We had our vehicle fixed here as they partner with our insurance company. The insurance company accidentally sent the check to us instead of them. They called us asking for the money, which we agreed to but said would take a day or two given that it's a Friday and I'm currently out of state, and their response was that we need to bring it in ASAP or they will send us to collection. It is absolutely bonkers to talk to your customers in this way and escalate a conversation for no reason at all. This company doesn't deserve your business. Their repair work is mediocre and their customer service is junk. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are many very reputable repair shops in Arizona, and you are legally protected in using whatever shop that you desire.

I was hesitant to go to Gerber Collision due to some reviews I had read. After my experience I have nothing but admiration for the business. I worked with Chris, he was clear and precise about the estimate and the work that needed to be done to my car. The job is flawless and the service I received was beyond my expectations.They communicated with me every step of the way and were friendly and professional. My car was fixed before the time they had estimated and looks as good as new.

Well, I can see how they have a very high rating because I came in after hours initially and they came out and spoke with me. On a Friday, no less.I showed them my issues , and returned to the EXACT same gentleman to obtain an estimate and description of work to be done.I work with establishment s because of the people first And this was all accomplished due to ANGEL and DONY. On both instances they treated me like a king and super special. However, I can t help by being forever impressed by the time they gave me on that Friday, which is why I came back!Without a doubt, if you are looking for bodywork and expertise on compare, as well as having the nicest, friendliest, most helpful, courteous staff-I would highly recommend you go to the Gerber on Raintree and ask for ANGEL or DONY, and tell them J T sent you!Services: Auto windshield repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience, whacked a pole in my 05 Vett and took out the driver side nose. Made an insurance claim and asked them for the closest preferred shop that wasn't a dealership. This place came up so ok why not, easly set up the appointment online. Follow-up and regular updated by text and they handled all the insurance. Most importantly the work was fantastic! I have an uncommon factory color and working with a fiberglass body can be hit or miss, all spot on, I couldn't be happier!

I have a Geico claim and was referred to this collision center for an estimate. I was told since I was not leaving my vehicle at the location this day I could come in any time during the day for the estimate. I showed up and was told that they would not be able to help me. I explain to them that I just drove 35 miles one direction to get here and asked if they could take photos of my vehicle so they would have the photographs and they could write the estimate later. He said no, I would have to reschedule with Geico. I ended up taking my own photos in the parking lot through the Geico app and submitting my own estimate. I will never come to Gerber collision. They were rude and unhelpful. I wasted my time and 70 miles for no help.

My 2017 Toyota Camry was in an accident. I had front-end damage. The team at Gerber Collision & Glass did an excellent job with the repairs. They were Fast, Friendly, and Professional. I highly recommend Gerber if you are ever in need of a great collision repair team. Thanks, Guys!

This auto body place provides the highest quality auto body repairs. The repairs on my Range Rover were flawless. The whole entire staff is polite, courteous and very attentive. Highly recommend this place if you need any work done on your vehicle.

Poor customer service by upper management. Paul was rude and condescending and the Regional manager John didn t even have the decency to call regarding my concerns just sent a generic email.. I was planning to get more work done here after my repair because the body shop workers know what they re doing and Chris was excellent with communication, but thanks to management I ll take my business elsewhere.. by the way my insurance covered my windshield with zero deductible, don t you repair windshields?! You could have handled the repair if you knew what customer service was!

I went to Gerber Collision & Glass on Raintree to get an estimate on removing a LARGE abrasion on the left rear corner panel on my Honda CRV. I asked Angel if it could just be buffed out rather than replacing the entire panel, and he explained that it would polish off but there would be a couple of small spots that would need to be touched up with auto paint. I agreed to this approach and he immediately took the car back to work on it.He was able to complete the work in under 15 minutes, and the car was repaired as promised. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service and the outcome of the work.I would like to thank Angel for his willingness to complete the work as requested and for providing such fast service! I was very surprised and pleased that I did not have to schedule an appointment and come back to get the work done. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for any type of autobody work. Overall, I am very happy with my recent experience at Gerber. The result was spectacular as you cannot even tell the vehicle was damaged to begin with.The only downfall was that my repair was delayed twice totaling over five days behind, but neither time was necessarily the fault of those at Gerber!Chris was as helpful as can be and extremely nice; which can also be said for the rest of the staff. Will return (if needed)!

Gerber Collision & Glass was one of the recommended shops from my insurance company, so I decided to give them a try. My vehicle was vandalized at my residence and towed away by my apartment complex. I won't go into further detail, as it's not relevant, so I'll just say I had already had a heck of a time with this car. I had already had my rear windshield replaced, but hadn't vacuumed the glass out yet.When I dropped off my car and spoke with Chris, he was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and expressed apologies that I had to be there in the first place (which I really appreciated).I recieved emails and text messages about the status of my vehicle. The repair was competed very quickly. When I went to pick it up they had cleaned my car and vacuumed out all the glass from the backseat. I almost cried because I was so thankful. This whole thing with my car has been extremely difficult and stressful and cleaning and vacuuming it was the last thing I had to do to put this whole thing behind me. I'm extremely grateful for how wonderful and kind everyone was. I would definitely recommend this shop. If I ever need to go back, I will definitely use them again, although I how they understand when I say, I hope I never have to come see them again.Service: Electrical

They were fast, stayed in touch every step of the way through my preferred method of contact (text) with updates, very easy to get a hold of for questions, and have a lifetime guarantee on the work they did on my car, which is awesome. I'm very happy with the work they did and their customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful and helps to get the job done.

I've had the best experience having my Tesla repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass. A lady hit my car and had damaged the front of my car. I was devastated because I had recently purchased it a couple of months ago. This shop was one of those approved by the insurance and was Tesla-certified. I brought in my car and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Chris helped repair my Tesla and provided updates on the quotes, repairs, and schedule. His professionalism exceeded my expectations. My car looks brand new, and I d definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have a Tesla needed to be repaired!

I totally agree with Debbie from 3 months ago. I went through the exact same thing. And it isn't just this location, it is every Gerber collision I have ever been to. After having my car for weeks (first it would be done in 5 days, then turned into a couple more days... 4 weeks and 2 days later, my car was returned), the paint looks like there is sand under the paint on the bumper. My husband went in and pointed it out. The manager said if there are any "problems with the paint peeling off or anything, they'd fix it and he would be noting it in my account" No mention of fixing it because it was done wrong.The AC compressor was replaced but my AC wasn't working. They brought it back in and told me the tech had filled the freon too high and that was causing the problem. They took freon out and it worked for a couple months. Here I am, 3 months later with the AC not working again and the compressor humming loudly.The other location installed the incorrect hybrid battery in my car which caused months of break downs ("turn car off now to prevent further hybrid battery damage") I was told by Gerber that it was probably from the heat in the summertime and sometimes hybrids don't work in extreme heat like Arizona has. The dealer was finally able to figure it out. Gerber collision blamed the parts supplier and of course any damage done to my car because of it, wasn't their fault! I guess they don't check their parts before just installing them into the wrong car. They did the same thing with ordering the wrong bumper 3 times and the wrong rear-view mirror!I had front end damage, they replaced the bumper and several other repairs. After several drivers side tires being shredded, my tire guy asked if they had done an alignment when they did the front end repairs. I called, the extremely rude manager who said that an alignment isn't part of the repairs. My tire guy got on the phone and said any front end damage repair, needs an alignment to prevent this from happening to my tires. After arguing back and forth a general manager got on the line and said they'd do the alignment for free for me. I was unable to make it in on the day I scheduled and cancelled in advance. I was told that someone would call me back to reschedule and they never did.Gerber collision was also recommended by my insurance company, Geico. Stating that they have lifetime guarantees on all of their work. I can assure you that any lifetime guarantee also comes with absolute hassle and the attitude that it wasn't caused by them, despite the problem being with something that they replaced. I have to continue coming back to Gerber because I have "a lifetime guarantee". However, I would not recommend them to anyone. Take Debbie's and my advice and go somewhere else before you're in this same situation.

They do excellent work but sometimes take a lot longer than their original quote. When this happened to me they were apologetic and they paid for all the additional car rental days without question. Their work is top notch and they are Geico approved.

Dealing with them has been a NIGHTMARE. Was rear-ended in a brand-new-12 day old car. State Farm recommended Gerber Collision. The original return estimate was 10 days. Then, 14 days. At the end of day 14, called them and was told it would be ready in 3 more days. Nearing the end of the day, called to follow up and was told it would be ready at 5:30 (30 minutes before closing). Arrived and found that there was :Over spraybubbles in the paintdirt in the clear coatscratches on the car where there were none to begin withrubbing compoundRefused delivery and was told the detail guy would get on it first thing in the morning. Again returned and found additional scratches and now scratches on the headlights. Remember, this car was rear-ended. How did the headlights get scratched? The manager got involved and "went over it in detail himself". On the third attempt, delivery was accepted and the manager said he ordered the trim for the passenger door, and would call in a few days to get it installed. Get home and find out that the electronics were messed up and not fully functioning. The door locks also were not correctly programmed. Go back again, they hadn't fully pushed the connector into the socket for the wiring for the electronics and fixed the locks. A day later, the warning light on the dash says the hatch isn't closed. Have to slam the hatch closed to get it to shut off. ANOTHER return trip to the shop- manager says yep, it isn't closing properly. (duh) He offers to pay for the rental for the day. However it is two days for this repair. And we still don't have the replacement trim for the passenger door. The locks are still not correctly programmed, as it can't be locked from the hatch. If the dealership can't fix it, will be demanding Gerber pay full purchase price for the car and go buy another one.

Amazing! I had gotten repairs following a recent accident at another collision center. The repairs performed were not only shoddy, they actually scraped the tint on one of my windows and were ridiculous about fixing the problem. I went back three separate times to get their previous work fixed as well as the tint. Despite going back multiple times they never figured out how to fix the problem. I finally refused to go back there as they didn't seem to know how cars work. First time at Gerber they find the problem, washed my car, fixed it and had a rental ready while I waited. They even put my seat back to the right position (which is super rare). I'll definitely be heading back to these guys if I need repairs in the future.

We just had work done on our Yukon and it turned out better than when we bought it! They are were prompt and kept us informed and even washed and detailed the car.
