I dropped into Discover Auto to look at a specific car and was greeted by Frank. Frank was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He offered me a test drive in the car, with no pressure to do so, and I took him up on the offer. After the drive, we spoke some more and then I left, again no pressure and no sales pitch (which I really appreciated). After I got home, I decided I was very interested in purchasing the car so I called Frank and we quickly made a deal. I picked up the car that same day and was very happy with the whole process. A few weeks later, the car is great, I am very happy with my purchase and Frank has been very available for after sales care, which is a huge plus! In summary, I had a great experience, I love the car I got, and I would definitely recommend Discover Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a used car that they have in their inventory.Rich V.

Friendly staff. Will work hard to meet your budget. This is a high end preown luxury vehicle dealership. However, they at times bring in quality cars for the average Joe as was the case for my daughter. It's worth the stop and see their inventory. A later I'm adding to the review. Don't purchase their Warranty program it sucks. Warranty continues to give my daughter the roundaround on almost every work needing done and and has done nothing to cover 90% of covered work. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

Ever get home after a long day at work from a job who's hours of peak buisness are saturdays and all you want to do is park away from your neighbors pigeon infested tree? As you pull up and realize all the spots are taken by a girl scout convention and you end up parking 1/2 a mile away from your own house. Yeah, that's how I feel in this parking lot when I'm craving sushi, and this buisness thinks it's cool to take up the parking lit with inventory.

I love this place! I don't think I'll ever buy another car from another dealer! It feels like dealing with family! It was the most non stressful car buying experience I have ever had in my life of buying cars! They have such a large variety and selection of cars from brand new decked out cars and jeeps to a little older used cars. It's a perfect place for a little of everything!! You won't be disappointed. Thanks guys!! You have a customer for life!!

My wife and I had an outstanding experience buying a used car from Discover. Staff were helpful and friendly. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition with a very clean interior and the asking price was a great value. The paperwork was done very efficiently and we were able to drive off the lot with our new vehicle in less than an hour. Overall, the customer service was top notch and I would buy from Discover again.

We can t say enough wonderful things about Frank and the staff at Discover. This was our first time buying from Discover Pre Owned. We live over 2100 miles away and could not be more satisfied with the process. Everything Frank told us about the vehicle over the phone was 100% accurate. Every aspect, from the deal to the sale and delivery was handled professionally. We absolutely love our car and would do business with Discover again. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle out of state and Frank was very easy to talk to and was able to explain everything perfectly. Every detail of the buying expectations to the description were explained perfectly by Frank. I would definitely buy another car from Discover!

Wonderful experience with BOTH Franks at Discover. Very professional and respectful. I never felt pressured and there were none of the usual "car salesman" ploys. Start to finish took about an hour and I am very happy with my "new" vehicle. Thanks!!

I can t say enough good things about Discover. They were true to their word, they were completely fair (even getting my payment UNDER my target amount) and they went above and beyond by driving the car to the other side of town to us. I got a beautiful Toyota Sienna out of the deal and they got a happy customer who will spread the good word and definitely return when the time comes for another vehicle. Thank you, Discover!

Wow! There are exceptions to every rule! Or if? You have an impression that Independent Dealers are Risky?Because as a rule, they sure as heck are! Then there are the Wonderful Exceptions like Discover Pre-Owned Auto Sales. Frank Palmisano is the Owner. Have known him for well over 30 years! He is a Great Guy, as well as a Really Good Car Man!Unlike most Independent Dealers where truly "caveat emptor" should be posted boldy in several locations!This is as nice as going to any New Car Franchise is North Scottsdale and looking at their Inventory!Not Beaters, and Cars that have been smashed and fixed! But cars that anyone would be proud to own or buy!In this case is was a 2013 Tesla Model S with just over 76k 1-Owner miles.What a Beauty! He of course had it inspected by Tesla as well as personally purchased the Car.Anyway, their Finance Manager Anthony was a Pleasure to work with!What a professional as well as helped us get a great rate!I am kinda knowledgeable about Cars and Car Dealers! These folks are truly a cut above!!

Nice selection of used cars. They had a Bentley in the showroom, Tesla's and many other vehicles for sale. The sales staff we're very friendly in no way aggressive. Had a fun time looking at all the vehicles test drove a Tesla X and a Tesla S. My brother bought the Tesla S.

I just bought my vehicle here and love it. The car dealership has the best staff ever. They do their best to assist you in any way they can. It was a great experience and worth the drive from Queen Creek.

Called the Dealership to try to set up appointment to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. The owner of of dealership was extremely rude on the phone. I was stunned that someone would be that rude to a potential client. You ve been warned stay away from this fly by night dealership .

I sold my car here a month back... Frank helped me with it... He was really nice and gave me a good price that was comparable or may be better than most other big dealerships offered me... I would surely recommend the place... Convenient location and staff here is very friendly...
