****Review revised**** 1/2/24! Initially we enjoyed our visit and experience in the office. But the car has given us nothing but trouble since AND we were sold a car without a CLEAN and CLEAR title. Our bad for not verifying with MVD, but who expects a car being sold at a DEALER to not be a CLEAN and CLEAR title!! Not to even mention the other mechanical issues. So far no longer impressed!! About to call 3 on your side if we don t get a valid answer soon! 1st they told us it was needing emissions, thankfully it passed but we had to pay for that out of pocket. Now still over 30 days and no clear title!! Word of caution, make sure you check the VIN before leaving the office!!!Website was up to date, great photos online of the inventory. Then once you are there, top notch customer service and sales. No high pressure or shadiness that you typically feel with car salesman and some of our past experiences. We weren t even buying their more expensive cars that they had on their lot, probably one of the lowest ones, but their service didn t change, still treated great and went above and beyond making sure we were happy before we walked out the door.

I would like to take the moment and say how great of a dealership this experience was! Everyone working there was super nice and attentive from walking in and being greeted to finding the best vehicle that worked for my family. I didn't feel any type of pressure at all if anything they made me feel like family and made sure we were walking out with a smile! Finance process was smooth and made sure they found us the best rates! I definitely will be back for another car very soon and will be taking all friends and family about this dealership!If you in the market looking for a vehicle this is the place to go!

Please read the truthful reviews about this place and do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer, the car we bought had an engine leak since the day we picked it out, we live 3 hours away & they have a 500 mile warranty. 1 year later the car is completely not running, please save yourself the time & money and go elsewhere. Purchasing from this place was the biggest mistake we could ve ever made! If you do purchase GOOD LUCK

First of all. This is the best car dealing experience I have ever had. Khamal is the most warmhearted, friendly and decent man I ever have had the pleasure to do business with.I purchased my 2011 Cadillac Escalade ESV in February but waited until now to do my review. Not because I am unsatisfied with the car or the dealership, but just so I can clearly underline what a great purchase I made. The car has already taken me and my family all around the state and California hauling our 23 foot travel trailer. Such a smooth ride and so much power from the 6.2 V8.The few aging flaws it had were done according to the agreement with Khamal. And even things I did not see when buying, but where found afterwards or when fixing the before mentioned got repaired by their initiative.I am more than happy with my purchase. I love the car! But furthermore I am happy to have met Khamal, such a nice and honest man. Thank you!I would recommend everyone to get in contact with Eagle Auto Group if they are looking for a new used car. I will most definitely buy here again.

This auto lot allowed me to shop with no pressure, hassle-free. They carry high end vehicles. A family-owned atmosphere, nestled in South Phoenix. They assisted me to qualify and an opportunity to repair my credit. I purchased a 2009 Audi Q5 with low miles. I had the vehicle inspected and Eagle graciously and expeditiously offered to service the minor needs. This car is turbo fast AWD, dependable, and reliable. My next car will come from Eagle, and yours should too. The top bosses humbly sit right amongst customers.Thank you Eagle.

Bought the car like 6 months ago. I put in about $4500 worth of repairs they neglected to disclose. I'm still waiting on this place to fulfill their obligations. Definitely a learning experience for me to never go back to this place. Words of advice, take the car into a mechanic shop during your test drive. So disappointed... I wanted to support small businesses but should've went with a major dealership. When you need a follow up, crickets...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! My husband bought a challenger hellcat from this dealership 5 months ago. He got a call from the bank (where he got a loan for the car from) a couple weeks ago saying the dealership HAS NOT SENT THE TITLE and they are no longer picking up their calls. Come to find out yesterday after calling the dmv that THE DEALERSHIP NEVER SENT IN THE TITLE TO THE DMV so the car is currently registered to the old owner and it still has a lien on it!! The dealership has LIED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS TO HIM and has been making him run around in circles trying to get this title. RALPHY IS THE GUY WHO SOLD HIM THE CAR AND HAS BEEN LYING TO US AS WELL AS ALL HIS WORKERS. SCAMMERS!!! We have put in a title complaint form with the dmv so hopefully we will get this issue resolved soon.No thanks to these guys.

My wife and I absolutely loved our experience. The owner treated us like family and I could honestly tell he was a very genuine, kind person. Everyone was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I had an issue with the dmv getting plates and Eagle Auto Group didn't hesitate to help me resolve it and send me temporary tags. If you want to support small business and an awesome immigrant family who is chasing the American dream, I'd highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience here, saif was great with his customer service skills and answered all questions I had. The washed my new car I purchased and removed a decal I didn t want on there with ease. All other members of their team were also polite as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them and purchase here again!

I Bought this 2013 BMW 750 I November of last year 2020 and it s in the shop now getting the heads done! Car didn t even last a year,I would definitely think twice before giving them my hard earned money! You would think they would go through the process of having the vehicle inspected before putting them up for sale I ll never do business there again. All that glitters is not Gold!!!

I do not recommend purchasing from this car lot. The parking is terrible but it s not as bad as their customer service and their abilities to conduct business professionally. They will ignore your calls and If you re a woman.. make sure you have a man with you at all times because they will try to take advantage and talk down to you.

So back in December we bought an 09 bmw 3 series from eagle auto group. Had the pleasure of working with Shane. He made the whole process quick and easy. We ran into a few mechanical issues and called right away to have them handled. Everyone was great to talk to. They even made sure we weren't carless in the process. Every issue we have had has been solved almost immediately. I highly recommend eagle auto group to anyone looking to buy a car that's looking to be treated like family. Thank you eagle auto group and Mr. Kamal for all your help!

First let me clarify we did not make a purchase here (NOT due to the dealership), but we absolutely received excellent service. We called about a vehicle and finance manager Rafael Fuentes waited until after hours for me to show as I was coming from a good distance. The cars on the lot are mostly high end, and are mostly if not all auction vehicles. They offered to replace the battery and tires needed at the dealer cost. I really cannot express how fair we felt this dealership to be, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a used car. For personal health reasons we decided not to purchase any vehicle at the time, and they refunded our deposit without issue. 5-star service all the way.

Absolute fantastic crew here at eagle auto, Rafael in particular, took such good care of me, and was extremely patient with me while I made up my mind, but finally decided to pull the trigger on my oh so beautiful 2012 Audi A8-L, I could not be happier with the car, and the whole experience at eagle auto, due to my insane work schedule, we even did everything via email and phone. I would recommend anybody to go and check out what they which is some of the nicest luxury cars around, and are more than fair with there pricing. They even allowed me to drive the car to a auto shop of my choosing to have the vehicle inspected. And could not find anything wrong with it whatsoever.

I bought a 2014 tundra from them, there were some problems with the four-wheel-drive low, which can happen if it s not used regularly. They fixed it per their 500 mile warranty!

I probably should have read the reviews before buying a car here. So many problems with the vehicle I bought and I've only had it 3 months. The first month had engine oil burning had to have a rack and pinion replaced and fuel pump so far. The car has a misfire and loss of power. Straight up lemon they sold me. Save your money and don't be burned by the scammers. 12/14/2022 update all diagnostic info is being sent to the finance company for possible fraud so the car can be returned. All the issues within the first month of purchase qualify for possible fraud and am able to return the vehicle.

I bought a 2004 Porsche Cayenne with only 108,000 miles on it clean inside and out and honestly half of the negative comments are impatient people and Karen s it s not like that at all they very friendly they try to move as quick as possible even when they are busy .. they have beautiful cars they don t try to get you out your money they make sure your happy even when your not happy they try they best to fix it the owner himself is a friendly guy that s not money hungry like other dealer places .. they don t treat you like a customer they treat you like a close friend.. I personally go up there with little stuff they never get irritated lol ..

My husband and I went in to go look at a 2010 Cadillac escalade and after the first week of sale it started having problems with the oil pressure, transmission, my left door in the back handle had broke and I'm currently pregnant and almost due that's why we went to purchase this vehicle besides that we took it in within the warranty day and got told it would be fixed in new condition well they kept it for a month and when we did get it back we didn't expect for it to break down again and it broke down while my husband was on his way home from work on the freeway when the gas pedal wouldn't work my husband could have been seriously injured and that's an instant sue. We were fooled into buying a lemon and their is a lemon law in Arizona. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership.

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima from this business July 2022 I have not driven the vehicle 30 consecutive days without issues. I have returned my vehicle to this business 4 times since my purchase and I am still not able to drive my vehicle. Today after getting my vehicle from Eagle auto Group, after being in the shop AGAIN, I was driving on the highway and was almost rear ended by another vehicle because my vehicle's check engine light came on, my vehicle started to shake, and then it wouldn't go over 40mps. I called Eagle Auto Group immediately and they advised me to drive the vehicle back to them to have their mechanic see what the issue is. Their customer service is less than zero when it comes to resolving an issue, they have a care less attitude when it comes to their customer's time, and their bookkeeping skills are terrible. I caution anyone to never use this business especially if you want a working vehicle. This business should not be able to sale cars ever!!! Beware Beware Beware

The staff at Eagle goes above and beyond to make sure they deliver your gently used car in excellent condition! Shane and the entire group made my buying experience completely seamless. I'm a business owner and I don't have a lot of time. I told the group exactly what I needed and the terms I could afford. They took care of the rest for me! Shane took the time to provide me with additional options to make sure I felt completely comfortable with my purchase choice. All of the vehicle he showed me were in excellent condition as well as priced fairly. They asked me if there were any items that needed attention. I gave them a short punch list and they knocked them all out. They ensured all the leg work with financing was complete before I arrived so I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The lot is not pretty but the cars are! The team is second to none in customer service. I appreciate the care they put into customer care. Definitely a must visit if you are looking for a second market luxury vehicle. Thanks guys!
