This is what my interior looked like after the "ultimate wash", and I asked to redo it. Wheres the "UV protectant" let alone the wiping just drips and food spills.Not even worth my time to try to have them fix. The outside of the car was cleaner the second go around.

I have been a loyal customer of Jackson's Oil and Lube, entrusting them with my Chevrolet Suburban for its maintenance needs. My experiences have always been marked by swift, friendly, and helpful service, which made my recent visit to a new location all the more disappointing and frankly, appalling.Upon my arrival, I was informed of a special on transmission flushes, which I had been advised to get done previously. However, the situation quickly deteriorated when the staff, instead of maintaining their professional demeanor, resorted to mocking the condition of my windshield wiper blades a fact they found amusing, despite my having already purchased a new set. Their unprofessionalism didn't stop there; when mentioning my family waiting in the car, their response was laughter, as if the reality of my life was a joke to them. Further, a derogatory comment about my appearance as I decided to leave without service was the final straw.This experience starkly contrasts with the positive encounters I've had at other Jackson's locations. However, the behavior of the staff at this particular branch was not only disrespectful but also entirely unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such a lapse in the customer service that I had come to expect from Jackson's.I am compelled to share this experience to highlight the significant difference in service and to express my decision not to patronize Jackson's Oil and Lube in the future. I would caution others to consider their options carefully before visiting, as the inconsistency in staff behavior could lead to similarly unpleasant experiences especially if you drove 40 minutes to visit and 45 minutes home like me.

Matt was absolutely amazing! He took such great care of my truck before leaving back to Austin! I got an oil change but he was constantly recommending me things to do my truck and amazing to work with

Absolutely amazing experience! First time customer and everyone was so friendly. Service was super quick and it really felt like they went above and beyond for a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back again!

I always bring my car to Jackson's for a car wash and oil change as they are super fast and do an awesome job. Today I needed get more work done on my vehicle than expected (which often happens) however I was concern that my bank account was going to hurt during this transaction and surprisingly not at all. It is super refreshing to not get ripped off at a mechanic shop. They are super friendly and I am only going to be here an additional 15 mins which is super important for me as I have a ton of stuff needing to be done. I highly recommend getting your car washed here and when need of an oil change do that here as well they are reasonable in prices and so fast and efficient.

Staff was very professional and helpful. They were able to quickly get us in for an oil change. Prices are fair, and the service is unmatched. The waiting area has a great fish tank and lots of fun items for sale. Highly recommended!

I recently had an oil change here, and was met with top notch customer service by Mike (oil change) and Melissa (car wash). They have my vote of confidence for your vehicle services :) it was nice grabbing a drink and relaxing in the lobby. I will be coming back within the next few weeks to get a full service car wash and detail from them!

Had a great experience here. I will be back!I've since been back. I came in a few weeks ago with an emergency request. Based on that experience I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to discuss a couple other issues. The technician quickly analyzed one problem and gave me a quote to resolve it. The speed of service for the remaining issues was jaw-droppingly fast. I'm so impressed with this team and will continue to come back.

Bummed about this place. I feel like I was taking advantage of. I came in for an oil change, which between the technical difficulties with paying and the service itself, took about 2 hours. They convinced me that I needed an oil engine flush on a 2017 Subaru outback that I've been keeping up on with service. They claim that this is a service that is recommended but it's nowhere in my driver's manual. After doing some research after the fact, I'm realizing that this could have been damaging to my car and I will be keeping in touch with Jackson's oil and lube if anything happens to my vehicle. I really wanted to like this place because I read good reviews but I genuinely feel like they took advantage of me. I should have known better because all of the places that I have gone to get my oil changed, no one has ever suggested that I get an engine flush. If your oil is dirty it's because it's time to change the oil! Don't get swindled.

They have an early bird discount on oil changes. 25%!!The place is beautiful. I know that sounds crazy to say for a full service gas station but they have couches and a huge fish tank. The waiting area is bigger than my apartment. Tables and chairs with huge windows that let you view your car while it is being worked on. Really I can t say enough about this place and the staff.Service: Oil change

For the first time I set my truck up for an oil change. For under $100. They do an oil change with synthetic oil. But also had a free car wash as well. It's not just a car wash it's a hand wash and a quick vacuum. For the price and service you can't beat this. Obviously this place offers more they do full detailing and wax as well. They take good care of your customers and when I received the truck it was in pretty good shape for a free car wash. One thing I can tell you the salesman really push hard for you to upgrade all your detail needs. I can definitely see myself in the future coming to this place.

I stopped in after work to get an oil change, but ended up finding a gem of a shop that provides detail oriented & well rounded work & customer service. An oil change, complimentary car wash (inside and out), and even had a windshield repairmen rep there (which ironically I had about 5 chips in my windshield). I ended up addressing 3 different problems in one stop. Highly recommend! Will be returning to get my brakes changed! :)Service: Oil change

Fast and friendly service. I went in for an oil change, it was done in a matter of about 20 minutes. It comes with a free car wash oh, it's a great deal. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Kimberly was extremely kind the day I used Jackson s. I didnt understand the pricing of the car wash so she made it right for me and honored the price with a coupon. I came here for oil change due to positive reviews, I was charged for car wash, but the car was to washed. I had to drive back and they gave me a voucher for it. Now I went back for transmission oil change, but now my passenger mirror is gone. It's so frustrating.
