They really are first class! They fixed everything perfectly and more. They even made improvements to my vehicle because they asked if I was happy with the way some things were and I said no. One example is one of my off road light switch was just dangling next to the steering column and they mounted a new switch on the panel to the right of the steering column and hid all the wires. I didn t even ask them to do this and no extra charge either. They are professional, dependable, honest, and personable. I highly recommend them. Dave and his son Nate were extremely helpful and made the whole process of getting my jeep repaired go smoothly and it was a pleasure working with them.

Thomas really went out of his way to make sure I got the quickest and best experience possible. He saved me money I can t thank him enough!I just got my car back today and it looks brand new! They even went out of their way to wash the exterior and clean the floor mats for me, overall excellent experience

Thomas was great at communicating timing of the repairs with me. Nathan was very friendly when I first was asking about estimates and the front desk guy, I think Lou or Luis, was very gracious about helping me when my rental car company was causing problems. I have my car back and am happy that all the parts work again and my car looks great for its age! I would highly recommend this place to others with car damage.

They had a 4.9 rating so my expectations were very high. Believe it or not, they exceeded them. Thomas told me that the 1/4 panel and door that had to be painted, would probably not be a perfect match due the the car's 20 year age. When I got it back, it was perfect. Thank you Thomas and crew.

I would recommend this shop over any of the others in Phoenix. I was looking to get my car s paint redone from sun damage and other body work like dent repair done. After getting quotes from all over the city and factoring in who who could the job done the fastest, but still be a quality job, most were either extremely overpriced or a pretty long waitlist/ booked out pretty far.First class auto body has super friendly customer service, you ll be greeted with a sweet shop pup that is very friendly. You definitely get the small business/ family owned shop vibe, their portfolio is pretty great, definitely emphasizes quality over quantity. They were able to get my car in for repairs in less than a week. Not only did they get my car in for repairs faster than any of the other shops quotes, they also weren t as expensive. They also go the extra mile and exceed expectations. If I ever need work done in the future on the body, paint, headlights or wheel repair I d definitely go back. I came to this business on recommendation from another customer, but that collateral was not significant enough for me to be "sold" on using First Class Auto Body for my repair needs without also having my own initial impression. From the beginning, Thomas, the managerial staff who I worked, with was hands-on, immediately involved in estimates and repair fulfillment. He was direct, honest, and willing to answer my questions related to the estimate. He contacted me before any deviation from the estimate and was patient to explain what was needed. The body work itself was flawless and all staff I met were kind and professional. My car came back to me like *new* despite the damage and 10 years' wear and tear I brought took it in with. I went in to First Class Auto Body trying not to sell my car and left feeling like I have at least 5 more happy years left with it.

The crew at First Class Auto did a great job fixing up my Pacifica both in terms of quality of work and speed of completion. At all times, Thomas was very clear in communicating to me the required parts and labor to get my minivan looking brand new. If I ever need body work again, I am definitely coming back here.

Excellent quality of work. I had a custom red that was very difficult to match, and Thomas and his painter really came through. The paint and finish are amazing. Highly recommend!

After my car was hit in a parking lot I spent several days researching the best place to go to have the scratch on my bumper repaired. I inquired with several businesses via Yelp & promptly heard back from David at first Class Auto Body. He took the time to explain my options to me in all different price points which I really appreciated. Upon arrival I was seen right away by Thomas who again explained my options after taking a look at the damage. Both David & Thomas were informative and helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend their services.

Beyond thankful my friend recommended I go here after someone hit my car in the garage and left. I didn t want to report the damage to my insurance company as to avoid raising premiums so finding an affordable repair was top priority. As soon as I got there they were so helpful and FAST. They prioritized my repair and explained every step of the process to me to make sure I knew what was going on. The price they quoted me was the price I paid and it was extremely fair. The dent and scuffs were repaired beautifully and you can hardly tell any damage occurred in the first place. Thank you so much!Service: Body & Trim

Thomas and Chano (I should have asked for spelling) took incredible care of my car. After struggling to get timely repairs from a different shop for 10 days, I took my car to First Class. I dropped it off right before close and got a call by 9am the next day that they d looked at the car, seen the quote I sent them, and were already moving forward. I had my car back a week later. They went the extra mile by taking my vehicle for a freeway test to make sure it drove perfectly, cleaned all the bugs out of my front grill, and even worked with me on my quote to save almost $400 (!!). I hope I never need vehicle repairs again, but they will have a repeat customer if I do. Thanks to everyone at First Class Auto Body.

We highly recommend this auto body shop. They are very honest. Our side mirror keep moving around. Thomas said he could fix it and popped it right into place. I asked what we owed. He said nothing. Now that shows this is a great place to have work done on your car. He could have easily said an amount and we would have paid. So I would say if you ever need service use this place. We had used them before to fix a broken headlight. They did a great job and we didn t feel like they overcharged. That is why we returned with this newest problem. Great customer service.

First timer getting into an accident and I m so happy I decided to go here to get my car repaired. The front desk manger was such a great help and he made the whole process seamless and was great at communicating updates with me and the insurance company. Not to mention when I got my car back she looked perfect! 5 stars for this auto shop and if I ever get into any more accidents I will definitely return! :)

First Class Auto Body and specifically Thomas were absolutely amazing. After an accident, I was having an impossible time dealing with progressive insurance. It took them months to come and approve the repairs, but Thomas was proactive the whole time pushing them to do their job. He was constantly on the phone with me and progressive making sure they covered what was suppose to be covered. As soon as the work was finally approved he got right to work and did an amazing job on my repairs. I highly recommend and ask for Thomas - he will take care of you!

Highly recommended taking your car here for all your auto-body needs. They do great work and in a timely fashion. In particular the manager Thomas, was a pleasure to work with. He jumped on things immediately and had my car completed within just a few hours. They even went above and beyond to fix a headlight for me while they were at it. 10/10 recommend this amazing body shop conveniently located in Scottsdale.

I got in an accident and the insurance company decided to "Total" my car because several air bags deployed. I love this car. Dave said he would take a look at the damage to see if the "salvage value" they were offering would cover the repairs. He knew I had a very limited budget and went out of his way to "back into" the figure I gave him. I know that it took a lot of his time to chase down used parts and I'm also sure he discounted some of their labor. The car looks brand new. I can't recommend Dave and First Class Auto Body enough!! It's clear that this is much more than just a business for him. It would appear it's his way of giving back or maybe paying it forward. Whatever the case...love the man. I initially spoke with Tom at First Class Auto Body about some front bumper paint work on a Porsche Panamera. I dropped off on a Tuesday hoping to have it done by Friday. I got the call it was completed on Thursday and ready for pickup. The work was done as requested and the quality is absolutely flawless. Thank you Tom and your staff at First Class Auto Body. My year old BMW was sideswiped by someone in a parking lot and I heard about First Class Auto Body from a friend. Thomas was amazing and the work they did was perfect. Thomas gave me an estimate and a date within the week. It was done in a day and a half and they did an incredible job on the paint work. I can t speak highly enough about this company.

I was very impressed with the great work First Class Auto Body performed on our SUV. They not only repaired the broken molding on the quarter panel, but cleaned and buffed various scratches and marks on the vehicle. I highly recommend them for your auto body repairs!

Outstanding service with Thomas and his team! From the first phone call they were forthright and helpful. They helped me walk through the insurance and repair process and have made this process so easy. I won't take a car anywhere else! Highly recommend!
