I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received for what i thought was going to be a basic oil change. They explained everything they were going to do for my 1st service on the vehicle and gave me a realistic time. The waiting area is great and provides light snacks, water, coffee, good seats, electrical plugs, and TV's. I even got my car through the wash complimentary. It was a great overall experience.

I had a wonderful experience during my purchase! The sales staff and finance manager are friendly, quite knowledgeable about the vehicles, and are more than willing to help find the best fit. From start to finish we were treated courteously and fairly. All aspects of the new vehicle were thoroughly explained. The sales staff were very professional and respectful. Leo Suhargo and Syed Zaidi were particularly helpful and informative. We were given a good, fair price and the entire process was handled quickly, smoothly and efficiently. What an outstanding car-buying experience! This was such an easy and pleasant vehicle purchase. I can t express enough how pleased and grateful I am for everyone involved - from the initial application process through the test-driving and buying process with my wonderful salesman Ibrahim to the final step with the fabulous finance manager Ali. I was not in the most ideal financial position due to some past monetary challenges so I didn t know if I would be able to make things happen. Fortunately, with the outstanding team in place, my concerns were unfounded. Not only did I drive away with a beautiful vehicle, it far exceeded what I thought I could attain. By the way, this was my second buying experience with North Scottsdale Hyundai and they continue to impress me and surpass all expectations. I am so appreciative and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Also Jimmy is a great sales manager the longest part about buying this car was waiting for it to get there from another dealership. You know those times when you say to yourself I am just gonna look at the new cars, and you tell yourself you're just browsing. Recently bitten by that bug, I stopped in at Earnhardt Hyundai out of curiosity and well, ended up with a Genesis. But it wasn't *really* my fault. They had some really good prices and a fairly decent selection. It happened during the WM open and that whole section of town should generally be avoided, but I am glad I did.The highlight was absolutely the sales staff. I have reviewed dealerships here before with horror stories as a result but this was definitely not one of those.In short, ask for Jonah. He was knowledgeable, affable and very low/no pressure. He made the process a much less stressful event and was a great resource. So thanks, Jonah. The other highlight was the absurdly expensive complex coffee machine in the lobby, it was like a Starbucks.The process is always a bit arduous but I genuinely feel like I was able to get a good deal on my new vehicle. I'm looking forward to appts at the new Genesis show room next door (expected this fall).A+, will be back.

We dealt with Shane and Ian. They were very nice, great sense of humor and easy to work with. They both took time to make sure they understood what we were looking for and wanted. The service after with Shane has been exceptional and patient with us as we asked our questions. Shane wants to make sure we understand the vehicle. This is the way car buying is suppose to be and not the high pressure, woe is me dealer, and bait and switch experience. Thank you!

The best car buying experience I ve ever had, I met with Chris Reed and he was very accommodating. The entire process was transparent and he was even able to work with me on the price/payments. He made sure I got the exact car I was looking for, going through every trim of the model I was interested and explaining the pros and cons of each. It was nice as prior dealers I visited seemed like they just wanted to offload inventory, for instance a Kia dealer in the area was pressuring me into buying even when I told them I was only doing test driving that day and needed time to make a choice; Using obvious sales tactics like we ve got several interested, it will be gone in a day or two, act now , and not telling me the model I was looking at was being discontinued which would obviously affect a buying decision. The experience at Earnhardt Genesis was certainly refreshing.Chris even drove the car back to my residence as I was stuck in a rental, he really went the extra mile, literally! The finance department was outstanding as well, Ashante made the paperwork painless. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle, I believe they have a ton of great CPOs but I went new car route. You can t go wrong either way. You

I had my original 2019 Santa Fe scheduled for regular maintenance for 3:15 pm. I contacted service advisor Cody Krayer to see if I could drop my car off earlier than scheduled and he said no problem. He was very helpful when I arrived, took care of everything, contacted me when it was determined I needed a new battery and had the Santa Fe done by noon. I've always had good service from Earnhardt since I bought my Santa Fe in 2019 and would recommend their top-notch team to you.

Very professional staff and they went above and beyond by cleaning my car and windshield after service was provided.The only thing that I wish Hyundai, would be that you reconsider charging $ 789.00 for a key fob. I don't know any one who could afford almost $800.00 just to get into their car. Please reconsider most of the population cannot afford that. Thank you!

Had a great experience with our salesman Syed. One of the top sales consultants I have dealt with over many years of car buying experience. He is very personable, pleasant, knowledgeable and informative about the complex features of the auto. It is refreshing to see so many loyal employees that we encountered. Syed, Jimmy, Doug and even the receptionist have worked there over 10 years. That speaks volumes as far as the dealership is concerned. We were warmly welcomed into the Genesis and dealership family throughout our purchase process. Highly recommend Syed and this dealership as they bring the buying experience to a higher level.

We just purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Caligraphy. From start to finish we were very happy with everyone we encountered . Our salesman Amir was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We also appreciated that he was not pushy! The sales managers and the finance manager were all great. We felt very comfortable. The car delivery was excellent. It looked incredible. Overall the experience was great !

Friendly staff made for an excellent buying experience. While everyone met was friendly, they were also very professional. Chris Reed stayed with me during the whole process and went out of his way to make sure the trade-in and buying processes went smoothly and expeditiously. Not really impressed with the sales staff here. I keep getting contacted by this dealership when I do a general "pre-approval" application online. My credit score is 628, not great, but not too horrible either. Every time I'm contacted, I'm led to believe that they are going to be able to help me. I send them the required documents and never hear back. Typical car sales

The staff here is so welcoming and nice. They all spoke to my husband and I as though they have known us for years. It made the experience less stressful.My sales associate was Farid. When I first meet him, I knew he would be the one to help me locate the car I wanted. Farid did not hesitate to drive us (not walk) around the car lot to look at cars. The car I wanted was not on the lot but Farid tracked it down from overseas for me. Farid kept me updated weekly with the status of the car.The car was delayed by a month, but that was not the dealership fault.Once the car made it, Farid called me right away with the exact date I could come retrieve the car.It was a pleasant experience from start to end. It was well worth the wait.I have bought many cars, and visited many dealerships and I must say this has been ranked #1 on my list for the most enjoyable car buying process. This review is the honest truth!My husband and I plan on returning to this location for our future Genesisvehicles.I must add, after bringing the car home, Farid followed up with me twice and also Mark the GE. That s amazing customer service!Of course I would recommend Farid if you visit this location, but honestly all of the sales associates are pleasant to work with, so you will not be disappointed.Thanks A lotCarlisha

I made an appointment for my 15K maintenance. As it turned out, there was a recall that popped at the same time. I brought the car in (they offered valet but I like to drive it in) at 8 AM and got an almost new G80 loaner. I was able to pick my car (GV60P) up at 1 PM. Everything was done, the car was nicely washed. New windshield wipers installed.My experience was excellent. Ben Girard took good care of me. I drove BMWs before this and the experience was at least equal to what I experienced at the BMW store.

Kelly has been my service contact since I purchased my Genesis G80. She is knowledgeable, efficient and always pleasant with a smile on her face. She greets me by name and keeps me informed during the service. My car was washed and spotless when I picked it up. An excellent service experience.

While this is more directed at Hyundai, it does not reflect well on the brand and dealership. Hyundai issued a recall in 2023 for a Knock Sensor issue. My daughter has a 2017 Tucson that had to have the repair done twice at a different dealer. It is well documented that if not done correctly it can cause other issues such as crank sensor failure and oil consumption issues which then cause other problems. Since the repair in 2023 the car has had intermittent issues such as lose of power, crank sensor failure (which another dealer could not replicate), different check engine indicators. Now it is again has lost acceleration and power that this dealers says is a failed catalytic convertor that is the problem. Although there were no check engine indicators for O2 sensors or Cat codes. I reached out to Hyundai Customer Care (case number 23032950) but Hyundai is unwilling to repair/replace as part of the recall failure or as a customer satisfaction because it is "out of warranty" but is more than happy to charge my daughter $4,900. I will be asking for all of the documented testing done and photos of interior of the catalytic convertor acquired when it was scoped. I will repair it myself for A LOT LESS with hope that it will resolve the issue long enough to get rid of the car and never by another Hyundai.

Came in here with my Santa Fe because of tire noise. Service rep said tire shield had come loose and put it back on. Tire noise happened again. This time my daughter zip tied it in place to keep it from rubbing on the tire. She said it had a huge hunk cut out of it. I brought it 2yrs ago and paid a premium to get the certified pre-owned guarantee. It's been back to your dealership for service only. I asked why they didn't realize the price was cut when they sold it to me and why 1st service person didn't ask why the wheel well cover was cut. Now I'm stuck paying over $200 for the part. They said it was just ripped but not true it was cut by someone not me. Very disappointed to say the least.I agree with others, no one Ever answers the phone. Service, or receptionist. Called several times call Ed and then hung up. Started calling any choice and only person that answered was parts. He said he would leave a message for service, which he did, and still no one called. I'm at dealership now and a bunch of people here and they don't seem that busy. Maybe they could try answering the phone..
