Did not know much about enterprise car sales going into this. Was referred to Mike S. Mike went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for specifically. He reassured me of any concerns and questions I had with honest and factual answers. His expertise and communication made it the easiest process. There was no pressure, and he was extremely helpful in every area. I found the car I needed and am very thankful for Enterprise car sales. I will be recommending Enterprise car sales to those looking for used cars.

Completely shocked and stunned by how I was treated by the place! I fully intended on purchasing a vehicle. In fact I had been in twice the same day. I told them that I needed to go home and crunch the numbers to see if I could pay cash or would need to get part of it financed (especially since the bottom line was thousands more than what was listed) upon leaving the dealership (and within minutes of leaving!) I was told that another dealership wanted the vehicle. Earlier I had been told that another person was interested in the vehicle. VERY long story short, the vehicle was shipped out that day to show someone who hadn t even seen it yet and was too lazy to drive across the valley to see it! Why would you transfer a vehicle out that someone was in the process of buying just for someone else to look at it for the first time!! The sales person in Peoria (where the vehicle had been transferred out to) was very condescending when inquiring about this supposed buyer as well. I finally got fed up and called the corporate office to file a complaint only to get transferred to the site I was trying to purchase the vehicle from. The manager Ahmed was extremely condescending and rude to the point I hung up on him. Just the tip of the iceberg of dishonesty and shady behavior. I asked for a copy of the sales information and the contract so that I would look them over and was refused. Was told to take a screen shot of the screen of the final price!! It didn t even show all the fees and didn t even add up to the bottom line.

Can t say enough good things about our experience with Enterprise used car sales in Scottsdale . Matt and Mike both went the extra mile to make sure our experience was seamless. Matt checked back with us numerous times to make sure everything was being handled smoothly with our warranty. We would not hesitate to buy from them again, we got a great car at a very reasonable price. Very positive experience.

Enterprise will always be my go to dealer for automobile purchases. I was in and out the dealership within 2 hrs (hold up was my end not theirs).They stand behind a strong customer service policy and took great care of me with the minor updates noted during my initial inspection. JT even answered and returned my call when he was off work! Now that s commitment!

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Enterprise. Once, decades ago, but most recently, because of the award winning service they provided. Not only did they get me a great deal, there was no pressure, and great selection!

Important note on this review. The vehicle I purchased through Enterprise Car Sales was paid in full so my experience is based on that and not financing this vehicle.I was in the market for a good condition Hyundai Kona. After visiting several dealerships I recalled my mother purchasing her newest vehicle through Enterprise and she had a positive experience. With that in mind, I decided to scope out their offerings online. With no real energy poured into my search I quickly found the perfect Kona for me and well below my budget. Upon arriving at the dealership we had about 30 seconds before we were acknowledged which to me was very impressive. Matt approached us and asked if we had any questions and what brings us in. I expressed my interest in the Kona I saw online and he most graciously offered to allow my partner and I to take a test drive, let us have full range to really try it out and see if we liked it. After the drive I had decided this was the car for me. The actual purchasing process was faster than my trip to the bank to get the funds! After driving it a day we noticed a couple of minute issues with the vehicle and they insisted we bring it back asap so they could get it right for us. Above all, everyone we have interacted with has been so friendly, courteous, and professional. They show they value your time and business very much! As for the cost of the car, I paid very close to the current Kelly Blue Book price.Again, if you are in the market for a GREAT condition used car I'd highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales!Thanks again to Matt, Justin and the manager! I've never had such a pleasant and stress free car purchase before!

Great on getting everything done fast as the contract and explaining details on the gap and what come with the car. Just wasn t happy that they didn t wash the car out clean the inside there was dirt on the inside like if someone used it before you bought it. But other than that very pleased.

Had a really great experience in the car sales department from an Shalamar. She was kind, attentive and so helpful in my decision in getting the best vehicle within my budget. Additionally she was very meticulous and organized. I would recommend anyone else to come and visit if you want to purchase a car. In the future I ll definitely be coming back here for my upgrade .

Shalamar was great at Enterprise Scottsdale, customer service skills was top notch! There was no pressure on making a decision on the car options as well as she being very attentive to our needs. I would recommend everybody to go there to purchase their new ride!

Had such a great experience buying a car with Matt and Spencer this week. I never once felt pressured into buying anything, they were very open and honest about everything. And super friendly! Prices are also no haggle so what you see is what you pay. The car was in great condition as well. All the cars are former rentals with a bit higher than average miles but you can get a newer year for much less. Love my new madza, thanks guys!

Prior to setting foot into the building I spoke with Shalamar over the phone and laid out my situation exactly how it was, that way I wouldn t waste my time or their time. Shalamar was confident that she could get me into a car despite the obstacles. I decided to give it a go and when I got there Shalamar answered all of my concerns, was attentive and went above and beyond to get me into a car. Shalamar and her manager Derrick both did an outstanding job on making sure that I left with a newer vehicle. They were so determined and respectful during my entire time there. It did take longer than usual to get the entire thing processed but I owed my patience to them for being extremely helpful. I am grateful that both Derrick and Shalamar were committed to helping me. Now I feel like a ray of sunshine has fallen on me. Also, for those who have children this location is very kid friendly, I had both my kids with me during the entire process and everyone was kind to them. Thank you!!

When I woke up on the 13th of May, I wasn't planning on buying a car. I was, in fact, planning on renting one, which I have done several times before. I had to go to a different location to rent one, because the location I usually go to didn't have any available and it was a last minute decision. I mentioned to Sierra, the employee hat my husband and I were talking about buying a car and she mentioned about Enterprise Car Sales department and did I want someone to contact me from there. And I said yes. To make this story shorter, not 5 minutes later, I received a call from Spencer. I spoke to my husband and set up an appointment for that day. I met my husband there and spoke to Spencer. I ended up purchasing a Nissan Kick, which was the rental car I had and it was a really great experience. The staff was really nice and they were able to answer our questions. I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to Enterprise Car Sales by a friend who had once worked for the company. I felt comfortable with the fact that I shared a mutual friend with them. It also helped that I knew exactly which car I wanted going into the experience. I initially met with Dave Munsell who was extremely helpful and kept interactions light and enjoyable. The next day I met with Evan Chellini to close the sale and walked way in under an hour with the keys to my new 2015 Mazda3 i Sport. Having expected it to be a high stress experience, I was impressed and relieved that everything went so smoothly. Both Dave and Evan took good care of me and I drove away knowing that I had made the right decision coming to Enterprise Car Sales.

Shalamar was amazing, she really listened to everything I was looking for and did her best to take the best care if me she could. I won't go to anyone else in the future. Matt also went above and beyond to work with me. Amy was my initial contact and went above and beyond and helped get the process started she was so helpful. There are not words to express what they have done for me. Thanks again you are amazing!!!

These guy's are awesome and Tony is a top notch salesperson. If you're looking for an economic car, truck, Suv or a more refined vehicle like Infiniti or Lexus they have it all. There is no pressure or haggling because the advertised price is the price. I also want to say that I had a trim issue because driving down the freeway my windshield molding came. Well I took it back and showed the managers and they got me an appointment in 2 days. Now it wasn't either of our fault. I just want to thank them for getting it handled so quickly. I'm telling you folks next time you want to by a vehicle and save big check them out. I bought a just broke in car with service records, carfax report, and an extended warranty and I didn't take a big hit when I drove off the lot. Thanks Bill McGowan JR

The best car buying experience I ve had. TOP NOTCH USED CAR SALES.I didn t plan to purchase a car that day. I was going to do some searching for the right vehicle. I already had the one I wanted in mind.When returning my rental I told them I forgot E had a sales department. They asked if I wanted a call back and I agreed.JT and everyone at the Scottsdale location was friendly and relatable. The transaction was quick. No haggling. No bait switch no smooth talk just straight forward. I m very happy with my purchase. Thank you E, JT and crew! Top notch!

Matt and Michael are awesome!! We have bought 2 vehicles before this at the Gilbert location and this time we tried to buy a new Kia but every single Kia dealership wanted to sell bottom of the line Kia Rios for 4 k above msrp plus taxes fees and license. So after dealing with Kia tor 2 days we went to the Scottsdale enterprise and so happy we did!! We are never haggled here and always in and out so quickly!! I will keep buying from enterprise every year. They have top notch customer service!!

The greatest people, (Yosiah/Mike), service and communication was excellent. I told them what we wanted and I got more than I could even imagine. They were very curtious and understanding, willing to work with me and my crappy car as a trade in. The deal and servece my wife and I got superceded ALL of our expectations. You must check them out, I gaurantee you will buy from here because no where else can come close to their excellency!!!!! If it had more stars, I would give them. Shalamar Boykin got me into an amazing VW Passat. Her personality-plus is off the charts. I was shocked and thrilled with the trade-in value they gave me. The personal attention is second to none, and her candle smelled so good. So 7 STARS for Ms. Shalamar (the 5 above plus invisible).

We worked with Justin to purchase a new (used) car from Enterprise Car Sales in Scottsdale. We were in a bit of a time crunch to find a new vehicle and Justin worked very hard to help us find something within our budget. He was kind and professional, and even spent extra time detailing the car before we bought it. We would recommend this dealership to our friends!

Everything went well and with no problems at all. Things went Very well and easy, No pressure at All, unlike a typical dealer ship car buying. In the past, I know/knew friends that bought cars rental places such as Enterprise, and they were Very pleased with their purchase. And know that the vehicle was/is maintained properly.That is why I went to Enterprise and bought my car, know that I was going to get a Very honest deal.

Outstanding way to buy a car! Unlike any dealership I've ever visited. Shalamar is joyful, happy, very thorough, and an absolute blast to work with!. Matt (and all the staff) actually have similar personalities. Excellent, low mileage vehicle at an excellent price. I highly recommend including Enterprise car sales if you're searching for a quality used vehicle.

The manager and staff all worked hard to make the process of searching around and buying a new car very pleasant and easy. They were open and honest, and put in extra effort to get the car to a different dealership same day with late notice to allow for test driving. I wasn't pressured to sign away my life on my first visit, and I left that first day and came back a few days later after deliberating with my family and reviewing our offers. Thanks to the staff I now have a reliable car that I love at a pretty decent rate!
