird and unprofessional, especially when all the other guys were super polite, friendly, and professional.I waited over double the amount of time I was quoted and came back to a dirty car. I was shocked when I first saw how bad the floors were (covered in dog hair) and I told an employee who apologized and brought it back to be vacuumed again. He returned and told me that to resolve that I would have needed to purchase a pet detail. I said I would have been happy to, but no one told me that initially and now I had been there significantly longer than I expected based on what I was told. He said "yeah and if you get one now that will take a lot longer." Okay then, I left with a dirty car.Once I got home I realized that they didn't vacuum any of the interior. They didn't wipe down most surfaces either. In the trunk area, they even made a NEW mess and had spilled something in there. The outdoor was dirty in several areas too.I'm including pics that document all of this as well as my receipt so you can see that I did indicate I wanted several services done. I took videos that better show the shortcomings, but I am unable to post them to Google.This is the second time we've given this location a try and the second time we've been disappointed. The majority of the guys I talked to were super friendly but that was the only positive from this experience. I recommend finding a different place to get your car detailed, and I'll be doing the same. :(Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I've been coming to this location for a couple years now for regular staffed washes. They are 10X better than Cobblestone on Scottsdale Rd. Today i had my 2017 Jeep detailed by Brandon and he did an EXCELLENT job. He was very keen to pay attention to every part of the vehicle and both the inside and out were gleaming as if the Jeep was new. I will definitelly use them again for detailing service!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I have been a monthly member at this location for 4 years. The customer service is outstanding. I wash my car at least once/week. One of the managers, Liam, is an example of a person that takes pride in his work. He cares for each vehicle is if it was his own. I appreciate the job that is done on my car and very importantly his friendly and professional customer service.

I've spent way too much time leaving messages, texts, calling, online chat (supposedly live chat NOPE) And have yet to get a price for a dang car hand wash!!! I recieved an answered text to a link for everything other than what I asked for. I don't want a detail. Just a simple hand wash, vacuumed/ wipe out interior on a brand new car.Good grief!!! Just lost my business.

Shout out to Dionte and Devante working at check-in. First class customer service from both of them! This place got 3 of our cars in and out quickly and they looked amazing for a 20 minute wash!!!

I want to start by giving the positives. My truck was very dirty on the inside because I use it for work and it looks significantly better.They did a good job, but when someone spends $200 and it takes two hours I expect it to be near perfect. I had in mind giving four stars even though there are still a number of dirt spots in the interior.Then I noticed the glass still has smudges all over the windshield as well as every single window. There are splattered bugs on the windshield as well. How difficult can it be to ensure that glassware is perfect at the very least?Then I saw the bed of my truck is still filled with dirt. Again, $200 is a significant amount of money to not have taken a hose and washed out the bed of the truck.This was the first time I ve been a customer here and although I won t be as dramatic as to say I ll never come back, I d certainly hesitate and would be inclined to nit pick a little more before leaving.Very disappointed.

Beware car wash subscribers. Want to cancel your car wash subscription? They dont do it online (or the link is conveniently broken), they dont do it at the store, front desk says you have to call corporate office (who doesnt regularly pick up the phone), when you do get a hold of them they confirm cancellation (but keep charing your card on file)...then you are back to repeating the overall broken process. IThey make cancelling unavailable, but charging your card easy. Last wash I had there the cleaners wiped down my wheels first, then the interior, then outside with the same rag leaving black grease everywhere....on a brand new $100K car. Welcome to Jacksons.

Giovani has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced!!!! He had such a big heart and truly helped me in a time of crisis!! I cannot say enough great things about him and his team!!!!

I am sad to write this review. Our family has been using this car wash for as long as I remember Weekly washes and always did a great job. JR was always so thorough!Since the remodel it hasn t been the same. I have tried 3 times, all 3 times the service, level of cleaning is terrible. All the effort/energy appears to go into upselling now.This is my cleaned wheel!!! And my car is 3 months old so it not hard to clean.We will need to find a new local car wash.Service: Full body wash

Had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to get off the phone. Car wash wouldn't work & had to wait 5 minutes. Cashier said my card declined, a credit card with a zero balance, photos posted are 15 minutes after I got it washed. I showed the manager & he said "ok. Have a nice day." No offer to run it through the wash again. I just restarted my monthly wash pass yesterday. I will not renew it again. Machine ripped bumper off & employee said "my machine didn't do that." I said "let's be honest. You wouldn't admit it if your machine did do it." His reply was honest. He said "no I would NOT admit it." They didn't offer me a free wash, nothing. A friend in the car business said it takes great force to rip bumpers off. They are screwed in & have clips holding it on. A few days later I canceled the monthly service. They cashier assured me I would not be charged. 8.6.21. They charged my card despite me canceling so now I have to go in there. THIS IS THE WORST CAR WASH. I've used other Jackson's & they were good. This 1 is HORRIBLE. Today is 8.10.21. The charged my card AGAIN! They charge it, refund it, charge it, refund it. AFTER I canceled it in the store TWICE. I called the coporate office. They said they fixed it. I told them "you offered me nothing for repeatedly charging my card AND for ripping my bumper off at a cost of me of $500+". I also asked "who's going to compensate me because I had to cancel my debit card & I have to wait a week to get a new one?" THIS location is terrible.Service: Auto detailing

I always get my car washed here at least once a week and the guys take real good care of me. Ramon and Emilio up front and Luis Cha and Ivan in detail. Even Jamie and Ruben when doing quick wash. This place is best Jackson's and these are the best guys that keep my chauffeur service looking 100 and fresh.

Based on my experience here yesterday, I will never return to this location. Everyone in my office and my street knows what I went through yesterday and they aren't likely going to this location either. First of all, I made an appointment last week (by phone) for an 8:30am drop off for a detail for Monday 4/15. When I arrived the gentlemen laughed when he read my detail receipt and said I must be special for the rate on my prepaid detail because he's never seen that price before. Well, guess what? That's the price I was offered and PAID for so I don't appreciate being insulted. Secondly, I spent the next 10 minutes trying be up sold on everything they could which was beyond annoying and they tag teamed me (2 different guys) kept coming up to my car, but no one was taking it to the detail area. FINALLY, they started marking my window for the information, and I asked how long it would take. I was told 2-3 hours. That was at 9:00am, by 1:00pm I had not heard from anyone, so I called to ask if it was ready and I was told that they just started it!!!! I asked why, and was told it was because there were 3 cars ahead of mine. I asked what the point of my appointment time was, also asked why no one told me about this timing issue, and got a snarl, and again quoted 2- 3 hours. I had to call at 3:53 pm and was told that the car was still in detail!!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could speak to him upon my arrival to pick up the car. Upon arrival, I could see my car still in the detail bay getting buffed. I asked for the manager and he did apologize in a non professional tone, and just gave me two free car wash tickets and shrugged his shoulders. Another gentleman, came around the corner and said "there was a mix up with my reservation in the morning" and he also apologized. I was overly frustrated with the timing issues,. the lack of communication from the staff, and the rude person who took my calls (same person who made my reservation last week by the way and is probably to blame for the mix up). On top of it all, the quality of the work is sub par. I have seen better work on a $25 express wash than what I received yesterday for a supposed "detail". Also, I can't take photos of it, but they didn't let my car mats dry all the day, and put them back in wet (probably rushing since they had my car all day) and now my car smells like WET DOG the day after I got it detailed - NOT COOL I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Recently Jacksons car wash added a company called Clearview tint. Juan the GM my go to guy. Introduced me the Javin. He is their premier installer. I told him I wanted new stripping on my Mustang. He had me select a color. I selected Raspberry blue. He made measurements and asked me if I had concerns or questions. He addressed them and made me an appointment. And I am always asked who does my stripping and now I can give an awesome referral. My last stripper was less reputable. Here are my results and I am so proud to recommend clear view at Jackson carwash off Greenway. Ask for Juan and get a free wash on me. Then see Javin about your tint needs or wrapping needs or stripping. I recommend them highly. Here are my pictures to back it up. And the Raspberry blue finished results

I am a monthly member and wash my car 3-4 times a week. I drive carpool and this keeps my car extra clean. Rico is always friendly and the staff is professional and efficient. Thank you for putting the customer first!!!

This location is fantastic. People are super nice and helpful. Did a great job at a very fair price. Kerri the customer service individual was so nice I even signed up for a membership. She had great knowledge and incredibly friendly.

This has to be the WORST car wash I have ever visited. Besides the fact that I paid $15 for a HANDWASH and it looked the same as before, the customer service coming from ROBERT HAAS was even worse when I returned. If I paid for a hand wash I would expect for at least my windshield to not have bug stains, and yet it was still all over even after the second complimentary wash that Robert argued to give to me. Never will I give them my money again.

Just moved to the Scottsdale area and was looking for a great car wash that does more than just the exterior. Found this location and was highly impressed. I pulled up, told the guy it was my first time visiting and he explained everything to me and what my options were. Extremely great customer service and never made me feel like an inconvenience asking a few questions. With the exception of all the bugs I have on my front bumper, they did an excellent job at making my car look beautiful. Though, I need to find a way to get all the cakes on bugs off my front bumper from a road trip I did. If they service is like this every time, then I ll be a customer for as long as I live here.

Since they closed their desk and inside operations, and moved vaccuuming to the end, the service and results have been poor. The greeter is generally slow while trying to sell services to other customers, as well as unfriendly and less than helpful. They leave the inside of the windshield smeared, but you can't tell that until you are driving into the sun - and I've even asked them to be sure to get it clean. The only way to keep the film off is to make sure it is completely clean and dry. The tire dressing is never wiped after application, so it flies off the tires onto the side of the car after the wash. This place has gone down hill so much that after being a loyal customer for 6+ years, I am done and moving on to someplace new for my cas washes.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
