My mechanic of 30 years retired and I was at a loss to find an honest and reputable shop. I called First Cass Auto Service because of their good reviews. I was very happy to find out that they had all the correct tools to service a 2005 Mini Cooper. Max was friendly, professional, and patient and assured me that their work would cost less than at the dealership. I had a list of things wrong that the dealership found, and a $1,000 repair they included was not necessary. First Class did a thorough inspection and found something that the dealership missed. Max explained they only had three bays, and I had the car towed there without an appointment, so I understood it would take a few days before they could start. I was fine with that, and so glad I waited. Although it is 25 miles away on the other side of town, I will be taking my cars to them from now on. Highly recommend!

I made appointment for Oil Change and Tire Rotation yesterday Today I arrived at this auto shop at 1:00pm for my appointment. They told me it would be a few hours And I informed them it would be only an hour which is what I was told by the technician when I called to inquire about the service and priceI cancelled the tires rotation but I saw the mechanic taking the tires off So I stopped him.I had to use the powder room, it was filthy My bladder was full but couldn't reveive myself.The manager told me after I informed him of the filthy bathroom situation, that the Oil Change would be no charge. I told him that was good because I guess email the owner of Garage requesting a Discount.I was given my keys I checked my vehicle body the technician told me to have a better day Which I ignored. They didn't give me a receipt for work done on my car. I walked back into lobby and requested the documents They refused and I insisted. Then three employees began to Verbally Attack me. My heart was pounding I thought I was having a heart attack.( I had to take my Heart Medicine when I got home.)I left. I emailed complaint to Owner of auto shop, The health department and Attorney General Consumer Protection.Department.I'll never take my car to First Class Auto Service again.SincerelyRenee BScottsdale Az

Highly recommend this spot. Max and the rest of the staff were very helpful and serviced my vehicle on short notice. I will definitely be back for any service issues I have in the future

I took my Hyundai Tucson in for repairs and the staff were very friendly and honest. They gave me a really good and fair quote for the repairs necessary on my vehicle. I will not be going to anyone else for my car repairs going forward and highly recommend them!

My family and I have been coming here for years. Good customer service is a rarity these days and these gentlemen are excellent. Fair prices, reasonable repair times, and they explain the mechanical issue if asked, which I appreciated. They have replaced a transmission, 2 window regulators, sensors on my work truck, ac compressor on my car and went above and beyond to tightly secure my battery down. Thank you! Bought cheap tires on Amazon. After installation the car was pulling to the right. He suggested switching the front tires to see if I got a bad tire. I did. Still pulled. So brought it in for an alignment. But he said it wasn't really out of alignment.Don't buy cheap tires on Amazon!

MY CAR HAS BEEN SO MESSED UP SINCE THIS MECHANIC, JOHN TOUCHED MY CAR! A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND HE BROKE SEVERAL THINGS ON MY MINI COOPER AND LET ME DRIVE AWAY WITH MY AIR INTAKE HOSES TAKEN APART! I ASKED HIM TO REMOVE MY COOLANT TANK TO PUT THE FILTER IN, HE DIDNT AND BROKE THE OVERFLOW TUBE OFF . NOW I NEED AN CO2 SENSOR ALSO WHEN I HABDNT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY CAR SINCE I BOUGHT IT. I TOLD HIM THAT, THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE.I NEVER HEARD FROM THE SHOP OR HIM ABOUT FIXING ALL HE BROKE , HE WONT ANSWER MY CALLS AND THEY NEVER RESPOND TO ME. THE NEXT TIME A MECHANIC SAYS HE WILL DO YOU A FAVOR, DONT TAKE IT, HES UP TO NO GOOD MOST LIKELY. THEY ARE WORST THAN USED CAR SALESMAN THUMBS DOWN ALL THE WAY FOR FIRST CLASS AUTO.Service: Oil change

This is my new go-to mechanic! My Toyota had a long list of unexpected repairs that needed to be done, and the people at Discount Tire recommended me here. I walked in, talked to the owner, Ray about what was going on, and he just took my car in that day, did a full diagnosis and got it done by the next day. I really am thankful that Ray got me back on the road so soon, and that he took great care of my Camry. I'll definitely be referring all of my friends and coworkers to First Class Auto!! Ray and the guys at First Class were nothing short of their name. I have an older Mercedes SL 500 and Ray did his best to track down the best priced part for the work i needed done . He was great about keeping me updated on the status of the repair and came in right on the money with the estimate he gave me initially. Could not be more pleased with the service. I almost don t want to recommend him as he may get overwhelmed with business and not have time for me the next time my car breaks down..:)Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been taking my vehicles to Ray and his team for over 15 years. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. They treat you with respect, never overcharge or do unnecessary work and make you feel like family. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Other mechanics have even told me, "keep taking your car to First Class Auto", you'll never find a better price anywhere else.

I have been taking my vehicles to First Class Auto for over ten years. I discovered them by referral from Discount Tire- which is located next door.I replaced my former auto shop with First Class because of their professionalism, reliability, and reasonable prices. It s great to find an honest mechanic shop. The owner Ray is a tell-it-like-it-is, service with a smile small business owner.Fest Class has been my first choice shop for 3 vehicles:My 93 Dodge Grand Caravan (thanks to First Class, I still have her)My 07 Ford Freestar (recently serviced & running great again)My father s 2001 Cadillac Seville (sold 2 years ago)When my 93 Dodge Caravan needed another transmission and no used transmissions could be found, the mechanics at First Class rebuilt the replacement transmission that was in my Dodge (her 3rd). She has run fine ever since!I highly recommend First Class Auto!

I have taken my VE beetle here three times for various reasons and have always had a pleasant experience. As a woman, we often feel that auto shops will rip us off but this shop has never left me feeling taken advantage of. Ray and his team are kind and accommodating. Ray just repaired a lot of exterior body damage to my car and was kind enough to fix previous body damage for me while he was at it free of charge! I highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicles needs!

First Class all the way. Best repair shop in Scottsdale.Honest, Fair, Reasonable.Friendly people.Great serviceNo scare tactics.No BSI recommend to anyone needing fair, honest, automotive repairs, done right.Another year, another trip to First Class Auto.Iv been going to Ray for 10 yrs. His guys always fix me up right, Keith is great and can find any part, Ray approves them. Iv never had a job done twice. Transmission yrs ago recent a/c compressor and condenser, oil changes, alternator, brakes, rotors, shocks, struts, Did a lift kit on my old Kia, helped me get 4 total with 32 s. Aways professional, always fair, always honest. When you see a giant board with thank you cards and recent letters posted in the lobby,You know you came to the right shop.Back home, we had a family friend with a shop.I don t trust just any mechanic and I don t write reviews. First Class Auto Service was recommended to me by a good friend and I can not be more pleased! Ray and his entire staff is wonderful!! He listened to me when I said I was on a budget, he treated me with kindness, and a lot of stress. The car was finished early and he saved me a lot of money!I will recommend First Class Auto Service to all my family and friends. They Really ARE First Class!!

I've been going to First Class Auto Service for some time now. Probably should have written a review before this, but at least I'm getting to it now. Each time I go to First Class Auto, I am more amazed than the last. Ray is about as honest a guy as there is in the industry. They do great work, and the prices are more than reasonable.Just recently brought my truck in, to have the AC repaired and an alignment done. Now obviously the alignment is no big expense, but the AC could have easily cost me some bucks. In fact, if the price had been up there, I wouldn't have thought about it twice. However, it turns out that it was a simple fix, and I got out of there pretty darn painlessly. Some places might be inclined to jack-up the price to make it worth their while, but not these guys. They even fixed a broken door handle I had on the driver's side.All in all, a fantastic place, with knowledgeable mechanics and great customer service. Just look at all the 'Thank You' cards on the wall when you get there. So glad I found one of the best shops in town.Thanks for the great work!

Third time I've used First Class for alignment on three different vehicles after having tires mounted at shop next door. Timely, coordinated with tire shop directly and no issues on work performed. First Class Auto was a great experience.. Ray, the owner, had me go to Cadillac and get a bid to repair my car. He did it for 1/3 less than the dealership and added an alignment for no additional charge. There are dozens of thank you notes pinned to his office wall. The first class work and extremely fair pricing has made my wife and I permanent customers. Thanks, Ray, for your great service.Walter and Louise

I have been taking my vehicles to First Class Auto for the past several years and have nothing but great things to say about the owner, Ray, and their service. Ray has always gone out of this way to take care of any and all of our auto repairs. He does not over charge and his pricing is very competitive. He has always made sure we were happy with his work.Anyone can repair a vehicle at any price but its their honesty, integrity, and great customer service that is hard to find that keeps me going back to First Class Auto.

When I moved here from Conn summer 2012 my wife s Lexus needed service. My colleague at work recommended Ray & First Class Auto for his Lexus. I trusted my colleague as Rays shop was not near my home or work but well worth the drive. And is still worth it 8 years later. You will not find a better man/place and I ve converted my BMW maintenance over to First Class 5 years ago. Check em out. You will not be disappointed.

Needed work done on my truck.Ray gave me an estimate and a time it would be completed. Cost and completion were as told. I highly recommend First Class Auto Service. Friendly, accurate estimates and on time service. Honestly, it's not easy to find all of those attributes in a auto service business andwhen you do you stay with them and recommend them.

Ray - Thank you. You completely took care of my long list of problems with this 04 BMW 325i with 163k miles. For several months I have been toying with the idea of buying something new & getting into car payments again. Got so lucky to have reached out to your shop via Yelp. The quote you provided was far below what other shops shared, and I saved thousands. The work you did is above and beyond. This car hums again! No stalling, no oil leaks, smooth transmission, and feels pleasant to drive. Hoping to put another 100k miles on this baby. Additionally, thank you for picking me up and making me home. You've found your mechanic! I had a transmission code on my truck. I had another shop diagnose the issue: they said it needed a $4500 transmission replacement. Todd (the MAN!) at First Class performed his independent exam of the issue: a transmission service and replacement of a solenoid was actually the problem. Best $300 I've spent in a long time.This shop is honest, reliable, fast, and has my business from this day forward. Nice job guys, appreciate having you!Service: Transmission

This team helped get mine and my fianc� s car wheel bearing fixed. They did it quickly and were very fair on the price. We have an old 2008 Ford Focus and it s starting to need repairs here and there! I m actually going back tomorrow morning in hopes to get my ignition fixed. Great place and great service !! If you're looking for service for your car - CALL OFF THE SEARCH RIGHT NOW!!!Ray and First Class Auto service are fantastic!!! I was referred to him by a friend who drives 40 miles to get his entire family's vehicles serviced, tells me a lot.I went to Ray 2-3 times in the last year as I have a 12 year old vehicle. When you get an older vehicle serviced, it's real easy to get "taken to the cleaners", 99% of mechanics would do that all day long.Each time Ray serviced the car, I got a truthful, and honest assessment and service. He actually told me a few things that I did NOT need to do, where anyone else would have racked up big bills all day long. Super fast, courteous, and VERY reasonably priced.I have 3 other places 1-2 miles from my house, but they are all ripoffs, I'll gladly drive 15-20 minutes longer to go to Ray, I know I'm getting taken care of properly every time !!Steve W.Scottsdale

I always go here when I need my car serviced. They offer exceptional maintenance for an absolutely unbeatable price. If you re looking for a place you can TRUST, this is the place to go. With that being said, their . interpersonal skills are lacking, so don t expect to have any sort of conversations. Will keep going back!
