I don t even know where to start. What an AMAZiNG TEAM! I am from out of state (Texas) and it was the first time I bought a car without seeing it in person. But thank you to Ashley and Tyler. They made the process so worth it. Ashley was on it from the get go in helping me out with everything. Tyler explained everything with car mechanically and even accommodated my schedule to show me car live on video. They answered all my calls and if they weren t available they would call back. They were very upfront and honest. Even after the sale Ashley kept in contact to see how everything was going. I want to add that the car needed an item which I was totally aware of, even with the holiday shipping being at full throttle Ashley was able to get item to me. Ashley was also able to answer some questions my bank had and she did this while on vacation. I know she didn t have too cause hey vacations are important and needed but she made time. Lastly, they saved me some drive time to Scottsdale by bringing the car down to there Tucson store. They really go above and beyond for you. I met Tyler down at the Tucson store and everyone there was also very friendly. I would definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend Gear D to family and friends. I read some of the negative reviews and I just don t see it. But thank you again to Gear D, Ashley and Tyler.

TJ and Ashley are absolutely amazing.... Came to them looking for specific type of truck and TJ went above and beyond searching for exactly what I was looking for. He made the process so much more enjoyable than a dealing with the traditional dealerships and made the process stress free.

I bought an Audi a3 tdi last year and after a week the diesel exhaust sensor stopped working. They held the car for almost 6 months to fix it . Told me the whole DEF tank and sensor was replaced and new. Sadly just found out that was untrue. After having the same issue starting week ago took it to an Audi diesel mechanic to look at it was an old tank and sensor being held together with ZIP-TIES and GLUE. Super disappointed and feel lied to. Now having to spend thousands to get it actually fixed. Attached are pictures my mechanic sent me . Either you guys need to get a new mechanic because he lied to you about how he fixed it or you lied to me about how it was fixed. Either way I m out a vehicle again because of this place.

My Brother saw a F150 Raptor online and called to inquire about it. They required a deposit of $500 and did not say it was not refundable. When we got there and he was looking at the vehicle the alternator was bad, there was rust under the auto body on the vehicle that they tried to cover up with white powder, there was noise when they test drove it and then there was fluids (possibly oil) leaking. When we told the sales man and the owner about these problems they got very defensive and said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. My brother is a mechanic at another dealership and knew what to look for. The owner then got very defensive and kicked us off the property. We then asked for our $500 deposit back and they told us it was not refundable. All paperwork we have does state that there was to refund policy provided. That's on the them. They are still refusing to refund us the money two months later now. We have called the dealership and they keep saying "We don't know what you are talking about". The deposit was paid on July 7th with us going to buy the vehicle July 9th. Do not buy from this business as they try to sell vehicles in bad condition. My brother went to another dealership down the road a purchased a better vehicle from them. Give us our deposit $500 back.**Response**It s funny how you Can responde with so many details on the review but when my mom called today to resolve the refund issue you had no idea what she was talking about. You say there was no paper work stating about the refund there was also no paperwork stating that the deposit was not refundable. On the invoices sent by you there was a spot where it said refund policy: not provided so that is on you. If the vehicle was in proper condition he would have bought it. You are ridiculous to not refund the deposit. I feel sorry for the other customer that bought that truck.

Gear D is an incredibly professional business with fantastic customer service. These are some of the best people in the business and they go out of their way to make sure the customer has a great experience. I will always look to Gear D first when in need of a high-quality vehicle.

I purchased a car from here last year in 2022 in November. When I received the car everything was bad, I had to take it the BMW dealership so I could get a diagnosis for what was wrong with it. I made sure before I got the car that I asked the lady, Ashley, if the car was in good condition and to send videos since I was out of the state. Come to find out the vehicle was badly messed up it had a broken water pump, all four of the tires was bad, the person who had did not keep the car in good condition the wires was all tangled and matted, there was Pennie s and coins stuck in the drive shaft, the speakers was blown out and much more damage. I emailed them saying they gave me a bad car and she said it was nothing they could do about it and got scared when I told them I would go to court for them selling me a lemon car and she said she could no longer do buisness with me and said I was threatening her but yea she did a number on me. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS!!

Great customer service, very organized and friendly! Loved that there was no pressure and everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I got the car I was looking for and all extras I wanted, my car looks and drives great! Highly recommend coming to Gear D if you re looking for your next car and hate the typical dealership experiences like I do!

After trying to get financing on a 2011 Mustang GT I noticed that the car was priced on Kelly Bluebook for significantly less. I definitely wanted to understand how a car that s over 12 years old is priced so high above the given range. I was told that the vehicle had many upgrades . Actually, there were very little in upgrades and at that point I wanted to know if the ugrades were professionally installed and covered under a warranty? The conversation obviously got less and at that point I definitely knew that at very least this place was sketchy. Buyer beware. **car is still listed for more than $8,000 over fair market value. **

Usually don't make reviews, but Ashley and Tyler really went out of their way when I was purchasing a vehicle from them. Ashley is very friendly and easy to talk to when talking on the phone, in person, or over texts. Tyler knows his stuff about the cars on their lot and is transparent about problems or issues. They make sure that major issues are fixed before selling anything on their lot.Their inventory isn't the biggest, but if there is something they have that you want, they provide free carfax reports on their website and setting up a test drive with them is a breeze.Would definitely recommend.

This Gear'D Arizona car dealership is AMAZING! I can't say enough about the owner's honest and straight shooter, not to mention my transaction was so smooth and fast; I have never had a car experience like that before! Thank you so much. Great experience working with Jacob at the Tucson location on the purchase on my truck. They also transported truck from Tucson to Scottsdale for pickup and final purchase which was super helpful. Would not hesitate to buy with them again as well as recommend them to others.

I went to this place and it seems that since I'm Latina they didn't serve me, they ignored me the entire time, they didn't even say hello back to me.Fui a este lugar y parece que como soy latina no me atendieron me ignoraron todo el tiempo ni siquiera me respondieron el saludo
