I brought my 2015 Accord Hybrid with 140k miles in for an oil change. Danny was my service advisor. I got up sold for a transmission flush. Fine. I got up sold on new brakes and rotor resurfacing. Fine Ok. I ve put 120k miles on it myself without ever needing pads so that seemed right. My $89 oil change turned into about $700 with those extras after he offered a $50 discount. I m okay with that since it is actually needed. Then he said they broke a wheel stud while accessing the brakes and would cost $170 in labor to fix and would give the part free. I winced at the price so he said he ll only charge me half an hour so $85 and gave me a loaner car since it would take another couple of hours. Then he called and said that while fixing the wheel stud they cracked the axle and that would bring my total up to around $1200 and another full day in the shop. They said it cracked from excessive rust. He said he would try to work on the price with his manager. I didn t hear about the updated price so I went in the next day to see what was going on. Danny was not in so another person Tim helped me. He explained the excessive rust caused the parts to fail while removing them. He offered to show me so I went back into the shop and I took some pictures. I didn t see any excessive rust and he couldn t tell me exactly where the rust was that caused the problem but just kept saying excessive rust. Upon inspection there was not a crack but actually they had stripped the threads when putting it all back together. He said it stripped because of the excessive rust on the threads. I said it doesn t look like rust caused this to strip. He then escalated things and got on the defensive and he asked me if I thought I didn t have to be responsible for my own vehicle. I said I m happy to pay for my vehicle but this looks like negligence on their part. I said I don t know enough about cars or I would be working on it myself but I could ask the better business bureau who they thought should be financially responsible. He then asked if I really wanted to go that route and I said no but I think it s because of their negligence and I don t want to be taken advantage of. He then said he would not charge me and he d have my car put back together as soon as possible. He said I would no longer be welcome as a customer and I had to return the loaner vehicle right away. Tim wasn t yelling but I felt he was being aggressive in his demeanor. I wanted to get out of the situation immediately. Overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn t be taking my vehicle there again anyway. I put this explanation and the pictures on Reddit in the Honda thread for confirmation I was not being unreasonable. They did have good coffee though.

TIM HATCHER, Do Not Get Help From Him. Came in for a repair due to a recall on my girlfriend s car. We have been waiting for hours. Not only is it going to take weeks for the parts to come in; this man, Tim Hatcher, a service manager who proudly claimed he had a higher title, has refused to get us a loaner vehicle for a day and gave us a phone number to call Corporate Honda so we could request for corporate to allow us to get a loaner vehicle. It s a recall. Our vehicle is unsafe to drive yet we are not given an alternative form of transportation. Tim Hatcher was not professional. He cut me off when I said the phone number he provided us was not working and he said well this is your only option . Do not get customer service from this man. He is rude and unprofessional.

I just left Right Honda service department and am extremely happy with my service.Background - I had a conversation a while back that was a miscommunication / misunderstanding between myself and Trevor. (No one's fault- I just assumed something incorrectly)Fast forward - Trevor still with Right Honda finance team. He could not have been more gracious and professional in his conversation and actions for me. He without hesitation owned my confusion and connected me with Daniel Estrella in service to help me out.A great team combination who was kind and ethical. Right Honda is lucky to have them representing their dealership.I will certainly return not only for servicing my current Honda, but also look to purchase my next vehicle from a dealership that went above and beyond. Thank you both Trevor and Daniel.

There was no greeting, only a very dry, Do you have an appointment? I was then passed off to 2 different people who had the same bad attitude. I then waited 30 min for a ride that was never called for. After asking where my ride was, one showed up within about 7 min. The workdone on my truck was done extremely well, but the hospitality of the front line people is very poor!

They promised me an hour and a half, and it took an hour and a half. Price was a little bit steep, but that's to be expected at a dealership

Been there 2x for service. Efficient and professional staff. Nice big waiting area with wifi. Wish they offered free water/coffee and a vending machine. Our last Honda service center (out of state) offered water, coffee and fresh popcorn.

Michael McPherson was the manager that inspected my car for repairs. He did a great job and was so kind to me. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to have maintenance. He is calm and patient. A gentleman. I bought this car 6 years ago and after it was put in tip top shape I shipped it to Brooklyn, NY and as I waited for the repairs to be done, I bought another Honda Accord Sport because I can garage it in AZ. Thank you Michael. Your the best.

I appreciate the fast service. Also appreciate that they were at least respecting distance. I know that if vaccinated, I'm in a unique situation and still wear a mask (for myself and protecting loved ones). From observation, the guys were working their tootsies off but still very nice and respectful. Honestly been using the service department since 2005 and love them, always taken care of and no pressure for upgrades or stuff I don't need.

I used to come here all the time for servicing and had no issues. After my most recent servicing I will not be bringing my vehicle here again. There was no transparency in pricing or what was being done, the service check list wasn t even completed. I left after paying over $500 and my tire pressure light turned on, my rear light was out. It could have definitely been coincidence, but seeing as the checklist wasn t done, guess we ll never know. And their follow through on making sure things were right? What a joke, they offered to detail my car, but nothing about going over the services done, what they billed me, and no offer to check on the tire pressure or the tail light that was out.

Best dealership in the valley. Always extremely courteous and helpful. Didn't try to sell me $160 tire when my tire was repairable assuming I was a fool like showcase did. Nail was in the same exact same spot and they patched it for $45. Thank you

We had to do some Asphalt repairs at there exit and drive. We started early to be less of an inconvenience.. They support our work.. their management went out and help to guide there customers around our work are that allowed our crew to finish I a timely manner and that also allowed our crew to be safe while we work. Kudos to to the staff!

We always get top quality service with good recommendations to service our vehicle. Book a service appointment ahead to save time. Open Saturday for our convenience. Our service representative Brandon is very good, always answering questions. This dealership is highly recommended.

After a very hard experience buying a car here, including being talked into buying a very expensive care package, I come for my first service for oil change and inspection and am told that a fuel pump servicing is needed which should have been done at 30,000 but was never done. So I now have to pay $225 for that when I bought this certified vehicle at 44,000 miles. How is this ethical? They should have caught that during their inspection. Additionally they did not provide the inspection checklist required by law until I asked for it. Hoping they will do the right thing. Will update.Ok. The finance department took care of it for which I am very grateful. But the Service Department was no help and refused to even consider my point of view. Someone at Honda needs to make sure customers are not treated this way by service.

My first visit to the service center and it was a very positive experience. The waiting room was fantastic, with all the distancing area in place. Staff were all courteous and the place was extremely clean and comfortable. Thank u Right Honda and A.J. represented the dealership very well.

I brought my civic in for the paint and fabric protectant reapplying.Was told when I bought my civic that everytime I had it reapplied it would look like this when I picked it up after reapplying.But it sure did look like they just washed it and dusted the inside.I guess thats what I get for believing a used car salesman.So just buyer beware!

Drove right into the service center to get help with a panel that came loose. Mike McPherson was able to fix the panel right then and there. Having a handicapped accessible vehicle has its own challenges but Mike was able to fix my Odyssey without me having to transfer out of the van. I bought a 19 Honda Ridgeline from Right Honda in Feb 2021. I Worked with Trevor Ponczak. Everything went great until I got to financing. They would not help me get it licensed in a different state. Trevor argued with me about something he didn t know anything about until he asked someone else. I was right and not even an apology. When I called the state I wanted it licensed in they COULDN T believe Right Honda is making me do it!!Then I washed it for the first time I then noticed that the windshield is not installed correctly. Looks to be out of alignment is all. I called Trevor Ponczak to see if they could look at it and fix it. It wouldn t even cost them a dime just some time and knowledge. Nothing!!! he won t even help won t even return my call like he said he would.They are done with you after you sign the paperwork and drive it off the lot. REALLY??? NOT good customer service!!!!! I WOULD NEVER buy/deal with them again !!! Still trying to get it licensed.

I got the run around on a 10 year old car. So I went to another car dealer. The first sales guy tried to sell a 10 yr old car at MRSP so I walked out. They called me back an hour later to say that the other offer fell through. I made another appointment but they blew me off so I found the same car $10K cheaper. They tried to sell me that I need financing to increase my credit score and I said no. Then they try to sell me 48 months warranty which would bring price back to MRSP. I walked out.

We bought a used Honda civic from here and it was the easiest most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. Friendly people and our sales man, Dan, was knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. We will recommend anyone to THE RIGHT HONDA!!!

Normally I would rate this a 5 but they told me my oil change would be 45 - 60 mins. When I hit the 2 hour mark, I went to inquire if they found something wrong with my car and it wound up they just forgot about me. They left a steering wheel cover and two styrofoam cups in the console of my car. Anyone can make a mistake and I'll still return there but I felt this review was significant to post for their lack of Covid-19 guidelines.
